Don’t go there if you’re in pain and need immediate assistance ! I’ve been in major pain with 10:30 appointment . They kept me waiting 40 minutes I asked to be allowed to lay down without any response ! The receptionist asked me from 1 to 10 what’s my pain level I said 100 and she start laughing! So unprofessional! No private rooms just one big room with empty beds laying around !

I had TWO visits left from my prepaid package and the location I originally went to literally shut down. Nobody contacted me, nobody transferred anything, and instead of honoring what I PAID for, now they’re telling me my visits “expired” just because it was a membership. That is NOT what I was told when I bought the package. The girl specifically told me, “Oh no, you can come back anytime, this just gives you a discount, you still have two visits.” Now suddenly, they’re saying I have to go back and BUY ANOTHER PACKAGE at full price if I want to continue. So basically, they charged me for services I never received and instead of fixing it, they’re trying to upsell me on another membership. Feels like a total scam. Honestly just be careful—once they have your money, good luck getting what you paid for.

This is a huge shout out to actually not just the Joint on La Paz but Dr. Clark especially!! Last Saturday I walked in right after a huge shift occurred in my lumbar spine and I was in intense pain and freaking out!! He not only calmed me down with his words but also was very helpful with the physical adjustments he gave me!! I’ve been here twice so far. The doctor recommended I come in 8 times this month. I prepaid about $130 for these visits with an agreement of $89 charged next month (4 visits). The first visit was the longest as I had intake paperwork to fill and a consultation but they said my next visit would be much shorter. They were right. I was in and out in less than 10 min. I will say that I did not expect the 5 star experience that we got with Dr. DeLaMare & staff. I was expecting a newly licensed DC but pleasantly surprised with his years of professional experience. We, my daughter & I are not your regular everyday day patients. Our cases are quite a bit more complicated. Dr did not let that interfere with how he decided on treatment for us. I've visited this location many times and always had a positive experience. On Monday, August 12, at 6 PM, I came in with my wife, as usual, to get our backs adjusted. However, our experience this time was disappointing. When we arrived, the receptionist, an African American lady, didn’t greet us and was distracted by her phone. Her demeanor was slow and unenthusiastic, which is not what I expect from someone representing your business. A receptionist should be energetic and passionate, promoting a welcoming environment for customers. Last year, during a busy day when the system was down, the doctor informed us that our visit would be complimentary due to the inconvenience. A few months later, when I returned, I was told there was a pending balance. I explained the situation, and it was resolved without any issues. This time, when my wife provided her phone number, the receptionist informed us again of a pending balance from that same visit. I explained the situation once more, but it felt like I was talking to a machine. Despite my explanation, she kept insisting on payment. Frustrated, we decided to leave. Customer service is crucial, and how staff interacts with customers is a direct reflection of your business. If someone can't provide a positive experience, they may be better suited for a different role. Unfortunately, due to this interaction and the way we were treated in front of other customers, we won't be returning. I’m not opposed to paying for services, but when we were told there would be no charge, I expect that to be honored. This experience was disappointing and has left a lasting negative impression.

Everything from the get go was a successful. Starting from the receptionist that walked you through the whole experience, specially being a new customer that was a plus. After that the cost of each session depending on the Chiropractor recommendation for a treatment right on the spot. The Dr. explained every little detail after reading your information on the questioner and getting to the alignment and adjust to be certain that there was no pain at all with every part of your body from your back to your legs, arms and neck. Omg felt like a new man, so I will be going back for future treatments .

I've had problems with my back for the past 15 years. I thought i was just getting old and stiff had pain shooting down my legs even my feet hurt. All i wanted to do is get home from work and kick my chair back and not move. My first visit to The Joint Chiropractic Office in Lake Forest, CA was today March 18th, 2024. Their receptionist Miriam was very helpful and friendly on the phone and in person as she walked me through the initial paperwork. I only waited maybe 3-minutes before Dr. Reynolds took me back. He took his time asking me questions about my condition, explained what he wanted to do, and provided some stretches for me to do on my own in between visits. I feel better than I did when I went in and am confident that the constant pain from my curved spine from birth will continue to improve with monthly maintenance. I just wish I wouldn't have waited so long in pain to take this step.

