    Started going to Joint Chiropractic in April. I apparently signed up for a membership I was not aware of. I was in tremendous pain that day, so my husband filled out the paperwork for me to get me treatment that same day. I paid for 8 or 9 visits in advance. When the receptionist had me sign them all, nothing was explained this would be a continuous " membership ". Well, $600.00 later, I had to go in today and cancel the membership I didn't know I had. Just writing this to warn consumers to read everything they have you sigh. The only positive thing, there were two doctors that really helped, Ian and Conrad. Unfortunately, I found out I needed surgery to correct the problem, and was advised to stop going until after surgery and recovery. I will now find a different chiropractor to help me heal.

    I went to this location while on vacation from Los Angeles, Ca. Since I had just gotten off an airplane the day before, I wanted an adjustment and decided to sign up for a 1-month membership. Luis (The Joint attendant - Cape Coral, Fl) said it would be $79 ($10 veteran discount). When I looked at my bank statement, it showed a charge for $134. I called and spoke with Luis, he told me that includes a sign up / initial fee which he never mentioned. I didn’t contest it much but on the day but before my membership ended, I cancelled my membership. In speaking with Luis that day, he said all I had to do was fill out a form which I did at my home town in Glendale, Ca (which they were very helpful), which I did. However, I was still charged for the next month. When I called him again, he said that was because I didn’t meet the 3-month minimum which he claims to have explained to me upon signing up. As I told him, that is a lie. He never mentioned this either. He has displayed the worst customer service I have experienced.

    Predatory credit card billing practices to say the least. They lure you in with $129.00 offer and then charge $79 per month without any monthly notification that they are going to charge you. The treatment was not helping so I stopped treatment after the introductory offer so I assumed that was it. 6 months have went by since my last visit and they have charged $79 per month for each month again with no notification. Be careful what you sign they will take advantage of you. A Fair and reputable buisness practice would be to provide monthly notifications that they are charging you.

    What a great place to treat for all of your chiropractic needs. Dr. Ian is amazing. I have hyper mobile joints, muscle spasms and arthritis. Dr. Ian was able to pin point this issue and gave me a great adjustment with relief right away. The facility is clean, conveniently located and there is plenty of parking. 4 visits per month for $79.00 per month is more reasonable than my insurance copay.     I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I’m very disappointed with my experience. I originally only wanted the initial visit, but I felt pressured into signing up for a three-month membership. I haven’t been back since my first visit because I simply haven’t needed any additional treatments. Now that I’m starting school and can no longer afford the membership, I’ve been trying to cancel. I’ve called multiple times, but no one answers or returns my calls. It’s incredibly frustrating to be unable to reach someone about something as important as canceling a membership. Customer service shouldn’t disappear when a member wants to cancel. I would appreciate someone contacting me to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Until then, I can’t recommend this location based on my experience.

    Do not let this company lie and steal money from you!! If I could give zero stars I would for lack of honesty and poor customer service. My husband had no issues with the service plan he had but we have had nothing but troubles with mine. I signed up for the 6 month unlimited adjustments and specifically verified that the contract would end and not renew after the 6 months - we were informed by the staff there would be no additional commitments after the 6 months. So I signed up 1/2025 and stopped going 3/2025 and just threw away the remaining 2-3 months, no worries. I moved out of Florida 6/2025 and didn’t notice until 3/2026 that they had been charging me $80 each month for a monthly fee. As soon as I noticed I contacted them and spoke with Dina who was helpful and said she would reach out to Home office. Dina said someone should have reached out to me between March and July since I hadn’t used my membership but didn’t. Also, after I contacted her and she verified she would get this corrected, I was again charged a monthly fee. Since this, we have called and even traveled to Florida to rectify the situation. Luis the manager said there were no notations on my record and even insinuated that I never called despite the text I received from Dina. I later got a message from Dina that she was still waiting to hear from Home Office and it may take a few weeks. Now almost 6/2026 and no follow up. They probably hope I forgot and will just disregard the $800 they stole from me.

