Meet The Doctors
Dr. Jeff Holt has been an Arkansas resident most of his life. After graduating from Conway High and the University of Central Arkansas, he spent 8 years serving as a U.S. Army intelligence officer. After retiring from the Army, Jeff enrolled in Palmer College of Chiropractic and graduated in 1996. He opened his chiropractic clinic in Mountain View, AR and has since developed a high-volume clinic offering both chiropractic and acupuncture services.
Dr. Jeff is married with 3 children and 1 grandson. In his spare time, he enjoys horseback riding, camping, and spending time with his family. He is both an owner and operator within The Joint Chiropractic’s system and is excited to offer The Joint Chiropractic’s concept in Northwest Arkansas.
Dr. Justin Cole is originally from Oklahoma, but was living in Colorado before his move to Arkansas. Dr. Justin has been practicing chiropractic care for 8 years, and is passionate about helping people achieve true wellness! For him one of the most rewarding parts of being a chiropractor is when someone who was in a lot of pain coming in, is able to walk out easily after their adjustment.
When Dr. Justin is not in the clinic he spends his free time outdoors! He is an avid hiker, hunter, and fisherman! He also enjoys spending time with his pup Jake hitting the trails or just enjoying the beauty Arkansas has to offer. Fun fact about Dr. Justin is that he has climbed over 120 summits, which is basically the whole front range of Colorado!
Dr. Mika Felton is originally from Bryant, Arkansas. After college, She graduated from Logan University in Chesterfield, MO with her doctorate in Chiropractic.
Before becoming a Chiropractor, Dr. Felton worked as a preschool teacher. She remembers that one of her students went to a chiropractor and saw amazing results, which was intriguing to her. She started looking into chiropractic and saw the life-changing results children and adults get with regular care, and that is what Dr. Felton credits as the start of her own chiropractic journey.
Being a Chiropractor has allowed her to give those life changing results to her own patients. Dr. Felton is very passionate about helping pregnant women throughout their pregnancy, and then treating their babies once they are born. Chiropractic care benefits not only mom, but baby throughout all stages of motherhood and childhood!
Outside of the office Dr. Felton enjoys reading books, playing video games, and spending time outside with her two dogs, Rue, a German Shepherd, and Pepper, a chihuahua.

Victor Elmurr DC, was raised in central Ohio (Go bucks!) and went to Logan University for his doctorate in chiropractic where he graduated in August of 2021. His first chiropractic job was back home in Ohio to gain experience so he could move to the great state of Arizona where he just recently joined The Joint in April of 2022. The best thing about being in this field is the ability to help people out of pain as well as be there as a guide toward natural health.
The reason he moved to Arizona is because it offers everything he likes to do in his free time - hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, rock climbing, snowboarding, beach (drivable) and exploring beautiful scenery. The one thing Dr Elmurr must have in his fridge is raw milk – he could replace water with milk any day of the week and he’s learning how important hydration is in this dry heat! Karel Lewitt, Pavel Kolar, Ron Hruska and Alan Watts would all be at his steak dinner – the first three are all giants in the rehabilitation space which is always fascinating to learn about and last but not least Mr. Watts was a philosopher that had some incredible teachings he used to enjoy listening to years ago. The coolest thing Dr. Elmurr has ever done is snowboard in and drive through Colorado because the views were unlike anything he had ever seen before!