The Joint Chiropractic doctors at this location are all stars; Dr DeLaMare, Dr Reynolds, & Dr Sefarian are always mindful, thorough and provide useful suggestions on exercises to ease the discomfort of spinal alignment issues. Today I thought I had a herniated disc, so Dr. Reynolds did a thorough check of reflexes, pressure points, & muscles to find out that I was really out of alignment from sitting in the middle seat on a long two stop cross country flight. I am so grateful for The Joint chiropractic care team. They make it so easy to stop in whenever I need an adjustment.

Dr. Noori has a gift. I managed a highly established highly rated chiropractic center in Redondo so I am very picky & skeptical. I've tried the Joint in the past; overall you'll always find good care but recently ..wow...Dr. Noori REALLY helped me. I went in with a torn tendon in my elbow. Tennis elbow of sorts. Anyway, I haven't been able to use my arm for months. MD recommended a bunch of medicine, physical therapy & mri, surgery. Once confirmed it was a tear, I gave up. Only surgery?! Wow. All that time wasted. Went to Dr. Noori once, told him about it, he did something & now I have like 80% mobility??!!! What?! He told me he'd fix it but after all I'd been through I didn't believe. I am ecstaticly standing corrected. He has a gift. I went back today & shared the great news. I'm looking forward to feeling even more of the results soon! Kudos to him, very thankful.

Me and my 2 teenage boys visited this Lake Forest, Ca location on 1/8/23 and arrived at 405pm. We were given 3 clipboards to fill out the new patient paperwork. At around 420pm we were finishing up the last page to turn in, we were asked to return on another day. So as I'm voicing my displeasure about wasting my time filling out paperwork when we weren't going to be seen, the doc appears from the back and says it was his decision. I told him I understood that it would take time for all 3 of us but could he adjust my oldest son who has been in some pain for awhile now. He refused stating that "he was too tired". This office was still open for another 40 minutes and no other patients were being seen and nobody else waiting up front except for us 3. Why say you are open till 500p if you refuse to see patients that showed up almost an hour before closing? I usually have no time to leave reviews but had to write one after my poor, unprofessional experience at this location and being turned away for a doc being "too tired" during open business hours.

Sean Clark was my doctor. I came in 9/11 for lower back pain. Clark relieved my pain and other pressures points that I didn't know needed adjusting and was very explanatory. I've been to other places that are very expensive and they didn't do everything Clark did. You can't find a better deal anywhere else ,not even Groupon!! The lady who did my adjustment at the El Toro Road location was really nice but seemed like a novice. She had a lot of trouble figuring out how to position me, like she couldn’t figure out where my arms went or something, and most of the time my body wasn’t even close to cracking or releasing pressure. She managed to crac one side of my neck and one side of my back, but all attempts to crack the other sides and other parts of my body, specifically my shoulder blades and aligning my hips, which were what was bothering me and why I came in, didn’t crack or feel like she had properly adjusted me. She was just doing motions and moving on, not even feeling for the give and take before pulling or pushing on me like most chiropractors do. I’ve been to chiropractors my whole life, I’ve had full body adjustments, I’ve never walked out feeling like I didn’t even get adjusted. I felt the same as I did walking in. I was a new patient to this place so thankfully the cost was cheaper but I won’t be going back.

