    Unfortunately, this location lacks customer service. My only available hours are morning. I get the same chiro and receptionist. The treatment are horrible. Starting with the receptionist, if you're early (5mins) will have you wait outside and if on time then you need to wait for them to finish their conversation as if you're not standing there. The best location, unfortunately for me, is Riverside. It's a whole different experience in customer service. I don't know why its a 4.6 rate. Perhaps the other chiropractors at different time help this establishment to obtain this rate.

    Everything was great were it just something simple like oh I threw my back out working out or oh I listed something that was too heavy and my back could be healed easily it would have been something I would have continued. However I'm one of the rare animals 10% or less of the population that was born with a congenital L6. This L6 configuration was cute and fun when I was a young dancer but now it is pinching the nerves that are leaving me numb completely below the waist. My walk and my gait are completely jacked up. And just an adjustment without heat treatment without EMS , Without Decompression, ( And I probably need to look into disk seal treatment which is a non FDA approved but highly effective injection of fibrin into the disks themselves) As well as the possible removal of the bone spurs that are coming from my osteoarthritis. So basically my dilemma is far more than what this treatment could do has great as it was and as efficient as it is it just my system is so screwed up I need more.

    I came in on Saturday spoke to a gentlemen that said that they weren’t seeing new patients due that the front office called out. He told us to come back Monday I did mention the time and he said it was okay. I come back Monday and the front office says we can’t see you because walks ins are only before 4 pm.     I absolutely love Joint Chiropractic in Montebello. Dr. Keenan and Loraine are two of the most attentive and caring people you’ll ever meet. I went in for an adjustment and felt perfectly fine when I left. Unfortunately, about an hour later I positioned myself wrong and completely misaligned myself again.     I was out of town and saw The Joint in the shopping center in Montebello. They were able to check my information quickly and see me in less than a minute.     Information is missing here so just be aware. My concerns are about billing and new client service. If you’re new, you can only go in when the front desk employee is there and apparently they’re on a rotation and not always present to support new clients. It doesn’t specify that online nor on their automated hours stated when you call. So before you waste your time by going in, call. If you get no answer, don’t go in. I tried to encourage my husband to come try them out for some back pain but this first visit already left him with a bad impression about their accessibility when we’re on tight schedules. Billing concern: I’m a previous client and even after canceling I was still billed for an additional 2 months. When I called to fix this I eventually got one of those months refunded but the other month never was refunded. I gave up on trying to solve this problem and was just happy I wasn’t being automatically charged anymore as I wasn’t in need of the services anymore. So just be really clear about cancellation dates and check your account even months after to make sure they don’t keep billing your account. The service itself was fine. I came in as a new mom with lower back pain and then again when I had restarted weight training workouts. Some of the doctors addressed my areas of concern better than others but it was hard to plan around their schedule for me. It’s not a one time visit fix so you will need to sign up for more than one time.

    I made an appointment online for a first time customer. Only to get there and there’s no Doctor. I came back within a week because I was automatically rescheduled. Went back on a Thursday and signed up for their monthly membership, what a waste of money. I went back saw the doctor on a Monday and was told to come back Thursday.     I stopped by a few weeks ago because my mom and sister wanted me to check this place out before they signed up. Honestly, I wasn’t planning to leave a review, but the experience stuck with me. As soon as I walked in, I saw and heard a manager scolding the doctor right out in the open. The way it came across felt combative and really unprofessional. It was uncomfortable enough that I just turned around and left instead of wanting learning more. I had hoped this would be a good option for my family, but that interaction left me with the opposite impression. Not a safe space to receive chiro care if this is happening out in the open.

    Absolutely disappointment. Never again will I ever return. The bs they set you up for. When I signed up i was able to go to other locations and come to find out i was being charged for going to a separate location other than this one. My home location. The doctor couldn't explain and neither could the receptionist. Claimed that I had gone more than the times allowed withing a billing cycle which I had only 1 prior visit than today. But still being charged for going over my 4 visits per cycle. So when it didnt make sense, and didn't add up, they took off the extra charge but it still didn't sit right with me that that if I didnt question I would have been charged. I canceled my membership on the spot. Not worth the poor business practices they blame on technology which would tell you that it doesn't add up when I've only visited 1 time in a billing cycle of 4 visits. Then get a call back to be told the reason for the mix up is for the credit card on file was not charged, when I also called bs and see it in my statement for the past 3 months that I was enrolled. If there was a negative rating, I would.

