I’m so thankful to have found The Joint Chiropractic! I have been suffering with migraines off and on for the last year. Last week I was suffering from a migraine that continued for eight straight days a friend recommended just seeing a chiropractor to see if it might be beneficial after my pcp ruled out anything major. I walked in on the eighth day of the migraine that started in the back of my neck up and around to my eye and I left with no migraine at all!! I have felt great all week long. Returned today for my Follow up visit and nothing but the best experience again. I look forward to staying on the right track feeling better!

Very unprofessional place they charged me a month without me knowing and they made sure a let me know after they charged me that they dont do refunds. So be careful this place will screw you over. I all I wanted was my money back and they refused. Very crooked place I would never go there. If you do don't give them your debt card number they will charge you without you going and they won't tell you either. Never go here

If you want to spend $70 for a few visits that likely won't address the actual problem, that's your choice. My concern is that they don't take X-rays or perform any diagnostic imaging to determine whether there is a more serious underlying issue. Instead, the visit often consists of a quick adjustment and a few minor joint pops before you're sent on your way. In my opinion, that's not a real solution or treatment plan. I would recommend seeing a licensed physician or a reputable chiropractic clinic that conducts a thorough evaluation, including imaging when necessary, and develops a treatment plan based on your specific condition. A two-minute adjustment is not going to fix the root cause of the problem.

I was in way more pain afterwards than I was in before. They do generic adjustments and don’t listen fully to you when you tell them something hurts. I wasn’t sore I hurt to where I couldn’t walk without extreme pain. If you have been in a car wreck don’t go here. If you have back problems don’t go here. Find one that offers imaging and does adjustments based off those images

The most positive thing to say is that this is a place you can be adjusted. I woke up in a lot of pain, and needed to be seen before work and saw this place had walk-ins. After initially filling out paperwork that the chiropractor seemed to not read, I received a really rough adjustment from a chiropractor who was really condescending and a bit rude to me. She immediately had sort of an irritated attitude when I corrected her on how my name is pronounced. I was also very uncomfortable that the treatment area was just an open room with no privacy from the other patients. I was having pelvis, hip, and SI joint issues, and while she acknowledged that she needed to adjust my hips and pelvis, she couldn’t do it and ended up popping my wrists/hands in such a way that they hurt now when they did not previously. I am hyper mobile, and that causes some chronic pain, and I acknowledged that there is generally some underlying pain for me most of the time. When I was expressing this, she got really short with me and shamed me for “normalizing pain.” I felt like I had to explain myself to her. That I exercise, and stretch, and regularly do PT and use a TENS. At the end ( while I am still very much hurting and am now very anxious), she starts telling me about which plan I’ll be on. I hadn’t intended on being on a plan, I just needed the adjustment. They don’t take insurance and others do, and despite what they kept saying, my copays with my insurance are less than their charges even with the subscription service, I just needed to get a walk in appointment for today. When we got to the front she told the receptionist that I was going to be on a plan and they handed me a contract. As I started to look it over I asked if I could just pay for today’s visit and take the contract home to read and decide if I wanted that, she really pushed back on it. I had to say several times that I wasn’t sure if I wanted to sign up, and that I just wanted to pay for my visit. I did end up being able to pay for my visit, but not after being made to feel shamed and pressured. I got into the car and just bawled my eyes out when my husband asked how the visit went. I don’t feel like this place is neurodivergent friendly, is likely not the place for you if you are hyper mobile, and seems to be a bit of a ruthless cash grab. I will not be returning.

I’d never been to the chiropractor, but after experiencing rib/thoracic pain/dislocation I decided to give it a go despite not knowing what to expect. However, the initial visit was extremely smooth, quick, and efficient. I signed up for the Wellness Plan, and it was clearly explained to me by the receptionist. I love the flexibility of Joint Chiropractic because I can go to any location and on Saturday's. Dr. Graham has been my primary chiropractor and has been nothing short of amazing! She clearly explained what/why/how she’s doing before - which greatly eased my initial nerves - she’s very thorough, actively listens to concerns, demonstrates compassion for her clients, and provided tips/exercises to complete between visits!

