I was probably in and out in about 30min or so… Went in with some lower back issues and as of right now, I’m feeling pretty good. I do plan on going back. If I could give 0 stars I would. They seem to not need patients. All I needed was an adjustment— something that I always get in my hometown joint spots. The most basic adjustment. They pretty much said they could halfa** it and it would be up to me how I end up. What kind of answer is that? Receptionist was rude as soon as we walked in too. I don’t normally write reviews, but this was by far the poorest and most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. I’m on holiday in LA and booked an initial consultation at Joint Chiropractic due to back pain. After spending 10 minutes filling out forms, I met with the practitioner, who was extremely abrupt. Upon hearing that I was only visiting (and presumably not a prospect for a long-term package), he rushed through the session with minimal questioning about my pain or any meaningful examination. I was given a quick manipulation and then ushered straight out. It felt like a complete disregard for duty of care, with the focus entirely on my monetary value rather than my wellbeing. Unfortunately, any relief I felt lasted only about 10 minutes before the pain returned. A truly saddening experience. I will be seeking care elsewhere.

Came to LA from Sacramento area for a family emergency and needed an adjustment so found this down the street. The receptionist was very friendly and sent me back. The chiropractor didn't acknowledge me nor introduce himself to me, very nonchalant and I couldn't relax to get a good adjustment. The doctor is kind but the treatment is substandard by the time to get dressed and get to the facility spend your gas and time for less than 10 minutes of therapy I’ve have seen other chiropractors but never have I had such short treatments at least 25 to thirty minutes of therapy I guess you get what you pay for and then you’re not notified that their charging your credit for another membership charge so you have the option to cancel once I do these last 4 which I was charged I’m canceling membership and looking for a better place would not recommend unless you like a quick in and out no

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. Jorge (George) is AMAZING! I’ve been to so many different Joint locations, and I swear to God, he’s done more for me in one session than any other doctor has. When I first walked in, I even asked the receptionist if the doctor was big or small—because at 6 feet tall, I’ve had smaller chiropractors at other locations who just couldn’t get the job done. But let me tell you, this man delivered. My God. The way he cracked me, I mean really CRACKED me, was on another level. He even did adjustments that no one else has ever tried before. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work and cares about getting you right. This is officially my new location, no question about it. If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and puts their all into it, go see Dr. Jorge. You won’t regret it!

I walked in on 4/14 and asked about services and prices. I set up an appointment for 4/17. After my treatment I felt like a brand new person! I discussed my issues with the chiropractor doctor, we made a plan about visits and home treatment. I signed up for a package once the front desk associate explained things. I used my HSA to pay. The clinic is very clean and offers plenty of parking in the center they are in. Will be recommending to colleagues and friends!

My left hip has had restricted range of motion since visiting The Joint Chiropractic location in Inglewood. I initially was treated at the location in South Gate and I started feeling like the visits were improving my lower back. I went to the location in Inglewood because I was near that location at that time and I've regretted it ever since. I am not able to walk or stand for long periods of time without feeling pain in my left hip, thigh and knee. I Do not recommend! Go see a doctor and get X-Rays instead of letting someone blindly work on your body.

