Dr. Chandra is the best chiropractor I’ve ever had. For the past 6 years, I’ve been having some very painful issues in my back. Since this started, I’ve been to physical therapy twice and have been to approximately 5 different other chiropractors all around Orange County. My first visit, he immediately noticed some posture issues and provided me with exercises to build strength. Through his treatments, my posture has improved significantly to the point of other people noticing and making comments about it. I would give no stars if I could. First of all I go to my appt and the door is locked… ok. So someone comes and opens the door finally and says do you have an appt? I say yes because I did. He proceeds to tell me that they don’t do first time appts at my appt time (then why did they let me book at that time?!) and that he’s the only one there and basically they can’t treat me today. So weird, couldn’t you have called me to tell me this instead of letting me drive over there!! So annoying. Bad business .

Worst Chiropractic Experience Ever – Zero Results and Terrible Membership Policies I had an extremely disappointing experience with The Joint Chiropractic in Orange, CA and I strongly advise others to think twice before signing up for any of their memberships. First, the treatments provided absolutely no benefit. I gave them multiple chances, hoping I would feel at least some improvement, but there was zero change in my condition. The adjustments felt rushed and generic, as if they were just going through the motions without paying attention to my actual needs. On top of that, canceling the membership was a nightmare. The moment I tried to cancel, the friendly attitude disappeared. They made the process unnecessarily difficult, acted like they didn’t want to help, and kept giving me excuses instead of a straightforward solution. The worst part: they refused to refund a new charge for a service I never even received. They charged me again despite the fact that I didn’t come in, didn’t use any services, and had already requested cancellation. Their refusal to refund something I never utilized feels completely unfair and unethical. This business clearly cares more about locking people into memberships than actually helping their patients. Terrible results, poor service, and shady cancellation practices. I regret ever trusting them.

If you need cost effective and effective back, shoulder or pain relief then try them. This has helped me tremendously within 4 weeks, I already feel so much better. So that expectations don’t misconstrue the process or progress, be patient and remember to trust in that. Also do your homework and research do home care therapy before and after. Ex. icing, heat, stretch, etc.

They keep hours that accomodate the patients, a big part of which, is having hours 7 days per week. Even though it costs half of what other chiropractors charge for a visit, they take their time and do a great job taking care of their patients. I've been coming to The Joint for many years now, and I recommend it to everyone. It's so convenient that you don't need an appointment and they are open on weekends and during the evenings. They also have locations nationwide, so you can even get an adjustment while traveling! The Orange location is great and I typically don't have to wait long. Dear Joint Chiropractic Management Team, I hope this email finds you in good health. I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with a recent experience I had at your clinic concerning the policy regarding the loss of sessions when pausing my wellness plan membership. On or around Sept 20th, I had to pause my wellness plan membership due to testing positive for COVID-19. I was very clear with the staff member who assisted me over the phone about my situation and the reason behind suspending my wellness plan. She still said I had to come in to pause my membership which I found very disheartening considering you we’re putting all your staff and clients at risk. After all, it’s called a “wellness plan”. During that conversation, I also specifically inquired about the fate of my remaining three sessions for the month, and I was unequivocally assured that I would not lose them. Imagine my dismay when I returned today and discovered that my remaining sessions were indeed lost upon pausing my membership. This situation is not only frustrating but also deeply disappointing, as it goes against the assurances I was given by your staff. It has left me feeling let down and undervalued as a customer. I sincerely hope that you can rectify this matter promptly. The Joint Chiropractic has been my trusted partner in body and spine maintenance, and I have been a loyal customer and a raving fan of your services. I’ve even referred several customers. However, if this issue is not resolved to my satisfaction, regrettably, I will have no choice but to reconsider my continued patronage. I’ve never been much of a believer of chiropractic care. I recently hurt my back and my wife who is goes regularly practically begged me to give it a chance. I like the doctors, they’re friendly and have helped me feel immensely better. Front desk staff could use some work. Took 3 voicemails and an email to get them to respond to a question. And then when I questioned why we didn’t get copies of our paperwork emailed to us so we can easily reference things like the fact they put you on auto renewal, I was told it was a HIPPA violation. I’ve had to take my fair share of HIPPA training courses and that didn’t sound right so I looked it up. Nope, it’s not. While there are rules around sending electronic documents, it’s not prohibited. But boy is it an easy response to give a patient who will probably just believe what they’re told.

