When you have your shopping completed, take an extra few minutes to wash, cut, and portion control your ingredients. This will save a lot of time during your busy week.

It's hard to use your juicer or air fryer if it is buried under piles of clutter in your closet, right? So, maybe it's time to take them out! No matter what the appliance is, if it is out and visible, or at least within reach, the chance of you using it will increase significantly! Just make sure the appliances you grab will encourage you to cook and eat healthier. You can leave the sno-cone and cotton candy machines hidden away.

Buy More Produce

It's always a good idea to add more fruits and vegetables to your meal, so make sure your counters and refrigerator are clear and can hold the extras you buy! In addition to inspiring you to cook healthier meals, having more produce in the house will also help everyone snack healthier too! Make it easy for your family to grab and go by washing the fruit and vegetables as soon as you get home.

Get Rid of the Junk

If it's not in the house, it won't be eaten, so take the time to organize and clear out your pantry and refrigerator. Get rid of processed snacks and sugary drinks so you can replace them with healthier alternatives and water.