Do Not Go to The Joint Chiropractic – Inglewood, CA My experience at The Joint Chiropractic in Inglewood was shockingly poor. The entire appointment was rushed, careless, and felt more like a sales pitch than legitimate chiropractic care. Major Concerns: 1. Unprofessional BP Check: The chiropractor attempted to take my blood pressure while I was actively explaining my issues and pointing to areas of discomfort. Unsurprisingly, the reading wasn’t accurate, and to make matters worse, he didn’t even bother documenting it. 2. Rushed Appointment: The entire visit, including intake, assessment, and adjustment, lasted a mere five minutes. This isn’t just unprofessional—it’s downright negligent. 3. Generic, Ineffective Adjustments: • The adjustments were vague and lacked any focus on the areas I specifically mentioned. The chiropractor didn’t do any manual manipulation to properly assess or address my concerns. • The neck adjustment felt unsafe. While it didn’t cause harm, the lack of precision and care was alarming. • The lower back adjustment was a disaster. After several failed attempts to provide relief, he kept twisting and pushing aimlessly, then finally gave up without resolving anything. • For my hips, he didn’t bother with any manual evaluation or targeted movements. Instead, he simply grabbed my ankle and pulled four times—again with no relief. Cookie-Cutter “Care” Plan: After this rushed and ineffective adjustment, the chiropractor “prescribed” a treatment plan identical to what I overheard being offered to the two clients before me. It was clear this wasn’t based on my specific needs but was merely a push to sell their “wellness plan.” Lack of Transparency: The lack of professionalism extended to the office environment. Nowhere on the website or in the office was there any information about the provider’s credentials. This is a glaring issue for a healthcare provider and speaks to the overall lack of accountability. Final Warning: Do not waste your time or money at The Joint Chiropractic in Inglewood—or at any of their franchise locations. This practice operates like a conveyor belt, prioritizing profit over patient care. The adjustments are rushed, impersonal, and ineffective, and their treatment plans feel more like a scam than legitimate medical advice. If you care about your health and safety, avoid places like this and seek out a reputable, credentialed chiropractor who actually listens and provides individualized care.

I would have given a 5 rating.. however, I had a very unpleasant experience with another patient coordinator a few weeks back. Let me start off by saying today was a day of healing for me I have been suffering from uncomfortable neck tension for some time now and today my life changed by coming to Joint Chiropractic from the moment I walked in I was greeted with respect and kindness the receptionist Ivanna was patient and understanding I was able to meet a great man by the name Dr. Phil who took the time to listen to my concerns and knew just what to do.. after receiving my first adjustments I felt instant relief I didn’t even know could be relieved I thought I had permanent pain and I was given relief from it.. I got a bit emotional after because I felt a new like my body has been released from prison pain for good.. I’ve gotta take my hat off to Big Phil. As a truck driver, working 10-12 hrs a day, my body gets stiff sitting in that upright position all day, but Dr. Phil straightened me right up and had me walking out like a new man. He helped relax me with his light conversation and let the crackin’ commence! His receptionist is a sweet young lady as well, because after having fought through the madness of that Taylor Swift traffic, her conversation put me at ease which prepared me for the doctor. If I could give 0 stars I would. They seem to not need patients. All I needed was an adjustment— something that I always get in my hometown joint spots. The most basic adjustment. They pretty much said they could halfa** it and it would be up to me how I end up. What kind of answer is that? Receptionist was rude as soon as we walked in too. Hopefully it was just a bad day in this place.

Dr Phil helped me with my shoulder pain and lower back pain. After the adjustment my shoulder pain was a 6 was completely gone. It was hurting when I got here and I couldn’t raise or lift my arm but rightly after the adjustment I can lift my arm like normal and my lower back pain is gone … highly recommended.. I showed up around 9:40, even though they were supposed to open at 10. But guess what? The staff didn't show up until 10:20. I was cool with waiting a bit, but then they put up a sign saying they're not taking new clients because they didn't have a receptionist. Seriously? Totally wasted my time. Not cool at all.

Dr. Phil is by far the best Chiropractor I've come across. I've been to many other Chiropractor's and the relief they provide does not last the way Dr. Phil's adjustments do. His occipital lift works wonders. Plus, the staff here are super sweet and nice. Must go check him out of you're in pain. Two thumbs up! ?

