Absolutely horrible. I have gone to The Joint Chiropractor in Central Park. I never had to wait this long. I was initially told it would be 15 minutes. Over a half an hour passed, and I still did not see the chiropractor. In addition, others who had come in after I had been there were helped, and I wasn’t. All 3 stars to the chiropractors do a great job. -2 because when your business states it's opening, and more importantly, closing hours. It is within reasonable expectations that you are open to accept customers until that hour. Had I entered to a busy waiting room being 6min to close, I would not be mad about being turned away. However I entered an empty waiting room watching the last customer walk back for adjustment. Considering I usually watch ppl rotate w/in 5-7min I was confused by the false advertisement of the closing hours. As it turns out, they will turn you away prior to the listed closing hours even when the waiting room is empty because the posted hours are not the customer service hours, but the employee hours. Management, do better and fix your hours, that's false advertisement for your pre-paid customers.

I chose this company because they are open 7 days a week. I can get adjusted any day should I need it. No appointment necessary. Walk-ins are welcome. They have a new patient promotion where $29 covers your initial intake and your 1st adjustment. That's right, you get adjusted right away, same visit! I came in with a lower back/ tail bone area pain level at a 9. Any worse and I would've needed a wheelchair ♿️. After my 1st adjustment, I left with a residual pain level at around 3. The next day, after taking the doctors sleeping position advice, my pain level is at a 1. I highly recommend The Joint Chiropractic at East Hampden, where the Safeway store is at, to get your back pain taken care of. ???? ***UPDATE*** The front desk did not inform me that I was signing up for a $79 monthly membership when I purchased their 4 visit special! I just wanted to buy 4 visits to try them out. Not sign up for a recurring billing membership. Now the front desk is telling me that it is up to management if I get my $79 refund back after canceling this undisclosed monthly membership. Great chiropractors, but not so much on front desk help informing new clients of recurring monthly membership sign up. HORRIBLE??

All of the doctors are amazing, but the reception definitely needs some help. There is one specific receptionist who doesn’t honor your request to see the doctor you want to see. I am always willing to wait, but she never puts me in line for the doctor I request which then creates confusion and an awkward situation with a waiting room full of people. Not sure what their system is, but this is something that definitely creates a bad experience.

The Dr.’s and front desk receptionist’s here are very nice and caring. They always ask questions to get down to the problem and fix it with treatment, I’m always finding myself feel relief after every visit. I am always excited to walk in their front doors. When coming into the building I am always greeted with either hello welcome in, or how are you doing today, and when leaving they tell me to have a good day and see you next time. At the end of the day these are people too just like anybody else but the thing that stands out about them, is they're willing to help you and talk to you to get to know you more on a deeper level. The last three visit have been unsatisfactory. The told me I'm to tight. Got a message to help with this adjustment and then was told I'm to flexible and need to exercise and stretch. I even asked him if I should just stop coming there as the last three visit did nothing for me. I'm over it and will cancel my membership and find a real chiropractor at this point.

I’ve been to a lot of chiropractors throughout my life, good and bad. At this location, I’ve seen two different chiropractors, both have been very attentive to my needs after a back/hip injury. They were firm enough to make the adjustments but gentle enough to not further my injury. Additionally, I was given a good amount of information (stretches, sitting/laying behaviors, etc) to help with healing my injury. I will recommend The Joint Chiropractic anytime.

The receptionist today decided to check me out after I checked in and went to get something outside the office. The wait time is 15 minutes. In the past, patients were allowed to leave the office and then return before they get called. Also, she never told me she is checking me out. When I returned, she told me that she checked me out, and didn't even apologize for doing so. She told me wait time was 10 minutes, I ended up leaving as I was on my work lunch break. This was never an issue in the past. She wasted my time and gas. Shameful

I highly recommend The Joint Chiropractic franchise. I’ve seen them in Aurora, CO, and I will be seeing them in Bentonville, AR now as well! Dr. Luke in Aurora, CO is phenomenal. Pro: The care was good and the doctor who adjusted me was answered all my questions. Even took the time to walk me through best practices that could lead to recovery. Con: I understand that this is a business, but as a customer if I feel like someone is selling me a subscription I am hesitant to purchase. What made it a no was a failure of communication. The doctor failed to email me a list of exercises to mitigate my lower back pain. Which they had informed me they would. Had they done so that simple action would’ve shown me that my wellbeing mattered more than subscribers of the business. The plan was is reasonable for the price and care. But it’s these small actions that make an established great in my opinion.

