My name is Dr. Christian Quiroz, Doctor of Chiropractic and I go by "Dr. Christian". I joined the Joint in 2018 and my current location is at Yosemite Crossing in Greenwood Village. I graduated from Parker University with my Doctorate degree in Chiropractic on April 8th, 2017. Areas of study included Chiropractic which is a science, art and philosophy. Some of my favorite classes were adjusting courses, basic sciences including anatomy, gross anatomy, nutrition, physical therapy, health and wellness and bio-mechanics. Another highlight of my academic career includes 100 hours in acupuncture. The best thing about the Chiropractic field is being able to help patients reach their maximum health potential without the use of drugs and surgery. The second-best thing about Chiropractic is being able to witness patients getting better every day, which helps to change their whole perspective on health, helping them to realize that their body is self-healing. One of the previous cities that I have worked in is Dallas, TX where I worked immediately after graduation. I was born in California and grew up in New Mexico. Some of my favorite hobbies are working out, hiking and fishing. I have one pet which is my dog Aspen who is half Pitbull and half German Shepard. I knew I was called to be a Chiropractor when I heard about the philosophy behind it, which states that healing comes from above, down, inside and out. We are just here to assist the body when it fails to adapt to everyday stress. What I like most about working at The Joint is the positive atmosphere. Our patients make everyday so enjoyable and a place that I look forward to going to! The one thing that should always be in my fridge is hot sauce because that goes well on almost everything. Four people who comprise my perfect dinner party (not including family) would be BJ Palmer, the developer of Chiropractic, Martin Luther King Jr. to learn more on what it takes to face adversity, President Truman, one of the greatest leaders of the free world, and my girlfriend Lindi because she is the absolute best! The coolest thing I've ever done was go on a chiropractic mission trip to Haiti where I had the privilege to help those suffering through chiropractic care.
