I scheduled an introductory visit for 29.00 and i have to say that i was impressed! I was in need of an adjustment and was looking for pain relief in my neck and shoulder area. Your friendly receptionist got me all signed up and ready to see Dr Cayabyab. Dr C asked me about my areas of concern and proceeded to explain his recommended course of action. Dr. C is great but, however, the female doctor (I don't know her name. This is the point she rushes you so fast, you don't know her name) is horrendous. She just rushes you into different positions and doesn't give you a moment to relax but she just goes to town. You end up in more pain when you leave versus when you come. The bed side manner needs work and I know they are trying to get people in and out as fast as possible but if she would just give you a minute to breath and actually comprehend what is about to happen would just be great. Avoid Mondays when she is there.

This spot is a Heaven Sent. A very reasonably priced monthly plans Dr Constantino is one of my favorite doctors up there tell them big Frank sent you it's a quick and fast adjustment usually takes no more than 10 minutes but you feel so much better the receptionist is always friendly and knowledgeable. I shouldn’t tell you how great my secret oasis is, but he deserves a shout out. Back story: My family owned 4 chiropractic offices, so I know a good adjustment. After closing those ofcs, I had a serious injury and it left me with a persistent, torturous, always gnawing ache in my ribs that no chiropractor has been able to correct until DR GONZALEZ! I was a member for a couple years. Stopped paying for four months due to death in the family. After the joint called me 2 or 3 times to renew payment information I told them I was no longer interested. 4 months later they still charged my card. I never went for one visit but they still refused to return the payment. Told me the manager would call me the next day but never did. Now they're running a promotion so they called me I told them again what happened and again they refused to acknowledge their wrong doing. Update: This is a customer service issue. I was never notified of my card being charged after 4 months of being inactive. I went into the store to make a complaint and get my money back. I was told I would be called the next day which never happened. This type of business ethics are beyond ridiculous so deflecting only makes you look like you still don't get it.

Went to 2 different locations after experiencing persistent neck and shoulder pain. Each visit has been pleasant, fast, and informative, adjustments are straight forward so you don’t have a long wait or unnecessary things to go over. All staff have been great as well. Today was my 4th visit and maybe my body has started getting more used to adjustments but my neck has never cracked so well before.

Love this place. I don’t have to deal with appts so I can walk in when it is convenient for me and not to mention the friendly service as soon as you walk in. Great experience so far! I have had a membership for almost 4months. I love how convenient this place is! If you go on similar days you will most likely see the same person which I recommend. It makes the experience more personal since they will remember your main focus areas. I have seen couple different specialist which is fine because they have record of all or visits. There main desk staff is very friendly and quick to help and check me in! Definitely recommend for a quick adjustment!

I've been to many chiropractors. This has been the worst. He adjusted me 5 times nocking out my neck out of place and displacing my shoulder telling me me I need to come back for more sessions. I waited to see what he had done. I'm glad I did not pay for more sessions.

Tried this place out because my normal chiropractor isn’t available right now, and this place is absolute trash. The doctor put my body in positions that literally injured my back even worse, then he has the nerve to tell me that he can’t help me because I’m in too much pain and he’s afraid that he’ll hurt me. I told him that he made my injuries worse by making me lay and twist the way that he did, and that I’m in way more pain now because of him. He said “yeah, there’s nothing I can do”. My normal chiropractor would’ve known exactly how to not only help, but not worsen my condition. This place is the fast food chain version of a real chiropractic office. Don’t even waste your time with this place, I completely regret coming here. Not only did they not help me, but I left in worse condition and even worse pain. Real pain requires a real doctor, this place is a joke.

I rated it a 3 cause the experience depends on the doctor that is there when you go. Some act like your just a number and don't really fix what hurts you specifically. Some will just give you very generic adjustments. But one of the doctors there will take time with you to adjust exactly what's hurting and even help you stretch and massage you if needed.

This place is a joke. They took a whole 2 seconds to "adjust" me. Ended up with herniated disc. Asked for refund, they said I needed a Dr note to get a refund. So neurologist gave me a note, took it to them, and they still havnt refunded my money. Don't go here. Dishonest business. Go somewhere that isn't just after your money and not assess your problem. Now I'm out over $200 for absolutely no service.

Not helpful at all, I paid over $300 for nothing but the first visit. Was told I was going to be contacted and never was. I contacted corporate and they told me they would not refund me anything. Very disappointing, especially in these times. I was expecting to be helped and all I got were screenshots of my signature. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I’m not one to just go to any chiropractor but after my chiropractor (10+ yrs) was closed (he’s an hour away) I had a horrible migraine I could not Ignore. I thought I should get over my fear and check this place out. I was a walk in new patient but the process was quick and easy and I had my first adjustment with Dr. Gee. So glad I went in, he helped me with the migraine and my neck. I’ve been going for the past few weeks now and every time I come out feeling great. My neck and head is feeling so much better and I’m able to sleep much more comfortable now. Also the pricing is very reasonable!

Dr.Duane is honestly a god send. Coming from someone who has sevier claustrophobic to the point that i cant stand being touched. He took the time to get to know me and my needs and informed me on why my pain was there and how to eliminate it. He never made me feel like a number or just a client i felt like i was going to see a friend everytime I went in for an adjustment. He went at my pace and never put me in an uncomfortable position. I highly suggest you come in and get an adjustment from Dr. Duane Thomas. Even if your scared i suggest going in with him to get educated tips on how to manage pain and discomfort. Love Dr John. I was seeing a chiropractor for 14 years and he was great. He did adjustments, cupping, laser, ultrasound, massage, etc. and I loved him. He took his time and would tell he was more interested in his patients well being. But then he retired. I started seeing other chiropractors but none were as good as the one I used to see in Arcadia. Then I decided to visit The Joint and met Dr. John. OMG! He's even better than the Dr I was seeing in Arcadia He just has the midas touch! It's like God has just gifted him with magic fingers. I don't need to be there for 1/2 hr, Dr John is just able to adjust me in minutes and I seriously feel like a new person. He's incredible!

It's clean, that's about it. Cancellation seems near impossible if not in person.. after cancelling they still charge next month, and didn't help much long term..

Do not come here the chiro I saw was rude and just wanted my money, I went in w a lot of pain on my back shoulder and he cracked my back my pain is the same as when I went in he said that I pulled a muscle and I should just put ice. Cracking my back did nothing for me.waste of my time .

I am a former soldier who loves martial arts, needless to say I have my sore and stiff moments. It had been a long time since I had an adjustment and I'd been hesitant to try any place really. Finally bit thw bullet and I feel so much better even from the first adjustment. The Joint in West Covina is super clean, the staff was very friendly and there was no wait time when I came in. Doc discussed my medical history throughly, then did his evaluation and gave me an adjustment. Finally he gave me his recommendation for continuing care. The prices are already reasonable but they also have a military discount so veterans speak up. No appointments or insurance required. Over all great place, great experience. They will be seeing me again next week.

I used to frequent The Joint location in Lakewood, but have since moved to West Covina. I was a little hesitant at first to try out another location, but absolutely love the adjustments given by both doctors at this location. My wait time is always very reasonable and I get adjusted right away. If you live in West Covina, you should give them a try. The first adjustment is 19 bucks. They really do care about your well being and offer several payment options to fit your needs. To top it off, they're open until 7pm. during the week. I still have enough time to commute through traffic and get adjusted on my way home from work.
