The Eastvale location was a 180° turn from the Riverside location. I was a first time customer and initially walked into the Riverside location for services. They open at 10 am, however at 10:20 there was no receptionist available to get me started. I was told he was on his way. After realizing it was 10:45 and there was still no one to get the process going, I left and drove to the Eastvale location. There, I was greeted immediately by a friendly receptionist. She gave me the iPad to get the registration process going and I was called back to receive my consultation and adjustment within a few minutes of finishing. I definitely felt relief afterwards. The Dr. suggested a visit plan, however they were in no way pushy about signing up. I will definitely be back.

If you get a membership here expect to wait an hour plus. The Chiropractors that work here spend more time chatting, laughing & basically killing time with patients longer than their actual adjustments take, even while having a waiting room full of patients. Not a bad place, just not practical or convenient. My husband hasn’t been able to use his membership for months now at this location (which is close to home) due to long wait times. When we first got a membership here it was always a quick 5-20 minute wait & done with an adjustment 5-10 mins, 30 mins in total give or take. It was so convenient. Unlike now you will wait an hour or longer before even being called back. In total it’s an hour & half or longer for the same adjustments. So disappointing. Will no longer be a member.

Absolutely incredible – Vich is a true master of chiropractic care! I’ve been coming to this palce for a month and initially worked with a female therapist, who already helped me make good progress. But today I switched to a male therapist – Vich – and wow, what a game‑changer! He is incredibly professional, quick, and precise. He doesn’t give you any mental warning before an adjustment – no counting down, no hesitation – he just gets it done with such skill that you immediately feel the difference. I could not bend over when I walked in. After the adjustment I was able to bend and the pain in my back was nearly gone. The doctor recommended an additional four visits which I immediately took them up on. This was a great experience and the fact that my pain was so diminished was amazing.

I waited over an hour to be seen for vertigo relief or an alternative before going to the hospital again. I called before hand to make sure they did assisted in vertigo treatment. The lady chiro was horrible she spent 5 minutes talking did 2 adjustments and then she said you’re gonna need 8-10 adjustments($612.50) maybe more to fix that vertigo . So that every time I come and make an appointment I’m not seen until an hour later. It was a waste of money , unprofessional and the girl in the front shouldn’t book people if she knows there will be 10 people in the waiting room waiting to be seen already . This place is also very dirty, I don’t see them spray anything down to clean the place where patients lay down , it also hasn’t been cleaned or moped/swept . I’ll never comeback , or refer anyone .

I was already bothered that there’s a lot of information in contracts. You have to sign for all of their rules, but I was even more bothered when this older couple came out out of the room from getting adjusted and stank the whole place up. I mean Bodie body odor was all out of the roof. It stink the entire place up, and they had the nerve to stand there talking to the receptionist for an additional 10 minutes stinking up the front room even more and I just so happen to have to get the same chair that one of them was on. I had to make the doctor clean it again because there was pieces of either dandruff or dead skin cells all over the place where I was supposed to put my face, but during my adjustment on both sides, the doctor slipped her leg when she was supposed to put her leg on top of mine to do the adjusting. She did not have a good grip so I decided I’m not going to get the membership that is my only visit and I will not be back. I will find a better chiropractor and I just suggest that they make a rule that personal hygiene is required in order to get services, they should not be so money hungry that they allow anybody no matter how bad they stink to come in there and they have to touch them and stink up the place and they don’t even have air freshener. I was so disgusted .never again and this was the Jurupa Valley location.

Worst experience of my life doesnt even come close. I got adjusted here the lady was very rude and didn't adjust me right she threw her body weight on me instead of easing into it like other places I've been to in the past. As a result I suffered a tear in my spanal cord that created a cyst. This lead to constant nerve pain in my face and head and ultimately led to me being unable to walk and having to be hospitalized. I had to relearn how to walk with a walker at only 28 years old. Please avoid this place at all costs if you don't want to end up paralyzed. They need to go out of business.