I'm so happy I went! I had a headache for over a week. The herniated discs in my neck from a long ago injury were so inflamed that they were constricting blood flow to my brain! Even immediately after my first adjustment, my head felt better and was nearly pain free within 2 hours. Dr. Lucich was wonderful and the adjustment wasn't aggressive like some of my previous chiropractors have been. It was exactly what I needed and I knew I had finally found my new chiropractor. Today I was having a nerve pain below my butt area. It was hard to sit anywhere. Then once I finally got comfortable I had to stand. I am a teacher so you can imagine the standing and sometimes sitting. Well the pain today was unbearable. I went to Greg and I was amazed when I left how much pain was relieved. I honestly didn't think it would take one visit but it did. I do see him regularly but for different things. Today was a unique situation. When I got there I could barely move my right leg. When I left I had more movement and by time I got home I wasn't afraid to sit without pain. I have seen many chiropractors but he is truly a people person and really cares about your needs. Update: my fav os Dr Del La Mare, i request to see him every time now. I love it bcos it is quick. In and out in like 10 mins. Gets what I need adjusted and I feel much better I saw Dr Murray last Sat morning. His adjustments were gentle but effective. I am so glad they did not promotes $2k+ packages!! I bought their monthly plans as I truly have a few problematic areas. The monthly plan is for 2 months at $79/month for 4 sessions each month. As a new patient. Theh gave 3 free visits with the 2 month plans. Basically I am paying 79 + 79 = 158 for 11 visits! Really good deal.

I've been to quite a few Joint locations across SoCal, Oregon, Idaho, Colorado and Utah, and Dr. Greg is by far the best (a close tie with the one I had in Utah) chiropractor I had out of all of them. No matter how busy the office is, he takes his time to ask how I'm doing and what we can work on. He tries more than just the standard adjustments I get at every other clinic, and he explains what he's doing and why. He has a very light and pleasant disposition, too, which I really appreciate. He gives me good suggestions as to what to do when I get home, too (like ice for X mins, stretches, etc.) I find myself driving to this location over the three other local ones in my area --gladly. My husband and I walked in to get care as he fell on a ladder. We were going to use our HSA to pay. My husband carries and accident policy thru his business, thru Aflac. The chiropractor actually looked at my chart from the past and wanted to sit down and discuss matters so that he would know what to do and how to do it to alleviate my pain for my lower back. Stopped in for an emergency, I had so much pain in my shoulder. The Dr on duty got the pain I went in for but didn't bother checking anything else. Made my visit literally about 5 minutes total maybe including the time I spent in the lobby. As I was heading out the receptionist was on a phone call on speaker from her cellphone and she was vaping, real professional.

Man, where to start, last week I came in with really serious pain in my back and ribs from golfing. After being adjusted twice(Tuesday/Wednesday) I was able to go to work that Thursday feeling a lot better, so much so that I thought I could start swinging my clubs again, that was the BIGGEST mistake of my life, I should’ve let my back rest for awhile, but we all want things to be immediate sometimes. Needless to say after a couple swings I nearly collapsed in pain and went straight home barely being able to breathe and now with a pain I’d never felt before in my life. It literally felt like somebody took a knife and put it between my shoulder blades and just start twisting away. So I called out of work Friday and went to a different chiropractor in Huntington Beach because they opened at 5:30am and I needed to be seen right away. Got adjusted twice there and had some relief, the funny thing was that I mentioned to them I had been to the Joint and they kind of shamed me like I shouldn’t ever do that, almost as if to say The Joint is a joke. Well, I went home that night and I couldn’t sleep because the pain and the following night it got out of control. By the time I got up Sunday morning my entire back was locking up and spasming. My ribs and back hurt so bad I called my dad to come home from church to take me to the hospital. I knew I wouldn’t go to the hospital I just needed somebody to talk me through the pain. We went to The Joint once again in so much pain basically hopeless at this point. Doctor Greg adjusted me as my body began to shake, not from being cold, but from the sheer amount of pain I was in. After “surviving the adjustment” I had immediate relief, no more spasming, no more shaking in pain, but a pain that I could manage. I went home and laid on a heating pad the rest of the day and essentially all day Monday. The amount of relief was astronomical. Now it’s Thursday and I’ve been working all week without much pain, obviously the muscles are sore from the spasming and what not, but I’m back on my feet. I just got adjusted again and it felt great, I know Greg saved me from having to go to the hospital and potentially taking pain meds that never really heal anything, they just mask the pain. The strange thing is that this Chiro in Huntington(that shamed me for going to the joint) charges like $60 a visit and I had less success from their treatment then the simple, quick and easy $15 it cost per visit at The Joint. Thank you so much, I’m going to continue resting my back for awhile as the muscles are still sore, but I know I will be better soon thanks to you guys. Hopefully this turns someone away from getting huge hospital bills and pain meds that don’t help. God bless, from Thomas.