    I previously left a review that was less than stellar about The Joint addressing some issues that I was having with my experience as a member. I previously left one star, and voiced my annoyances. I have chosen to delete and rewrite my review because the...I believe the correct term is Medical Director, I'm unsure of his official title, but anyway, they took the time to call me and dig into why I was feeling so disatisfied, and to be fair, some of my dissatisfaction is on me and my ability to get adjusted as often as would be ideal for my body. After that conversation, and because they took the time to reach out and try to find a solution, I have to say I had a knee jerk reaction in a public space. I think it's important to recognize when a business/practice chooses to listen to their clients and cares enough to try to find a solution. I do recommend that if you visit The Joint you see Dr. Phil, Dr. Kristen or Dr. Ian. Not to say anyone there is bad or that you might not like someone else, but in my opinion, these 3 take the extra steps to make you feel comfortable enough to communicate your needs and to find solutions for your body. ?

    I had severe neck pain and I saw a sign for $39 initial visit. I told the staff at checkout that I DO NOT want to join a monthly club, I just want to come in a few times until my neck is better. I was tricked into signing a contract for a monthly plan even after I stated I only want to come in a few times. I went 2x and my neck felt worse. I have not been back. I emailed on 12/19/2025 to remind them NOT to charge my card for any monthly fee and that I would not be back. Now, they have charged my credit card $139 for the first visit which was supposed to be $39 and also they charged my card on 1/2/2026 for $89. All of this after I stated the first day that I DO NOT want to join any membership club. I have reported them to the BBB for misleading practices with contracts and false advertising with prices.

    WOW -- I rarely comment but this required one. Relatively new to town -- I've seen chiropractors my entire life and I'm almost 60. I will echo the other most recent review 'who welcomes new patients this way???' First I do want to say, I only briefly chatted with the Chripractor. (he seemed very personable and nice) -- my review is NOT about actual chiropractic services - my visit however was awful from the time I walked in. I realize its 2025 and we're all busy and in a hurry, however i was greeted with 'phone number?' -- ok. I gave her my phone #. - (I get it, that's how they do thing, but I'm a new patient.) Sse was clearly on a phone call using her headphones and I was clearly interrupting her phone call. It was at times difficult to tell if she was talking to me or the person on her phone. Our conversation was terse, bordering on rude. Although difficult to pickout through the mubbles and her other phone call, she said "I will send you paperwork' --- then when I didn't move -- 'you can sit down and I'll send you the paperwork' --- no paperwork ever came to my phone. (yes, I know when I get a text - i work in IT) Then the Dr. called me back, nice start to the conversation, however since he had, he sent me back to the front. Then they wanted to see my phone to 'help me fill out the paperwork' -- i explained to the woman, that the other woman never sent me any paperwork. I guess its tough to focus on your phone call and deal with clients at the same time. :( Sorry to have bothered you today. It will not happen again! It takes so little effort to give good customer service and yet it is getting harder and harder to find. Just a little bit of effort to take care of your clients would go so far. I've had three chiropractors over the years - the first for at least 20 years, the second for at least 5 years and the third for another 15 years. Who doesn't get off the phone long enough to acclimate a new patient to their practice and see that they are onboarded. Is that not just common sense when dealing with a new patient who will likely establish a long-term relationship with your organization? It isn't like I was there to make a one-time purchase of a $2 item. :( There's an addage that says if you give good customer service folks will tell a few people. If you give bad customer service they will tell 10 people. Its been just about an hour now and I've told ten people - this is a place i wouldn't go to ever again. Again, let me say, it isn't as if I presented with a difficult case and made life hard for the business etc. I was just a new patient coming to their practice, made to feel as if I was just an annoyance and a bother by the person they have sitting at the front desk while I iterrupted the phone call.

    Quick dast in and out. If you go same days its likely you can get the same tech to crack yyou up. This is my only complaint with the joint. You arent guaranteed the same tech si sometimes you might not get the same relief from rhe tech who cant seem to crack you. They do try though. Its not that they dont.

