Meet The Doctors
Dr. John Jason Cherry is a licensed Chiropractor, who has been serving the Northern California patients since 2008. Dr. Cherry graduated with a Chiropractic Doctoral Degree, Magna Cum Laude from the respected Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Prior to obtaining his doctorate, he graduated with a Master of Science in Population Biology, Ecology, and Evolution from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. He has a passion for teaching the understanding of how regular chiropractic care influences the entire body; he is one of the founding board members for Wellness International Missions, Inc. a non-profit organization whose mission is to facilitate healthy lives in communities around the world with emphasis in Chiropractic. Along with his educational accomplishments, Dr. Cherry is also a gifted author and presenter.
Dr. Gilly grew up in Sacramento. He graduated from the UC Davis college of biological sciences in 2012 and later graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in 2016. He is a father of a lively and lovely 3 year old girl, and has been married for 7 years.
He has studied numerous chiropractic techniques and is always excited to learn more! He is currently studying sign language (ASL) for those patients who may be hard of hearing.
His hobbies include live action roleplaying in a game called Amtgard on the weekends. He also enjoys camping, nerd culture, and technology.
Dr. Gow graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic-West in June 2018. He enjoys helping as many people as possible through safe and effective care. He practices primarily diversified techniques. He began his career at Joint Ventures in 2020, moving his residence and transferring from the Bay Area to Sacramento. With his natural ability he advanced quickly through the ranks. He was selected as Clinic Director for our Folsom location in March of 2022.
Dr. Gow has been enlisted in the US Army Reserves since 2013. He takes his duties and responsibility seriously and has the respect of the soldiers he serves alongside. His contract completion date is in 2023.
Dr. Gow is happily married, and the couple are expecting their first child in August of 2022. He is an avid fitness enthusiast. He enjoys yoga and CrossFit. He is also a fish enthusiast and has several aquariums filled with fish. He loves wildlife and has planted multiple trees around his home.
Sandra has been with Joint Ventures since 2016 and has completely set the bar for the entire team to look to as an example of excellence. She worked multiple clinics and helped the success in each clinic. She is by the book, always has fun with the social media contest, is so passionate about chiropractic care and loves JV. In addition, she has joined committees and has done an amazing job with putting together her best practices for everyone to learn from. Her leadership skills have helped motivate our Sacramento region in so many ways.
