Management of The Joint is 1 star, and that's being kind. The doctors are really professional and knowledgeable, and I feel worthy of 5 stars and deserve the praise - hence the rating. The chiroprators: The staff and doctors are great and very personable and it has a friendly feel, especially if you're a regular. They help me better understand my condition and take time to recommend exercises or ergonomic support products. Ive gone to chiros through insurance, and for years was diagnosed me with sciatica. Started at The Joint and was told I didn't have sciatica, rather my hips/core was not aligned. They focused on the hips and sacrum area, and no more sciatica-like pain. Moreover, the membership costs per visit are less than my copays, and theres no up selling trying to sell vitamins, recommend other services not covered by insurance, or overpriced equipment I can get off Temu. At The Joint, its a seamless experience, walkin, and be out in less than 10 minutes. Management: The place is understaffed point blank. They closed the Westside location, though it was fully staffed. I now have to drive over 20 min to the nearest locations....fine. I changed to this location and it was great, until one of the doctors left, and things became unreliable. It's frustrating to go there, only for the location to be unexpectedly closed. Not okay. I've read the reviews and management's response is just generic word salad canned nonsense response. They can at least ADMIT there's an issue, and start doing something like sending an email - they seem perfectly capable of doing it when the office closes for holidays somehow. At least notify of early closure, it's okay to scale back hours, but be honest and communicate it. Either management is choosing not to hire a replacement or having issues finding a replacement IDK. But they should be upfront about the cause of the chaos, especially since they keep raising the prices. Cutting hours is fine, just communicate! I've considered stopping my membership because of the intentional lack of communication, but since I found other locations I like I'm keeping it for now. I now call this location to see what's going on before I make the trek to Marina del Rey. FYI for those who care - The Joint is publicly listed stock (JYNT), whose value has dropped significantly, and recently sold off the SoCal locations to a different company, Elite Chiro Group. Needless to say, I'm leery how manamgent will behave moving forward, and hope they can fix their reputation.

This place is an absolute nightmare and feels like a straight-up membership trap. I canceled my membership back in September and they are STILL charging me. I have tried multiple times to cancel, phone calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and nobody seems to care until you show up in person. When I finally went in to deal with it, the receptionist was rude, dismissive, and incredibly unprofessional. She blamed it on “technical difficulties” and literally rolled her eyes at me like I was the problem for wanting them to stop taking my money. After reading other reviews, it looks like this is a pattern. They make it easy to sign up, but when you try to cancel, suddenly no one is available, no one responds, and the charges just keep coming. It feels shady and dishonest. This has been an unnecessary, time-consuming, and upsetting experience. I would strongly warn anyone thinking about joining!! I still haven’t received my money back! Updated on 3-16-2026: I am fully aware of your membership policy and I followed the required cancellation steps months ago. In September, your receptionist confirmed my membership was canceled. When I asked for written confirmation, I was told there was none, she scribbled a note on a business card and said that should be enough. The charges continued anyway. I also tried multiple times to resolve this by phone and email and received no response. It is frustrating that management is only now offering to “help” after a negative review was posted. Where was this communication months ago? I am still waiting for a refund for the charges that continued after I followed your process.

Closed during the posted operating hours. I called the other location, and apparently one of their doctors left, so they’re closed every day that doctor was supposed to be there until they find someone new, but they didn’t communicated this to their clients. It’s pretty easy to change operating hours for special closures on Google Maps…communication is key. People are busy, and they’re wasting people’s time because of poor communication.

Over the past 20 years, I have been plagued with both back and neck pain. I had the good fortune of going into this specific Joint, last week. Dr Omrani is the real deal, he relieved my excruciating neck pain after just the first visit. However, I’m not so sure about the other female doctor because she adjusted my neck again on my second visit and my neck pain came back right after the session. She also did some back adjustment, that night I had a sore and tingling left arm lasted for 24 hours. On my third visit, Dr. Omrani fixed my neck pain again and my neck never felt so flexible before. Ive been to a few other chiropractors before but no one has done this wonder to my chronic neck pain. Thank you again Dr Omrani, can’t thank you enough !