Came into this spot wanting to get a basic tune up. Then they made me wait an hour to see a chiropractor because they were closing. Then I come in and my chart says I haven't been there for two years which was false because I even have records from all my visits. I tell the chiro I was in accident 1 year and a half ago. Then they say their policy says they can't treat me. Even tho I had been going to the joint for the last 6 years. What a joke. I had an appointment today for a first visit, earlier in the day the sent me a text to confirm my appointment and I confirmed. I showed up at my appointment time and they were closed, no text no calls to reschedule. What angers me is the lack of communication, people going to a chiropractor are usually in pain and moving can cause pain and yet they said and did nothing. Receptionist just looked at me and waved her hand dint even open the door to say anything just waved her hand signaling no. I'm glad I came to leave a review because now I can read the quality of service they provide to all these very unsatisfied customers. Another health/Wellness field that treats people as a simple mean to make money and forget the human side. Went to this place in search of relive and still in pain and with almost a hundred dollars less. The false promotional cheap first visit is used to sign you up for a "Wellness Plan" without proper explanation, because what can be fixed in a couple of sessions, becomes six, ten or twelve sessions to profit out of your need of relief. I was told that what will work for me is a massage rather than a Chiropractic treatment, but still wanted me to comeback for six more sessions. You guys failed as professionals!

1st visit had a great experience so decided to come back a 2nd time due to some minor pain/ needed a maintenance session. The 2nd time the customer service by the chiropractor was terrible, asking why I didn't sign up for the plan that was recommended the first time, I said I'm opting for single visits on a case by case basis. I get that the "membership" makes business sense but stop pushing it if the customer doesn't want it. Likely won't be back at this joint and going back to a non-franchise chiropractor. Gave 2 stars because the session went well, but the customer service left very little to be desired, sour taste in my mouth.

My chronic lower back pain is what brought me to The Joint. Truth: I was scared to go. I was experiencing lower back pain & this was a pain I had never felt before & I have 3 kids. I couldn't bend, walk, sit & even laying down was painful & frustrating. I went to my Dr who gave me meds & then sent me for an x-ray. It was about 3 weeks of waiting in chronic pain & to this date (2mo. later) I've yet to get anything fixed thru my Dr. So I stopped waiting & I gave it a try. I went & I felt instant relief after my 1st visit at The Joint. All the Dr's there are amazing. Rest assure. It doesn't hurt when you're being adjusted. It's fast & I can't believe my fear kept me from coming here sooner. I've been seeing Dr. Tagle for the past couple weeks & I feel great. No more pain. I'm sleeping better. I was back & feeling better than before. ..THEN.. it happens... Again... I picked up a heavy box & I felt it right away. I was struggling to stand upright. The pain!. Omg the pain! I went to see Dr. Tagle at The Joint in Eastvale. He fixed me! Was it a little painful. YES. But remember. I couldn't even stand upright. It was quick tho & instantly after fixing me & then adjusting me (which doesn't hurt), I walked out of there feeling so much better. UPDATE: it's been 3 days since my incident & my back feels good again & I'm sleeping better. I'm so glad I gave them a chance & my only regret is not seeing a chiro sooner.

I am not sure about other locations, but I love the Eastvale location. The front staff members Brian and Alex helped me during the initial appointment and they are super friendly, knowledgeable and are able to answer my questions in a very clear and concise manner. Dr. Tagle has a way of making you comfortable (his sense of humor is a huge plus!) Not sure about you but I get nervous when getting adjusted but he has a way with his patients. But it isn't just that, he actually knows what he is doing. It is very apparent that adjusting people is his JAM! I even asked if he can adjust my attitude but he said no need cause it's perfect, hahaha! After the first adjustment, the pain that radiated from my knee to my hip has improved a lot. On my second appointment, I remembered to address my jaw problem. I have always had a problem where it will start clicking while eating and I always need to stop eating for a few minutes until I let it click many times (painful) and make it go away. The few weeks before I addressed this issue, it has been happening a lot so I told Dr. Tagle about it. I am not sure what the right term to use but the adjustment he did to it helped me a lot. It has not locked or clicked ever since and I am so grateful to Dr. Tagle. However, I have warned him that If I gain weight because it doesn't stop me from eating anymore, I have every intention to blame it on him and modify this review. Hahaha! Of course, I am kidding. Thank you, Dr. Tagle, and to the whole team! I have been seeing Dr. T for a while now and he never disappoints. I have delt with constant backaches and sciatica issues. I work at a desk all day and that easly triggers my sciatica. Dr Tagle is amazing! It is very difficult to find a chiropractor who specializes in releasing the psoas muscle tension which causes lower back pain but he did & it brought instant relief! It hurt so good! ? The monthly charge is extremely affordable but I would pay the monthly charge for just one session with Dr. Tagle’s psoas release session, his skill is hard to find and I hit the jackpot finding him! He’s knowledgeable, a professional, friendly and one of a kind! The receptionist were also extremely friendly, polite and explained everything clearly. The Norco office is a 10 out of 10!