Every Doctor that I have had the true pleasure to meet in this establishment has been AMAZING! They've listened and they've taken so much of my pain away. It's been since 1997 since I've been able to sleep through the night. Since my first visit to the Joint I have had only 2 nights that pain woke me. Using a yard trimmer and pulling weeds are not conducive to pain free nights it seems ?. So, I can't wait to see them tomorrow. I have paid other Chiropractors lots of money to alleviate the pain and they really never gotten the job done. We had a wellness plan for around two years. We really liked going to see Dr Becker. Our plan was up and bad weather was about to start hitting so we figured we would take a month or two break and then renew our plan probably for another year. Well they decided to switch our plan over to a monthly rate and charge us $138 for a month that we never did visit. I caught the charge and got a hold of them. They refused to give us a refund. So apparently it’s in the contract when you sign up. Like you’re going to remember everything it said on there two years later. So we haven’t been back and want to let everyone know if you have a plan that is expiring and you want to take a break for a little while. You better cancel or they we continue to charge you. Very disappointing, we had no plans of not going there again, but getting $138 taken for a service we didn’t receive was a deal breaker

I called ahead before coming to The Joint Chiropractic to verify that the clinic was trauma-informed and experienced with complex conditions, especially since my chiropractor of 22 years, Dr. Kyle Jaragin, has worked within this network. I was trying to ensure I would be in a safe and informed environment given my medical history. For context, I had just experienced a training session at the gym that resulted in significant symptoms, including vomiting, sharp head pain, and increased pain in my cervical spine, thoracic spine, and hips. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome with known axial instability, and I was concerned about possible subluxations. I explained all of this clearly upon arrival. Despite providing a full medical history and describing acute symptoms, there was no physical examination, no palpation, and no imaging such as X-rays performed. After hearing my history, Dr. Graham declined treatment, stating concerns about liability rather than demonstrating understanding or offering appropriate next steps for someone with EDS. This was particularly concerning given that the clinic stated they “see EDS patients all the time.” From my experience, this clinic is not appropriate for medically complex patients, particularly those with EDS or instability conditions. There was a lack of clinical assessment, lack of trauma-informed care, and no attempt to provide alternative solutions or referrals. Additionally, the environment raised concerns regarding: Patient privacy — individuals were treated side by side without clear adherence to confidentiality or HIPAA standards Trauma-informed care — the setting and approach did not reflect trauma-informed practices Autism-friendly accommodations — the environment did not feel sensory-aware or supportive for neurodivergent individuals If you are not medically complex, this clinic may be a reasonable fit. However, for individuals with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, trauma history, or neurodivergence, I would strongly recommend seeking a provider with specialized training and a more individualized, clinically appropriate approach. I am well connected within the Arkansas EDS community and will be sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions about their care.

One thing I disappointed say they have activator treatments only got one I signed up for the two months minimum and I told her at the front desk that I was not going to be back she never handed me a cancellation form so they kept charging my credit card saying I didn't sign a cancellation form and what I went in for treatments I never got no results

I went in there with severe pain and a migraine, I just knew something had to be wrong. Dr Becker adjusted my neck and back, afterwards my migraine was gone, my throbbing pain in my neck and back was no longer in pain. I was able to basically function again. I limped into The Joint Chiropractic laughing nervously because I was in more pain than I’ve ever been in. I’d taken way too many OTC meds and couldn’t get in with my PCP until next week, so I was incredibly grateful when the friendly receptionist told me they could work me in. I was honestly scared, very tense, uncomfortable with being touched by strangers, and worried I might yelp or react because of the pain. The doctor was incredibly kind and patient, talked me through everything he was doing, and never rushed me. He was very upfront that I wouldn’t feel 100% better right away but he was right in the best way because I walked out instead of limped out. Even though I was the last patient of the day, I never felt rushed. The doctor took time to explain the plan of care, provided clear after-care instructions, and told me exactly what to expect going forward. I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. I highly recommend this clinic!

