The doctor who gave me the adjustment was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and attentive to my needs as a patient. DO NOT COME HERE !!!!! If I can give this place -5 stars, I would. Extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly caution anyone before signing up for a membership at The Joint Chiropractic in Glendale. I went in with actual pain and was sold a membership for four sessions per month at $89. The care itself was nothing special. The real problem started when I called a few months later to cancel. I was told cancellation could not normally be done over the phone, but that an exception would be made for me. That cancellation never happened. Instead, I was charged for roughly another six months, totaling over $600, with no sessions used and no meaningful help from the location. You would think that after paying for months of unused membership charges, I would at least have sessions available. I do not. When I called again and explained what happened, another representative told me she would speak with the manager and call me back on a specific day. That call never came either. So the pattern here was simple: they were available when selling the membership, unavailable when fixing the cancellation issue, and silent when asked to follow up. My advice: do not sign up for the membership unless you get every cancellation detail in writing. Do not rely on a phone conversation. Do not assume they will correct billing mistakes. Watch your account closely, because once the charges stack up, you may be left with no refund, no sessions, and no accountability. I regret signing up here and would not recommend this location to anyone.

I had a disappointing experience at the chiropractic facility today. The front desk personnel was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was great. However, I was shocked to see that the adjusting table was outdated and peeling. Even more concerning was that the patient before me was wearing just a sports bra with no other cover, and the doctor didn't even wipe down the table before seeing me. I debated saying something but didn't want to cause a scene. The place looked clean, but I think they should really focus on decontaminating their tables after each patient. #disappointed #healthandsafetyconcerns #chiropracticexperience

If I could leave less than one star I would. The one star is for the one star that was in the building today. The best part of the experience was the receptionist Brianna and Brianna only. She was kind, inviting, and patient. The “chiro” they had on site today, November 1st at 12:00pm was Dr. Deanne or Deanna, she is HORRIBLE. She’s impolite, she rushes, and even more she doesn’t even sit to understand what your visit is for (I was a new patient). She’s just like next, next, next. I even heard a poor little elderly woman have a small question and she told the lady “I have 5 patients waiting you’ll have to ask the doctor during the week”. I work in healthcare and am mortified as that is NOT how you approach patient care. If you’re burnt out as a physician, RETIRE because people expect to be cared for. The display of the way in which she handles patients that I encountered today is a part of the problem in healthcare that keeps people away from going to even take care of themselves. I say all of this and remind you I was turned away from care. I was in an accident about a month ago but not pursuing a case or anything as I don’t care to I just care to feel better. Went in for an adjustment and she not only refused in the rudest way, she had no excuse besides you were in an accident you were in an accident. That did not solve my back problems TODAY. Highly would turn around and back out of the door if she is the physician on your day of visit.

Absolutely love dr. Verdugo!! He’s like my little diamond find. I’ve been having a lot of pain in my back and my neck because of my job. Idk how to explain it but he actually takes the time to feel my bone structure to see where the problems actually are and realign me rather than just cracking everything(which sometimes makes it worse)

I wanted to say that we love going to the chiropractors but it's hard to keep up with the fees for a top doctor. Or if it's cheap maybe it's not a good doctor. I paid for the services ahead of time, why would they do that. You were anxious as hell to take my money. Not once did someone day, you have till this date to use (what I've conveniently already paid for). If you refuse to be flexible about when I can use my visits you should lead with that and follow up before they expire. Not once did someone contact me. See pretty convenient if you ask me. *** and yes I did reach out and was told no you would not be make any exceptions or extending any courtesies. So why would I contact you again. To be told again no. Beat it you bum!!! No sir. I just don't understand why you'd rather make a raging unhappy customer instead of a raving fan? And believe me, if I had nothing better to do. 10/10 high quality service. This is my 5th different location, since i move a lot. By far this is the best Joint Chiropractic office!Exceeded my expectations by a lot! The receptionist was so nice and made me and everybody feel comfortable! When called back to see Dr. Andrew he greeted me as if I knew him for years! But the best part was the actual alignment itself! My upper back is usually too tight to “crack” but Dr. Andrew aligned and lifted so much pressure off this 32 year old back of mine. I signed up for a monthly service here but I decided to cancel. i called in to cancel the service and they were asking me to visit the place personally for cancellation which sounds very strange. They want to give you runarounds so they keep your account live and keep on charging you. I do not need 4 times a week adjustment. i am completely healthy. Dr Webster! Absolutely amazing. Went in today with a neck pain I’ve had for 2 weeks… I’ve always been so scared to be adjusted but he was so comforting and friendly that I was completely able to feel relaxed thru all the adjustments. He explained everything very thoroughly and even added some humor in to make things light. I’m recommending him to everyone and going back again when I need another adjustment. The Joint is awesome! I had lower neck/upper back pain that lead me to seek a chiropractor. In my search, several offices required an expensive initial visit including X-Rays and other gadgets I didn't need. When I called The Joint the woman on the phone was a delight to speak with, answered all my questions, and suggested the best time to come in for a same day walk-in. Getting registered and completing the forms was a breeze and I was seen quickly. Dr. Chris Cleveland is a super hero! His mastery showed in both the questions he asked in assessing my pain and the confidence he demonstrated in every adjustment performed. I didn't even realize just how much constant pain I was in until Dr. Cleveland was finished and at last....relief!!! Ahhhh....amazing. I can't recommend The Joint enough...best doctors appointment I've had anywhere in awhile. I'll be back ?

