Dr. Jeremy Washburn grew up in Northern Kentucky. He attended Mesa College in Arizona for his undergraduate degree, and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA.
Dr. Jeremy’s passion for chiropractic began at the age of 22, after accepting a position as a Massage Therapist in a chiropractic office. While working there, his exposure to the benefits and healing nature of chiropractic forever changed the way he viewed healthcare. Later, through an outreach program while attending Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Jeremy travelled abroad, where he volunteered his time and services to the people of India. During that time, and over the years since, Dr. Jeremy has had the privilege of providing chiropractic healthcare for thousands of people. He is an excellent listener, and takes his time to ensure that each of his patients receives the care they deserve.
Dr. Jeremy and his wife have a young son and newborn daughter. He is definitely a family man, but loves spending time outdoors with his wife and children. He generally loves all sports, but his true passion is baseball, and pride for his hometown team, the Cincinnati Reds.
Dr. James Greasley graduated from The University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Afterward, he moved from Calgary, Canada to Hayward, California and attended Life Chiropractic College West, earning his Doctorate in Chiropractic. During his time at Life College, Dr. James discovered the truly amazing benefits of chiropractic care and his passion for providing hands-on healing treatment to others grew.
Dr. James has had a passion for healthcare since high school. Suffering multiple sports-related injuries, including concussions, which led to anxiety, he sought chiropractic care, and it changed his life. Understanding the incredible potential of chiropractic treatment as a natural health care modality and an incredible way to improve quality of life, Dr. James’ interest in the profession was born.
He says, “Chiropractic treatment ensures the spine is in alignment, thus, giving the body it’s best possible chance to heal from within. I think, we turn too often to outside sources for help feeling better. Most of the time, this results in simply chasing symptoms, not addressing the root cause of a problem. By focusing on the cause, which is often small misalignments of the spine, we allow healing from within, which not only helps you feel better, but increases overall function, health, and well-being.”
Over the course of his chiropractic career, Dr. James has learned to serve a range of patients from infants to grandparents, all with a variety of ailments including neck pain, upper and lower back pain, migraines, sciatica, arthritis and more.
When Dr. James is not working at The Joint Chiropractic, he enjoys golfing, rock-climbing, snowboarding, and spends time writing.

He went on to work in New York City in a scoliosis-specific clinic for a year, before moving to Texas to work with a sports injury-oriented practice. There, he had the pleasure to work with high-profile members of the Dallas Cowboys, Stars, Mavericks, and nationally ranked CrossFit athletes.

Dr. Alan realized as a teenager that chiropractic care was his calling after being a patient himself.
“I literally crawled into a chiropractor’s office on my hands and knees at 15 years old and l walked out upright with a waiting room all applauding the chiropractor. I knew that day that if I was going to be a professional, then a chiropractor was the only logical choice! It was a life- changing event.”
Dr. Alan says the best thing about working in the chiropractic field is working with the people.
“As a practitioner, I have been witness to countless “miracles”, “spontaneous remissions,” and endless testimonies of the power of the human body. I feel honored and privileged to have been able and continue to be able to work directly with the power that animates all life. The best thing about being in the chiropractic field is seeing people’s lives change for the better with every single adjustment made, knowing they are one step closer to realizing that the power that makes their body is the same power that heals it!”