I’ve been a patient of the Joint for many years and will continue to be. I found a Chiropractic office in Aurora and the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to. Dr Ryan Baack is fantastic. He listens to what is hurting and takes the time to adjust it and explains it to you. He also gives home care which has helped immensely. The front office girls are very helpful and welcoming too. They have a new patient special that is so worth it if you need a good adjustment. It’s a process but so worth it with this Joint office.

I moved here recently and was in search of a chiropractor. I did a lot of research and The Joint caught my eye. They had a great $29 new patient special and a very interesting appointment/payment model. I stopped in for my new patient visit, filled out a few forms and waited for the doctor to call me in. Dr. Luke was great. After a brief exam, he adjusted me like I haven’t been adjusted in a very long time. I immediately felt great. I continue to feel better after each adjustment. I absolutely love the flexibility of non-appointment adjustments. I’ve never had to wait very long and I’m not pinned down to a certain time or day. I highly recommend The Joint and Dr. Luke!

I’ve been a patient at the Hampden Joint Chiropractor for several years now. I used to go to a different Joint clinic, but I always felt rushed there—adjustments were so fast it almost felt harsh, and they never asked how I was feeling. They’d just have me lay on the table, and two minutes later, I was out the door. Dr. Ryan Baack is completely different. If you’re looking for a chiropractor who genuinely cares about his patients, he's the one. Dr. Baack takes detailed notes at every appointment and is incredibly personable. Each visit starts with him asking how I’m doing and if I’m experiencing any pain, and he really takes his time to address any issues. Today, I came in with a stiff neck after sleeping wrong—I couldn’t turn my head either way—and left feeling great. Highly recommended!

I would highly suggest using the Joint Chiropractic~ the monthly membership is so very worth it to feel better. I suffer from migraines, and having regular adjustments has cut my headaches down by at least 60%. You can just pop in and it's quick, no fuss but still a thorough adjustment.

Do not recommend - I have been going to the Chiropractor since I was a teen. I believe in the effectiveness of using a chiropractor. That being said, this specific Joint location continues to disappoint. We had a deeply disappointing experience again yesterday and decided to cancel the monthly subscription they seem to care about more than actual care. There is not true sense of ownership and or care for clients. The door should be revoling. Yesterday, the part time chiropractor Alex reflected the current negative state of management and lack thereof He alongside the other staff had the opportunity to rectify and mistake they had made but each member of the team was quick to indicate it was not their responsibility to mitigate. This included Alex who communicated he was "just part time." Mistakes happen. I get it. But when there is a consistent pattern of poor customer service, client relations and ongoing negative feedback that is seen on these reviews, it makes you question who is in charge? In the end, these chiropractors have dedicated themselves to the betterment of those hurting and needed care. This dedication was absent yesterday again. I will spare all the details but suffice to say, I believe Alex had the ability to manage and correct despite being "part time." He had the opportunity to step up and care for a client that needed the services she sacrifices to pay for on a monthly basis. The people that walk through those doors are hard working. They have pain and need support. Therefore, the mission of the Joint is to be kind, friendly, and professionally manage the clients concerns. Our continued experience including yesterday with Alex was a serious departure of this mission. The experience negatively influenced our entire day not to mention the care we came to 'adjust" did not occur due to the part time response from those in charge or obviously not in charge. I want to communicate my profound disappointment in this particular location and writing this review in the hopes that they franchisee owner revisits the leadership and staff interacting with clients. You owe us an apology.

Id give zero stars if possible. I sat there for 20 minutes. watched people who came in behind me get seen. also watched someone sit for 60 secs get seen. multiple people asked what was going on and the gal behind the desk said that they don’t know. the dr comes out and said the reason i haven’t called you is because im waiting for the paperwork. i didn’t know i had to fill out paperwork. so I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for nothing but just to get screwed over.

