    The doctors, Dr. Jasper and Dr. Kim phenomenal Dr. grant what they do very knowledgeable. They treat their patients with such respect and make you feel like you’re part of the family make you feel welcomed they get to know you as we start going they start you by name starting things about you just great people. The young lady Deedee, who is at the front when I went in great personality knowledgeable about the contracts walks people through every piece of it explains everything to them. Make sure you totally fully understand everything. I start my contract in 2024 prior to Deedee paused a little bit came back in 2025 Deedee happen to be there. I just think the world of her she’s just such a great person made myself and my daughter feel comfortable. I told her I started noticing that was getting charged $20 every time I came in on the days that she wasn’t there interesting. So we looked back and she’s like oh I do see I’m gonna put a note for this gentleman who works the dayshift to take care of it for you you should hear something. I went back to my bank statements and noticed this isn’t the first second or third time they’ve done this. This is like the 10th 11th 12th time that they’ve done it so finally I called in talk to the gentleman and said I wanna cancel it. Here’s why he said oh that’s because Deedee messed up. I said no Deedee didn’t mess up because these were done on days but Deedee wasn’t there cause Deedee wasn’t employed with you in 2024 I know that for a fact cause I dealt with another young lady and you cause you’re the one that signed me up and Deedee wasn’t there the three days that you did it this time around because I remember going in and you were the one at the front desk so you’re the one that charged me $20 which I don’t understand why when I have a plan that causes $89 which gives me like four visits he kept badmouthing her over the phone I told him you don’t need to badmouth a fellow associate because of your discrepancies or your lack of ability to do your job. It’s just rude and it’s unprofessional not once did he apologize for what he did to my account nor did he acknowledge that was going on long-term so now Balance it with both of my banks. If it was just the doctors and Deedee, this would be a phenomenal place to go they’re all great. They’re all awesome. The ball headed guy he need to go. I don’t know. Go work at a subway worker at 7-Eleven go work at a I don’t know someplace where you can’t screw up people’s accounts because you are not doing a good job here, sir.

    Today was my first visit to The Joint. Although the paperwork was a little confusing, the reception and treatment staff we’re not. In fact, I found them to be exceptional. I am a 61 year-old biologist who worked as an EMT for a decade and continue to teach 1st Aid. I’m not easily impressed, but today I was very impressed with the rapid diagnosis and treatment I received.

    Harp was very friendly. My first session gave some relief. The chiropractor was pretty good. I will continue to go and see if I slowly heal. I am not that thrilled about everyone sitting there watching you get adjusted and talking about your issues in the same big room. Separate rooms would be more comfortable and confidential. Kinda weird

    The place is very clean, staff are very polite and accommodating. Good sense of humor. Of course the practitioner is very knowledgeable and efficient with time and motion. While I didn't "feel" rushed i was back at my house just over an hour from when I left and I had to do it an induction form with so many signatures and drop down menu selection lists i was afraid they were attaching my house for collateral! The forms, while I'm sure are a necessity in Komifornia, felt a tad over the top. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

    My dad visited the location when it first opened to try it out. A Spanish-speaking staff member helped him with the sign-up form. He told her he didn’t want automatic payments and would only continue if he liked the service. She assured him it was just a one-month trial and didn’t explain the form fully—just asked him to initial it. Since the form was in English and my dad primarily speaks Spanish, he didn’t understand the form. He recently discovered he’s been charged $89 monthly, even though he stopped going. We went to the location and explained the situation to a staff member, who told us to return the day after Memorial Day to speak with the manager. On May 27th, we came back and spoke with a man who said he’d email the franchise and follow up by May 30th. As of today, June 4th, we still haven’t received any call or update. It angers me when a business hire's supposed "fluent spanish speakers" who cannot even understand a business's payment functions. Not only did the experience leave a bad taste in my dad it left a bad image which affects future customers and that future customer is me. Stay away from this place if you're first language is not english. You've been warned!

    Dr.Jasper was helpful, and went over the adjustment process very thoroughly. I have had my whole body out of wack from top to bottom. I got the whole body adjustment my first time, down to my ears, and face. I felt so much relief and instant range of motion was accessed immediately after. Dr. Jasper had me look in the mirror and I felt and could see a significant difference between how I felt before and after.

    I’ve had lots of experience with many different chiropractors and I have to say, Dr. Vo is the best chiropractor I’ve been to and I will continue to keep seeing him. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and was able to adjust me full spine including my Sacroiliac joints which almost every doc I’ve seen had trouble doing.     Dr. Goggle (my husband) recommended that I see a chiropractor. Was having the worst lower back pain for a few days.     This would be great if they are available the hours posted. So far I have been there 6 times during the regular business hours and they are closed and their recording and website said they Were open. So that is frustrating, I went once, cancelled and was denied refund because I didn’t stay two months which they said that I didn’t honor a contract but I’m scratching my head because aren’t they not honoring their commitment of service? I was suppose to get 2 visits the first 2 weeks then one per week going forward. I got one visit which was a trial and free anyway. I didn’t get the service promised.

    I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment to do the paperwork got that done and I had to wait over half hour to be seen by Doctor. I went during my lunch so I had no time to wait but so what is the purpose of having an appointment?

    I want to share, my first appointment with Dr Garcia was so amazing. I walked in barely able to move my head and neck to my left side and when I left I was able to move my head freely both ways.     My partner and I visited yesterday, and well, frankly, we were very impressed with the location. Parking is terrible. My partner has hypermobility in all of their joints and dislocates them frequently, even while asleep. We had gone to several other chiropractors and must admit their equipment and ideology is more up to date than those we have visited. This location encourages frequent visits and uses monthly enrollment as a thing, too. The cost is a few dollars more than what we would have paid visiting others, and we have more opportunities to visit for adjustments during the month. If you use chiropractic for health, I would strongly suggest The Joint. Dr. Garcia is amazing and has great instinct and empathy for their patients.
