Went in on a Sunday as a new patient with extreme back pain. It was nice to find someone open on a Sunday to help me.
They did an exam and determined that my ribs were locked up. After a few adjustments, I was still in pain, but later in the day after icing and resting, it felt much better. There was still pain but not as bad and I could sleep better..
The next morning I was in less pain and could move around better. Hoping after a few more adjustments, I will back in action without anymore issues. Thank you guys.

Dr. Mackintosh is an amazing individual and doctor. I have suffered from chronic migraines my entire life. I never went to a chiropractor and decided it was time to see if they could help my situation. Dr. Mac not only listened to what I was experiencing, but as I was going through my initial adjustment, he was explaining in depth what was going on with my body and how we could get me on a plan. I have been going for 3 weeks now, and it's safe to say I don't think I've had a migraine in those 3 weeks. I can't thank him enough for helping me get some relief from something that has bothered me virtually my whole life. He also recently made an adjustment on my girlfriend and also helped her gain some significant relief in the lower back pain she experiences. Please recognize Dr. Mac for his work; you can tell he is passionate about what he does.

I have seen numerous chiropractors over the years, but none of them are like Dr. Moore!! He listened to my concerns and tried a completely different technique to adjust my neck/back, and I have never felt better!! His out-of-the-box thinking and techniques impressed me!! Walked in with the worst pain in my ribs and back walked out with a smile and back to feeling fantastic I highly recommend the professional and very well trained Dr's at this location I felt like I could trust him with my spine and I have brought my son in as well with his weight he carries in his school bag I know this will help him now and in the future

Dr. Wodka is fantastic. I have had pain in my hip and knee for the last 5 months. After 4 visits with her my pain has been very minimal. Definitely going to continue. Polite staff does get busy at times.

I've been a member for many years. I've had 2 bad experiences. First one, I cancelled my membership but they kept taking money out of my hsa account for 6 months after. When I caught it, they did reimburse it but had to do month to month returns until I got all my money back.
Next situation was Saturday I saw Dr Kelsi for a stiff neck...she did some adjustments and something went out of place I'm my right side lower back. It pinched a nerve. She continued to work on it and said if it continues to bother me come back and she will work on it more. I came in with no pain and left in pain. I called Monday and the receptionist was not helpful. I asked if there was another Dr working that I could see because I honestly was afraid to have Dr Kelsi hurt me more. The receptionist said she didn't reccomend the other Dr that was working there. She then told me I should go to their Castle Rock location. I said that was too far...she said well I don't know I don't live here and she hung up on me. I called back 6 times throughout the day and the receptionist sent my call to voice-mail. I left the text messages and never heard back. I'm still in pain and it's Wed night. I'm extremely upset and will continue to report the unprofessional and painful experience I received.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! Went in for new patient deal for lower back pain I am having. Website says no walk ins due to COVID. I have a pre-existing condition, made an appointment for a specific time. 40 MINUTES after my scheduled time- still sitting in a crowded waiting room and watched no less then 4 walk ins that come in AFTER me get to go straight in. If this is how they treat a new patient then I want NOTHING to do with the JOIONT- beware of this place!!!!!!

Years of chiropractic care and Dr. Ryan is by far the best doctor I've seen in the last 30 years.
There are times it is difficult to get in because he is so well respected by his patients. I won't see another doctor. I'm sure they are great but Dr. Ryan knows exactly what works for me and what doesn't.

On my second visit to The Joint, after having signed up for the two month membership, I had the chiropractor tell me that "the table wasn't made for big breasted women like you" and that he" would kiss and make them better but he would probably get slapped". The Joint owner, Dr. Heath, assured me I would get a refund and my membership would be canceled. He apologized and explained this doctor "wasn't one of his regulars". I was given a partial refund of $40. From this experience I found out that sexual harassment comes at a cost of $29. Thanks for the information.

I have had lower back, hip and neck pain for a long time. Cooking in the kitchen, pulling weeds, yard work, sitting at my desk at work for an hour would either cause pain or severe stiffness. I thought, "This is what getting old is like." After so many years of that thought process, I said to my self, "Something is wrong. I really shouldn't be hurting like this. I've got to do something." I went to The Joint Chiropractic on Hampden and Tower. I've only had 2 sessions but I noticed today while turning my head, my neck isn't tight and hurting. Then I went out in the yard and pulled weeds. I thought ok, any time now, my back is going to tell me, "That's enough!" But it didn't. I got excited and pulled more weeds. No back pain. By signing up for monthly treatments, I can feel free to go anytime that I need. Plus keeping up on a schedule for my neck and back keeps it from not getting so bad that they can't be fixed. It's a good maintenance program. If I do mess up my body and need extra adjustments, they are only $10 per extra session.

Initially, 30+ years ago, I went to the chiropractor due to a car injury. But I have continued for wellness. I have been using the Joint for several years.