My wife wanted me to join her to her first Chiropractor appointment at the Eastvale Location. She also wanted to drive us there. When we got to the front my wife says “im going to drop you off here and ill be back when you are done.” I was shocked. She fooled me into going to the Chiropractor after MANY years of asking me to make an appointment because of my back pain. I was very nervous because i have never had an adjustment before. The people at the front were very nice and helpful.The Check-in process was quick and easy. I checked in and was told I would see Dr. Tagle. There were lots of people checking in and being seen not long after. As I was sitting and watching the people walk in and out of their visit with Dr. Tagle, I noticed they all had a couple of things in common. They were all walking out with a smile and all walking with great posture!! Immediately my nervousness went away and I was ok with being tricked by my wife. Highly, highly recommend this location. Specifically Dr. Tagle. I have suffered from lower back pain since I was 12 years old due to scoliosis and assumed I'd just have to live with it. Fast forward to last month when I gave this place a try, and was immediately sold. Dr. Tagle did a particular stretch that instantly relieved the pain I have lived with for over 15 years. I waited to write this review to make sure the pain didn't return too soon, and it is now a month to the day, and I am still pain free, Incredible! I had some really bad sciatica coming the first time to the point where I was standing like a Sudowoodo(pokemon reference, look it up). The receptionists were nice and brief and they made it really easy to understand their plans and policies. Doctor T saw me the first time and knew what was up. He told me his plan and we both went to work on it. After two weeks(4 sessions) I can barely feel it and I can walk around the house a lot more comfortably than before. The cost was $29 for the first consultation and then it came out to around $89 for the next SIX visits. TL;DR: I had bad sciatica coming in and this place has great quality service for the cost.

IF YOU'RE PREGNANT I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!!! I'm super late on writing this review since I'm going to talk about my experience on October 29, 2021. I was 41 weeks pregnant and my OB was trying to induce my delivery and I was trying to avoid that at all costs. So I gave the Joint a call to see if they did adjustments on pregnant women and to my luck Dr Tagle was there to save the day. I walked in in the afternoon, and he immediately knew the reason why I was there with my huge belly as eveidence. He adjusted me and had me do some exercises and I went on about my day. I woke up at 2am in the morning because we were in business, I arrived to the hospital by 5am and baby arrived by 5:20am!!! I was in shock of how fast it all happened, I was pretty much in active labor by 3 4 in the morning and barely made it to the hospital. I honestly believe that the adjustment and the exercises helped me have such a fast and smooth delivery. I'm seriously grateful, because I was about to cave to getting the epidural and there was absolutely no time for any nonsense. With my first pregnancy I delivered at 42 weeks, and I started with contractions at 2am as well, got to the hospital by 7am, got the epidural by 11am, and baby got here by 4pm. So I seriously thought that this time around was also going to be similar but I'm glad I was wrong and I'm glad Dr Tagle knows what he's doing. I recommend to anyone that's pregnant to go see Dr Tagle, you won't regret it.

