Started coming to this location when the location in Santa Clarita started closing on Sunday. I love this location Dr. Joe is great. Actually, I’ve never had a DR. That wasn’t good. I’ve become nervous about neck adjustments as I get older, and all the Drs have been great about trying to lightly adjust and then letting it go. I love that they don’t force adjustments. I highly recommend this location.

Beware of this place!!! I started here in December and was not told I had to do 2 months before canceling. I was charged $168 for 6 visits and then I got sick and they offered to extend my visits till February 2nd. I got charged another month $89 on February 06 and they didn’t tell me that I had till end of February to use those visits. How you going to extend visits and then charge a whole other month when I didn’t even finish my visits. This place is crap. Totally unprofessional and they didn’t even offer me a refund they said I had to use them before march when I was sick for 2 weeks in January and then got sick again in February 6th for a week and a half.

It is truly amazing how much better I feel after only two treatments. I went to see Dr. Archer because I was suffering from vertigo and had to go to the Porter Ranch location because the Santa Clarita office was closed. At first, he seemed very nice and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. When I asked if he could do a leg pull, he said “ wow, you’re very demanding. Is there anything ELSE that’s hurting you now?” I said “I didn’t know that asking for something that I was requiring was being demanding” and he said he was joking. I said it was wasn’t funny. Horrible experience. This is his bedside manner during the holidays????

Do not waste your time and money at this chiropractor. After filling out the form they provided, I was told that they will not accommodate me with no details or explanation, so I went to another chiropractor in Mason ave. Northridge and they did the adjustment at a much lower price and I feel so much better than before.

There is so much to like about The Joint. There are convenient locations everywhere, the chiropractors are skilled and the front office staff helpful and pleasant.
I saw Dr. Archer for lower back caused from spasms due to extreme coughing. He identified my issue and I was significantly better after a few visits.

CHIRO SERVICE: Dr Perry used to be the best but he moved to Texas in Dec 2020 and the other docs have been lackluster ever since. I felt worse, not better. One of them wasn't able to perform the leg pull properly and it hurt me.
COMPANY SERVICE: The guy who worked the front desk back in Nov 2020 then told me I could call and cancel my monthly subscription, which I did. Today I came to find out they've been charging me $79/mo EVER SINCE. I talked to an area manager Nic Deli who was extremely rude. "Why didn't you see the charges until now? How do I know that you actually canceled, I don't have any form. Do you have an email?"
Well... the credit card charges didn't have "the joint" on it until THIS YEAR. Now they want to hold me accountable and they're basically stealing over $1100 from me and zero services rendered.
Do yourself a favor and avoid these corporate level 'healthcare' businesses, there is a reason why their doctors never stick around and they are often treated like a revolving door for chiropractors. This is the Supercuts of chiro services. Not to mention they're complete crooks to me at this point.

Dr. Nick Johnson is the best! Both my husband and I have had sessions with Dr. Johnson at the porter ranch location and we have never had a better day than this. He is so easy to talk to and he answered all of our questions and was able to provide the exact treatment we were looking for, for our pain points. We felt really good just after the first session! We were in a lot of pain for shoulders and sciatica and he treated us very well! My husband and I have been to various states like Mass, Texas and had chiropractor services but this was the best so far! I also want to call out that Dr. Johnson helped us out with his treatment when other Joint locations (Mulholland Drive at Woodland Hills) denied to provide us the services and we were really in pain. If you are looking for the best chiropractor ever, don’t search any further, just go to Dr. Johnson!

The care provided by Dr Nick is second to none. I always feel so much better when leaving the office. And my weekly trip is definitely something I look forward to. The staff is all super nice and you can tell they care.
My one complaint is that they used to have hydraulic tables that lifted you smoothly, but apparently management wanted to be cheap and replaced them with tables that Dr Nick has to pump (like a barbers chair). When my back is hurting even the little jolt of the table being pumped up can hurt.
That’s my only complaint. Otherwise Dr Nick and the entire staff there, including the wellness coordinator (whose name I can never remember - sorry!!!!) are awesome. If you have back, neck, any kind of joint pain. Go see Dr Nick at the Porter Ranch Joint office.

My Sunday through Thursday Dr is the best and please do not relocate him. Of all Joint’s Doctors he’s the only one who has successfully brought forward progress to my otherwise locked up body. Through a regimen of weekly massage then Joint, I’ve regained movement through the methodical adjustments he has implemented on me. This guy should have his own YouTube channel, really. All four of my visits remain here only because he’s able to do what lesser strength hands cannot. Thank you, after so many years I’ve finally found the Dr I prefer permanently.

Everything about this place is too good to be true. They are a total scam. I had canceled my membership on Sept 5 2020. Due note that you have to signed up for at least two months prior to cancelation. My membership started on June 17, 2020. On Sept 17, 2020 I was charged again 79.99 (monthly fee) I had explained to them that I canceled in advanced and requested a refund which was given to me.
However, this time around it was completely different. I had explained to them that I had been charged again but this time the response was different. The receptionist told me that I would keep getting charged and I have to call them every time to request a refund. Really!? In addition to that a refund still has not been issued instead the charge was cleared through my Bank.
Really!? So not only is it bad customer service but these guys got some crooks running this business. If you like to be scammed do not go here to get readjusted. The only thing that will get readjusted is your wallet and life.

