Long story short I walked in 4/17/2026 and I've had 18 years of back pain since I was 10, I've had a couple chiropractors but nothing helped long term or even got the right spots. Not the traditional chiropractic experience that I am use to. It was akward being in a place with no privacy. Plus I am use to just me and the chiropractor alone in one room. Plus the treatment plan was like an expensive gym membership. I am use to the old chiropractor form of joint minipulation. I will go back.

Dr. Rae and his staff are incredible. I will be honest and say, I was a little skeptical. I have had my fair share of run ins with chiropractors and none of them have cared for me like Dr. Rae. I consider myself pretty young (i'm 27) and I was in a car accident 2 years ago. It messed up my back pretty badly and despite all the legal action I took to get through it, my back never fully healed. It was keeping me up late, not letting me power through my work days, sending tingles down my legs, etc. When I shared this with Dr. Rae, he looked at me and hit me with the hard truth... no one was being honest with me during my whole legal process. After just one session, the pain in my back is relieved. I haven't felt "normal" or pain-free in two years. I can teach normally, I can walk normally, I can sleep without having to take tylenol. Hello. So this might seem dramatic, but I'm in pain, so I'm pissed. I was out in California visiting family over Easter. I acquired a pinched nerve in my left shoulder blade a couple of days before I left, and the pain got bad enough to where I couldn't sleep. I called around for an emergency chiropractic service knowing most placed require weeks of commitment, time I did not have. I was referred to The Joint Chiropractor. The gentleman that helped me was nice but he did one compression of my chest to crack it and then 2 neck cracks. That was it. I figured "hey he knows what he's doing, maybe that's all I needed" it only got better for maybe a couple hours, then right back to severe pain. I got home, it got even worse so I went to The Joint Chiropractic near my house. As the doctor was adjusting me, he was audibly gasping with how messed up my neck and upper back and shoulders were, as im only 29. I said I was seen 3 days ago at a different Joint place and he said "there's no way". He adjusted me ENTIRE back, neck, shoulders AND legs. Gave me exercises too. I don't even care about the money spent, I care about my pain not being taken care of when that is literally your job. Thanks for coming to my TedTalk. I will not be back :)

These guys are clowns. Called in to schedule an emergency adjustment. Was told to come in for a walk in appointment. Didn’t ask me anything about my injury. Came in and was told they won’t see me because I had lifetime medical from workers comp. I told them I was paying cash. Didn’t want to use comp. I get that that’s their policy, but they could have mentioned that prior to me driving all the way over there in excruciating pain. Their response when I mentioned it was “it’s not their job”. Not even a basic apology.

I’m so thankful I found The Joint in 2022. I’ve had numerous surgeries and procedures in the years prior. I came in originally while pregnant and received great care. I’ve continued since then and have not had to go back to surgeries and procedures to mitigate pain. Chiropractic care at my convenience has been the best for me. It’s cheaper than multiple copays. I started going to "The Joint" in clovis because of a migraine that would not go away for about a week. In that first visit it was gone! I have been going once a week for almost 2 months now. Before starting I could not go for a walk with my family for more than 10 mins without my back just being in pain and burning. On Halloween night we walked non stop for about 2 hours and my back did not hurt AT ALL, not even a tiredness feeling. Needless to say I was amazed after dealing with back pain for over 10 years easily. I also work in an office setting so my neck tends to lock up quite a bit and it's always taken care of in 1 visit! The staff is so nice and helpful, and the price/packages they offer are extremely affordable. I'm so grateful for "The Joint" and will faithfully be their patient! Also I have had left knee problems for over 3 years now, had 2 surgeries and continued to retain fluid in my knee making it painful. They showed me a certain area to massage to help the fluid drain and I was amazed at the result! Not only has the fluid drained after being stuck there for almost a year but it has not returned! I love this place and their chiropractors!

I’m a new patient here. So only a few sessions in. And Dr. Ed has been treating me so far. Although I know my specific needs will take lots of time to get to a solid pain free life, the knowledge and depth Dr explains in treatment and in adjustments is fabulous. I know for my specific needs chiropractors always recommend to come in twice a week, which gets financially overwhelming and not affordable. This place has been my saving grace! I came down with horrible shoulder/arm pain that radiated into my neck several months ago. Decided to try out an adjustment despite my fears. I have to admit, I’m not typically a fan of chiropractors. The thought of adjustments and the sounds of popping can be a bit intimidating. However, after hearing recommendations from family and friends, I decided to give this place a try, especially after injuring my back while lifting weights at the gym a few months ago. From the moment I arrived, the chiropractor was incredibly accommodating to my needs. I expressed my concerns about needing gentle adjustments, fearing I wouldn’t be able to relax and might inadvertently hurt myself during the process. He was very understanding and took the time to address all my concerns, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the session. I went in for 4-5 adjustments, and I must say, they helped tremendously! I left feeling much better and more relaxed than when I arrived. The team is amazing and I would highly recommend this place!