when this office first opened it was a godsend to me. when I came in I could barely walk and now I am standing up straight. unfortunately approximately 3 weeks ago everything started to go downhill I was told as a corporate policy the doctors are now rotated from location to another. unfortunately for me that also includes the front office. the person now working the front office has the I'm better than this and I should be somewhere look on their face. the atmosphere is more like a welfare clinic where they just hustle the people in and out. the caring patient doctors that they had during the week are no longer there. I pay for the wellness plan and basically after the last time I was there the doctor just used the activator on me and basically said you're done. no manipulation no adjustment nothing just checking off a box once the timer went off telling me thank you for coming next patient. the only reason I'm writing this article is because I know how good the experience can be. I called for the past two and a half weeks to try to get someone to call me back to address my issues however I only got a call back to offer me a special on more service. the person I spoke to seemed like they were tired, and not enthusiastic at all. the energy is no longer good at this location. the "wellness coordinator" sleepily told me that I could go to any location so I will now look around to try to find another one. very sad to go from what it was to what it is. I guess at the end of the day everything is a business and it's just about the bottom line. it looks like I will terminate my wellness membership after I come to the end of my term before renewal and look for an alternative. very sad

I had to make a long drive the day I went into the office and my back and neck were already hurting. Very upset customer due to a name mix-up. I signed up for the Wellness program and paid and on my 3rd visit the doctor tells me to sign up for the wellness program in which I told him that is what I have. He goes to the front desk and the front desk said that someone else with the same name canceled and she accidentally cancelled mine and would have it corrected... 4th visit they are charging me $45 I walked out and will never ever return. Lost one good customer. This was clearly an employee mistake but I get the short end of the stick.

I did a walk in one day feeling my worst with my lower back and neck pain and Dr. Phil stepped in asked all the questions to fix me and that he did. Ivana who is at the front desk was so helpful, kind and pleasant. Dr. Phil was so amazing he is great at what he does. The relief I felt after the visit was exactly what I needed. He is super knowledgeable and so nice. I definitely left in a great mood and was back two days later and also booked the monthly package. Definitely worth the trip and price point is amazing too!

I finally tried The Joint after seeing it around. I’m glad I did. My body was stiff and it was hard to get a good stretch. This experience helped with my mobility instantly. I haven’t been adjusted before this, it was quick and painless for me. They rotate doctors, therefore you get a different treatment depending on what doctor is on duty that day, some of them are not that good at doing adjustments! I decided to cancel my membership, they make it very difficult to get out of the plan, you really have to jump through hoops, to cancel, you will get the run around with, “paperwork”, you have to fill out a cancellation form, etc, it sounded good at first but it turned out to be, in my opinion, “A Racket”, it’s all about the money!!! I repeat some of their doctors are not that good!!

I always wait till dr phil gets here on Saturdays. Dr Phil does the real thing and he's not afraid to crack your bones plus he's the nicest person. I like him. Highly recommended. Jan 2023: (update and downgraded start below) I arrived at the location to find it was closed during business hours. Not the first time it’s happened. This time was different though. According to staff, there was a threatening guest and they had to temporarily close up shop for safety. And this has been the 4th time. Management should look into buzzer doors where staff can let in guests and screen for obviously erratic patients that pose a violent threat. I’m not a fan of profiling, but I’m also a fan of staff or getting stabbed at work. Management should also find ways to partner with the bike security on site since it’s there for a reason. Not sure why staff has to sit in their car for the threat to leave—I just remembered there is this security resource. Perhaps management can broker better coverage of this location. Happy I was able to be seen and have my pain alleviated today. Updated 5/13: The doctors at this location have changed regularly, I have come a few times to be told the doctor has left early (like today) and they are new closed on Sundays. I really regret that this is my local The Joint because when Culver City was my local branch, I never had any issues trying to get in an see a doctor. And they are open 7 days a week. When you work during the week, you really need that Sunday option and not having to commute to another location for 20-25 minutes would be great.

I get a pretty tight neck and shoulder area and Dr. Phil does a thing called the occipital lift that always hits just right and gets me feeling fully mobile again.

Dr Phil Yamamoto is special. I feel such a difference after his adjustments. He takes time to explain what is going on and educate you about spine health. It’s really hard to put in words but coming to the chiropractor every week is giving my my life back.