I was pleased with my exam and adjustments. I agreed with the treatment plan. I had to ask many questions about the Wellness Plan (there's not time to read everything) and I had to ask for a copy so I would be able to understand everything and have it for future reference. I didn't realize that the +4 visits were an additional (+$50). Then monthly visits for a minimum of two months. I think all patients should receive a copy of their contract. All in all, it's a great deal. I was just surprised when I was checking my bank account. Doc was great and explained things to me and answered all my questions. My hip started hurting, walking to the car and at home. I understand that some people experience discomfort after an adjustment. With fibro, we always do. I'll be back. Thanks

WARNING!!! DON’T GO HERE!! They have very deceptive business practices, and very poor chiropractic services!! They don’t explain the monthly reoccurring payments! They’ll tell you they have a 4 visit one month plan for $69, and then fail to inform you that it’s recurring every month with a 2 month minimum. Also they will not refund your money. This service is very poor!! They actually made my condition worse. I came in with one rib out of place, and left with a rib on both sides out of place! I had to go to a real chiropractor after my visit to correct the damage they had done, and to fix my existing problem in only one appointment!! The worst chiropractor I’ve ever been to in my life!!!!

I went to the Ft Smith, AR location for the 1st time today. I saw Dr Becker. I have been to many chiropractors for the last 25 years, and I have NEVER had a 1st time experience this satisfying. A very professional approach and he listens to you! He worked me over pretty good and I feel amazing already. I am completely blown away at how affordable this is! The chiropractors are fantastic, the customer service.. not so much. If you do set up a subscription for your service, be aware that you cannot cancel it after the first month. I asked to cancel it for my 3rd month when I was there in person and the lady at the front desk told me she went ahead and cancelled my recurring payment but it came out again this month (the 3rd month). When I called to ask about why it came out after I was told it would be canceled, the lady I spoke to on the phone was flat out rude and condescending, she told me I just must have been mistaken about canceling it. I simply asked her if I could go ahead and cancel now and she said she would text the cancelation policy to me, but she never did, I'm beginning to worry that I'll have to fight it with my bank and literally cancel my card so they stop charging me. Also be aware up front that they do not accept any insurance, and the set up is one large room with several beds and chiros so don't go expecting any privacy. I am actually super bummed about their poor customer service and scammy business model because the chiropractors I saw were all fantastic! EDIT: I have been trying to cancel for a week now and they still have not sent me the cancelation policy like they said they would, after the lady being rude to me over the phone I'm definitely not wanting to have to go in person to cancel.

Subscription based. Focused on $. No actual rooms, no x-ray machines, and they push the Subscription base service. Its only $29 for first-timers, then $55+ afterwards. I didnt pay that much at another office that has xray, has actual rooms, and you pay for the day youre there. Then schedule next appt. My feel was they werent on the par with my standards of service. I gave them a shot just to test it out. Not having rooms, nor having privacy of any type, was a negative for me. I felt they aggravated an issue I had vs bringing me relief. I'll never go there again, or recommend to anyone. There are far better options around. With and without insurance (which they do not take). Not having proper equipment and rooms was the red flag for me.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! LITERALLY SO BAD! All they want is your money! My wife went in and made an account with my phone number and they tried to say that after we paid for HER Membership they couldn’t see her without her paying a new fee because she gave my number. Dr Becker has AWFUL Bedside manner and literally said to my wife AFTER THEY CHARGED HER FOR A SECOND TIME AND TRIED TO GASLIGHT HER AND MAKE IT LIKE IT WAS HER FAULT! Can’t stand this place. Don’t fall for the “convenience” or the “affordable pricing.” If there is a discrepancy for anything don’t be surprised if it leads in getting gaslit and repaying your hard earned money!!!!

I originally left a good review, but I'd like to change it now. If you go here be aware that you are automatically signing up for monthly charges. You can't cancel over the phone. You have to go in and fill out paperwork in order to do so. Even if you don't go in you will be charged. They do not tell you this. It's apparently in the very fine print on the bottom of the form you sign. I've heard of them doing this to multiple people. Chiropractor was very good and quick, but they are scamming people.

