She began pursuing her first career in the field of veterinary medicine by earning her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Davis studying Animal Science. While working at the UC Davis Veterinary Medicine Teaching Hospital, Dr. Doan decided to further her education and enrolled in the Veterinary Technology program at Cosumnes River College completing her Registered Veterinary Technicians certification. After years of working in the veterinary field Dr. Doan discovered she no longer desired to work in the veterinary field after her horse’s injury and working side by side with a horse chiropractor. She learned the benefits of chiropractic care and discovered a new way of providing health and healing to living beings. This began her journey into the Chiropractic life she has found today.

Dr. Doan attended Life Chiropractic College West, graduating with honors in 2016. Dr. Doan continued to pursue her passion for working with animals by completing an animal chiropractic program, but has also found passion in providing people with chiropractic care and teaching the benefits of an adjustment. Dr. Simon, a Southern California transplant, stumbled across chiropractic quite by surprise at the young age of 11 when a sports injury baffled medical doctors into one week’s worth of exploratory surgery on Dr. Simon's hip. When nothing seemed to help Dr. Simon's hip, a relative recommended chiropractic care. Dr. Simon agreed to see a chiropractor and was soon properly diagnosed with a dislocated hip. Soon, Dr. Simon was well on her way to recovery and a passion for chiropractic health care was born.

Dr. Simon lived a very active lifestyle thanks in part to chiropractic health care, and she went on to be a very successful high school and college student athlete. All the while, remembering that her athletic lifestyle was almost cut short by a misdiagnosis, Dr. Simon pursued her dream of becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic. After graduating from Will C. Wood High School in Vacaville, Ca., Dr. Simon attended Napa Valley College where she earned three associate degrees in two years before transferring to California State University at Sacramento. Dr. Simon later attended Life West Chiropractic College in San Leandro, Ca., where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic title in 2000.