    So I really used to enjoy this place so at the end of February beginning of April this year I went to one of them and they basically effed me up. For 10 days, I was in pain Then I had an outpatient procedure at the hospital with another 10 days to recuperate so my virtual credit card was changed which by the way they try to charge me seven or eight times I went into them to discuss the matter. They said I had to pay for April and I said I’m not gonna be able to use any benefits of April because of the 20 days I just missed and I’m going to the Bahamas for a week. I like to start in May Well, the owner had canceled me out which is fine and then they said if you wanna come back, you can only do a package of three or 5 months of packages up front . U can’t get back on the monthly. So my girl and her son are now going to cancel and taking our business elsewhere. So they lost $239 a month. I own a small business with 24 employees which I reimburse them for chiropractic care, but as of June 1, the six that go to the joint, I will not be reimbursing They are still free to go on their own dime if they choose They only care about their money, not the health of the client There’s plenty of chiropractors in the area.

    My first experience at The Joint was definitely a positive one. Was greeted by a very friendly upbeat, office manager,Dina, and the waiting area is bright and Immaculately clean. The doctor was very attentive and professional explains everything very clearly and I left feeling much better than when I went in. They do not take insurance however they do run great specials… Do the math decide for yourself but in my case the six month deal works out better than if they did take insurance and I had a co-pay. I will highly recommend the Cape Coral,Santa Barbara office to anyone that needs a chiropractor.

    I think he fractured my sternum. It’s been almost a week now and I’m still in a lot of pain. I really just wanted my neck adjusted . My back went well and my neck cracked as well, but he forcefully pushed on my back and it was extreme pain in my sternum. I still have pain every day after and afraid to go back even though l paid for 2 months. It’s ridiculous that I’m still in pain in a my sternum when I never had an issue with it! Hate that I’m in pain every day because he was too forceful!

    I have been going to the joint for 3 months so far and it has been helping me much more than I expected. I have seen several different doctors and have been pleased with all of them. They actually listen and respond appropriately, treating any problems I am experiencing. Not having to make an appointment makes it easy to just stop in while out doing errands. I hadn’t realized how stiff and tight I was until I started feeling so much better. I’m so thankful I found them! I highly recommend! Update: I am still in love with the Joint! From the manager, Dina, to the doctors, all have been first class. They go out of their way to help make it a pleasant experience. I went in today having a muscle spasm in my back. Dr took the extra time to massage and work on my troublesome area. I love this place.

    Came as a walk in bc online it says they take in walk in but the lady said no walk ins today bc they were booked. Not one person was in the office and it literally takes 5-10 min for an adjustment. Maybe don't say you take walk ins were youre not doing them thanks I was in a lot of pain and needed an adjustment really bad and you guys are the only place open on a Saturday.

    Do not recommend it. Moved here from out of state. My wife showed up for a full adjustment and only received a partial adjustment. Then, she was told she needed to come back next week for the next adjustment. Very poor practice. We are used to a chiropractor that makes the adjustment and then provides stretches and exercises to try to avoid having to come back and especially within a weeks time. It's no hidden secret that this isn't the healthiest practice to have but at times necessary. Was very hopeful with all the positive reviews you can see. It's very misleading, unfortunately. They try to sell a membership essentially and that is sad. Gentlemen in front of me told the lady he was from out of state and was here temporarily for business and she ran his card for a months worth of visits then told him she couldn't refund the money without a manger. He clearly told her up front that he was not from here and wouldn't be here for a month. Sad.

