Dr. Jaeger was very professional and knowledgeable. Shannon who worked the front reassured me that Dr. Jaeger was the man for the job. I previously had a bad experience at “another location.” I had back to back visit that left me frustrated. Especially since I signs up for a 3 month membership. The previous Doctor from the other location only did a fraction of what Dr Jaeger preformed on my body and left in more pain. It was after 5 PM when I came in and the office was very packed. Excellent care and customer service is always friendly i been a member of the joint chiropractic for about 4 or 5 years now and it's a great way to get the back injury back to where I can move around without having to deal with the pain that originally brought me to the joint. The experience has been very wonderful compared to going to a non joint chiropractor which I was seeing prior to being a member and for the same price I'm getting at least 3 more adjustments. I just wish that they could offer other alternative health care like acupuncture i know that they would need to have a different office for the patients / members but I'm also seeing a acupuncturist and I'm pretty sure that others would also benefit from the same acupuncture treatments that I get and to offer the members the same great care that the chiropractic service offers would be a great idea for the alternative health care business the same way that you guys have done with the reinventing of chiropractic care and hopefully you can do the same thing with another alternative health care and getting more ppl who haven't had a chance to try acupuncture to introduce them to another great alternative health care treatment like you guys have done with the chiropractic care business.

One Doctor, with multiple new patients, plus several people waiting. New patients have top priority, and it doesn't matter if you we're their before they got there. We waited over two hours before I got a table. The other locations near are closed on the weekends, so this office here is slammed with patients. If your in a hurry, don't come here. Started going here about a month and a half ago. They gave a wellness plan focused on freeing the joints that I had built up pressure in. Not only that but they are extremely affordable and have deals that go on throughout the year. I definitely suggest giving it a shot and getting in for at least a few months because it really works! Dr. Yaeger is mine and he is quick and amazing and holds a conversation with you making it easier AND moves quick and precise. when i first came in here nine months ago i had two issues: sciatica pain that ran down my left leg and stenosis in my lower back caused from injury. both left me in such physical pain i could hardly move and i was getting so sad and discouraged. i could hardly walk, bend over or lie down comfortably let alone do exercise or other activities. the sciatica pain was alleviated almost rigjt away. the spinal stenosis will meber go away but with my regular adjustments my body is anle to take the pain and move more and i have more flexibility. slowly i have gained momentum in getting back some physical fitness and lost weigjt and best of all LESS PAIN. these drs and this place ate so friendly and helpful. totally recommend!

I’m 26 and I hurt my back for the first time to the point I had limited range of motion and pain for about 3-4 weeks. I decided to give this place a try as my first time going ever and all I can say is, I was pleasantly surprised. The receptionist was super helpful and friendly,office was clean,and the wait was pretty non-existent. As for Dr.Jaeger, he was so kind and took the time to explain what and why he was doing things as he was doing it. I had the pleasure of witnessing his interactions and conversations with his other clients and you can tell he truly cares. Overall I felt very comfortable and best part… I feel so much better! My pain has decreased significantly and I can just tell in the way I walk, that things are moving better. I signed up for the $80ish/month membership plan and Im already looking foward to my next alignment. And would I recommend?… I already have ?

I’ve been going to Chiropractors for over 25 years and this is the best service and care I have ever received. What an amazing concept, anytime that you think you need relief or even just maintenance, you walk right in and get taken care of. The typical chiropractic model has always been you make an appointment usually a week or two out when you’re in agony and then go to their office sit in the waiting room, wait then go into the treatment room and discuss your issues even though they’ve seen you many times and then five minutes later they are done and you’re gone and it’s $60+ This is $89 a month, amazing! I had finally found a Chiropractor I really liked and he was great, I was going weekly and then I scheduled my next appointment and was told he will be on vacation for two weeks… Seriously? Forget that, been there done that! That is a dying breed. This is the new way to go with chiropractic care. I love this place and I have been telling everybody that I know about it! ??

1st visit but won’t be my last. Front desk gal was a wonderful representative of the clinic. Dr Jaegar did an assessment and had me do some movement which enabled him to pinpoint the source of my pain. I arrived up here on a Thursday for my granddaughter’s regional gymnastics meet on Sunday, and I don’t know how I made it as far as I did. My sciatica had started hurting two days before I got here. I looked up the joint and went to see Dr. Jaeger. I saw him on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and boy, let me tell you did he work miracles. He told me when he saw me on Thursday I looked like I was gonna cry and when I walked out of here today on Saturday, I was walking with very little pain. I would highly recommend the Joint.