Thanks again to my caring care givers!!!! ——————————————— Having never been exposed to this business model for chiropractic care, I didn’t know what to expect but when a coworker recommended this to me I was in such discomfort I was willing to give it a shot and they accept walk-ins! When I arrived, I was greeted professionally by Julie at the front desk who shared some detail around the membership and the option of a single adjustment, which is what I thought I wanted so I was offered a seat in the nicely decorated and comfortable lobby. It was only a couple of minutes before it was my turn and Dr. Gary did not disappoint. This guy has some serious skills! I was so impressed I signed up as the cancellation policy leaves no risk and only reward. Today was the first visit where Dr, Gary wasn’t there and I was skeptical but left beyond delighted as I had a new issue area. I didn’t catch his name but was treated with a different and super effective style and have eagerly opted to stay enrolled in the program. The friendly informative and efficient Julie as the face of the business and the highly skilled chiropractic treatment I experienced without the hassle of appointments and insurance all combine to make this the ideal treatment plan for my schedule and my chronic back issues. DayLene at the reception was very friendly and helpful during my visits. Dr. Greg is also great. During my first visit, Dr. Greg spent a fair amount of time in consultation and adjustment and did a great job. The second time I visited the adjustments felt a little more rushed and not as thorough as the first time. I would have appreciated a little more time spent on my second visit for a more thorough adjustment.

I dislocated my ribs over a week ago. Physical Therapy was going to cost me way to much a visit with my Insurance. A friend recommended me to visit this place to see if they could help. So far I have been back twice. My ribs are still dislocated however, with the adjustments I am getting the pain is slowly going away. Continuing with the exercises I received from my doctor I am sure they will be in in no time.

Check in and registration were simple and painless. Chiropractor is great. very thorough in his discussion about symptoms and how I was feeling. What my concerns were. Administration of treatment is excellent , I feel much better after only 2 visits. The facility on El Toro road Lake Forest is clean, pleasant, welcoming and on the 2 occasions I went in quiet so I was treated almost immediately on arrival. I would highly recommend a visit.

I'm not the most regular client but have been seeing chiropractors since I was a teenager, 55 years. All the doctors i have had at the Joint have been good. But recently I have had Dr. Clark at Lake Forest. I really love his technique especially his ability to adjust my neck which has not the best at relaxing. Dr. LaMare is a lifesaver! At least once per week my arthritis and stenosis flares to the point of agonizing tension and pain; and once per week I go see Dr. LaMare. He is gentle, yet utilizes the right amount of pressure and force to manipulate the joints so the muscles can relax. I live 40 miles away, and make a special trip each week to see Dr. LaMare. His office is never full but always busy. All the patients I have spoken to love Dr. LaMare and sing his accolades. On another note, Dr. LaMare is friendly, polite and always helpful.

Dr. Greg DeLaMare is a wonderful go to. Just snuck in at closing time ( 7pm) tonight and he spend all of 5-10 minutes putting me back in line and loosening up my tight back. There's no words to the value of taking pain away in just minutes and being consistent and highly valuable. You've got a highly experienced Doctor here...seeking an easier life than owning a full practice. So you get $300 an hour or more for "The Joint" prices. Seriously...you are NOT gonna get this service at all inexpensive membership places. Sunday through Thursday...Lake Forest Joint for your back, life and stress! I'm a BIG fan...