I feel like this place is just about money and not a persons well being!!!! Was in a lot of pain, having a hard time using my left arm and severe pain in my back/hip. The lady at the front desk said that I could not be seen, because it was for a car accident. When I get better and things are solved with insurance I could come back. I explained to her that I would be paying out of pocket. She was like ya sorry we can’t see. Please feel free to come back later. That is a HARD no!!!

I used this location after feeling some pain in my middle back and lower back. The experience that I had is that they will get you in and get you out with an adjustment and brief consultation. For what they provide I think it is a great value because other chiropractic locations can be hard to get in to be seen. The Joint's business model allows for you to get in and hopefully get some good relief. For that reason I appreciate the service and the location to my house. Dr. Mackintosh is an amazing individual and doctor. I have suffered from chronic migraines my entire life. I never went to a chiropractor and decided it was time to see if they could help my situation. Dr. Mac not only listened to what I was experiencing but as I was going through my initial adjustment he was explaining in depth what was going on with my body and how we could get me on a plan. I have been going for 3 weeks now and safe to say I don't think I've had a migraine in those 3 weeks. I can't thank him enough for helping me get some relief in something that has bothered me virtually my whole life. Dr Ryan was thorough with an excellent bedside manner. The receptionist, I forgot their name, was amazing. There was a wait and they communicated constantly with everyone. Love the joint. But this location is horrible. Told them I had been in a car accident earlier in the day and they refused to see me and said their chiropractors could be liable if they injured me. I have a hard time with chiropractic care because I have a degenerative disc, and while most of it is psychological, “If they crack me too hard I’ll be paralyzed!” I understandably get some anxiety going to the chiropractor. At the same time though they do have to be a tad more careful because some positions are painful and some adjustment methods are downright excruciating for me whereas a normal person would be perfectly ok, and with some of the doctors I’ve felt worse (for a day or two) than when I went in, which isn’t their fault. They always put attentive notes on which positions and which adjustments don’t work and they learn and get better. I started going to the one off Hampden and tower because I moved and Dr. Baack is literally the best! As confusing as it sounds, he’s very gentle while he does the adjustments, taking his patients needs into account, and he’s very attentive and doesn’t do the “Liam Neeson surprise neck crack” as I call it. Though, I suffer from 3 over lapping chronic pain conditions (Myalgic Encephalomyalitis, Fibromyalgia and Ostearthritis), my first visit was for sciatica and on-going limited mobility and pain in upper thigh muscle. Dr. Hope was the treating physician. He gave me a full stretch and chiropractic adjustment that alleviated a LOT of pain I was in. I was able to walk out without limping. From the receptionist to being treated by Dr. Hope, the whole experience was an absolute positive. I will definitely be going back. Thank you!

I’ve never been to a chiropractor. Did know what to expect. When the chiropractor approached me he asked me from 1-10 what’s your pain on this picture? We’ll my pain was bad to me it was an 8 on their chart I suppose they can’t work on you on that level and you need to go to hospital. Maybe a different chart might be better. People have different levels of pain. Which I get and understand but if I’m in pain that’s why I’m there. So he explained everything to me. When he cracked my neck that was the worst. Never have I ever felt that kind of pain and I’ve had my doctor who preforms OMT on me have cracked my neck before but this felt so so horrible. Felt blood rushing through my head and sever pain. Never again. So he cracked my neck and back. Literally 3 minutes and I was out. I’m sorry but maybe I really misunderstood what a chiropractor was. This won’t be my first chose ever again. I wasn’t happy.

I love the idea of a walk in chiropractic, I also like the membership plan. But I don't want the membership and it always is uncomfortable when I have to say no thank you more than once. I hesitate to go in because if this. Today I went in and was not happy with my adjustments. I called and was offerd a free adjustment for a different location? I am confused by this. I would love to stop in get an adjustment pay and go but I feel like they don't want me as a coustomer. Edit: After I said no thank you to a package the receptionist said "Are you sure because I see you've been in 3 times before." So treeting every walk-in like a new coustomer seem unessary and feels pushy. I feel like I have to stand in the lobby and defend my Decision. It makes me feel uncomfortable and the ieda if a membership even less Desirable.

