I was in a automobile accident when I was 19 years old. My neck was damaged and I began seeing a chiropractor. Because of the cost and at times insurance coverage, I was able to go once a month. I have moved many times all across the US and have always found a chiropractor.
It wasn't until I was living in Lubbock, TX that The Joint opened and I saw an ad. I liked the fact that I could just walk in without an appointment (pre-covid,) and I also liked that I wasn't made to do any extra therapy treatments. I signed up for the monthly plan and I have seen such a difference in being able to get an adjustment once a week.
I have moved twice since signing up in Lubbock, and my membership has transferred. I have also used The Joint while on vacation in other states.
I look forward to my weekly adjustments and I know they have helped keep my neck and lower back from getting worse. Before The Joint, every chiropractor I went to was surprised that I didn't suffer from headaches. Being able to get adjusted every week has kept my spine and neck in check. The frequency that my plan allows keeps me active and in overall good spinal shape.

Since coming to the Joint, I have had less pain and lower back pain. I do go into the physical therapy for dry needling and that combo helps tons. I feel I can do my bike riding, and stretching with more ease. I have recommended it to my neighbor and my husband. My husband and I come at the same time. It's nice we can get times back to back. Chiropractic has changed my life! I have Renaud's syndrome in my toes and asthma. I have been getting weekly adjustments for 4 years. My Renaud's is so much more tolerable and I can take no meds for it. My asthma is barely seen. I have only used an inhaler once, in years. I am also never sick! Being adjusted on a regular basis improves my ability to function more normally. My back tends to get out of place causing my legs to be uneven, which affects my balance. My main area of trouble, however, is my neck. It seizes up, causing severe pain and decreased mobility. This also radiates to my arms and wrists, causing numbness and tingling. Regular adjustments help eliminate these issues. I sleep better, I move better, and I feel better.

Prior to The Joint I had never been to a chiropractor. I had suffered almost a year with shoulder pain, back pain and trouble breathing. From the first visit I was injured with a disk injury. By the second visit my injury pain had improvved immensly. I feel absolutely disgusting tight now that the " chiropractor " decided to fire me as a customer and patient due to that fact that I only "occasionally " need an adjustment and do not need regular adjustments in my opinion. I've been a nurse for 25 years and am just flabbergasted by his behavior this evening. On top of, way way happy to take the fee for tonight's service and telling me don't come back.

I drove from Parker to Castle Rock... on a Sunday afternoon because I was hurting and needed some relief. They are open until 5:00 PM. I arrived at 4:02 PM and was told that they can not accept new patients within the last hour before closing. I said its 4:02 PM that I'm hurting and I need some help. There were 3 employees sitting on their fat butts talking and doing nothing, I was told they could not help me. I know it's hard finding any person that has a pulse to run your front office, so I'm sure nothing will be done to these vegetables, but I will tell everyone I can about the horrible customer service I received and how the wrong people can tarnish your name. I will never enter your doors again and pass it on. One star is too generous.

The Joint Chiropractic is a life saver for me. I have numerous health problems so I visit the clinic often. I feel relieved after each visit. Millie is always helpful and friendly. Dr. Scott knows exactly where I need adjustments. He shows me exercises to help certain areas of my discomfort.

I started coming here because my upper and lower back were hurting so bad every single day and I was miserable. After my first few treatments here I noticed a huge improvement. I was able to work and live without the constant agony of my back pain. I would and do recommend The Joint to my friends and family. Everyone here is awesome and friendly and the chiropractors are very knowledgeable and helpful. All the staff is very warm and welcoming. It is a great atmosphere and I always feel very comfortable here.

Dr. Scott Harford is amazing! I suffer from migraines and being under his care has decreased my migraine attacks. He really takes the time to assess and treat my problem areas and I never feel he is rushing to be done. After each treatment, I can literally feel the blood flowing up my head and I can breathe. I have been coming to The Joint to alleviate back and pelvic pain due to a previous birth. When I became pregnant with my second child I found that chiropractic care was imperative throughout my pregnancy. Weekly adjustments helped with every day activities, sleep, and walking. I am a long-time construction/ manual labor worker. I would recommend The Joint fully. When your body is harshly used, I would recommend this as an alternative to surgery. It makes a difference in the quality of life and is a small monetary price to pay.

I like the fact that any doctor I see at The Joint gives me specialized attention and takes the time needed to examine and treat me. An important factor for me is the pressure to take x-rays at other clinics. The doctors here use feel and their knowledge to provide the best treatment and don't need x-rays. I also like the fact that I can come in when it's convenient for me and at any location. I have always had great, consistent service.

I feel great! Each doctor gets me out of pain and each doctor gives me a few tips and tricks to help myself between visits. Lastly, the variety of doctors is a big plus. Each has their own style. I learn so much about my body.

I came in because everyone told me that it would help. I have never been to a chiropractor before and sure didn't believe that it would help. I am a big guy, 6 feet tall and 375 lbs. The first time I came I signed up for a plan and now I can feel the difference in my body. When I don't come, I can feel the difference in my body. I am a contractor and do physical work all day. If I don't get adjusted at least once a week, I can't sleep. I love this place. Now I sleep and feel great!
