Still, they have recently limited their capacity to 1 chiropractor and reduced their hours of operation, which appears to be impacting volume and quality of service.     If I could give zero stars I would I’m really disappointed with my experience at The Joint. The front desk agent told me that I needed an appointment, even though this is advertised as a walk-in clinic. She said the soonest appointment available was tomorrow at 4 PM. If you’re operating as a walk-in clinic, patients shouldn’t be turned away or told they have to wait until the next day for an appointment. The whole point of a walk-in clinic is being able to receive care without an appointment. I hope management can clarify this policy and improve communication with patients.

    This location is not accepting walk ins, despite their website and building signage stating they do. I went just after 10 am this morning and was declined treatment. I was last seen at a The Joint location <2 years ago, so I am in the system. The front desk woman originally told me the wait would be 45min to 1 hour while their waiting room was empty. However, after pulling up my file she told me I could be seen THURSDAY (today is Sunday) due to the fact that I hadn't been seen recently and that they were "short staffed". She then proceeded to tell me that they are seeing "regular patients" (members- because apparently having a history does not qualify you as a patient) only at this location. I wonder what corporate thinks of this practice?

    Our 17 yr old autistic son, had his 3rd wellness adjustment today . Today he had Dr. Alisha . She gave him a different experience , than he had his first two visits, tho that Dr was very nice . His neck adjustment was done in a different position & she worked on his hip area, that was bothering him., both different experiences than his first two visits. He said, " she really zero'd in on his trouble spots ". He was kinda confused at first, w/ the different technique, but his dad was w/ him & he did just fine. He called me on his way home & couldn't stop talking about how great he felt afterwards. He's really looking forward to going back . It's challenging getting autistic kids to medical appts. They don't trust easy. He ask for this wellness pkg. himself, as a 17th birthday gift earlier this month . He's a very happy young man . And actually wants to continue regular adjustments .     Dr. Alicia L. is an amazing doctor. I first signed up in another state and have seen different doctors and styles of chiropractic care at the Joint. When I moved to Tucson I would come to this location sometimes but went out of my way to go to the First Ave location for Dr. Alicia.     I started going to The joint because of some discomfort in my lower back. I was assessed by a very careful, gentle and professional Dr. Alicia. Immediately after the first session I started to see improvement in my range of motion and overall posture.     I’ve been seeing Dr. Martino at The Joint in yuma before he transferred for about 3 years and I honestly can’t recommend him enough! He’s always super kind, patient, and really listens to what’s going on with my body. Even now during my pregnancy, he’s been amazing—helping me stay comfortable, ease the aches and pains, and making sure I’m feeling good as things keep changing. I always walk out feeling so much better and more relaxed. He really knows what he’s doing, and you can tell he cares about his patients. If you’re looking for a chiropractor who’s consistent, knowledgeable, and just an overall good person, definitely go see Dr. Martino!

