Very detailed in explaining. Extremely professional. The alignment were precise with recommendations afterwards. The plans were mentioned in details. I was hurting bad with sciatic pain and came out atleast walking way much better. Went to the joint today for help with back pain after an injury yesterday and had the worst experience of my life. I literally left in tears due to the frustration and humiliation I felt. Dr. Ryan had the worst bedside manner of any doctor I have ever met. Once we arrived in the back I took off my back brace to get ready for the examination and treatment. I was in pain just standing there. Instead of just simply telling me my symptoms were too serious to be seen for chiropractic treatment now and to seek care at the urgent care or ED Dr.Ryan starts going off on a long lecture saying how I am looking for a quick cure instead of treating my condition. Effectively humiliating me instead of offering kindness and direction when I am seeking help. I continually tried to ask him what I should do instead or where I could go because I was in such pain but he keeps going on off on his tangent speaking down to me like I don't understand what he's saying. I never once pushed for him to treat me or continue with the chiropractic care. I would have accepted his judgement and direction if he simply just told me where to go and what to do. But he just did not have the situational awareness to see I was in pain just standing and listening to him and did not need a lecture but just direction and kindness. After apparently immediately identifying what my condition could be shouldn't he have known how much pain I was in? Especially since he told me he'd experienced it himself?When we go to any medical professionals we are seeking help and kindness. We defer to the professionals because they do know better. However, having more knowledge does not mean you should belittle your patients seeking help. Patients come to you at their worst and look to you for help, as a medical professional you should have had more kindness and empathy. I also want to note prior to being called I also heard him giving a long lecture to an elderly lady who was seeking treatment as well. Perhaps, I should have known I was going to be in for a bad ride then but I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. How wrong I was.

be careful of the closing time because i arrived at 6:55 and and they still wouldn't let me get treated. i drove 40 minutes just to see this particular doctor and really don't like it when businesses don't honor their business hours, so definitely don't recommend this location anymore. especially because of the front desk girl. she didn't even ask if there was time for one more and i saw there was. very disrespectful to a long time paying customer (probably 5-7 years since they began, and never has a front desk not bothered to even ask the doc if he's willing to take one more last minute)

I get adjusted once a week cause I'm a truck driver, but I slept wrong the other night and had a severely pinched nerve on my neck. He stretched the muscles that were inflamed and adjusted the part of my neck that was stiff. Pain instantly decreased!

I was told that if I can come twice a week, my back pain issue should be fixed. So I joined the wellness plan which will provide 4 times adjustments each month. During the last 2 month I have been adjusted for total 8 times. There are no significant difference. Just to be fair, there were 2 adjustments by Dr. Marco, were slightly reliesed some of the tension, but won't last. FYI, never pick Dr. Ivan, very unprofessional, the adjustment was less than 3 minutes try to get rid of you ASAP. And he has the most time slots, try to avoid him. I also been to 2 other clinics, which almost get the similar results, but better than in this clinic. If you have spine issue, save your time and money, go to a real chiropractor office. This is just for fun, not really target your specific issue.

Quick visit to this place while on vacation.

First and foremost, this is the place you need for a quick pick me up! The entire staff has been very helpful to my needs. I did have frequent back pain/uneven hips, due to sitting and standing for long hours. As a wellness plan member, visiting The Joint once a week for an adjustment has made my pain disappear! I just had the worst experience of my life. Honestly I’m contemplating canceling my membership. This location doesn’t compare to the other ones I have visited. The adjustment they did on me took one minute and the area where my pain was wasn’t even addressed. Instead of coming out feeling relieved, I came out with a sore neck. My experience going for the first time was definitely a great one. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Place was nice and clean. Parking was easy. And even though I was kind of nervous, the staff helped settle my concerns. As someone who suffers from chronic lower back pain & sciatica down the leg, I gave chiropractic a shot because 1. I had no help from other physicians and 2. I was recommended by friends who said this helped them. The first session went better than expected because Dr. Ahmed was patient and informative throughout. If you’re scared of the cracking part (like me), there are other methods that get you to the same results. Just tell them what you’re comfortable with and go from there.
I also want to thank Jayce and Steve for taking the time to talk to me about what to expect as a first time patient even though it was getting pretty busy after me. Highly recommend! Will be coming back!

