I first visited The Joint Chiropractic in Rogers, Arkansas, last month (July). When I went in, the staff seemed friendly, and the chiropractor explained their package deal. He told me clearly that if I didn’t use all of my sessions that month, the unused ones would roll over into the next month until I used them all. He also said that once I used up all my sessions, I could either buy another package or just leave it — no pressure, no automatic charges. I specifically asked him: “Is this a subscription?” He said: “No, you only pay when you choose to buy a package. No recurring charges.” Based on that explanation, I felt comfortable signing up for a package and signing the paperwork — which I assumed was just for that one-time purchase. But here we are in August, and I noticed a $69 charge on my bank account. Confused, I went to the office to ask about it. That’s when everything changed. The front desk staff was rude and dismissive, giving me dirty looks just for asking a question. I explained that I was told sessions would roll over and there were no recurring charges. She immediately shut me down with an attitude and said, “No, it doesn’t roll over, and yes, it’s a subscription.” I told her I had never received any documentation saying it was a subscription and only signed for the package I bought. She didn’t care — just repeated that it was a subscription and that they charge automatically. I asked to cancel immediately and signed the cancellation form. She then asked if I wanted to use the four sessions I supposedly still had. I said, “No, I’m done.” I walked out feeling scammed and disrespected. It’s upsetting because I trusted what I was told during my first visit. Now I see why they don’t take insurance — this feels like a trap. Yes, I got adjusted, but it was a 20-second adjustment that did nothing. They seemed nice at first, but the moment you question the charges, the fake smiles disappear and you’re treated poorly. So please — stay away from this place. What seems like a good deal at first can quickly turn into unexpected charges and rude treatment. Don’t fall for it like I did.

My fiancee the other day threw out her back, L4-L5. Not an uncommon thing for her. Being that it was a Saturday, and her regular chiropractor was closed, we selected Joint Chiropractic in Rogers, AR. She met with "Mr. Drew". After her "consultation" with Mr. Drew, he refused to treat her, based on her saying that she had some incontinence. His concern was there there may be a spinal cord issue, and not just a simple vertebral adjustment needed. My fiancee and I tried to explain that the incontinence has been ongoing for several months, and was not related to her back issue. Had the incontinence occured when the back pain started, I could see the concern. However, he adamantly refused to treat her, and said she needed to go to an emergency department. Mr. Drew is wholly incompetent. I've been an emergeny department nurse for 18 years, longer than Mr. Drew has been out of middle school. And ER would have done an x-ray (possibly a CT-scan), and told her to follow up with her PMD. So, instrad of listening to the pateint, he'd rather push her off to someone else, and leave her in pain. Mr. Drew is not a doctor (despite the ability for a glorified massage therapist to use the term "doctor"). He's more interested in selling treatment "plans", than in helping people. Sorry that we wanted just a simple adjustment, and figure out later if we wanted to subscribe to his $69/month plan. If "doctor" Drew has any problem with what I'm saying here, I invite him to a discourse here in public. I've forgotten more about medical care that he received is his training. I have a long liat of case studies, articles from "real" doctors, and published standards of care to prove my position. Wanna debate me? Bring it! I look forward to the "challenge". If you’re looking for a chiro, SAVE yourself TIME and MONEY and use The Joint. This is the perfect implementation of a subscription service. I love having affordable chiropractic car without needing to schedule anything. The receptionist is always kind and the doctors always do a great job. The more you help them by describing what’s going on the more they can help you and make sure you are taken care of. There are multiple doctors onsite so if you’re not sure about an experience, give it another shot with one of the other doctors. PSA: chiropractic care is like working out. If you want results, once a month probably won’t cut it.

I just love The Joint, I was really looking for a simpler way to go to the chiropractor! I transferred from Dallas now that I am in NWA area. The process is simple and I pay the original amount I signed up for per month! Everyone is very professional and kind. I have no issues getting in and the adjustment takes about 10 minutes. Dr. Dupuy is my main Doctor and he knows exactly what I need. This is great because I do maintenance once a week. They are happy to see me more when in pain!