    Be aware of a so-called doctor named Andrew Martino. A sorry excuse for a chiropractor who should have his license revoked for the way he treats patients. I've always had good interactions with the chiropractors here. Dr. Alicia and Dr. Jenkins are the best and the front desk staff are phenomenal. It's a shame they have a chiropractor like Martino to bring down their reputation. I visited the Joint the other day with my wife and as we were waiting, Martino was adjusting a patient. From the moment we sat down, he kept staring at us awkwardly. I don't know why (maybe because I'm a man with long hair per my culture and customs), but right away I could tell he did not like me for one reason or another. I say this because he had the audacity to ask me, in front of everyone, if I was taking pictures! I was shocked and offended that he would accuse me of such a thing! Why would I take pictures of people getting adjusted (I'm a professional myself and a former prosecutor)!? I told him no, I don't do that kind of stuff (I was showing my wife a message I received from my friend). How would I even take a picture with one arm extended, showing my phone screen to my wife??? He knew full well that I was not doing that. My response must have angered him or something because he kept looking at me from the corner of his eye. Martino then called my wife up for an adjustment and again stared at her very creepily as she laid on the table and he kept glancing back at me. He gave me extremely weird and creepy vibes. Nonetheless, it was my first time meeting him so I figured I would give him the benefit of the doubt and maybe I was misreading him. Unfortunately, I had no idea what he was about to do to me. He called me up for an adjustment and asked if I had back problems. I told him I was involved in a car accident years back. Knowing that, he put his hands on my mid back and pushed so hard that I felt an intense sharp pain on the left side of my spine. Then he said something like, "Oh that was a bit much..." So he knew what he did but tried to play it off like it was a mistake! Looking back on it, I think he did it on purpose because of our earlier interaction. I've never had a chiropractor use that much force on me especially after I just said I was involved in a car accident. I sat up and told him my back hurt really bad. Instead of addressing the issue, he just stared at me like he was proud of hurting my back. Then he told me to lay on my side and I couldn't because of the intense pain. I told him again and he ignored me and kept telling me to lay on my side. I tried but the pain was so bad I had to sit up. I kept telling him about the pain but he offered no help to me at all. A good chiropractor would have examined the pain and see if they could fix the issue but not this guy. I had to cancel the appointment because of the pain and all he said was, "Sorry" in a sarcastic tone. He tore off the paper and called up the next patient as I limped out of there. I was so shocked about what I just experienced. I felt like he was bullying me since I first walked in. My wife had to drive us home. I spent the rest of the day icing my back, taking Advil, and getting rest. For anybody reading this, be aware of Andrew Martino who shouldn't even be called a doctor. A real doctor goes to medical school and helps people heal. They don't bully people, falsely accuse patients of illegal conduct, and surely they don't intentionally harm patients. Martino is a bully and a terrible chiropractor. I'm looking into filing a complaint with the Board of Chiropractic Examiners and possibly taking legal action against Martino for causing me pain. I've been getting adjusted for over 25 years and not once have I experienced such mistreatment and unprofessionalism by a chiropractor like Martino who is clearly incompetent. Perhaps he should also undergo cultural bias training so he can learn not to pre-judge and bully patients. I reached out to the owner of the Joint but have not heard back yet. I should've stayed with The Fix Medical down the road...

    Front office staff is great. Unfortunately management is horrendous. They are constantly short on doctors and you can expect frequent 30+ minute waits. Their individual adjustment pricing is the same as going to an individual clinic where you can get a tailored experience and actually get to make an appointment and avoid their long wait. I recommend going to a private practice.

    Dr Davis is not it. My wife went in for a first visit consultation and was not asked if she had a preference. She was called back to Dr Davis. He was not caring at all. He did not read any of the notes that my wife wrote down. Was very brief and barely worked on my wife. Definitely not worth the money for the visit. Sorry excuse for a chiropractor.

    By far the worse Joint store that I’ve ever been too. The last two times going to the store, the wait time is 30 mins to an hour! Every other Joint I’ve been to is 10 minutes and I’m out the door. Unless things change, I’m going to cancel my membership. The owners need to get their act together!

    I come in every other week after my massage. I have RA and I am oxygen dependent. Along with needing a walker, with wheels even! Anyway, I used to see Dr Jenkins. He is absolutely AMAZING!!! Unfortunately his days of working aren’t the same anymore. So I’ve been seeing the female chiropractor, I feel absolutely horrible because I can’t remember her name. So anyway, she’s phenomenal!     I myself did not see the chiropractor but my fiance did. He has seen the chiropractor in the past I have never seen a chiropractor myself. So this is a new experience for me even as an onlooker. My fiance has had right shoulder pain for months now and his shoulder was a little droopy he couldn't raise his arm above his head too far and although he attempted to go to Tucson Orthopedic they wanted him to do physical therapy which he could not find the time to do since his schedule is a Monday through Friday with Pima County. So he opted to go to the chiropractor we went to the Joint Chiropractic because it was open on Sunday which is a great option those places are closed so that was nice they were very busy. They do have a walk-in bases which we were a walking as well but we were seeing pretty quickly. After filling up the questionnaire we were seen by Dr Mike mcgrun who stated he had been doing Chiropractic work for 45 years give or take and his father was also a chiropractor. After going over the paperwork with my fiance and asking if you more in-depth questions he began the adjustment. It definitely worked for my fiance he did feel relief although he was put on to a Wellness Plan which required him to go at least four times a month and if he doesn't go the four times they don't carry over and he still gets charged so that's a little unfortunate considering people's schedules don't always stay in line with that of appointments. So we were already at the end of January when this happened so the four visits that he was quote unquote required to do for the plan he's only done two so he has to rush over there today to get his money's worth I guess you could say. The paperwork provided for the Wellness Plan is very vague there's just numbers written on a piece of paper and I really don't understand what that means. The second time he went he was seen by a female and he was not happy with the experience he said she used all her body weight on him and Dr Mike did not he was able to adjust him without too much pressure where this young lady I do apologize I don't know her name used her body weight so my fiance was not happy with the second visit he would prefer to see one doctor and one doctor only but that's not the case at the joint. But now we're in this Wellness Plan so he has to take advantage of the options so we don't feel like we got ripped off.