My husband has been having some neck pain for a couple of months. It had taken me a lot of convincing to talk him into getting some help. After doing some research, he decided to see if a chiropractor may be able to help. The two stars are only for this part: setting up the appointment was easy, and they got him right in. Also, the front desk person was very friendly and the facility is clean. That's where the positivity ends. Once we were in the back he was instructed to get on the table after a brief consultation. The Dr had a sort of attitude from the start and it just kept getting worse from there. Neither my husband or I have ever been to a chiropractor. My husband was nervous, tense, and in incredible pain. The Dr started by talking about my husband being slippery because of his lotion. She kept wiping him off and saying things about it. He told her a few different times that he hadn't thought about his lotion before he came and he kept apologizing. She just kept saying things about it and he was embarrassed. Then, she just KEPT telling him to "relax" and telling him that he's "intense" and saying things like "you don't know how to relax, do you?"... All while holding his head and moving quickly instead of trying to get him to relax more by slowing down. It's difficult to just relax when you're nervous and in pain and being made to feel like you're doing something wrong. She was getting more and more irritated. This went on for a bit until my husband politely said that he was done and he didn't think it was for him. She then told him that she had a tool she could try but that she didn't like to use it. At this point he just wanted to leave. He left feeling worse than when he got there. I think that they are used to very quickly seeing people and do not like taking time to ensure the patient is comfortable. This is not the type of place to go if you have any type of anxiety about medical facilities.

Liked the service I did receive. But after a few sessions I decided I didn't want service anymore. They made it hard to cancel my subscription. That friendly atmosphere changed once I asked to cancel. I would definitely be uncomfortable returning now.

Great experience! They took the time to listen to why I was there. Explained what to expect and how it works. Yes, they recommend a treatment plan. Yes, they offered me a wellness package. Yes, I signed up for it. No it was not a high pressure sales pitch. It was more “would you like to sign up for this.” I didn’t feel pressured at all. If you’re looking for all the bells and whistle’s of a fully decked out chiropractor’s office this isn’t the place for you. They don’t have a bunch of machines and equipment. It’s you, the doctor and a chiropractic bench. They are quick, efficient, and effective. I really enjoyed my visit.

This place is going to try to urge you into a contract that they make it extremely difficult to cancel. I would not recommend them this is a predatory model and you will go in and be out in less than 5 minutes on every visit. It is not worth the charges or hastle.

Love the Joint! I've visited offices through out the US and service is always excellent. All of the Chiropractors at the Fort Smith location are particularly good. I find my self recommending The Joint often. Only negative I can think of, is that it is hard to get in on Saturdays as they only have 1 Chiropractor on duty.

The place is clean and nice. Front desk staff very helpful, however the doc I seen was rude and very ruff. He never asked me to breath in or out and then slammed my knees together which hurt really bad and I now have bruises. It may be cheap but you get what you pay for...... I will not be back.

I 10/10 do not recommend. I went in today to have my pelvis adjusted as I have done several times throughout my pregnancy. The chiropractor was very uneasy about how to adjust me. She made me feel so stupid for being there. My chart also was not reviewed prior to my adjustment an I have had a spinal fusion. Luckily another provider saw her about to adjust me a recognized me a told her what needed to be done. I immediately told her I wasn’t comfortable a left. I also cancelled my subscription an will NEVER be back.

Today I actually had a pretty good experience. I saw Dr Becker again; he does a great job and doesn’t hold back on doing manual adjustments. He doesn’t just rely on using an activator and the movement of the beds. I had a tailbone contusion and while not doing anything for my tailbone directly, he relieved some pain with stretches and pulls as well as other treatment for my neck.