I’m so thankful I found The Joint Clovis. My aunt goes to the Fresno one and highly recommended them, but it’s a little too far for me so I decided to try this one out. I knew right away I was in the best space. At my first appointment I met with Dr Green and he was great. He asked very specific questions and really wanted to make sure he knew as much about my injuries as possible. He shared that they could help with migraines which was the main reason I started going. Then he adjusted me and sent me off with some stretches to do at home. I now come by once a week and see any Dr that is available, because they are all super knowledgeable! I have had one migraine since coming to see them and I believe it’s been close to a year. I used to get weekly headaches so I am much happier now! Also, they have great hours that work with my schedule. I also love that I don’t ever spend too much time in there. I just get my adjustment and go. But I will say that it is always tailored to you, so just tell them what’s hurting and they’ll fix you up. I highly recommend The Joint Clovis.

I was call to make appointments for my mom and was asking about the translator because my mom not speak english. They said Ok they don’t need anyone they can take care of that, but I still offer I can do translate for my mom by phone, thay still said OK. Untill my mom show up at the office and they said I have to be there to translate and they don’t accept phone translate, they so weird. I have been a dedicated runner for years and recently I started developing a sciatica pain in my lower back after my weekly runs. Not sure knowing how to deal with the pain because stretching wasn’t helping me, I decided to try going to the chiropractor. Researching I seen good reviews from “The Joint Chiropractor” and decided to give it a try. First session was with Dr. Croft who listened to my issues then provided very insightful information along with a treatment plan. It’s been now approximately 3 months receiving alignment treatments with Dr. Croft and I have to say I’m actually pain free from my sciatica pain! I’m really amazed how Dr.Crofts treatment plan has worked and improved my running gait, and best of all I’m pain free the day after long runs. Dr. Crofts treatment plan worked for me, and I continue to get my chiropractor treatments with him on a weekly basis. I’m very pleased and satisfied with the results. Dr. Croft continues to ask questions and provide feedback at each session to ensure my treatment plan is effective. I highly recommend The Joint Chiropractor and Dr. Croft if your looking for a chiropractor treatment that’s effective.

I've never had a negative experience here! The doctors are all very knowledgeable and genuinely care for their patients. The world needs more doctors like them. Every time they see you they always check in and see how you're doing. They never rush you even if they have people waiting. The purpose of this office is the easy and convienent access for routine adjustments, and they do a stellar job of keeping that up :) I started going here for hip and knee pain and was about to see a rheumatologist who would've charged me co-pay after co-pay, while the doctors at The Joint see me 4x a month for only 89 a month. The day I started going to The Joint I instantly started telling coworkers they should also go! Within a few adjustments my hip and knee pain was gone. I look forward to going every week, and I always feel the difference when I can't make it in. All in all, The Joint has been a tremendous, affordable help in my life.

I can not speak highly enough about The Joint. The locations in Fresno & Clovis have been fantastic. You never worry about if your chiropractor is on vacation or sick as there are multiple at each location. Everybody is friendly and they actually listen to what is bothering you. This goes for every location I've been to, and it's so nice when you travel and need an adjustment after a long car ride, because there is usually one right down the street. My home store is in CA, but I've used ones in NV & TX and the experience was just as good. It's also nice that all locations are included in your monthly plan. They don't take insurance but the monthly plan has been cheaper for me than my monthly copays. These guys aren't salesmen, at least the ones I've used because if they don't think you would benefit from a monthly membership then they won't recommend it. It's worth your first time visit of $29 for a treatment to check it out. All in all, I highly recommend The Joint Chiropractic.

I love that I am able to go in without an appointment and will be seen. Also them being available on a Saturday helps out. Any of the chiropractors are wonderful. They ask what is bothering you but they also look at the your file. They remember if there is a certain adjustment that you don’t like or works for you. Very clean and spacious place. Never have to wait to long and they don’t rush it either.

Keep getting annoying text after being cheated. So I always pay cash. I upfront paid for 2 months. Then end of first month got a call that I need to pay for 2nd month. Told em I paid. Explained the situation. She said she'll look into it. Then I called 3 weeks later to see what was going on, and was told everything was OK. I was right. So I only had a week left of my 2nd month. So I fell like I got scammed. And I also paid 2 months advance for my wife. Point is. Someone should have called as soon as they figured out I payed. Cause I was told I need to pay for another month I already paid for.

Friendly lady at the front desk. I wanted to give this place a try but I was shocked by the low quality of the intake paperwork. It was copies of copies of copies. Very poor print quality and difficult to read. The quality of the paperwork indicates a cheap proprietor. Based on my first impression of the poor quality paperwork I left and I will not be returning.

My bank card was charged after I canceled. After my Google review they reached out to me and made sure my money was returned and made sure to assure me it was a honest mistake and offered me a free adjustment. I had to cancel my bank card on my banks recommendation which caused me some hassle but I still appreciate their effort.