The concept is good, unfortunately the same cannot be said about all of their chiropractors. Some have been very helpful but some have been very painful and some have done little to nothing at all. The unfortunate part is as a patient you get shuffled around to whoever is available leading to vastly different experiences. I just left there today and feel far worse than before and I was just in for routine adjustment. My advice is stay with the first 2 tables closest to the door. Monte and Chuck seem to be at those spots. Stay away from the third guy. If he had been my first experience I certainly would have never returned.

The joint chiropractors are pretty good. Some took the time to talk to me and help me out with knowledge. However, due to my mental health I couldn’t keep up with the visits. After two months, I finally went in one day late to cancel my membership. I spoke with the chiropractor and the staff at bentonville. They pretended to care about my reasoning and mental health and assured me I would get a refund. But low and behold, as soon as I tried to confirm with Rogers, the front office refused to give me a refund- and refuse to give me the month of visits I paid for because I cancelled my membership immediately because I was assured the refund. If you have mental health issues don’t use them.

Got a voice-mail with a guy stuttering and umming away and it reminded me I used to go here. The curly hair guy (chad dupuy)is bipolar and will try to sell you a package to come weekly and afterwards he asks every other week why your there and tells you you dont need to be seen... the woman knows what she's doing and is polite but she's not big enough to do much for me. I cannot buy your subscription with this in mind. Please quit leaving me voice-mails with um-inums and stuttering carrying on like a kid. I've asked once already and now everyone can publicly see me ask you twice! I now see a professional who says you guys did nothing but damage and he appreciates the green stuff like food on his table. Glad I stopped visiting the joint center over a year ago and started healing! It's the McDonald's of the chiropractic industry and all they're serving is swampy mcdoubles with attitude. Go ahead and leave me another voicemail and I'll find another place to leave my opinion. If I want a swampy mcdouble I'll go to you! Or we can have radio silence and carry on with life separately. I cancelled before August 8th as I was told at the Roger’s Arkansas location, they lost the paperwork and I thought they cancelled but now I have 4 charges for $69 and I’ve called and was told a manager would call me back and I had to call again. I noticed it before the third charge but dang no one wants to refund a thing or call me back. I remember canceling because right before I signed the cancellation, the front desk person offered to pause the membership. I said I would join again if I wanted to at a later date. The service is awful when you cancel. This is $276 dollars and I haven’t been there since August. I called again and now I’m told I’ll be called back again. I will be telling everyone and anyone who will listen to avoid your service. I was so happy to find chiropractic that I could just come by for an adjustment but I had to cancel due to travel and not needing more service. I really wish their business practices included caring when you no longer want to be a patient. I am posting this anywhere I can. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! This is more of a pain than I originally went to get fixed. Awful!

I think if there were more chiropractic techniques used, results would be better. Perhaps some continuing education coursework on the Diversified approach? It might be more the system than the chiropractors, to be fair.

Would not let me cancel my membership or refund me on the 1st of the month 2 minutes after opening despite not having rendered any services for the upcoming month. I offered to pay for single visit and continue as customer but the joint feels entitled to your money. Go elsewhere.

The only downfall to the joint chiropractor is that you don’t have one in Mountain View, Arkansas. I know several people that would definitely go to it or that we could use the same deal at Holt’s Chiropractor that would be awesome.

I’ve been to many different chiropractors over the years, and I have to say this place is awesome. Not only is it very affordable, but the range of chiropractic “styles” is so wide here… it’s like there’s a chiropractor for everyone’s taste here, whether you prefer gentle or deeper adjustments. One of them here seems to have “magic X-ray vision” fingers and goes to the exact spot that’s bothering you without you even saying! And another one can get in to places no-one else can get to, with amazing precision! They’re great with children too!

I am on a road trip with my dad we are traveling in from Vegas and Wyoming and we stopped in to visit the joint and Dr. Jacob Curran take care of me!! It was absolutely outstanding service!!! I have been going to the joint for years and it’s always excellent service but nothing like today! They were so much relatability so much information and the adjustment was exactly what I was looking for! I think this is my second reviewed ever left in my life but I had such a great experience with him I had to let the world know! He even gave us recommendations on where to eat tonight excursions around town! I’d give 10 star but they only let me leave 5 ??

