Dr. Gary Baker was born and raised in Hermosa Beach, California, but briefly moved to Kansas City to attend Cleveland College of Chiropractic where he obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1981.
Dr. Baker prides himself on his patient care and loves helping his patients live the healthiest and fullest lives possible. He has learned to serve a wide range of patients from infants to grandparents, all with a range of cases, including migraine relief, sciatica pain, neck pain, and lower back pain through the use of manual manipulation.
Dr. Baker has been with The Joint Chiropractic since July of 2015 and loves having the opportunity to serve and educate his local community.
Dr. Jaymee de Lima Damaso, D.C. was born and raised in Mangilao, Guam. She first became inspired by chiropractic care by her uncle. He was one of her role models growing up because he excelled in both school and sports, and made an impact on their community through his chiropractic efforts. She knew since the age of 10 she wanted to be a Doctor of Chiropractic because of her uncle’s influence, and chiropractic does what Dr. Damaso is most passionate about: helping people.
Dr. Damaso has since moved to California, and is a 2015 graduate from Southern California University of Health Sciences where she obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Dr. Damaso has felt very blessed to be helping and educating her Huntington Beach, CA community. She believes that the best thing about being a chiropractor is being able to help as many people as she can, and improve her patient’s quality of life through her chiropractic efforts.
Throughout her professional journey, Dr. Damaso has learned to serve a range of patients from babies to grandparents and athletes, with a range of cases including sciatica pain, arthritis pain, neck pain, lower back pain, and migraine relief through the use of manual manipulation. Dr. Damaso strongly believes that through a well-adjusted spine anything is possible. Dr. Damaso has been The Joint’s local chiropractor since February of 2017 and hopes to continue to serving her Huntington Beach community.
When she is not working at The Joint Chiropractic in Huntington Beach, CA she can be found at the beach, weightlifting, hiking, or spending time with her friends and family.
