Dr. Will Untalan, also known as Dr. Will joined The Joint Chiropractic in South Gate and Brea in January 2024. He graduated from Cal State Long Beach in 1993 with his bachelor’s in finance/business administration. He attended Clevland Chiropractic College and graduated in December 2001. The best thing about being in the chiropractic field is making a positive difference in people’s lives. The second-best thing to Dr. Will is getting to know many diverse patients from different backgrounds. He previously worked in Maui, HI Oxnard, CA, Los Alamitos, CA, Long Beach, CA, Lakewood, CA and Irvine, CA at other Chiropractic clinics. Dr. Will grew up in Carson/Torance, CA and his hobbies are growing sea corals and maintaining a tropical reef aquarium. Dr. Will has a wife named Johanna and she has been a registered nurse for over 30 years. They have 3 teenage daughters and two dogs, an American bulldog and a yellow labrador.
He knew chiropractic was in his future after working 5 years in finance. Chiropractic and health were more of his interest and passion. What he likes best about working at The Joint is the opportunity to work on patients with more health challenges, which makes him a better doctor. One thing in his fridge that he must have is fruit, because it fills his sweet tooth. Four "famous" people who would comprise his perfect dinner party would be Jesus Christ, Mother Teresa, Muhammad Ali, and Dalai Loma the conversation would go on for days about life, spirituality, humanity, philosophy, etc. Lastly, the coolest thing he has ever done was witnessing the birth of all 3 of his children.