I have tried several of The Joint’s locations and this one is by far my favorite. There is a location 2 minutes away from my work, but I choose to drive half an hour to go to this Joint every week. I have been seeing Dr. Chandra for probably a year or more now and he is the best chiropractor they have! He has a great personality and will actually take his time to adjust you to make you feel better with any pains your having. Dr. Chima is also a great chiropractor. If you request either of them they surely will not disappoint.

I’ve have been to of 3 of the joint locations and the one I only go back to is this location. I honestly hated my experience at the other locations in Yorba linda & Menifee. They were in such a hurry that they hurt me. However, at this location Dr.Chandra is amazing. He’s Very gentle, doesn’t rush and is very informative. He definitely goes beyond the typical rushed visits. I have the $20 monthly membership and each visit is only $20 additional dollars. I was paying $60 a visit at my old chiropractor. And it’s nice to be able to go to any location if I need a quick tune up on my back.

I signed up at The Joint Chiropractic a few months ago because I suffer from chronic migraines. I would get migraines almost every day. Like…I would cry because of how bad the pain would be. Ever since I started coming to The Joint, the number of migraines I would get has drastically changed from getting them almost every day to getting one about once a month (and when I do get it, it feels more like a light headache than a migraine). Really happy with the service, the staff there is very friendly and make you feel at home. This is going to sound very cheesy…but I can say The Joint has changed my life for the better. We never write reviews, but this one I just had to after this place helped my wife so much, which in turn helped me! My wife had a pretty severe pinched nerve going down her right arm for over 3 mths. It had gotten so bad she couldn’t lift her arm above waste high without using her other hand for assistance, for quite some time. She also couldn’t sleep on her sides at night & had difficulty putting her clothes on and off. I even had to help her with her hair. I did everything I could to get her to go see a Dr, but she refused. It wasn’t until she started getting more than just numbness in her figures before she even considered going to a Dr. She waited until she actually had pain in her 1st 3 figures that was keeping her up at night, to do something about it. She finally considered seeing a Chiropractor after she realized even driving a car was painful. She decided on The Joint because she had been to one several years ago for a back problems & it had helped her so much then. After going to the one on Main St in Orange & seeing Dr Chandra, she finally began feeling better. We decided to sign up for the 2 mth plan to see if he could completely make the numbness go away & not just the pain. We were so happy we made that decision. Not only did he completely take away the numbness & pain in her arm & hands, but the pain in her neck was gone & she could turn her neck sideways further than she had in mths. He also helped with the sciatica pain she had going down her left leg. She has had back issues her entire life but gave up on getting help & just lived with it. We are so thankful for his help. She feels like a new person now! Standing or walking isn’t nearly the chore it used to be, & she can lift her arms easily above her head. This was my first time going to a chiropractor and the initial exam/adjustment was exactly what I was looking for. Dr. Cheema is amazing! He listened to what pain/soreness I was having and tailored my adjustment based off that. He even sent me stretching videos after exam to help reduce the soreness in between visits. The Orange location is very clean and staff are so friendly. The other best part, aside from the adjustment, is the flexibility of walk-ins v. setting appointments. The whole team is phenomenal here. It’s quiet but don’t let that fool you. They run through an incredible amount of patients here and every single one is taken care of properly. If it’s busy your wait time won’t take too long. Keep in mind that when you come in the more you meet with your doctor the more you will get out of the experience. Dr. Cheema is amazing and I highly recommend him! It’s a great location, close to home for me, and there is plenty of parking.

Chiropractors are good but the front office don't seem to know their job and I feel scammed. I canceled my monthly service and was very firm that it was my last month. They said ok it has been canceled. I even got my last consultation which was longer and asking why I was canceling. Told by chiropractor I can sign up for a smaller program with less visits. Four months later my cc is still being charged. Turns out there is a cancellation of membership that needs to be SIGNED. It was never presented to me when I cancelled.

