Good adjustment, however, they do not set appointments. I joined and as a member I thought that gave me appointment setting ability. I appreciate the walk in ability, but walk-ins should come after an established member, regular user appointment

This was my go to location since they first opened and Dr. Sean was the only doctor. Over the years there has been a steady rotation of chiropractors of varying skill sets. Unfortunately most of the really good ones leave after a short amount of time. Dr. Alan and Dr. Jeremy were generally there most days and were always good. However, Dr. Jeremy moved to a new location and Dr. Alan left. Since then the last few adjustments there have been sub par, at best. Last time I was in I knew a rib was out and also my knee. I told the Dr. this - new guy, young, fresh out of school - and when I left they were both still out. Unfortunately the lower level of care has become the norm at this location and they cannot keep the experienced chiropractors on staff. I will not be returning.

I had a horrible experience today 2/15/2022 at this clinic! I called as I was referred by my son-in-law who recently visited with shoulder pain. I called and the receptionist was unfriendly and assured I knew when lunch was! I rushed over at 12:30 to assure their lunch was not late. It was awful from the moment I arrived. Some guy?? With a reddish full beard and facial hair did everything he could to NOT treat my pulled muscle under my shoulder blade, i was in pain and tried every way not to treat me because I have MEDICARE?. I told them I have Kaiser and not filing Medicare… paying out of pocket. In pain… He said Medicare does not like Chiropractic treatment and they could pull his license if I had any underlying
Condition!! I told him it was obviously just a strained muscle. I was fine. Then he proceeded to tell me the paperwork was over 9 pages and if I didn’t do well on the diagnostic exam he would be forced to refer me out. I ask to whom?? He replied… to a chiropractor. What was he the janitor?
I immediately came home and called a professional
Chiropractor who got me in this afternoon unconcerned he would lose his license, as I do have Medicare! Do NOT visit this clinic. It was terribly upsetting…

My first experience here started off well but my second did not. I did not intend to ever go back but the owner of the company contacted me and let me know that he had discussed my issues with the Doctor's 1 & 2 and apologized that this incident had happened to me. After my conversation with him, he restored the confidence I had after my first visit. I returned to the clinic and have been receiving treatment from Dr. 1 again with great success. I truly appreciate that the owner reached out to me. Our conversations over this issue really showed me the level of care he has for the clients at his clinic. Thank you.

I absolutely LOVED this place and chose this location above all the others in the area because the doctors there are great and nice! However this changed today at 2:25 on December 7th. The lady at the counter was one of the rudest people I have EVER encountered! This was the last day for 6+ weeks I was going to be able to come in due to personal reasons, and she said they would not be able to take me because it was lunch time. And to come back later, which I couldn’t do, again because of the personal reason. This lady alone makes me want to cancel my membership all together or NEVER go back to that location which sucks because it was the most convenient for me and I don’t feel as comfortable at the other locations.

4 years ago I had trouble just working, then I found the joint!! They have been the most important care I could have personally pursued. I go once a week for a tune up and I have improved physically 150%. My vision has even improved so I do not wear glasses anymore.
