There really is no better place to get an adjustment. Dr. Sorenson is the absolute best at what he does! His ability to adjust my neck is like no other. I joined the Joint in 2020 with my mom, and started receiving care from Dr. Ward in 2021 or so, when he was located at the Crossings location in Rocklin. Dr. Ward is attuned to his patients and what their particular needs are for adjustments, and I have tension/migraine headaches and his adjustments help me better manage that. I can’t recommend him enough if your back and neck and other joints need some support!!!

What I love about the Joint is the convenience of dropping in without an appointment due to my busy schedule plus I can drop into other Joint locations if needed. Dr. John deserves five stars. However, the receptionist seemed unable to answer basic questions or understand what I was saying. The responses I received made no sense. I’ve been a patient for over three years and have never dealt with such an incompetent receptionist. Clear communication and basic comprehension were completely lacking. Another customer even approached me and said they’ve had similar issues and heard others mention the same problems. I don’t mean to be rude, but I’ve dealt with many receptionists and handled billing or adjustment questions before, and communicating with this one felt almost impossible.

There’s a chiropractor near me where I used to go about 1.6 miles but after that chiropractor left I now go to another one which is this place and would rather drive almost 25 mins one way to see Dr. Sorensen, he is great and very friendly including his staff. Everyone who works here is fantastic at their job. I have been to many chiropractors over the years and both Dr. Sorenson and Dr. Burleigh are great at what they do. Dr. Sorenson put my rib back into place when it popped out and it has stayed in! Dr. Burleigh has adjusted my infant son who since birth was unable to turn his head to the left, and he is able to now! We did take our son to another "pediatric chiropractor" but the adjustment he did did not work. Unlike Dr. Burleigh's. Crystal at the front is amazing I have no idea how she remembers my number so I don't have to give it every time!

Dr. Burleigh listens and addresses my concerns which is great as I am not very good communicating about my physical well-being. The adjustments are definitely needed as I feel less tight and greater range of motion afterward. It actually feels like my body is allowing blood and oxygen to flow more freely throughout. The knots and the tension and the kinks happen so gradually over days and months (and years) I didn't realize how bad it was until after 2 sessions in one week I feel years younger. I was very reluctant to start chiropractic care due to bad experiences in the past but this experience has changed my mind 100% I will be recommending this to everyone.

This is The Best Joint. Dr. Sorenson and Dr. Burleigh are healers. I have been to quite a few Joints and this one has the friendliest and competent doctors and staff. I wish I could go everyday and I hope they don’t leave. My chiropractor before retired, and I was worried. But after the first visit with Sorenson I was impressed at how thorough he was. I was relieved that my previous Dr retired or I never would have found Dr. Sorenson. Dr. Burleigh has a different approach to adjusting, but excellent as well. I don’t hesitate when I walk in and one or the other, or both are there. I get relief from both of their healing hands. If you haven’t tried this location then you are missing out.

I’ll be honest, I was a bit skeptical about The Joint because of it being a chain (which is kind of silly, I’ll admit) but my first consultation/adjustment here went pretty dang well. The receptionist, Savannah, was absolutely the sweetest. And Dr. Sorenson was really nice as well. I am very much stoked to come back for my next adjustment and to make this a regular thing :) Aside from it being walk-in only (although, I am just very bad at holding myself accountable with anything that’s not set in stone by a second party) I definitely recommend this place!

I’ve been going to this Joint locations since it opened. I first saw The Joint in Las Vegas a decade ago. I travel and engage in athletic activities ranging from distance running to sideline sports photography. I love Dr. Meltz- when my daughter who lives in Texas mentioned The Joint- I knew I had seen one of the offices in Renaissance Creek shopping center. I brought Dr. Meltz my xrays and he developed a plan for me after we talked about my back issues. I came in for adjustments 2 x a week for 2 months, and now I come in once a month to keep everything moving correctly. I work in Fair Oaks and just moved to West Roseville and there are plenty of Joint offices closer to my home and work but I prefer to come to see Dr. Meltz. His adjustments and care for my back have been a miracle! I cannot say enough good things about him. I’m walking without pain! I can exercise with much more movement than I’ve had in quite a few years. I can dance again! Go see him- he will help you if you consistently work with him! Tell him Dana sent you!

Just had my first ever visit and adjustment. Staff is absolutely amazing and friendly. No appt needed and I was getting adjusted within minutes of walking in the door. (Just had to fill out some new member paperwork which didn't take long at all) Price for membership is extremely reasonable and very affordable. I highly recommend them to anyone and will spread the word to friends and family. My lower back has been bothering me recently and so I decided to pay them a visit after hearing a co worker speak very highly of them. Now I see why!!

The one time I went in, the doctor was extremely friendly, could access my file from the other Joint locations and listened to the problems I was facing. Scam. Don't waste your time and money here. Sign out front says walk ins welcomed. Should say walk ins welcomed as long as you get an xray and additional adjustments. I called prior to make sure my husband could be seen. After they "found" out this would be a one time service because we are taking leave of the US for personal reasons he denied my husband care. What type of "doctor" are you? A person in pain comes to you, but no possibility of up sale, therefore care is denied. ***Reply*** You shed light incorrectly, let me shed some light. I do not believe I was rude with your receptionist... I asked a question and she answered it... I replied great thank you, see you in a bit...Therefore, it isn't possible for me to be rude or unhelpful... Your lack of ability to take the higher ground in a reply to a negative review is a glimpse in what people will have to deal with... I do stand by my review... " In this case however, we find it very difficult to not shed light on the simple facts that you were rude to our staff, unwilling to properly fill out paperwork, and last but not least you were not forthcoming with reference to your history and complaints." Your attempt to play it back on me is lost on one fact that I only spoke to the receptionist over the phone... I never entered your establishment... But yes, I am obviously the rude one... I was the rude one because I questioned your reputation.... "You don't take kindly to having your reputation questioned..." And obviously you wrote your reply while you were upset... Just like I wrote my review when I was upset with my husband's treatment... Doesn't feel good does it??? Dr Meltz is an excellent chiripractor. With his skillful adjustments in addition to my massage therapists work, I am feeling better than I have in years. The prices at the Joint are very affordable and it is very convenient for me since I can walk in whenever I need an adjustment. The wait is never very long and this is a no frills walk in and get adjusted place which is very nice for me since I have such a busy schedule.