This location sucks and the reception staff/management are unprofessional. They let patients leave while there’s a wait and give them calls when it’s their turn. It’s not fair. On top of that they never have enough doctors. They close between 2pm-2:45pm and if you make it around 1:50pm, they refuse to see you due to horrible time management and not enough doctors. They always run this place with one doctor the majority of the time. If we’re lucky they have 2 doctors. Parking is also horrible with a lot of traffic.

My husband had his typical visit and we chose to have our baby boy (7 months) checked out for his first alignment. It was quick and baby was so very calm (thank you Josh!) This was my 6th visit after seeing 5 different doctors (at 4 different locations) and Dr. Ivan provided the best experience out of all of them! He really took his time with my problem areas. Thankful that The Joint has remained open during COVID-19. Both doctors at this location are amazing, Dr. William and Dr. Patrick I highly recommend. The facility is clean and have great staff working for them. Angela T. Is very helpful with my check in and makes professional small talk while I wait my turn. I also love that I get a courtesy call when I haven’t been in for awhile and it reminds me that I need to get in and take care of myself. During these difficult times I have needed to come here more often and I leave feeling as if I am a whole new me. If you are in the area stop by and get your adjustment, we have to remember to take good care of our bodies. The hours of operation are perfect for me to go after work since they are open until 7pm.

The Joint made me a believer! I was very skeptical about chiropractors and adjustments. My wife and I decided to try it out one day and let me tell you, I had no idea what I was missing out on. I’ve been adjusted by both Dr William and Dr Patrick. They both have different techniques and I don’t mind at all.
Angela made sure to explain the wellness plan so that we knew what we were signing up for. The clinic itself is very clean and they have hand sanitizers out for us in a couple of different spots. Also, all the staff wear masks to keep the patients and themselves protected. So glad we came in.

I’ve always suffered from severe migranes and would always take pain killers to make the headaches go away. Now that I get adjusted at the Joint weekly, my migraines don’t come as often and the intensity of it has deceeased majorly. I was recommend The Joint a few months back and always had excuses for not going til a few days ago I decided to go and wish I would of done it sooner. The receptionist Angela was very nice n friendly, made sure to let us know where the hand sanitizers were and also made sure we had our mask on before entering and took our temperature. I went in with most of my right side hurting from my neck down. Everytime I would get up it took some time to be able to walk straight without pain. The Dr ajusted my back, neck n knee. when he was done I got up and started walking around with hardly any pain and he explained the reasons for my pain. Can't wait til my next visit. I definetly recommend The Joint

This is my favorite location. My favorite doctors are Dr. William and Dr. Andy. Dr. William really does a great job and relieves all the tension in my jaw, neck, shoulders and hips every visit. He can also work on your wrist if you've been on the computer or writing all day. Doctor William is so nice and always remembers my face. He also sincerely asks about how I'm feeling. After some pretty bad back pain, I went looking for a chiropractic place close to my house. I found The Joint and was greeted with a warm welcome from the front desk. Best Visit!!! Like most people I suffer from bad posture and stress throughout my adult life. But recently, I have been experiencing sharp pain around my left neck and shoulder. I have seen many chiropractors but Dr. Williams was amazing. He took his time, listened to my concerns and the pain was gone right after the adjustment. I visited this location a couple of weeks ago... I cannot wait to return. I was experiencing consistent neck pain and stiff neck for several months. I had a problem with my shoulder and clavicle for a few months, I started my membership at The Joint Chiropractor and feel relieve during the last 10

Bought my boyfriend here because he been dealing with a lot of back pressure pain interfering with his work and every day activities. I have been going here for about 3 months and Louis Pastis one of the Chiropractors there is amazing!!! He is EXTREMELY detailed in his practice!!! Being as a walk-in to try it out, the process only took 10 minutes to fill out the forms. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. Dr. Lottie was able to see me within a few minutes. He gets to know you as a person, and not just another patient. He even was very open with his experiences and types of people he has treated. The Joint in Rosemead is GREAT! My wife and I found a great chiro by the name of Dr. Pastis. Dr. Pastis had my experience at the JOINT awesome. He's friendly, great attitude, and very humorous. He makes you feel comfortable and goes the extra mile to advise where he can on chiropractic needs. Dr. Pastis also has experience in treating sports injuries related to chiropractic treatments.