Everyone has been so kind and understanding of my individual needs! Grateful that they take an extra moment to help me with my TMJ after my adjustment.
Just wish there was a bit more stability. There were two doctors I really liked Dr. Hanner, and Dr luke that are currently not working there at this time. Other then some instability with the Dr's I would highly reccomend stopping in for an adjustment. Everyone is very kind and knowledgeable.

This was my first time at the Porter Ranch location. I googled your address and was directed to the wrong place. I called your listed office number and your receptionist was very nice. He shared that you are about to move to another office location and they are doing construction on the new location so that was a little oopsie on Google's part. When I got to your location, there was a lot of construction going on and parking was a little challenging. It's tough when someone is not feeling quite aligned and has to walk a little further than they would like to in a parking lot with no sidewalks. I met Dr. Wolfe who was very nice. Great sense of humor. And I like your your adjustment tables. I don't live near there; however, I have family that I visit from time to time in Chatsworth. Gabriela the front Desk Manager to all the Doctors, especially Dr. Nicholas....these are the AWESOME Peeps at "The Joint" that makes my visits one that I look forward to each week - not to mention the healing & satisfying adjustments!! :-)
I ALWAYS enjoy my adjustments, the Doctors are great and Jose, the Front Desk Manager (I hope I recalled his name properly) is super-friendly and helpful. I Love "The Joint", especially since I'm NEW to Chiropractic Therapy...Yeaaaa, SOOOO GLAD I DID IT, because my Chronic Back pain is NOW GONE, thanks to that and my CBD Oil :-). Dr Hanner is great! He took the time to thoroughly explain to me what treatments were going to help my sciatica and lower back pain. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable knowing that I didn't have to continue my life in constant pain. The cost for everything is very affordable for me and would be much more expensive going through my insurance co-pays. I have completed my 4th visit and can already feel the difference. I didn't think I would feel results this soon and I'm glad I made the choice to go in and get an adjustment. Also, there is a discount for Veterans which was a great bonus.

I’ve been going to this location for a few years now and had a few chiropractors that know how to adjust me. The new Chiropractor; Dr. Hanner is great! I explained to him my lumbar is difficult to adjust because I have tight muscles. I informed him there’s a few chiropractors that know the technique that works for me; since everyone is different and some techniques work better for others. He new exactly what that was. He also adjusts my whole cervical with a gentle maneuver.

After joining, if you decide to cancel be careful and demand proof of the cancelation.
My husband went in person to cancel his membership. Over a year later, he realized The Joint continued to pull fees from his account each month. When he notified The Joint, they couldn't find the cancelation form he submitted, and that's their excuse for not providing a refund. They said if he didn't have proof of the cancelation, they couldn't give a refund. This is a scam because they don't give a copy of the cancelation form, they lose the form, and they continue charging the victims.
I recently canceled my membership. When I submitted my cancelation form in person, they didn't give me a copy so I asked for a copy. The Joint told me the copier wasn't working and they would email me a scan the next day instead. I still have not received the email.
The way the cancelation form is handled is not honest. They don't give a hard copy or an electronic copy, and when they lose it, we are the victims that are charged and they won't issue a refund.
My advice when you cancel: take a photo of the cancelation form before you submit it. Check your credit card, bank account, or FSA account to ensure The Joint did not continue charging after your cancelation. If they did, complain to The Joint and report it to the Better Business Bureau. We're not alone, but if each victim reports it, it can help us grow strength in numbers to stop scams like these. Just looking at the Yelp reviews and Google reviews shows that there are many victims to this scam. I wish they would process the cancelations honestly.

I love this clinic. I have been to multiple places due to being in the military. Some good some bad. But this office always takes the time to ask what is bothering you and then makes the correct adjustments. They are military and first responder friendly. I know work as a nurse and Jack up my back and hips daily. Going to the joint is like a reset for my week. Highly recommended anyone in pain to give them a visit.

Worst experience ever. Waited an hour and a half to be told by the doctor he would not adjust me. I've been going to chiropractors for years and have NEVER had a doctor turn me away. This makes me concerned for everyone going here. These may not be chiropractors. Be very weary of going here. I do have disc disease and I go to real chiropractors because they help my situation and my pain. Waste of my time. The "doctor" also violated my privacy by going to the waiting area where people were waiting and announced my situation.

Going to the Chiropractor is not for everyone. Some cannot sustain the sensation or sound of having your joints pulled, pushed, torqued or compressed back into proper position.
However, if you can stomach those things, The Joint in Porter Ranch is an excellent place to go. I would suggest taking the monthly visit package so you can stay aligned for a month. After you go to your weekly visit (some go more than once a week, some go fewer times) see how you body feels.
Dr. Reis provides the best hands on consultation of your direct problems correlating to your misalignment. Sunday is a great day to go if your not interested in waiting. There is another Dr. that works here & he is just as good, but I recommend Dr. Reis.
The front desk receptionist rotates during the week & weekend. The Sunday receptionist is the coolest. Very friendly, attentive, respectful & helpful for all your inquires about the business.
