I have been going to chiropractors for over 40 years. I have Scoliosis, and bad Kyphosis. Dr. Bisharat is not just the best chiropractor I've ever gone to, but actually a DOCTOR of Chiropractic who gives EACH patient the time and proper care for their conditions as needed. I studied nursing..can truly testify to this. I've watched him treat other patients with caring kindness no matter how busy. He listens. He cares. He is real.
I've gone all the way to Auburn just for HIS treatments.
Because of him, I am able to straighten more than ever could-and I am 71 years old. Stuck for decades.
They should have HIM training others!!

Love when I go into this location. Doctor B always takes the time to hear me and has a talent for feeling out were my pain is steming from. When it comes to my neck, I dont trust alot of chiropractors, but Doctor B is someone I trust and I appreciate in how hard he tries. He empathizes and makes me feel like he truly cares about me being out of pain. In this day and age you dont find people that care like he does and it is truly refreshing.

I think the young man at the counter was very polite and pleasant. The Dr. Was also very polite, respect and pleasant. I was not necessarily uncomfortable however, I guess I was surprised there wasn't more privacy in the examination erea. Not a deal breaker though.

First visit today: I was struck by how loud it was: when I was filling out the long intake form, I could hear every word said by the doctor and his patient inside. I soon came to realize that the returning patients were only there for a few minutes, and weren't concerned about privacy. I get it now: returning patients go in for a 5-minute update. My adjustments, and the advice offered by Dr. Trevor, were part of a carefully-orchestrated system, designed to meet the needs of as many people as possible, given the space. I got my adjustments, and advice on how to sleep and how to get out of bed, and I am hopeful that the 6 sessions I bought in the future will help me prevent debilitating back spasms in the future. Dr. Trevor's explanation of my condition came off quite like a well-rehearsed Schtick, a bit too fast and slick. However, I did feel immediate improvement, so I will be back for more adjustments.

I went in as a new patient, I was told I didn't qualify. Then when I asked details on the packages the person at the counter did not have the answer as to the details. There was a bigger interest in enrolling me on a package rather than being transparent with the details.

I then said if you don't have the answers then who will, and then I proceeded to leave. Not only is this company not transparent, but you are willing to place the blame on your clients. Pathetic!

Ten days ago I dislocated the biceps tendon in my right shoulder which was excruciating so I went to the ER, where they did x-rays and sent me home with Motrin & Tylenol for $$$. Useless. I spent 20 minutes and under $40 at The Joint today and they did more for me than any MD had. My shoulder is less painful, looser, and the knots in my neck and back also got worked out. The doctor was able to find pressure points to ease the muscles that had been in spasm and gave me serious relief. Don’t waste your time or money elsewhere!

When I entered, I was not able to walk on my feet properly. After a session with the doctor, she explained to me my problem. I thought it was just talk, especially since she was pregnant. Most of the five-star reviews here are for a specific chiropractor who no longer seems to be at this location. The person I saw the few times I went was very loud and way too rough. I've been seeing chiropractors since I was 12 and am familiar with different styles, I'm also fully aware of the benefits of chiropractic. After expressing my chiropractic familiarity to the provider, he still gave me a (very loud) five minute sales pitch about the benefits. It seems like the providers here are trained to do the same 5 or 6 things and do not modify even when the patient requests it. The provider I saw was so forceful that I swear the people across the parking lot at Save Mart heard my neck crack. I've had thousands of adjustments, none that forceful. Unfortunately, the third time I saw the same person, he yanked my leg so hard that he injured me and caused low back spasms. I think he was embarrassed about hurting me but didn't know how to handle it so he just stared at me until I was able to sit up again. He didn't seem to want to acknowledge that he had hurt me. 5 months later my back is better, but I still get severe pain where my leg meets my torso. In 30 years of going to chiropractors, I've never been injured like that. I'm not sure if it's inexperience that makes the people who work here feel like they have to overcompensate with force? Some of us are athletic and flexible and therefore easier to adjust. The professionals I've worked with in the past have been able to modify their routine to accommodate the patient. Based on the reviews I was hoping that would be the case here. It was not.

Having good posture at my job is pretty tough, so I go to The Joint weekly for adjustments to avoid migraines and other symptoms that can result from being out of alignment. Happy to say that the doctors at both Loehmann’s Plaza and Renaissance Creek always have my back! It’s so convenient to walk in anytime and leave feeling better. I have been really spoiled when it comes to chiro care. I grew up in WV where my dad served as president of the state chiropractic society and was in charge of licensure for new docs. So needless to say whenever I was out of alignment or needed any type of adjustment, I was taken care of. Since moving to CA 5 years ago I have been to multiple offices with the same issue in my T4 & T5 that comes back every now and then due to a previous injury. Dr. Simpson is the only doc that has lived up to my dad’s standards and got me back on track to healing and being able to move and work out again. Dr. David Simpson, DC, is hands down the best chiropractor in the whole freaking world. I started chiropractic care in Palo Alto seven years ago in private practice while at Stanford University as a genetic researcher. I had excellent insurance coverage as well, and despite years of treatments from my former chiropractor that only provided slight relief and left me dependent on constant massages, everything changed when I met Dr. Simpson in late 2022 at his Midtown clinic. Unsurprisingly, he is the sixth most popular chiropractor in Sacramento on Yelp. Honestly, I shudder to think where I would be without him.
Dr. Simpson sets himself apart by genuinely listening to what I have to say. If I point out something that feels off, he is all in, doing whatever he can to address it—a stark contrast to other chiropractors I have seen, who might back off at the slightest hint of discomfort from an adjustment. Dr. Simpson? He's got a more direct approach. He is a heavier hand adjuster, but it just means things are set right almost immediately. A fleeting moment of discomfort is a small price to pay for lasting relief.