I have been coming to the Joint for about 2 years now and I love it. I suffer from chronic headaches so I have a monthly plan where I come in 4 times a month for $79. I definitely use all my visits very month. I try to make it a weekly visit but sometimes it might be twice a week depending on how I feel. My kids (11 and 7) get weekly adjustments as well. They love getting adjusted because they know they will feel better especially from sitting all day at school or from sports activities. We appreciate Dr. Andrew and Dr. Webster for their great adjustments.

Dr Julie is great! I’ve been going to chiropractors for 10 years. She does this neck adjustment that I’ve only ever seen one other chiropractor do. When I first saw her I was in a neck/shoulder spasm for a couple days. The pain got worse the second day so I went to get an adjustment with Dr. Julie. Immediately I felt her get the neck and right shoulder in place and gained neck movement where I had none by 30%. By the next day after icing, the inflammation went down where pain and movement improved 90%! Her adjustments absolutely saved me! I definitely recommend Dr. Julie!

SCAM ,SCAM ,SCAM be very careful about this place and what paper work to sign. They charged my credit card for 8 months of not using their services not even once. They charged my card for over $640 and when I went to their office they gave me a such attitude that you should have read what your signing and not to ask for refund. Nice and friendly team. They walk through everything when working on you. Well experienced team. Clean location and never have to wait long. I’ve gone before 12pm and after 2pm. You get a profile here so whenever you go in and say a particular doctor worked on you the first time and he may not be in. The other doctors can view your profile so they know where you’re at in your healing process and what adjustments have already been made.

I've been to a handful of different locations and this one has definitely become my favorite. At other places, I was just in and out rather quickly and often left feeling like one or two additional techniques should have been completed. That's not the case at the Glendale location, it really is amazing what an extra 1 or 2 minutes can do towards making you feel like a million bucks. Thanks to the docs here for always taking that little bit of extra time. Also front desk Rebecca is great and even though it can get busy she does a great job of multi tasking and spreading people out for social distancing purposes. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Everyone there is so nice and polite and professional. The front desk staff are always helpful when I have questions about my account or visits. The place is clean and the chairs are socially distanced. The doctors are great too. My hubby signed me up on an initial wellness program and after two months, I'm continuing with the flex program because I enjoy going there and getting adjusted.

Doctors are great as well as the price point. The service from the receptionist however is terrible. Arrived on 5/27 checked in and waited 40+ minutes while watching patients that came in after me receive treatment. The receptionist then tells me I won't be able to be seen today. I then ask well why are patients that walked in and checked in after me going ahead of me?! And i quote "oh placed them ahead of you in the queue." WHAT?! Canceled my membership IMMEDIATELY. I wont pay for services and be treated poorly by being pushed aside.✌ Update: The management at the joint contacted me and stated the situation was not handled properly and as an apology refunded my recent monthly payment that had posted.

I strongly recommend the place. I am very great full for Dr Ahmed's care. He is truly a very conscientious doctor and cares about his practice. Come on people, stop aching and visit the place. However I have 1 complaint for the owner, as on Saturdays the wait is long between 45 minutes to 1 hour and I really think that 2 doctors are necessary. Because for 2 Saturdays in a row, only 1 doctor in on shift.

The decisions of going to The Joint was one of the scariest experiences I have had in my life. I went here initially for lower back pain and was new to chiropractic treatment. Three to four sessions into the treatment, I started to develop extreme headaches, numbness and coldness in my arm and hand, and severe shoulder and neck pain. I immediately stopped visiting this place and sought professional medical help. What followed were horrified months of medical treatment and physical therapy. Fortunately, I have been able to mostly recover from all of it. Given my experience, I would strongly advise against any form of chiropractic treatment.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Visited the clinic for the first time today. Adam in the front desk was very welcoming and attentive both at check-in and at check-out. Outstanding customer service. When I got called in, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Andrew. Even though the waiting room was full (about six people after me) Dr. Andrew never rushed me. I have ALOT of issues going on all throughout my body and he took the time to go over everything in detail and make an assessment. I mentioned to him that I was pretty nervous so he was gentle but effective. And his very calm and professional but friendly demeanor definitely helped my nerves. We Both agreed that my body needed an ongoing treatment plan for the next couple months so I registered for the monthly membership. Overall, very good first impression. Highly recommend The Joint Glendale!!