    Absolutely waste of $55. It took more time to fill out paperwork then it took to get adjusted, I went in limping because of hip pain, I was told when I laid on the table that my legs were even for the most part, a very poor attempt to align me was made with no success. The entire encounter lasted 6 minutes and was told I would need to come back the following day pay another $55 and see Dr. Jeremy and then would need to be seen 3 times a week till we get this pain figured out. And that I should see somebody in Orthopedics to get images done. Paid $55 for 7 minutes of treatment that was no treatment at all, spent more time talking to the counter guy and doing paperwork. Absolute disgrace.

    It was very busy but Dr Jenkins is very efficient as is the receptionist and I was in and out within 20 minutes. I go all over the country and so I I am constantly seeing a different doctor. My neck is really tough and now only about 30% of the doctors can get it to release. This has been a long-standing problem going back to 1991. Without a doubt this was the best neck adjustment. Dr. Jenkins listened to me and got BOTH sides to release, and releases ALL THE WAY. That never happens one side is always resistant. Not today. Thanks doc! If I lived within an hour I would make this my regular stop! Topnotch!

    I have had 2 short notice closings of the clinic on a weekly service with no refunds issued. Twice in 3 weeks.** I was upsold on the idea that this could be fit into my schedule. Other locations are not convenient to me. I did attempt to alter work and family obligations twice to find other locations also "temporarily closed" and not open on Saturdays. Sometimes things happen. However, I would never charge a client for service they never received due to me needing to close my own doors. Update** I recieved a partial refund.     The chiropractor lady that did my adjustments took the time to listen to where I had pains and she looked very concerned. And believe me, I walked in with so much pain and after she had adjusted my upper back I walked out and almost cried. I felt relief and for what seemed like forever, I could breath in deeply.     Absolutely love this place, Jenkins and Andrews are my favorites. Came in with a shoulder issue due to a torn rotator cuff from 2020 they were able to get everything adjusted with in a few visits. Buying a package of visits is a must if your in need of some adjustments. Every year I buy at least 10-20 visits which normally will last about a year if you go 2x a month. I highly recommend checking them out if you haven't done so already.

    I go to The Joint in Oro Valley. The doctors and staff are all very nice and helpful. Dr. Andris and Dr. Jenkins are both excellent at what they do. I sit in front of a computer all day for work.     I visited the Tucson location on N. Oracle for the first time today, Saturday, 4/20/24 and it was a great experience. It's was my first stop after working a 14 hr overnight shift. Upon walking into the store, I was pleasantly greeted by the staff and helped within a few minutes of walking into the door. They looked me up in their computer to verify my account and I was seen by the first available doctor. I was very pleased because I was in and out within 15 minutes.     I went to the Joint after having horrible, debilitating back/sciatic nerve pain. It was the scariest thing I have experienced. Once I was able to move around one of the first things I did was visit the Joint. I was fortunate enough to meet with Dr. Alicia Lobash. She was so kind and really was a life saver. She made me feel like I was going to be ok and not in pain forever. Plus, it worked! After the adjustment my sciatica found MAJOR relief and I just left from my second visit with Dr. Lobash and once again it was amazing. As I told the Dr. she put me back into my life, because j was not functioning before. I HIGHLY recommend the joint and Dr. Lobash. I also want to give a shout out to the lovely and polite front desk staff. Today I only saw Dakota but the other young man that was there last time was also amazing.

    Been coming here for 3.5 years. Each Dr I’ve seen has been great. The membership here is great too because I’ve been able to use it at other locations while on travel to other parts of the country. The membership price is very reasonable as well especially when compared to a private practice which I have done in the past. You don’t need insurance and they will except HSA payments if you have it.