After years of seeing a Private practice and over paying, we stepped away from chiropractic services.
We decided a couple years later to try out The Joint. We first visited Dr. Chong and we're hesitant due to it being cheaper than the Private practice. We assumed it would be a "Cookie Cutter" experience and the adjustments would be less relieving than our previous location. We were SO wrong.
Both Dr. Chong and Dr. Simpson have been AMAZING. The care and dedication they show to each individual patient is inspiring. They both took extra time to identify our individual chiropractic needs and were EXTREMELY thoughtful with my 6year old daughter. Showing her how the actuator worked and explaining everything they did so she wasn't scared.

Amazing care. Doctor Chong is extremely knowledgeable, and he really cares about his patients. I've brought multiple friends here for their adjustments. Doctor Chong always gives professional advice on everyone's different conditions. I used to live in Davis and I would drive 40 minutes just to see Doctor Chong. Nobody else as consistently gets my cracks out as him. I've had chronic back pain due to spondylosis for years now, and have seen over a dozen doctors at half a dozen clinics across north and south california. Doctor Chong is easily one of the best. I’ve been in immense pain for the last couple of months. Between sitting at a desk all day for work and lifting my 8 month old and bending probably really incorrectly, my entire body is a mess, especially my lower back. I texted back and forth to find a good time to come in for my first visit and Paloma was super patient and responsive. Dr. Chong is incredibly kind and communicative, explaining the process thoroughly and answering all of my questions. I felt immediate relief after and am really excited to see progress from continued treatment. I was skeptical about having my bones crunched but it was very necessary and I should have come in weeks before I did. Definitely recommend. Very affordable for the results received.

I usually don’t write bad reviews, unless some thing really bothers me. I walked in to get adjusted today and there was nobody back there waiting. There was a bunch of people in front though filling out new patient forms, and the lady at the front desk told me it would be over an hour wait because of the new patients coming in. I could’ve been in and out of there before they even finished filling out their forms. I don’t understand why I would’ve had to wait for them to finish filling them out. When I was filling out my papers, there were people coming in and out of there getting adjusted and they didn’t have to wait for me.
If you want a quick adjustment, this place is ok, but definitely not personable.

Was referred to the Lohmans plaza location from the Sac City location. I arrive and I'm not in the door all the way before I'm told "we're closed for lunch, it's on our website". I tried to cancel after first month because I was not feeling any changes or relief with my lower back pain. When I called to cancel, receptionist was curt. They also require you to come in person to cancel and you are tied for a two month agreement. Just be sure to read fine print. I was rushed through paper work and didn’t really understand I was agreeing to this. I asked receptionist about cancel policy day I signed up and this still was not clear.

I came to the joint chiropractor in some major pain. I was almost non functional with pain in my back and arm. After my first visit my pain subsided to the point i was able to do stuff that i hadnt been able to do. I do still have pain but not to the degree that it was. I am going to continue with the treatments as it has given me relief. Also they have multiple affordable payment plans to get you started with. I would recommend them to any one who is having back, neck or arm pain.

I had never been to a Chiropractor before and was recommended by a coworker to go here. I’ve had back pain ever since I was in high school, it was always off and on. I also get migraines very frequently. They were very good at explaining to me what the visit entails and that it wouldn’t be a one and done fix. I had an amazing FIRST experience! I was warmly greeted as I entered the door and was able to receive information to make me feel at ease. Dr.Chong was kind, friendly and very professional. He walked me through every step of the way and asked if I had any questions. He is very knowledgeable about his work and was able to explain everything as we went. Short hair curly lady was very rude from very beginning, because it was our first time my wife and I,we didn’t know everything about The Joint and had very sarcastic answers whenever I asked any question. At the end she kept insisting and pushing we should do the monthly plan. When I told her we would just pay the 39 for our next visits she had a very sarcastic answer again. She gets no stars

Started coming here after my back was yelling at me to get some help. I always looked up reviews, It never made a true commitment to taking care of myself.
Dr.Chong is friendly, patient and cares. He listened to my all the problems I had and after the exam he knew was was wrong. He adjusted me and immediately felt the pressure relief. I signed up and can’t wait to get my body back in shape!
Sandra was so patient and polite. I went during the most busiest time and she did not break a sweat nor was she rude to anyone! It was amazing to see her great customer service! Anyone that came in was so understanding of the wait time!
If people are willing to wait to see Dr. Chong, that only tells me that he is as great with everyone else as he was with me!