This place has a great staff of chiropractors. However, the front desk side of things will try and con you out of your money. If you sign a one month deal with them, make sure to check the fine print. They overcharged me $118 and then said that I had signed up for it.

I’m in pain, waste my time twice at least, one, fill all the paperwork again, two appointment for the next day, and after arrived the receptionist tell me, I’ve lost my appointment because it’s supposed 2:45pm and now she said, no, I’ve tell you it’s 10:45! Worst experience at a chiropractor ever. Got my first free visit which went well. But they had me sign up for a couple visits, about 2 a week. Immediately the next day my coworker got tested positive for covid and I had to quarantine. I immediately called to ask to reschedule and they said they’d ask their manager and get back to me. Never got back to me. Now they’re calling me again asking me to pay for another month. When I didn’t even get to use my paid month so that no one got sick or died? Never ever go here! This place is horrible with communication and doesn’t care about your or anyone else’s health.

Dr. Yow was very professional and courteous to me. Did all the necessary tests on me and ask me a lot of questions to really make sure it was a personalized experience. This place has been great for me. I have had daily migraines for over 15 years. My doctor's have tried everything they could think of, without success. I decided to give a chiropractor a try. I woke up in a lot of pain today. I called and told the man that answered that I think I pinched a nerve in my back and it was keeping me from being able to turn my neck. He responded by saying I have to go to an urgent care and get a note saying I can be seen by a chiropractor. So I called urgent care and they said that was ridiculous. So I went to Alpha Back and the owner took care of me while also providing a doctors note. The man at Joint sounded short like he didn’t want to deal with people. You don’t want my money during these hard times? Cool. Wouldn’t be surprised to see this business tank. Good luck Joint!

Good doctors —love Dr Ryan and Ty—but often the wait time is extremely long. Forget ever going on a Saturday if you don’t want to sit and wait for 40 minutes—and there’s little seating so you may be standing or hanging out in your car for that time.

This little chiropractor is the BEST for her price. Like unbelievable. I’ve gone to other places at the same price and they treat one specific area. Not Dr Shante (hope I’m spelling that right) she treats the WHOLe area and she is mighty strong for her little physique. She’s very nice as well. Lovely set up and will come back again. I can’t believe how complete of an adjustment that was. 100% better after the first visit in lower back. ? Edit** i do NOT like the front desk lady. She is pompous, rude, they could find someone more friendly and a better representation of this great chiropractic office.

So far I haven't got the best experience here. Since day one the front desk lady always had an attitude with me and I'm not sure why. They dont do appointments which is a little frustrating at times. I came here after work just to be told I cant be seen because there is only one doctor and to come the next day. Came the next day to have a 30+ min waiting when it wasn't full. I honestly want to stop my membership but they won't let me because you have to be signed up for 2 months before you can terminate the membership. This is quite frustrating and I don't know what to do.

This was my first time at The Joint. I have been experiencing a high level of pain in my shoulder , which continues down my arm to my elbow. I recieved an analysis and examination within an hour of showing up. After an adjustment. I was given some at home stretches to complete. I was also presented with an offer for several more visits.. Since I dont know what I did to make this pain manifest in my body I don't know how long it is going to hang around. So I will return per several times a week to be treared recomendation

The doctor at the facility refused to see me stating I needed a doctors release from a car accident from more than five months ago. I never had any neck or back pain from my accident. I have neck pain from computer work and bad posture. He refused to come out and speak with me only speaking loudly from behind the wall. He wouldn’t let me finish explaining myself and frankly embarrassed me in front of a waiting room with other people in it.

DR. Matt is so friendly, knowledgeable, and just plain Awesome. I'm from out of town. I hurt my back helping my daughter in the shower after her open heart surgery DR Matt gave me a exam and felt that I just have muscle sprain so no unnecessary adjustment and because there was no adjustment no fee for his great advice. Location specific: I am 37 weeks pregnant & I see a chiropractor here who specializes in prenatal care. She is gentle & safe with my sore body, yet effective. Also very kind & understanding!