The Chiro guys are great! The front desk is so incompetent it is not worth it. Came in 2x with apt. Next time she says we don’t do that here. Tried to cancel, they said I was not a member. Cool.. 2 months later fees are withdrawn. Front door is locked. Lady comes up, passes me to get to door. She talked to her dog while unlocking door, squished in, cllosed door in my face and fingered 1245 to me instead of saying anything to me. Which by the way was the 3rd time the doors were locked during the day.

Dr. Chandra does a solid job with my back and gives me genuine work all around. He definitely has a really good rib adjustment that helps me with my thoracic rib that gets out of place sometimes when I sleep. Great experience with the joint chiropractic office in Orange CA. I usually go on weekday around 11:30 a and the chiropractor is very thorough. I get consistent adjustments. The front desk always gives a warm welcome and the first time I came to fill out paperwork she was sure to keep my kids happy with crayons and paper while I filled it out. Each time I have come, the office is professional and I am very happy with my visit.

My husband and I came in hoping for a quick adjustment before our flight. The receptionist was extremely friendly and the chiropractor was very kind and professional. My husband’s left leg was a quarter of an inch longer than the other. After the adjustment they were level. Our appointment was thorough yet very quick. I saw their storefront in orange while I was at Starbucks on the opposite street. I’ve been feeling a lot of pain on my back and on my wrist. I called them to inquire about their prices. $29 for initial visit, no need for insurance. I walked in and they treated me right away. Nicole and Dr. Ryan B were so accommodating. The chiropractors are great ?, I love not have to make any appointments and just be able to walk in. And I love that there are retail stores everywhere. However One ☝️ important outline that I do not like about the Joint and I despite is its business practice on your automatic membership payment, I was not told about the 2 months minimum requirements when I signed up for the 4 session, and on the third months when I missed the cancellation by 2 only days, I had to pay another $59 for another 4 sessions that I am not gonna need. ( I didn’t argue it because I don’t want to be a bad customer, and I don’t want any retaliation from the chiropractors) so I just kinda let the receptionist tell me rip me off and do her thing.. But those kinds of hidden guidelines will not make me be a loyal customer or recommend my friends and family. And because Of that, I have decided to part my journey and use my work insurance for a traditional chiropractor doctor and deal with the appointments. But overall I had much enjoyed every sessions.

The staff at this Joint location is very knowledgeable and caring in comparison to the Toledo Ohio location. The Dr. took his time with my adjustments, and encouraged me to breathe throughout the adjustments. I felt as though I had a pinched nerve, so I went back to the office and the Dr. took his time getting to the root of the pain and working to relieve the pressure off of the nerve.

I have used the same chiropractor for 25 years and he’s amazing, but he had to have eye surgery a couple weeks ago and is out of commission for a while. My greatest fear happened last Tuesday night- my back went out. I had heard about The Joint and had discussed it prior to my regular chiro’s surgery. The first place I went to, as I hobbled in, I was informed that I couldn’t be seen because there was no receptionist. Um what? Im in excruciating pain and you can’t see me because you don’t have a receptionist. The second location said they couldn’t see me because of my recent hip & knee replacements. I drove to the Orange location and there was the sweetest receptionist, who could tell I was in pain and gave me the paperwork needed. As soon as I was done, Dr Blackman called me back and we discussed my history. Found out we were both horse people. He was able to align my pelvis and get my back squared away. I walked our to pay and purchased a wellness plan. Came back in yesterday to fine tune my adjustment and again, smiling receptionist, smiling Dr Blackman, smiling client leaving the office ☺️

When I first came to the Joint ,I was a man in severe pain with at times were my legs would just give out due to the pain in my back. Thanks to Dr. Cavanaugh, I am feeling much better and my pain is gone. I go 4 times a month and i do feel the difference. I strongly recommend, if you are in pain, it's well worth your time to talk to the professionals. You won't be disappointed, just keep in mind with back issues, it will require multiple visits to acquire the results you hope for.