I started seeing Dr Chong (or as I call him, "Doc" or "Dr Kevin") for adjustments 6 months ago, when I first joined The Joint Chiropractic based on a reccomendation from an excellent employee named Jasmine, who works at the Midtown location. I didn't know who would be adjusting me initially, but after the first appt, I only will see Dr Chong. I've followed Dr Chong and Sandra from the Midtown location to the Loehmann's Plaza location, and it is worth it to me. The parking is easy and there are places around to get a quick lunch or something to drink.
Sandra and Rebecca are friendly and delightful. They always greet me like an old friend, patiently listen to my chattiness, and take great care of me. Even in the midst of Covid-19, I feel welcomed and appreciated. Dr Chong is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and makes my very messed up back so much better. His general demeanor is calm and pleasant, so it has a contagious calming effect on a person.
I have Degenerative Spinal Disease, an inverted spine in my neck, scar tissue and misalignment in my hips/pelvisand it causes A LOT of pain and inflammation on top of the past year walking crooked from an ankle injury and using a boot and crutches. Dr. Chong adjusts correctly, doesn't hurt me, and I always leave feeling physically better and with a smile on my face from the good company. I give them 10 out of 5 stars.

Dr Chong advised me that I would have some pain after my first visit. He was right! But now that my framework (skeleton) has been adjusted, my muscles and ligaments now need time to heal. I highly recommend this office. Dr. Arman and her team are the best. I’d never been to a chiropractor before and was experiencing so much back/hip pain I couldn’t stand fully upright. Was treated really well. The new patient wait was a bit long (computer issues not their service) and a tad confusing. Works sort of like checking in to the gym. No personal rooms which gave me some pause over HIPPA violations but honestly I really didn't care at the time because I was in so much pain. Left walking upright and able to turn my head. Yes yes yes! Dr. Arman is amazing! I love this place. I was a skeptic at first of chiropractic care. I hurt my neck sleeping (yes, I’m old!) and I was in excruciating pain. After 4 days with no relief (it started getting worse) I got so desperate I was willing to put my doubts aside and check this place out. I love The Joint because they made it affordable to come 4 times in 8 days (no way I could do that somewhere else), and Dr. Arman was able to fix me up and get me on the road to recovery. It’s not a miracle overnight cure, but after coming here I finally started getting relief and seeing progress whereas before I was getting worse not better. Then, the good doctor also mentioned some tension I had in other places and I noticed since coming here, other parts of my body that were not in “pain” per se, also started receiving the benefit of chiropractic care that I never really noticed I needed. So my bad neck made me a believer that yes, chiropractic care works and this place made it affordable and accessible for me.

Went into this place looking for relief from my lower back, hip and knee. I was in so much pain. After being adjusted I could feel a difference. The next day I woke up and my joints felt so much better. I went back and got readjusted the next week and by the end of the week I was pain free and able to do activities like the gym again. This place is awesome!

Dr Arman is a great chiropractor who is very experienced and dedicated to her patients. Its always a pleasant experience to visit her office because the staff is warm and welcoming. Ashley is amazing and super sweet and always a joy to see her bubbly self. Dr. Armand is amazing at what she does, she's helped my migraines decerease with every adjustment I have. I have waited for about a month of weekly care before reviewing this location. This was my first time experiencing The Joint. I have used various chiropractic services, varying locations, acupuncture and pressure, etc, but I believe The Joint has really figured it an incredibly user friendly style of chiropractic care. This particular location is blessed to have Dr Armon who is so knowledgeable, professional, and ensures a comfortable and pleasant experience every time (as much as can be when your body feels broken). It feels like a personal experience. My pain and discomfort has reduced incredibly over this month after beginning treatment here. I can walk normally again!! Even though this location is not the closest one to my home, this will always be my “home location”.

I feel that I have to leave a review, I have never been to a chiropractor before and while I got some mild relief my experience was WAY less than I had anticipated.
It is my belief that the people that work here are not fully qualified in anatomy, The Joint is more about getting people through the door to crack their back and charge the visitors a monthly subscription. Think on this as a 1 minute massage for your back and then charge them $60 for each visit that you subsequently take. If that's what you want then this outfit would be the right spot for you. Unfortunately I suffer with real pain and the people here didn't help, in fact they made it worse.
Seriously, if you are in pain then please seek someone else that is truly qualified in assisting you. The Joint is a quick "Get you in, crack your back and then charge you $30 place". In addition, I never saw any qualifying evidence that the people that work here are actually doctors like they claim.
$29 seems cheap and cheap is what you get. I would rather pay $300 to go somewhere else for some real treatment.

Tried my introductory session today. The Chiropractor was very friendly. I really appreciate the fact that they are open on weekends and later than most practices. The schedule is much more convenient for individuals like myself who work a morning to afternoon work schedule. My neck is already starting to feel better.

the so called chiropractors are incompetent and caused me more damage than good.
this is what happens when you create a "doc in the box" type organization with poorly trained, inexperienced staff. I don't recommend "the joint". choose your chiropractor carefully instead of depending on the luck of the draw.