Dr. Jaeger and Dr. Bisharat are great. Both thorough. Doing their best to make sure you feel better going out than when you came in. Warm up to the neck cracking instead of doing it unexpectedly like some Dr’s have in the past. Ask questions with caring attitudes to best help you with your concerns and alignment. I don’t feel rushed out even when it’s busy. That’s the only downfall (it’s first come first serve) so although convenient, sometimes you have to wait a half hour before you’re seen. Which really isn’t that bad considering normal medical practice offices you have to wait and hour to hour and a half sometimes.

I have been a patient for around 2years, but I felt compelled to make this review after 2 sessions with the newly assigned Clinic Director: Doctor Robert Jaeger D.C. He is so thorough and pleasant. The extra techniques and time he spends have really impressed and impacted my day to day life. Shannen is the front desk and she's always cool and makes things easy and comfortable. I hope this team stays at this location. Worth driving to!

I came in for upper back pain from sitting at my desk all day long. Dr Jaeger took the time to explain to me the steps he was doing so it felt less scary. I felt so much better after the first time I got adjusted and have been going regularly for a month now. I am getting my normal range of motion back and overall I feel less stressed and more relaxed. I also saw Dr Dupre a couple times as well and he is also really nice. Since starting I have also stretched more and started yoga as suggested.

The new doctor is fantastic! After a pretty intense neck surgery last year I needed a Dr. who really knows their stuff and within only a few short weeks I have noticed a huge difference in my overall pain and mobility under his care. I have been going to the joint for over 2 years now. I typically frequent the Madison and sunrise location. I really enjoy the fact that I can just walk in and get adjusted when needed with no appointment. Shannon is always there with a smile on her face and always makes a visit so personal. The newest doctor to join the practice, Dr. Jaeger is also really great. Very thorough and make sure all your adjustment needs are taken care of.. I really enjoy my once a week visits and suggest chiropractic care for anybody Who is struggling with pain and anxiety. It has really helped me over the last few years.

I was very skeptical about coming but I did. Dr. Jenkins did a great job. I've visited other chiropractors before and they were not able to adjust me the first visit the way he could. Their plans may not work for everyone but it certainly works for me.

Was baited in with the $29 * initial visit but was told that I needed to sign up for some "plan" which is NOT CHEAP. I was in pain so I just said ok. First of all, not being able to make an appointment is not a good thing. Out of the 3 or 4 visits I was able to fit into my schedule I had to wait in the waiting room for at least 45 min + each time. While the lady at the front desk tells me & the ppl who continue to walk through the door its a 15 min wait! It certainly is NOT! I also saw a different chiropractor each time. The place feels like a fast food joint.

I’ve had a shoulder knot and horrible pain for years so I thought I’d give the chiropractor a try. I have insurance so rather than deal with that and pay a co pay every time I figured the membership and the walk in appointments would be easier. I was already on the verge of cancelling but I thought I’d keep going to give it a chance so one night after work, in a rush, I drove to the chiropractor only to find out the chiropractor had left more than an hour before closing and there was no other doctor on site. To say I was irritated was an understatement. Needless to say, I’ll be cancelling my membership for sure now. I’d rather have an appointment and know that I’m not going to waste my time.

I saw Dr. Vang today at this location. It was only my 2nd visit at The Joint Chiropractic. My first visit atthe Gold river location was ok and I was still slightly skeptical that this would give me any relief. I love the quick service, clean locations, and the receptionists have been super friendly & helpful. I suffer from debilitating sciatic pain and Iet me tell you Dr Vang was amazing!!! He knew exactly what to do. I left feeling better than I have in years. He could tell what my trouble areas were within minutes. I have tried desperately to get help from Kaiser for years and thought I will just have to live with the pain. Not anymore! Thanks Dr Vang!

Nice place to get adjusted. They have affordable plans available. I’m new there but Dr. Jenkins is good. I do feel like the sessions are very quick and perhaps they can add a few more cracks, but if I’m getting adjusted how I need to be, then it’s all good.

Dr Jenkins does a great job, but it's the same adjustment everytime. He isn't responsive to the pain the patient is having. I've heard that's the downfall of going to the joint though, too.