    5 stars is not enought to give but Mr.Angel is my go to chiropractor i see him weekly in cape coral he is simply amazing at what he does.     Came down to SWF for sunshine and golf but after the first time playing I could barely move.     So I am an avid goer of Chiropractors, as i have pathological mobility and need somewhat frequent adjusting. I moved to Cape Coral end of December. I spent like 2 weeks looking for a chiropractor, but unfortunately all the ones I visited either didnt allow walk-ins or were booked out for like 2 weeks. Finally I passed the joint on my home from work one day and decided to turn around and go try my luck. Not only do they allow walk-ins, they also have a new patient special consultation+adjustment for $29!!! I signed up as a patient, did a refreshingly thorough consultation regarding my health history and information of attention(broken bones, plates, implants, etc). ^I would like to note that during that time about 6 people came in, got adjusted and left; as The Joint regularly has 2-4 chiropractors actively working at a time. Their turnover rate is seamless and fluid. And not rushed either.. that’s including them speaking with each patient to go over any updates or new areas of attention. * So then finally got my adjustment. WOOOWWW. Got popped and relieved literally from head to toe. Neck, shoulders, back, elbows, wrists, hips, and ankles. I legit had to just lay on the table for a few solid moments to just take in the relief of it all. After my visit I signed up for their 6-visit package deal (they have a tier system if deals - the more you bundle up front the cheaper they are per visit. My 6 visit bundle was like $199.. so each visit is like $33.) Of course you can also pay per visit if you wish but it’s like $50 (which really still isn’t bad. The industry standard is $45) Anywho, I’m literally sitting in my car writing this, again taking a second to enjoy the relief from today’s visit, and decided to leave a review while doing so. I think today is my 5th visit. After your initial consultation the visits are effortless; you walk in, give them your number, and literally walk back. (Again they have several people waiting to assist clients) so after work I pop in for 5-10 minutes and I’m out. I prefer to see Dr. Goodney. He’s really really thorough and extremely effective. - he’s managed to help me with some upper neck pain and shoulder pain I’ve dealt with for years. However all* of them are very kind and worth while. I highly highly encourage you to go by and check them out! Or rather let them check you out! Really, They’re snappin! (Sorry… I had to make a pun somewhere.)

    Be very careful when you do business with this organization. I went in to get some adjustments and paid for 5 months of care and was given one month at no cost by paying in advance. I got a call 2 weeks ago that said on December 17th my deal with them and if I wanted to Re-Up that deal to call in before the 17th. I decided not to call in as I no longer wished to retain their services as I found a better solution. On the 18th they charge my credit card for $80 which is one month of their services, I called and left a message after seeing that 2 weeks ago and asked for someone to call me as I wanted to make sure that whatever agreement they think that I've agreed to gets canceled. Not surprisingly no one called me back. I called in today as I had some time to do so to ensure that my membership had been canceled and they definitely don't make it easy except when they want to take payment. I have to go out of my way to go into this location and fill out a form according to them to cancel my membership. I asked to be sent a copy of my agreement that indicates that and they said they would not send it to me. Not a good way to do business, I've been a patient for I think at least a year and I found a better solution for my back pain, you shouldn't make it a pain for me to no longer be a patient cuz now I can guarantee I will never be one again...

    Most of the chiropractors are great, I just have a complaint about a lady at the front desk that Idid never see before , she is rude and doesn’t have any customer service skills, she said she was the “regional”. Today was my last visit before my monthly subscription finished but she charged me $45 extra. She said I used the 4 sessions, but I’m sure that I only used 3. Anyways she charged me because she find out the I wasn’t going to renew my monthly subscription. And she didn’t threat me well because I was canceling.

    The Cape Coral office with Dr Ian and Dr Tracy is fabulous. It is due to the fact that they are both very good chiropractors. I have been to many different ones over the years and so I think I have a clue as to good versus bad in the profession. They take the time to care how they're treating you based on your needs. Sometimes chiropractors do their little routine no matter what the patient is feeling or experiencing at the time and they do not adjust the situation. Ian and Tracy are not that way. They ey do the best job they can for you and I'm glad we found them. They are thorough and very nice as well.