I had bad lower back pain when I walked in, and when I left it was gone. That’s the best part. But from my experience the guy who adjusted me was very aggressive. I’m used to people telling me to take a deep breath or ease into it. With time his adjustment I felt as if someone had made him mad right before I walked in. He did the job but it was an uncomfortable process

Dr. DeLaMare is a great doctor he knows exactly how to adjust where i need it. Daylene is always friendly and easy to talk to about how chiropractic care can help with my troublesome areas on my back an neck. I have been going there for awhile now and I can see an feel a huge difference from when I first started going there an now. I feel more energized and lose no more pain in my lower back above my hips. My partner has been going there to and I see a huge difference with him too and how he is feeling after getting adjusted. The pricing isn’t bad either very affordable and it really does help so your not spending to much money just going in when you need it and what the Doctor recommendation is for you and your care. I highly recommend this place even if you haven’t ever had chiropractic care before the Doctor definitely works with you one on one and recommends what is best for you so you can feel better. I would definitely say keep going after your first time over time it does help you out a lot and helps your spine a lot too. I have been in chronic pain for the last two months after my first visit I was relieved by 30 % of the pain in my back. I cannot say enough good things about the doctors and the staff here they are all kind,Welcoming ,knowledgeable And beyond wonderful with my children. After coming here I have even decided to have each of my children adjusted and it was one of the best decisions ever. I highly recommend if you have children to also get them adjusted during my visit it was shared with me how important routine adjustments even for children are to help them while they are growing to stay aligned. I’m sure like most people when they hear chiropractic care they think a very expensive visit, But coming here that is further from the truth! They make it beyond affordable even for those of us on a tight budget! So if you’re like me and you read the reviews before going anywhere I highly highly recommend that you try the joint at least once you won’t regret it ! Dr Greg is awesome ?

I am a Massage Therapist and my body is constantly working. I have also been in a very bad car accident, as a pedestrian, a year ago and still suffer from aches and pains in my low back and hips. Dr. Oliveri is great at what she does and has never pushed me to do more than I was comfortable with. I have been to other chiropractors and was nervous about her adjusting my neck but now I feel comfortable enough to let her adjust it. I have been coming here since it has opened and have never had any problems. The front desk associates are especially wonderful and friendly. Everytime I walk in I feel like a friend and not like just another client/number.

The price is amazing, the hours are convenient, service is always quick and I'm 100% satisfied with their care. The big difference (which doesn't bother me in the least) with The Joint is the open treatment space. It's almost like a salon, with tables and the patient waiting area all in one room.

Will NOT return here. Sign out front says $29 adjustment and was charged $39. Girl at the counter says its because that is only for initial visit. This was my first time coming to this location. I have been to the Laguna Niguel location but I know they are seperate owners. Girl at the front counter was rude and only replied "I didnt make the sign" when I asked. I asked for a printed receipt as my wife is a bookkeeper and was then told the printer didnt work. The person who did my adjustment did not ask any questions as to if I was having pain or why I was there for an adjustment. He really didnt speak to me at all nor did he address my concerns. I will say that my experience was much less than satisfactory and it was complete opposite of how the Laguna Niguel office treated me. As well they perform the adjustment for the $29 rate as advertised. Stay clear of this location

Continued to charge a card I did not authorize them to use for 6 months nor did I use their service during the same period. I did not receive a call, email, etc. in regards to my absence but had no problem charging me for a service I was not using. My bank stated they contacted them for an additional card to charge so they could "keep providing their services". Watch your accounts when discontinuing the service, they are not an upfront business about their policies.

I went to hospital because I had very severe pain at my lower back and I could not walk and I could not move at any directions. Hospital did nothing and gave me painkiller, but painkiller did not work neither. I came to this place and in less than 3 minutes only one adjustment I could walk and move my body immediately. I was so amazed by that. My pain from 10 of 10 dropped to almost 3 and could breath. I am very thankful for the help I did receive from the doctor. His name was Dr. Flodius.