This place has you sign a contract with a card on file so that they can keep taking your money even after your contract is over. I went in for ONE adjustment however they sold me on signing a two month contract because I would get 3 free visits if I did. This was back in October 2023, so my card should have been ran for October and November. I had a prepaid card, not a bank card so all these months I have had no way of seeing that they were taking money off of my card every month.Today (May 29th) they emailed me to let me know that my card needed to be updated because it didn't go through when they tried to run it! I told them they weren't supposed to be running it, I never signed anything that allowed them to just keep taking money from me. They said I had to come in to sign a paper so they won't run my card anymore. When I go inside the front lady first thing was rude when I told her I wasn't there to be seen but to sign a form to cancel my card than she shows me the paper I signed to "agree" for my card to continue to have funds taken off of it and their wording on the contract they have you sign says "2 months minimum reoccurring" so because they put the word "reoccuring" in their contract, according to them, gives them the right to continue to take money from you every single month instead of just the two months it states, unless you go sign another document telling them to stop running your card. Also, I find it funny how they email me to update my card but never emailed invoices or statements saying money was being taken off my card for all the months they've been taking my money. Was referred here by someone close to me for a dislocated shoulder. I was able to get relief after my first visit, and have continued to see the chiropractors here throughout my recovery. The only reason missing a star is room for improvement: holidays or days leading up to holiday weekends can cause delays for walk-in service. Occasionally adjustment not communicated beforehand (which is fine for those who tend to tense up with warning given, but not good for first-timers in general). In the positive: staff are all friendly, professional, and usually provide very quick service (5-15 mins depending on walk-ins in waiting area, 30-45 if busy). Great open hours for those with odd schedules.

5 stars for the friendliness of the staff and Doctor. The doctor I saw was wonderful, very personable, and thorough. She took time to discuss past medical history and explain follow up and future scheduling needs. The office is small, but is very clean and they efficiently use all the space available. 5 stars for everything except the new patient paperwork. I'd give zero stars here. You complete everything on an iPad, which isn't the issue when the iPad works, but this one had some kind of a screen glitch and every time I'd go to select a character (I was trying to get the @ symbol for my email) it would light up half the keyboard blue and then erase everything I'd put in. If you have an extensive past medical history regarding musculoskeletal injuries or conditions, the time needed to fill this paperwork out on the device feels like it takes forever. If you don't already, please consider offering the new patient paperwork online so that it can be completed prior to arrival. Highly recommend, I will be back!

The drs here are great! I arrived 20 mins before closing and was turned away. I pay for a plan that is walk in and they don’t let you make appointments. I drove 30 minutes one way to get here, what about my wasted time and gas? Don’t advertise hours you don’t comply with, that’s bad service.

I have been a long time customer on and off depending on how close a location is to me as I travel all over the US from construction project to project. Most of the chiropractors are top notch but every now and again you will get someone that just can’t get the job done. Some I would give 5 stars, some 3 or 4. Ft. Smith is first visit 5 star second visit 3 star. Figured I would average it out to a 4 star at this location and I hope I get the first chiropractor from now on.

After every appointment I feel like a whole new person, the pain is gone or at least for a while. Also I tell every new person I have seen about the surgery I had gotten on my tailbone, showed them the site and told them how sensitive it is and they found different ways to still pop the certain part of my back without causing my pain. It is also hard for my other halg and I to go to a chiropractor with how much he works, so when he told me to look into the Joint and I seen that they were open on the weekends we paid for a 2 month minimum memberhip and it is so worth it to keep going. The listen to you when you say where you have pain and they focus on that on spot also if you had a surgery, any kind, they find ways to help with causing pain or discomfort. I am esactic and all around screaming in relief that we are going to The Joint!!

The Joint Chiropractor was cheaper than insurance. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Update: I’ve been going for a little over a month now and still have a great experience with all at the facility but Dr Graham is my pick. I’ve started to relax with her and I’m really starting to feel the difference in my pain.

Like the fact I can get in and out quickly with no appointments...I would only say if you need more comprehensive treatment ..ie x-rays etc...maybe go to a regular practice...but for regular maintenance this is the place to go...

Great doctors (all good but Dr. Holt is awesome) and timely service. I have often avoided going to chiropractors because I feel as if I don’t have the time, but it is so effecient here I can make it work with my schedule. Plus it is easy on my wallet as my insurance does not cover this service I can pay by the month and go weekly as I need it due to neck issues.

For one, they only accept cash, not insurance. I also had a bad experience here because they decided to make my personal business everyone elses business in the lobby by talking loudly about my personal business instead of calling me up to the desk to speak quietly and one on one about it. Terrible service before i could even get treated here. Wont be going back. EVERRR