    Finally found chiropractic care that adjusts ALL OF ME like I was use to from my dr I left behind upon moving here.     Thanks to Dr. Tracy and Dr. Ian for taking such good care of me. Being a marathon runner and triathlete and having tight hips and glutes is not a good combination. Thanks to Dr. Tracy who educated me on tight psoas muscles and how to deal with them and for always being positive, she keeps me going to run and train another day.     I will admit, I had no experience with such an open setting as The Joint. I am introverted so it was a stretch for me to try it. Two plus years later, I don’t even realize it is an open setting.     I have fibro and R/A. Due to fall it made things very bad. X-RAY showed arthritis nothing broken. Went to one chiropractor wanted mri, and a good amount of money, to a working class/ retired. I can’ stand to jump through hoops to get someone/Dr. to help. Found Dr. Sara first in Naples and now Cape Coral. I see here in both places because it’s convenient for me.     Fraud alert???? after talking to a few people I found out that I’m not the only victim! In July I signed up for a one time Appt. to help loosen a stiff back, after the Appt I went to check out and the young lady at the front desk asked if I was interested in a special promotion they were offering it was advertised on a pamphlet up front that said 4 treatments for 79.99, I thought to myself maybe I should in case I do need another visit in the future! ⛔️⛔️⛔️⚠️This is where they get you so be careful.. what I was not told is that this is a recurring fee that reoccurred after so many months and also if you don’t use those 4 visits, they don’t roll over which I really didn’t care to much about since I only visited for 2 Appt. out of the 4 in the promotion… not a huge deal there, but I stopped in when I saw a charge on my card the 2nd time, I thought it was an easy mistake and they would make things right! When I walked and explained the situation the employee behind the desk was extremely rude, I honestly thought she was joking but she wasn’t, she was straight forward and told me that the charge could not be refunded.. I kinda said hold on a second.. I looked at her and said so I’m being charged for services I don’t want, services that aren’t rendered and you won’t refund my money to me… she said no we can’t refund it.. what we can do is cancel your acct so you don’t get charged again!!!!! Again when I originally signed up for the one time promotion for 79.99 for 4 visits I was never told it was a recurring fee!! MY ONLY QUESTION IS CAN YOU REFUND THE SECOND CHARGE SINCE I NEVER GOT SERVICES AND I NEVER EVEN KNEW I WAS ON A CONTRACT OR RECURRING FEE, WILL YOU REFUND THE 79.99 CHARGE AND KEEP A CUSTOMER OR SAY SCREW HIM AND NOT MAKE IT RIGHT! Note: the woman that worked the front desk when I originally signed up was very nice, the same woman that was working the front desk when I came back to dispute a charge was not very nice, she was rather pretty rude, I was really hoping she would care to help out more and take care of a customer, I understand the charge might be out of her hands and she can’t do anything from her position but at least help your customers and try to lead them in the right direction, maybe give them a corporate direct contact or upper management member to contact or franchise owner… ultimately the taste you leave in the customers mouth is how your going to continue to receive business from them or even future customers!

    I moved from fl to Ky, forgot to cancel at the office before we moved. I called in and they told me to go to the nearest location and sign the cancellation form. I did that months ago like I did with my previous membership I had in Texas with no issues. To my surprise the florida location kept charging me every month. I disputed the charges when I realized I kept being charged. I called the local office here in louisville to confirm they had sent this to the cape coral office, and they confirmed and didn’t know why the cape coral office was still billing me. I have since been charged again and I do not give them permission to store my card information or to charge it. Update:You guys are full of it. The louisville ky branch think you are full of it too. They have the cancellation forms. No one from your office attempted to call once after several complaints and promises from you staff. It’s obvious a manager/store owner issue going on. Outside of buying fake reviews, not sure how you guys have such a high rating with these business practices. I have had a membership with the joint multiple times but you and your specific location gives bad service. I will never go back to any joint office and will tell people about your very unprofessional business practices. Take fault for your actions, no one is perfect and I understand people get busy, but neglecting to get back with me and then accusing me of trying to take advantage.     Frauds, thieves! Stole money when services have not been rendered. Falsifying documents. Will never agree to go here or any other location. They stole money from my husband. MY husband say for over 45 minutes while other people walked in to get seen by the quack that runs the place I used to be a member at the location in Columbus Ohio and they were outstanding and amazing This place here on Santa Barbara sucks. I would not recommend it go to a regular chiropractor instead of a company that's wanting to sign you up for a monthly fee just like a gym membership.

    I bought the "Buy 5 months and get your 6th month free" package. I think the doctors here are very friendly here but after 4 months of continuous pain I knew I needed more than chiropractor. I didn't even use the last 2 months I paid for because it wasn't helping and I didn't want my back to get worse. I saw that they charged me in July for a "one month" price and I called to ask about this, as my receipt from January literally says "one time purchase" and I was instructed that it's actually a membership and after the 6 months are up, you go onto a monthly reoccurring plan. I was never informed this and I was glad to still have my receipts. The girl that day told me I needed to come in and sign cancelation paperwork and it would be sent to corporate. I waited two weeks and called back asking for a follow up on this to know where my money was. I was told "Oh well it looks like you canceled on the day you were rebilled so we can't refund you". At that time I gave an attitude and repeated what I had said 2 weeks prior AND earlier on the phone. It then immediately changed to "Oh you bough the buy 5 get 1 month free, okay, we can refund you". & they did refund me, but I found the inconsistent information very strange. If you are having serious back issues I don't recommend this place, they don't do xrays and they just adjust you and they all work differently. I would get imaging done to your areas of concern and see if chiro is the right path for you and then find an office where you make your appointments with the doctor to be truly seen and heard. Verses being a member of a mill where turnover is important. However, if you just like the feeling of a quick realignment and don't mind being on a monthly subscription then sure this is worth it. I won't ever come back due to billing confusion and inconsistent communication. The place is VERY clean though, so you don't need to worry about dirty areas or anything, and they are open 7 days a week which was also nice. Dr. Tracy was by far the best!