What a great experience every time I go into my weekly adjustment. Starting from the front desk Calin is amazing, sweet, respectful and super helpful. Once the treatment begins Dr Benjamin Omrani is super amazing. Makes u feel like family and truly cares about your health. You can feel it. I enjoy how he explains what’s going on also how I don’t feel rushed but also how efficient he is because I do stay busy with work so it’s nice to get in and out without feeling like corners where cut in my treatment. I hit the weights hard at the gym and since I began treatment with Dr. Omrani I must say I feel so much better physically. What a difference he has made for me. I recommend anyone to this facility and also have recommended him to my family and loved ones. Dr. Omrani has a forever patient in me. A Complete Scam – Stay Away! I cannot emphasize enough how terrible my experience has been with The Joint Chiropractic. This company is nothing short of a scam, and I feel obligated to warn others to stay far away. Here’s what happened to me: they charged me for 12 months without my authorization. I never signed up for a membership with them, yet they somehow kept billing me every month. I only visited the clinic twice, and after realizing this wasn’t a service I wanted or needed, I stopped going. Despite this, they continued to charge my account, completely ignoring my repeated requests to stop billing me. I contacted them multiple times to resolve the issue and asked them to cancel whatever they claimed I had signed up for. Each time, they either gave me the runaround or flat-out ignored me. They have shown no intention of fixing the problem or even offering a partial refund for the unauthorized charges. Their business practices are not only dishonest but also predatory. It’s clear that they rely on tricking people into memberships and then making it impossible to cancel. This is not just bad customer service—it’s theft, plain and simple. If you’re considering visiting The Joint Chiropractic, don’t do it. There are so many better, more ethical chiropractic clinics out there. This place is unprofessional, unethical, and a complete nightmare to deal with. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this scam. Don’t let them steal your hard-earned money like they did mine. I’ve been going to different chiropractors for over 25 years. Some amazing, some good, some not so. I have to say that my experience today at the joint in Marina del Rey was exceptional. Dr. Ben is something else. He truly has a gift both as a chiropractor and as a service professional. My adjustment was so thorough and had me walking 2 in taller when I left. The doctor was so fantastic as was the support staff. My son who has tendinitis and plantar fasciitis and hasn’t been able to walk properly on his foot in a month was seen by another chiropractor multiple times with no real improvement. After one adjustment here he was walking and normally again. I cannot say how impressed and how thankful I am with the joint in Marina del Rey five stars all the way.

An actual scam. They refuse to cancel the recurring payment on my card after calls, emails, cancelation form, customer service contact, bank stop payment requests, etc. The worst customer service from the worst kind of company running a typical recurring subscription scam. Incredible how they keep charging my account and the bank can't do anything about it because they refuse to acknowledge stop payments and notices. Amazing experience! I’m training for a marathon and I go a couple of times a week and they have really helped me and the issues that I was having in my hip and so many other mobility issues that I never realized I had in my spine etc. Recommend this place 10 out of 10! Best chiropractic option I’ve tried. They keep track of your treatment and treat you quickly and efficiently. Their system promotes regular self care and since it’s quick it doesn’t take much time it’s easy to stay consistent. Also amazing staff at this location they remember you which for me gives me more confidence that I’m getting treated right. Update. It’s been 2 months and this is the only one I go to Monday through Friday if they lose Shahed I’m going to have to find a new location.

Can't beat this place. I've mainly been adjusted by Dr. McCall thus far, Santa Monica/Marina del Rey location. I do allot of research before making decisions. Might be the best Chiropractor I've had, based on price, knowledge and ability to treat each patient differently based on the problem. I've had a chronic 30 year plus issue that is finally getting the proper treatment. As with anything, you have to do your part with proper fitness. Once the body is back in alignment, I will continue the 4 alignments per month deal with The Joint Chiropractic. A+⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The 2 doctors at the marina location are amazing! The front desk staff are friendly & knowledgeable ? every time I walk in the door I am greeted with a smile and most of the front desk girls know my name and definitely make me feel at home. The doctor is amazing. The first time I walked in he heard me out and adjusted me in all the places I needed. Every time I go back he makes me feel relaxed and I can get a great adjustment! I started going to The Joint in Santa Monica. It was my first experience with a Chiropractor. I have been going to The Joint since 2020. The Culver City and Inglewood location were the closest to me until Marina Del Rey’s location opened up. While the DCs at the prior locations are great, Dr. Brad in the Marina is the GOAT. I try to make it there once a week and when I do it sets me up for painless success the following week. The receptionists and other DCs here are great so you won’t be disappointed. Give them a chance!!

I’ve heard that chiropractors are quacks but I didn’t really believe it until I made my first visit here. Yes, initially all the cracking made me feel good. But about four days after the treatment, the entire area that was treated started radiating intense pain. I would have fully rather never visited here than be subjected to this pain. I was also concerned something could be misaligned, but when I called with my concerns, they were dismissed. The doctor said that it couldn’t be from the treatment despite the fact that I didn’t participate in any other activities that could have brought on such intense pain. I urge others to do their research on chiropractors and how they’ve hurt people in the past before coming to this establishment. Please don’t make the same mistake I did (I lived with the pain for about 1.5 months before I fully recovered).

What I like most is that both Dr. Brad and Dr. Kim listen and adjust my vertebrae accordingly. No two adjustments are the same based on their respective analysis any given day. I have two bulged discs in my neck and another two in my lumbar spine. Therefore, I inflame more easily than many. I explained that to each when I visited. It's amazing and greatly appreciated that notes were placed in my account and my adjustments are not cookie-cutter when I visit. As a result, my trust level with both doctors is very high. They are what's good with chiropractic! Thank you, Drs. Brad and Kim!!!