First time here for hubby. Very sanitary! Pleasant staff . Quick appointment too. We called from a previous Dr appointment here in town and need to be at another appointment in town at 1 pm. They gladly fit him in so we won't have to drive all the way home to Eureka Springs saving us much time and gasoline. Little things like this help tremendously being on a fixed income.

Love this location! It’s clean. The front desk workers are super nice. There’s not a long wait if you don’t have a doctor preference. Dr. Bao is worth the wait! I’m very happy with the care I get from her. My migraines have reduced significantly since I started seeing Dr. Bao. $29 for your first visit is not bad and the packages for further care are affordable. I’ve paid a lot more and not received the kind of care I get from The Joint Chiropractic. I highly recommend this place!

I have been to different Joint facilities in the country. This was the worst. I walk in and the front desk employee was lifeless. Never greeted me, just asks for my info like a robot. Then I walk back and Dr. Dupuy starts with what brings you in, I attempt to establish a rapport and again he states what brings you in. He didn't spend any time reading my history or asking me any questions regarding my issues. He made small talk but it was obviously disingenuous. I found his hands on to be rough and less than precise. I got the membership dialog while receiving my adjustment. This place is literally dead. All the Docs were glued to there monitors. I won't be back. Night and day from the previous Joint I had a membership with. If I could transport the Doc over there to this location I would be happy to come in.

I went here for back pain. They told me I had scoliosis to which my doctor checked the following week to be untrue. It did help my back but that's not what the review is about. This place only wants to sell you a recurring membership, not fix your back. This became apparent as I watched other customers leave in front of me all getting the same sales pitch. They're persistent, which is what good salespeople are, but they take it to another level. I received a text message asking me to come in for services...reply stop to be taken off list. Replied stop to receive a message of "We don't understand what you mean by stop".... How not? Next I went to The Joint, Lucy upfront didn't have much to say besides I'm sorry and there's no one here that can help you. All in all they're not that great at fixing your back unless you want to be sold on stuff you probably don't need, and certainly won't let up if you go somewhere else.

After going to another place that was a massive gimmick and bleeding people dry all while telling them “follow the plan” and spending two minutes at most and then saying you’re aligned and then want you to come three times a week this place was a Godsend! Friendly staff and they get you in and out quickly but truly focus on getting you aligned and well. I highly recommend Dr Chad Dupuy. He’s able to adjust me which isn’t easy to do. I’m very grateful to have found someone that is helping me.

Let me just start out by saying WOW! I haven't been to a chiropractor in five years been holding it off don't know why. Something happened and I hurt my back enough to finally bite the bullet and go back. Was just driving by and saw The Joint i was like what an awesome name...what is it? As i looked it up and got more information on it i was like yeah yeah i might need it someday. Well this weekend my back took a toll on me and decided it was time. The atmosphere with Lucy greeting you with her smiling eyes at the front desk since we still have masks. Super kind to a person who just walked in with tie dye scrubs on. Gave me paperwork to fill out. Met one of the chiropractors Dr. Bao and she was super awesome...shocked that i haven't seen one for years but could feel and know right away that i wasn't lying ?. I'm super pleased within just one visit of The Joint i can't wait to see my back performance enhancing more and more with this phenomenal team of Chiropractors.

Have been going here over a month and REALLY love it and have see much improvement! I happened to go in when my old chiropractor was on vacation and was lucky enough to get Dr. Bao!! She did a thorough exam, helped my headaches A TON!! If you are having headaches I recommend stopping by and asking for Dr Bao!! The joint also has an amazing front desk gal that will get to know your name just after a couple visits. It is cost friendly, accommodating hours and has an amazing staff!! How can it be anything but 5 stars!!

Dr. Chad Dupuy does a great job. He will tell you how to help with your situation. My neck is always and issue and fixes me up. I also love that they have hours that meet busy schedules. I actually said I wish there was a chiropractor that’s open later and on weekends and then they opened The Joint!

Super convenient location. I love the wellness plan that allows me to just stop by whenever it's convenient. It's also very affordable for me. Lucy at the front desk was very welcoming and polite. The facility is simple and clean. I have now seen Dr. Dupuy and Dr. Bao and they're both awesome!