My 3 year old daughter has had constipation complications for months and we have changed her diet and tried numerous supplements and treatments and nothing worked. Lovely ? Place. My grandfather is 85 and had been dealing with lower back pain for a few weeks. The Dr. Vich was very professional, & spoke Spanish and my grandfather more at ease for his first adjustment. The process of very simple and fast. No need for appointments Walk in. They also offer the best prices for packages to get multiple adjustments throughout the month at a very affordable price compared to other chiropractors. They don’t accept insurance. But for the relief that they offered and the urgency of getting adjusted right away is worth it. $29 for first time adjustment, We went with a Wellness plan which is 4 adjustments for $79. They currently have a deal when you come in for the first time and choose this plan you get an extra 3 adjustments. Total came out to $108 for 7 adjustments not including the one you get the day you go. They are located right next to chipotle near the movie theaters in Eastville close to the 15 freeway.

I had a car accident over a year ago.. I went in with a numb leg and my left arm feeling numb. Doctors at the ER didn't know what was going on. At times my lower back was in so much pain, I couldn't even move and to get from point A to point B I had to crawl due to the Unbearable pain. I have 6 herniated discs. This team is excellent! I am so glad I came across this place and Dr. Tagle's team - super friendly and personable. My back was feeling completely misaligned with major aches, pains and tightness, along with some consistent tingling/numbness traveling down my leg. However, with a lot of care and weekly visits, my back aches, pains, and dullness on my lower back to my legs have almost diminished! I was skeptical about chiropractors, but I decided to give them a shot. The joint has reasonable prices so I decided to give them a try. I had allot of pain in my neck and left shoulder from a bulging disc. After about a month of treatments the pain was nearly gone. I also had quite a bit of pain in my upper back too. On my first visit the doctor had me go get x-rays, and it was discovered I had undiagnosed scoliosis, which explained why I had constant upper back pain. I still get pain from that, but regular visits here keep it in check. I’m really happy I decided to try the joint. Getting adjustments here has significantly reduced my pain and improved my quality of life. I want to mention that this might not be a quick fix for everyone. It took about a month of adjustments before I noticed significant improvement. So if your pain isn’t gone on the first visit, don’t be discouraged. Also each doctor is a little different in the way they adjust. You’ll probably find that you’ll have a preference of doctor. A shout out to Dr. Luis and Dr. Walker. Thank you guys so much. I went in a month ago unable to move my neck and back, I would cry from pain. Luckily, I met dr. Walker and she has helped me so much. I can move more freely, still some stiffness and tightness but hoping I’ll be adjusted soon. She listens and takes the time to get to know you. Thank you.

I have always had a good experience with the doctors at this Eastvale The Joint location. I have been a patient for several years. I was in a lot of lower back and hip pain a few years ago. I am happy I have made the investment in chiropractic treatment because I feel so much better! Today the doctor followed up my treatment by offering to email me specific stretches that will help. I've been a client/customer for the past year and half. The Monterey Park Office had amazing customer service and the Dr. Cared. I had to move and tried the Eastvale office today. The male Dr. (Didn't get his name) was the worst experience ever. He was rude, didn't ask if anything was bothering me or make any type of diagnosis, raised his voice, seemed in a bad mood, and didn't provide any adjustments or back thereapy. I hope the other staff at the Eastvale office don't have the same attitude and lack of professionalism. I scored my experience low due to this experience.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I would have hoped "The Joint" would have understood that a handful of us would be unavailable to walk in, but instead I'm still being charged and unable to use my session. They don't roll over, and the fact that you can't make it is your problem not theres!! Thanks Joint for understanding what the world's going through good customer service. Its clear that its money vs. Clients for them. Just remember your not the only one hurting with this pandemic

I had a bad experience a couple months ago with a very lazy adjustment, got a response apologizing through this review and a request to reach out for a refund. When I saw the response, I sent an email, but never got a follow up, never got my refund, and now my review doesn't even show so other people are aware of what they might experience. Highly disappointed

I had horrible back pain and sciatic pain for a few months. My wife recommended that I try going to The Joint Chiropractic. So I gave it a shot. After the first session, I immediately noticed more mobility with very little pain. After the third session, I was completely pain free! I feel like my old self again and I still continue to go to make sure my joints are always working right. Dr. Bowen is the best, very knowledgeable and friendly.
