I am extremely disappointed with how this office treated me. I became sick and couldn’t attend my appointments, but instead of showing any understanding, they refused to help in any way. The visits I paid for were forfeited, and when I asked for a refund since I received no services, they denied my request and only offered credits that I no longer want. The lack of compassion and customer service was honestly shocking. I left feeling like they cared more about enforcing their policy than treating their patients fairly. Because of this experience, I want to cancel my membership and will not be returning. I would not recommend this office.

Absolutely terrible. I came in with a pinched nerve and shooting pain down my arm all the way to the fingers. The manager, Dania, of course, immediately sold me out on a package . I saw Dr.Bystrom, I explained to him my issue and told him what other doctors/ professional suspect the issue was. When I ask him about his opinion, he just paraphrased what I already told him. Without much of a warm up or preparation he immediately cracked my neck. I didn't feel ready and it made my pain immediately worse. I told him right away that you made it worse, and he just said:" Well, we're finished.Go home and ice it". Ice it????? First of all, the worst thing you can do is ice, when you have a pinch nerve, so immediately he's an incompetent doctor. Second of all, I don't pay money to go home and treat myself with ice. My job is 100% physically related and this visit impacted my profession and added to my physical suffering. Right after this terrible experience, I asked for my money back, of course, they didn't give it back. It's been two months, and still no money back. This is a scam company with incompetent doctors. DO NOT GO!!!!!!!

been coming to this location for about two years now and the doctors here saved my back! i was having crazy low back spasms went in for the consultation and the doctor was able to explain what most likely was happening with my back [bulging discs] they got me on a plan to get me on the right track and we went to work. it took a while but i was able to see some results. weekly sessions here along with some yoga at home and within a year i had good mobility and was able to start some of my usual routines again. two years down the road and i feel great. i still try my best to go in at least twice a month if not once weekly. everyone that has helped me here has always been kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. they’re monthly program is pretty affordable so check them out!

I finally decided to become a member because of the Burbank location. Every time I come in, they give me such a great alignment! They always take their time and address whatever’s going on whether it’s my hips, shoulders, or neck. I leave feeling noticeably better and even weeks later, I can still feel the difference. Front desk not helpful attitude rude and not willing to help. This was on 11/27. Was not a professional front desk person argumentative. The place was empty she made it hard to see someone when I made her aware of her attitude two sentences in she right away mention refusing me service. No apology and I walked out. I was told if you were a member before you get a discount on one session. Not true!

This is the second location I’ve shown up at 6:30 pm and they have no doctor. The lights are off and the person inside says sorry we don’t have a doctor. He didn’t comeback after lunch. Joining this AMAZING group has been a LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE...!! Been dealing with constant pain in my neck and back since a rollercoaster whiplash incident years ago. Had both a CT Scan and an MRI performed on me hoping to find a medical solution and all I received was pain medications that only treated the symptoms but not a definite cure. Had a fantastic experience as a first-time customer (first time ever to a chiropractor actually). The staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Trevor was excellent - apart from helping me with my pain and discomfort, he made sure that I understood what he was doing and that there would be no surprises at any point. He took time to patiently provide education and made sure I understood what is going on. For those who have never been to a chiropractor, this is the place to go. The wellness plans are affordable (even cheaper compared to my insurance copay and deductible) and can be used nationwide. I signed up for recurring visits right away. Had scheduled my first visit for 10am today. I arrived at the office about 15 minutes early and noticed that no one was inside. Waited around until 10:15 and still no one in the office. A fantastic place. Very affordable. Warm staff. Dr. Trevor is not only amazing at what he does, he's extremely caring. I've had a years long spine/hip issue and he has worked MIRACLES on my body. I went to a specialist for my knee and he was extremely impressed by the work that Dr. Trevor had done. Dr. Long is also BRILLIANT. I had a bad knee injury that I thought I was going to have to get surgery for. He snapped me right into place and the MRI showed that I didn't need surgery. Very grateful to have found this place.

I'm starting doing from 11/13 last year. I loved the place so convenient for no appointment and any location walk in. I signed membership right after first time in Woodland Hill. "There is nothing we can do" is what the lady with the glasses working the front desk said once they did a mistake the first month of charging me 89 dollars then refunding then charging me double and I did not go the second month. The place looks nice, so that represents the one star I gave. However, your front desk receptionist could use a bit of lesson in customer service particularly when you just opened your business at a new location. She’s unwelcoming and rude, and I don’t say that lightly as I’ve been to different clinics. FIRST IMPRESSION IS KEY! She told me that the consultation may take up to 45 minutes, and there’s a new patient ahead of me. I asked politely if that means I had to wait 45 minutes. The short answer would have been a simple yes, no or maybe. But no, she went on a rant, and the demeanor in how she spoke to me made me feel like I was being spoken to like a child. It was my first visit to this place as I was looking for a Chiropractor near my home. I’ve been going to the same Chiropractor, Dr. Lynott, in Long Beach for the past 15 years. The drive is long, but they treat me very well and always felt like a new person after each adjustments. His receptionist are very welcoming, which is important if you are having pain. But I wanted to try this new place in my neighborhood called “The Joint” so I don’t have to drive far anymore. However, I ended up leaving without getting treatment/adjustment. I didn’t feel like it’s worth giving them my business or it’s worth the 45- minute wait as I was treated poorly from the get go. I’ll just have to keep going back to my current chiropractor since the pain relief I get and the way I’m treated is always worth the drive.