Since I started at The Joint with Dr Jenkins, I feel more relaxed and mobilez I initially came in for nagging left shoulder pain...it was always there and just got worse with time. I think from being a nurse with long hours and charting, etc it just was something I could not avoid. I have pretty much forgotten about that pain at this point! I have been a member of The Joint Chiropractic for years. I have been to dozens of different chiropractors over the years inside and outside of The Joint Chiropractic. Dr Deon Jenkins is one of the best and I always go out of my way to see him. Do yourself a favor and set up regular visits to the chiropractor. It is a better to prevent problems then fix them. I'm a general contractor, in my golden years, that has ridden motorcycles for over forty years. After making contact with a deer about 20 years ago and breaking my shoulder and collar bone. I used Chiropractic care to heal my body. I would be a wheel chair pilot if not for some talented doctors. Now I'm happy to say it is "just for maintenance."

To long of a wait time, every time I visit there's 4-6 people waiting and over 30 min wait time. I can go to any other location with more people and be in & out quicker with a better adjustment than this location. I know you build repour and get to know your customers but this long wait time is literally why I have left all my previous chiropractors . I don't know, I'm just frustrated because I'm in pain but this is just annoying and the adjustment isn't even that great

It's nice there are various locations. So far anytime I show up its not much of a wait for the 2 locations I've utilized. Chiropractic care really speaks for itself. I've received care in other facilities in different cities and I really feel like this system they have here is really convenient and cost effective. I honestly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone with more serious health issues than a still shoulder. This is like fastfood of health care which is never a great thing. A number of other chiro places ive been to in my life the doctors will take time with you to go over every single one of your symptoms. You don't get that depth here. Its like they have to get you out within 10 minutes. And there isn't any after care. No tens unit to relieve muscle strain. No pressure point, massage, or even an ice pack! They also push their subscription service for 79 a month which gets you 4 adjustments. But they also lock you into it for 2 months. Im sure its part of their business model but it feels shady even if it is a good deal. To Make a final note. Their doctors seemed stressed. I've seen 2 thus far and they never smiled once. If the doctors aren't happy then they won't be at the top of their game and give you the quality you deserve. So if you have a stiff shoulder from tossing the ball too much or just need to maintain. You'll be fine here. Otherwise id look elsewhere. To make a clarification this place is perfectly acceptable. Its the buisness model the franchise follows that im not too keen on.

Dr. Evans is absolutely amazing. I used to manage a chiropractic office and have seen my fair share of chiropractors in the Sacramento area. I am in disbelief at the quality of care I receive at such a great rate. I love The Joint because you don’t have to make an appointment, it’s extremely affordable, and I’m telling you Dr. Evans makes it alllll worth it! I started seeing him after I had lost touch with my chiropractic care, but know I needed it after a traumatic birth experience with my son. The wear on my body from being a new mom, was instantly relieved after one visit. I have been seeing him weekly for about a year now and I will never stop going. He is the absolute best! The care is not like I’ve ever experienced. His adjustments are of expert level I’m telling you. Thank you Dr. Evans for working so hard every day and being amazing at what you do.

Came in with a totally bummed shoulder. Within a couple weeks I noticed improvement. Within a month I didn't even noticed I had a problem with my shoulder. Friendly staff. I now go in about once a week. Thanks to this place I'm back in shape

I’ve been to another chiropractor, but no one gets it right like The Joint. The receptionist is super nice. I’m still kind of new in town and she took the time to get to know me. When I went in for the adjustment, oh my god, it was amazing. Dr Evans listened to each of my concerns with my back pain and the adjustment was quick and painless. Their payment plans are very affordable. I can’t wait to go back tomorrow.

Over the past 12 years I have been to probably two dozen chiropractors. Well I give them all credit for trying to help everyone, many times this is a tough profession and some doctors are better than others. Dr. Evans at this location is fantastic! Staff are very pleasant and make you feel very comfortable when you srrive. The doctor reviewed my file and knew just what to do he got right to the exam and made the proper corrections. Left there feeling renewed. The facility is modern and has all new equipment, very nice. I Signed up for the plan that I needed to return 2 or 3 times a week. I would recommend it to my friends to go to the joint for Chiropractic care. My husband has been going for a month. He likes the facility as well as ithe other office so he can get his adjustments out of town as well.

*Edit: They were nice about fixing the situation. If you do get the monthly plan, I suggest coming earlier in the day and plan closer to the beginning of the week.* It's a waste of money to buy the monthly plan. I have in been in twice durning business hours and a doctor was not on site. Have a doctor on site durning business hours or change your business hours so your patients don't have a worse day without your care.