    Dr. Shane was awesome! I had a neck spasm about 4 weeks ago and I have been getting adjusted a couple times a week to try and get back in alignment. I have seen so many Chiros over the years and Dr. Shane really has an awesome technique. He was able to move my neck in a way that not many chiros have been able to do. I requested a neck adjustment while being seated in a chair and he was so good! My neck popped back into place on both sides. He also did some pressure point work around my traps to help relieve some pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Shane!! I also really love my monthly membership at the Joint. We are on a road trip right now and have been able to find a Joint in almost every place we stop. The Chiros in every place we have been to have all been great. But some of them just have more practice and have that special touch, like Dr. Shane! I pay $80 a month for 4 visits and any visits over the 4 only cost $10 per adjustment. That is a crazy good deal!

    Every time I entered the Joint at Oracle Crossing, the staff greeted me and all customers very nicely, especially Dakota. He seems to know many customers by name even before each of us signed in. He even remembered which doctor I saw during my previous visit. Nice attention to detail. Dr. Andris, Dr. Jenkins & Dr. Cox are great. Because they are so good, often there’s a wait time. And then there are new chiropractors, Dr. Garrett and Dr. Shane. On my previous 2 visits, the first 3 doctors were busy. Dakota said to me that they have new doctors: Dr. Garrett and Dr. Shane, both are very good. I thought to myself, of course he would say that!? I gave Dakota a “look” but he assured me many customers raved about the new doctors. Hesitantly, and because I didn’t have time to wait, I decided to give the new docs a chance. I’m glad I did.     Super nervous about my first adjustment and was quite scared which I shared with the doctor. He listened to my needs, took it really slow, and even gave me recommendations that went way beyond the session which more than my own Primary Care Physician did. He gave me really good insight into the tightness in my hips i sit most of the day but am also an athelete so his insight wass so helpful. I signed up for regular adjustments and excited to see where this goes ? I feel like I'm in good hands !

Continuing care at that location was made difficult by my move away from the east to the west side of the city. I learned a lot about chiropractic care in the 30 years. My wife began visiting the Joint a couple years ago. Personally, I was managing self back care successfully. Until I wasn't. I began my chiropractic care at the Joint about 6 weeks ago. The staff at the front desk are friendly, informative and helpful. I've tried a different doctor every visit. I gave my preferences but even if my favorite chiropractor isn't available, I don't leave disappointed. I started a home yoga practice, maintain a walking for exercise regimen and eat a sensible diabetic diet. I still work full time at the 67 years of age.

    The treatment was very thorough; I left able to to a long mountain bike ride after not being able to sit or stand prior to going in. The chiropractor was very knowledgeable and competent (versus most places which treat mindlessly). This was nothing like that as the practitioner thought through the diagnosis and executed the plan in a thorough and comprehensive and effective way.

    Jenkins is the BEST in Tucson. I had two disc in my lower back that was out of place and hurt like hell however he adjusted took a while but I can walk. He really cares about what you need done and he’s very professional and encouraging. Thank you Jenkins!

    best chiropractors I have ever had work on me... I tried the more expensive place and this particular "the Joint" is the best. One thing I would like is a more varied adjustment regime.     I never believed in chiropractic Care, until now. Dr. Jenkins is the one to see. He is very good at what he does. If you've never been to a chiropractor and are thinking about it, stop in and they will answer all your questions. They don't pressure you into a contract. As a newbie I felt very comfortable with his knowledge and what to expect. It's been a little over a month now for me and my husband going here and the relief of pain is astonishing. No more pain medications! This location in Oro Valley is the way to go. Great atmosphere and no real wait times either.

    When I went to the joint it was because I was in pain. Pain killers, muscle relaxers, massage, heat were not giving any relief. As I entered I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to help. When taken back for the adjustment, I had a brief interview with the chiropractor so he can verify my concerns. I felt listened to and treated with compassion. My follow ups have been the same type of experience and I would definitely recommend this group to anyone interested.

    Wonderful staff and great chiropractors! I've seen Jenkins and andris both are amazing, I still can't believe that I can go once a week for the whole month for less than I was paying for one adjustment a month elsewhere! It's done wonders for my spinal issues being able to get adjusted more often and still afford my bills! Also not having to have an appointment really helps with my crazy work schedule, when I need to get adjusted I just go in! I highly recommend thier monthly care package which is only 80 dollars for the month and gets you 4 adjustments and if you need another one it's only 10 dollars! Can't say enough about thier Oracle office! Thx guys! Update say doctor Gavin today and he was also stellar! Absolutely amazing location and wonderful staff!