I am no stranger to chiropractic, but I was not seeing a dr regularly. I was referred to The Joint, and Dr Andrew, by a friend when I threw out my back earlier this year. The first treatment with Dr Andrew helped a lot. I signed up for the monthly treatment package and within a few sessions I was feeling much better. My back injury is over, but I continue to see Dr Andrew weekly so that I stay healthy and don’t ever have a traumatic injury again that keeps me out of work for a week or more. I have been a patient now for 8 months and I feel great. I also find the front desk staff warm, friendly and welcoming. Sometimes there is a wait, sometimes not. Depends when you go. But doesn’t a wait just mean there are many people who are enjoying the health benefits of The Joint? That speaks volumes about the place.

I've been coming here twice a week for one month now. My mid and lower back is not fully pain free but better. I was a candidate for surgery for my scoliosis, but I refused because I've only seen people get worse than better (let alone the recovery time) so I gave chiropractic a try. I am also in my mid 20s so I believe I haven't ran out of options. I can still do something and I don't fully believe surgery is the solution. With proper exercise, physical therapy, refraining from things that will progress my condition and regular adjustments in care of The Joint, I can now say that my quality of life is better than last month. I will continue to come here for the years to come. UPDATE March 20, 2019: Been here for 4 months now regularly and I've since stopped taking any pain medications for my back. I also am more agile and been able to go back to working out. Thanks Dr. Andrew! While it is a walk-in clinic, expect that there will be peak hours. However, the longest time I had to wait was 15 minutes. But, most of the time there is no line. April 26, 2022 - Still coming here and will for the years to come. Regular adjustments absolutely helped my back.

The doctors are great. But there’s always a LONG line. You basically have to come two hours before closing or you won’t be seen. There’s no way to tell how many people are waiting to get seen or even if you will be seen that day until you arrive. There really should be an app for people to check in online or at least allow people to call ahead to check in. I’ve taken off work early just to be told, an hour and a half before closing, that there are too many people in line. I am a paying customer and have wasted many prepaid appointments some months because I simply don’t have the time to come and wait over an hour to be seen. They should have more than two doctors at this location or have a better system for people to be seen.

I had just had a baby about three months ago when I decided to visit the Joint. I was having back pain and sometimes back spasms most likely from too many drugs during birth, and my little girl was having trouble with acid reflux, which in turn caused her some pain while she was sleeping. My adjustment was so nice and I felt amazing walking out. I felt like I was lighter and had more energy instantly. I also had my baby adjusted, and I was a little nervous about it at first. I did not know how they adjusted babies. Dr. Andrew was so gentle and was able to see that she was a little misaligned -which is common in babies. He then used a gentle tool that taps the baby gently where they want to make adjustments. My sweet baby didn't even know what was going on, because it is painless and so minor. However, the difference I saw that night and many nights to follow was incredible. I don't think it is a coincidence that she slept better that night or that her acid reflux started to get better too. She is now 6 months old, and she has not had painful reflux since. She has also not gotten sick or any earaches yet. I will be taking her in again to get another adjustment so that she continues to stay healthy. The studies of chiropractic practices on babies is amazing. Dr. Andrew was so sweet and my baby loved him. I enjoyed that he was genuine and so knowledgeable.

This place is very affordable! The Receptionist is extremely nice and always friendly and has a smile every time we (My dad, Step-mom, 2 Aunts walk in, we go there on weekly basis) walk in. The Chiropractor, Dr. Andrew, is extremely nice and very understanding. I had a few major pains and he was able adjust it and within the major pain I had, the next day it'll be almost gone. He is amazing and funny and I would recommend him to everyone and for everyone to get adjusted.

I had a pinched nerve in my neck and shoulder for a month and was referred here by a friend. The next day after treatment, my neck was perfect! I have been a patient for 3 years now and I am amazed by the improvement in my general posture. By occupation, I was becoming hunched and it was hard for me to sit straight. In fact I couldn't get my head to touch the head rest in my car. Same car, I can now just sit straight and have the pleasure to feel my head touching the head rest without any effort. My back feels stronger too. Dr. Andrew is just great, gentle and efficient. Maggie will greet you like you are family. I also once brought a friend who walked in crying in pain and walked out fine, having to return only once to be totally back to battery.
