Originally from Portsmouth, Virginia, and raised in Bunnell, Florida, Dr. Paxia’s journey into chiropractic care was born out of his life as an Olympic weightlifter. After suffering a shoulder injury, he saw his recovery overseen by a chiropractor, an experience that turned him into a lifelong believer in the power of the adjustment.

Dr. Paxia’s professional foundation began with an undergraduate degree in Sports Medicine, followed by his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida. Since 2018, he has focused his practice on the philosophy that a healthy spine leads to a healthier life. He often reminds his patients that the spine controls everything; by keeping it strong and aligned, the rest of the body can function at its peak performance.

In the clinic, Dr. Paxia is particularly passionate about wellness care and helping patients find relief from persistent headaches. Originally from Hutchinson, Kansas, Dr. Dreher’s journey into the field was sparked by his own experience as a young athlete. After witnessing how a chiropractor helped him move past a debilitating injury and back into the sports he loved, he felt a calling to provide that same sense of empowerment to others.

Dr. Dreher’s academic background is extensive, beginning with an Associate degree from Hutchinson Community College and a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Wichita State University. He then moved to Dallas, Texas, to attend Parker University, where he earned both his Doctorate of Chiropractic and a Master’s in Strength and Human Performance in 2025. Originally from the small town of Glenrock, Wyoming, she finds a similar, down-to-earth spirit in the Greeley community. Her academic journey began at the University of Wyoming, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then went on to receive her Doctorate of Chiropractic from the renowned Palmer College of Chiropractic. Melissa was born and raised in south-eastern Colorado until pursuing her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology at University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. During this time she worked as a behavioral health technician/group leader at an inpatient psychiatric facility and taught a number of classes at UNCO. After finishing her thesis, she attended two certificate programs through New York Institute of Art and Design in Event Planning & Wedding Planning. After a long-burning passion for events born through leadership roles in design and management of theater productions, academic events, and community gatherings, she formed and marketed a successful event planning company. Around the same time her passion for events began, her journey with Chiropractic ensued after a roll-over vehicle accident. 11 years later, she joined The Joint as a part-time Wellness Coordinator while building her business and six months later accepted a new role as the marketing and events director for the growing family of ChiroFit clinics. She is proud to work for a team with such a great culture and to be part of the health journey for the beautiful community we live in.