    Dr.Cox is amazing! I’ve never been crunched this extensively before! I was afraid to go at first, but now I look forward to it. She really knows how to target my problem areas. My only complaint is that I don’t like how they rope you into a two month contract right away. I would prefer to pay per visit. That being said, it’s a great deal per visit.

    I love the joint! It is so nice when you come in the door that they know your name. Cynthia at the front desk is awesome! She greets me with my name, checks me in then tells me how many visits I have left. She is on top of her customer service duties. The joint seems to move around there front desk guest ambassadors a lot but please keep Cynthia at the Oracle location! Dr. Jenkins and Dr. Andres as well .     Really poor customer service there’s nobody in the place but they make you wait you go through all the information to fill out the form so they can sit in the back and giggle and the girl at the front desk is extremely rude and doesn’t wear her mask she wears it around her chin so I don’t even know why she puts it on.     Great chiros and fantastic service, highly recommend. Update: So Chiros and front desk staff remain fantastic, however this location is way too busy to be of great value. Wait times are typically 45 - 60 minutes and although this model is highly affordable, you waist a significant amount of a time waiting in the lobby. A mobile app that tracked wait times or provided a 'busy' meter to inform a member prior to committing to a drive or visit would be huge a improvement.

    Amazing chiropractors and front desk has always been very friendly. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. As an avid cyclist and runner my body develops requires specific care and all 3 of the different chiropractors I’ve seen here have taken the time to listen to my issues and adjust accordingly.     Friendly, compassionate staff, in a caring environment. The doctors are attentive to me and do their best to identify my alignment problems prior to, and during treatment. The facilities are nice and the adjustment tables are well maintained. I like that no appointments are necessary. I'm able to see the doctor quickly and rarely have to wait for an opening. The monthly membership is afforable and an excellent way to stay in alignment. Regular chiropractic care has dramatically improved my quality of life. Weekly adjustments give me immediate pain relief. Additionally, I sleep better and this allows allow my body to heal from every day use.

    My only complaint is what Medicare is requesting. I can no longer buy 6 time package. I can only get 10 or 20 minutes and last year are used to 8.

    Dr. Andris and his team are nothing short of amazing. I had really bad reoccurring head aches that I was told by two doctors relax and take Tylenol or ibuprofen. I don’t like taking medicine so I walked by and decided to try it out. Wow!!!!! I feel amazing and I go get adjusted once a week . No headaches no unnecessary medicine in my body .     I am very disapointed with my first visit (Friday, 11/2/18) with The Joint. When I paid, I asked the receptionist for an itemized receipt of my visit. She said she would email me a receipt. I told her that I could just wait for it. With that, she followed with it would take her an hour to make my receipt and she would email it to me. I agreed and asked her to look at my email address and repeat it to me in case she couldn't read my handwriting. Today, Sunday, 10/4/2018 I called The Joint and spoke to another person who told me that the office is not allowed to send receipts through email. She told me that it will take her 10-15 minutes to print my itemized receipt and that I could come and pick it up or she could mail it to me. I'm very unhappy that I now have to drive 30 minutes one-way to pick up a receipt that I should have received on my initial visit, Friday, Nov 2nd. I will not be returning to The Joint and will not be recommending your office.