If you're looking for a convenient chiropractic clinic that's more no fuss let's get straight to it, this is a great place for your adjustments. I'm currently pregnant and started feeling debilitating pelvic joint pain due to a misaligned hip (mixed with those pregnancy hormones). The pain made it so I couldn't walk on my own, or move without excruciating pain. I went in and was able to get a quick consult from Dr. Trevor and my first adjustment within 30 minutes, and now 4 adjustments later I am walking and moving without any pain whatsoever. He was also able to make me feel at ease about these adjustments during my pregnancy, ensuring that it's safe for both me and the baby. Every time I go in, Yesenia who works at the front desk warmly greets me by name and always makes it a point to ask me how I'm doing this week, and consistently shows me and every customer sweetness in her smile. They don't schedule appointments, or give you super in-depth personalized "healing plans" like some places, it's quick, to the point, "fast-food" (in that it's quick and efficient) chiropractic treatment that can get to the root of your pain. If it weren't for them, I would've been bedridden this entire month due to pain, which wouldn't have been healthy for me or my baby. All in all, highly recommend.

I am editing this review with an update: The only good thing about this location was Dr. Alex, however, they moved him to a different location just like they seem to do with all of the other doctors. This location stopped seeing patients on Sundays which made it difficult for me since that's when I could go. Then, half the time they were randomly closed on Saturdays (without notice) which is the only other day I could make it. I would show up to locked doors and lights out. I chose to freeze my subscription to decide if I wanted to cancel or not. I decided to cancel, but was told I couldn't because they 'couldn't override the system from charging me once the freeze was over'. So I reluctantly accepted the next charge to 'come out of the freeze' and went in and filled out the paperwork to cancel within the week of being charged. Now, a month later, I see that I have been charged again even though I have canceled and followed all protocol. Absolutely unacceptable. I do not recommend joining this location. Completely unethical business practices!. Past Review: Dr. Alex is great! He listens and is attentive to your aches and pains. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. So glad to be able to go to this location to see Dr. Alex every week!

It took me a while to write this review because I almost thought it was a fluke that Dr. Alex's adjustment worked to fix my back which I strained by twisting wrong while carrying a heavy box. I walked out feeling great and after a bit of soreness that was forewarned, my back pain was gone. Every joint I have been to , they all hit the same spots , lower back between the shoulders and the neck . But here OMG he used his arms and legs for a longer fulcrum and that extra leverage really hit some spots effortless and did some magic on each shoulder blade . Wow … wow

I’ve never written any reviews before, but I feel compelled in this case. BEWARE: The Joint Chiropractic will try to sign you up for recurring payments ($89/month), possibly without ever telling you. I paid for 7 sessions up front, this was the only payment ever mentioned. A couple months later I noticed another payment on my account from them on 5/28, and after further inspection, another that went through on 4/28. They had charged $180 to my card without my knowledge, and when I called I was told, “sorry, I know it sucks, but there’s nothing we can do at this point except cancel future payments.” Save yourself stress and money and find somewhere else!!!!

Dr. Dan has taught me more about the way my bones and muscles work together and why I have pain in specific places in 5 visits then 15 years of seeing chiropractors, PTs and orthopedic doctors. I’m walking level, have significantly less pain and, most importantly, I’m able to understand what’s going on with my body and how to take care of the issues. I also live with PCOS and noticed a decrease in some of my usual symptoms since beginning consistent treatment. Unlike other reviewers, i have never had an issue with the front staff. They have been so friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend Dr. Dan and this location.

I love the ease of coming in and needing no appointments. I am definitely feeling better for the most part and my headaches have improved quite a bit. The rotation of chiropractors is a little weird for me as I never know who I’m gonna get, so developing a relationship is hard. I’ve also had two visits where I was in quite a bit of pain for about 48 hours, once even after asking them to be gentle with the side twisting. Overall, I love the convenience and cost, and I’ve recommended it to quite a few people. It would be nice to know who works what days and when, if that’s something that could be posted somewhere.

Great Doctors, just bad billing. I sigh up for month to month billing. I found out I have arthritis in my knee “that why I was there” I canceled before my first month was over. I was still charged for the 2nd month. I was told it’s a two month minimum. Even though I canceled before hand. It was $118 first moth then $89 the 2nd. Not cool but now I know.

I've been going here pretty much since this location opened and this was my first experience with a chiropractor and it's honestly been amazing. Dr. Alex is not only very good at what he does, but he's also a very nice and personable person who makes the entire experience pleasant. His adjustments have helped my back so much. I have scoliosis, but because it's not severe the only recommendation for my pain was to do physical therapy. Instead I thought I'd try a chiropractor and I'm sooo glad I did. Everyone in the office is also very kind and professional. Now having experienced several chiropractors (after visiting other locations) I can honestly say Dr. Alex is one of the best.