    This location is definitely the most convenient for me since it’s close to work. That said, I never feel fully aligned after coming here. I almost always end up going to the Burbank location a day or two later because they take their time and really make sure everything is adjusted properly. This spot tends to feel a bit rushed in comparison.

    They say it's 29$ for the first time, that's a lie because they end up charging you over 100$ for a few sessions if not they you have to pay full price which more . So I got a few sessions since I got tricked, missed a few weeks went to get a session and they denied it because I had to pay another 89$ for the month. To me those are some deceiving practices.     I have been going to this location for a few years now. I really enjoy coming in for my visits because the receptionist is always super sweet. She always puts a smile on my face.     I don't know who I saw yesterday, but the adjustment was way too aggressive and today my neck is sore. I have some medical conditions which means I run the risk of having a side effect like this lasting for weeks.     Was in a tough spot as my normal pt was out of town and was in a lot of pain.     I am very pleased with the service I’m receiving. Dr. C has been helping me with my lower back injury. My back feels a lot better since I began treatment. Dr. C does a great job ensuring I’m doing what I need to do in order for my back to heal. He has given me tips that I can implement when working out to avoid re-injuring my lower back.     The service provided on my first visit was great but I would recommend always calling before going to this location. I have been three times and the first time they couldn't service me because there was no receptionist, the second time I had to wait over 45 min because the doctor was on meetings and today when I went there were no doctors in for the day.     I'm so sorry to all the people I recommend it this place before because of the price on your first time visit, I went by the reviews, unfortunately is not like it sound, dr. Lopez did my "adjustment" which seemed like he had no experience at all, he did not properly adjust my back, he did put his weight on me, my neck was stuffy the next day, my back felt like it was open in half, my whole body was sore, my main problem was my tail bone, I had two weeks going thru pain medication, unable to drive, so I thought adjusting myself could work, it had worked on the past from my back and neck. The only difference is that this were professional chiropractors, Mr. Lopez didn't look for a tense muscle, or measure my arms or legs if they were aligned, he kind of performed a routine crack side to side and neck, and he use this table that drops down from your hips and well make everything worse for my tail bone pain. They got me into sign a 8 more adjustment plan which include half of the payment that day $118, although they curiosly work they plan into 8 visits, they deducted my first Especial adjustment promo $29 and I have left 7 visits, ? so Im stuck with a plan that brought me more pain than what i had and took my money as well. According to desk is not refundable. So they are not liable for the additional pain etheir. Just be safe everyone and I just hope other locations have better service. This my first time attending The Joint, other chiropractors are owned by a one doctor. Not a franchise like this one.

Their intake process is legit a quiz that will decide whether or not they will take you in.     Went in with lower back back and was told that I had Scoliosis from a simple look and feel of my back. Went back for a little over two months with little to no improvement over the course of that time. Went to a family doctor to get a second opinion and ordered an x-ray and was shown that I've never had any history of scoliosis. Just a money grab in my opinion. When I tried cancelling my month to month payments, I was told that it was complete but ended up getting charged again for another month. When I wanted my money back they said it would have to go through many different processes and I just ended up going for that month. I'm just sharing my personal experience.

    Dr. Dan is da MAN! Just had some adjustments with him and I'm so glad I stopped in. I haven't had someone adjust my atlas and axis vertebrae in so long, I began to wonder if they stopped teaching that in Chiro school. He knows his stuff and he's a nice guy.     While Dr. Desuyo was at the Joint in Monterey Park, she is always looking out for my welfare and it is sad that she had to leave! Today, Dr. Thomas saw me and while this is the first time I saw him, the adjustment he did was very nice, I felt I am walking taller and he helped adjusted my sciatica problems.

I've been to 3 different "The Joint" in the past month due to my back pain, and she's been so helpful and gentle with exercises to aid in getting my back to 100% again.     Nice lady at check-in. Chiropractor was efficient. But no one introduced themselves like Newnan, GA does! However, the chiropractor did address my ailments and fix them all.