    (Updated 3/10/2022) I mostly absolutely love this place. I’m so grateful I found it, and have been on the monthly plan for years now (I’m 65 and have chronic health issues that require regular chiropractic care.) I was seeing a private chiropractor but started to have an unpredictable, recurring, very painful problem that I couldn’t get treated when needed, so I stopped in at the Joint to get some immediate relief and never went back to the other chiropractor. I get different results with different doctors, and when there’s been a problem not all of them have responded in a way that I felt was professional and appropriate, but most of the doctors I’ve had have been good to excellent. I like that it’s walk-in. I like that they’re open 6-7 days a week, depending on the location. I like that it’s nationwide, and have found one or more everywhere I normally travel. I like my monthly plan and love the fact that additional adjustments are only $10 each. I’ve liked most of the staff at every one I’ve been to, from front desk people to the doctors themselves. I like that they are located in places where, if there’s going to be a wait up to as long as 20 to 30 minutes, I can go do some shopping and come back. Overall I *really* like it. Things I haven’t liked: they didn’t enforce the legal mask mandate, and as someone with multiple underlying health risks this was extremely disconcerting and stressful for me, because if I skip a week it’s a bigger problem the following week. Several of the doctors have completely ignored my explicit requests (sometime repeated) that they be gentler. I have fibromyalgia and physical trauma, and this was incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, and somewhat further traumatizing. When my regular chiropractor wasn’t available I had several who, when I asked them to do more things that he does for me, quite rudely answered “Do you HURT there?” I’m on the monthly plan, which is far as I understand *is precisely for maintenance so that I don’t end up hurting*. So for them to be resistant to doing my normal maintenance routine by indirectly suggesting I should wait until those areas hurt to have them adjusted was shocking. I did report all of that to corporate, and of course I have no idea what the result was, but the person I spoke to wanted me to write everything down and email it to them, and they seemed to take it seriously. Updated 2/23 Just left after an adjustment with Dr Debroy. I was very anxious about having a new chiropractor who doesn’t know my body at all, because the doctors I’ve seen before are on vacation or it’s their day off. He was FANTASTIC! Fabulous bedside manner: warm, gentle, patient, extremely communicative, and very receptive to feedback. I really could not have asked for a better experience.

    My family has gone to a chiropractor for the last 5 years. We recently moved to Tucson in July of last year. As we were driving around the city of Tucson we came across The Joint. We stopped by to see if it was all it said it was from the poster outside. It was!!!! The Joint is a walk in, no appointment needed chiropractic center where the prices are great and affordable for the entire family. I would recommend this place to any and every one.     Life changing!!! I don't know how I lived before the Joint. My wife, family, and friends have all gone here after I couldn't stop bragging about how great the place is.     I loved the professional and courteous office personel. They were very understandng and accommodating to me after my knee surgery. I have recommended several people who love it as well. Now healed from surgery, I plan to return and hopefully soon. I am laid off so as soon as I'm able to afford visits (which are pretty reasonable), I will go.

    I was visiting my mom in Tucson from Austin and needed an adjustment desperately due to the horrors bus and airline travel wreak on your neck and lower-back. My mom swears by this location and Dr. Adam's curative touch, so I was sold! One of the things I love about my membership here is I can pop in any location nationwide and get treated, no questions asked! The receptionist here was so nice (btw, check in on Yelp for the first time and get your choice of a free sunshade or tshirt!) and though there was a bit of a wait, it was still under 15mins. Dr. Adam was so gracious and though it was my first time ever seeing him, he popped me back into shape with a soft touch and gracious manner. I'm almost sad that I have to go back to my Austin Joint in a couple of days!

    I was experiencing hip pain and I knew I needed an adjustment, but it was Saturday. I did a search online to see if any offices were open on Saturdays, so I wouldn't have to wait until Monday, and I found The Joint. I was able to do the paperwork online so it saved time when I got there. The doctor I saw was very nice and explained each adjustment before doing it. I had been to many chiropractors before, but he did some new things so I was happy for the explanations. My 21 year old daughter came for an adjustment too, and he was happy to answer all our questions. We both decided to return to The Joint instead of our other plans because of the service and ease of getting in, open seven days a week with no appointment needed.

    Had to fill out more forms than my primary phisysian. I then received a half a$$ adjustment after the doc tried to sell me on a monthly $60 dollar plan and I declined. I went to this place (different location) in the past and was in and out in no time without any pressured sales tactics. This go around was pathetic. Waste of my time and money.     I have been receiving chiropractic care since I was 10 years old and I can honestly say that Dr. Oglesbee here at The Joint is the best I've ever experienced. Not only is he he very thorough, but also very professional. His experience is very evident in every adjustment. The front desk staff are also very professional, welcoming, and courteous. The whole experience makes me look forward to my weekly adjustment and the wellness plan is arguably the best monthly investment I've made in a long time. In my opinion, the fee is a very small price to pay for the relief from chronic pain after each adjustment.     This place is really good for people old and young, and the doctors and people at the desk are really nice. And it's so continent, the longest wait I had was 15 minutes, but it's usually just walk in get seen and walk out. It has helped too...as long as you keep up with it.

    Every time I’ve been I was told 30 min wait that turned into 90 mins. I work and don’t know about you but 90 min wait is beyond 10-45 like Yelp says. Although I got great adjustments the time involved made me look elsewhere.