    They take there time to analyze your problem. I have had back and neck issues for years after two bad car accidents and went to different chiropractors. I have bone spurs in my neck and all down my spine,degenerative disc disease through out my spine, and moderate to severe bulging disc in my T-12.     Dr. Phil was amazing! I have dealt with sciatica and lower back pain for a few years now and after just my first visit I’ve never felt better.     This place is a fraud!! They have taken money out if my account monthly for a year when i never signed any membership or account with them. I went there once and paid for a couple of visits, they kept my credit card information and used it to take money monthly for a whole year without my permission.     Phenomenal place to treat for all of your chiropractic needs. Dina is an amazing manager. Dr. Phil, Dr. Taryn, Dr. Tracey and Dr. Carlos are great doctors and intuitive. I have hyper mobile joints, muscle spasms and arthritis. Dr. Carlos was able to pin point this issue and gave me a great adjustment with relief right away. The facility is clean, conveniently located and there is plenty of parking. 4 visits per month for $79.00 per month is more reasonable than my insurance copay. Plus I can go to any Joint location nationwide. The staff up front is very empathetic and make you feel welcomed! Would highly recommend! Thank you for 5 star service!

    I have to say that Dr. Tracy Olson is a godsend for me. I first started seeing her in the Fort Myers location. After a few months of seeing her in the Fort Myers location she changed locations to the Cape Coral office. I live 3 miles from the Fort Myers office but I have not been back since she moved to the Cape Coral office. I now drive the extra 30 minutes one way and pay the extra toll just to see her in Cape Coral. She is a wonderful Doctor. She listens to my concerns and adjusts her practices for my comfort levels. I am not always the best patient but she is always so willing to work with me to get me feeling better. I highly recommend seeing Dr Tracy Olson at the Cape Coral office.

    The doctors are good with the job but it was hard to get them to send the correct paperwork to my other Dr for future check ups .I have talk to the staff about cancelling my membership and is Alway something,I follow everything they told me and now they told me that the person in charge of billing is on Vacation so there for the charge my card for this month that I'm not able to go and they will not refund the money .So they will keep this month payment until the billing person come back.$80 my not be a lot for some people but for me is gas money to continue going to my job for two weeks.I' m Sorry I ever came to the place due to necessity I guess I get what we pay for.. cheap service and delays to any question that I may have

    What a difference between this location and that in Fort Myers! The staff at this office were welcoming and friendly, explained the enrollment process without a heavy sales pitch, and worked me in to see Dr Phil. My first time getting adjusted, and it was a life changing experience. The relief from my lower back and hip pain was immediate and lasted for almost a week. I went back for a second visit, was greeted just as warmly, albeit different staff. Once again, worked into his schedule and once again, felt transformed from the pain I've lived with for years, not realizing three minutes of work could give such instant relief. If only I didn't live so far away, I would enroll and make this a regular stop.

    I have never been to a chiropractor before. I've been dealing with back and shoulder issues for decades. 3 visits later, although not cured and don't expect that, I feel so much better. Pain went from dilapidating to, jeez, I can move around practically pain free. A feeling I haven't had in so many years. These guys are great. Very nice staff and don't think you can beat the price.

    I originally gave this location 3 stars, but I revised it because of the amazing customer service I received following the original review. Here's the first review. I've added an update to the end. The girl that was at the front desk on the morning of Monday, December 20, 2021 does not need to work in customer service. When I arrived, there was no greeting or welcome in, just "what's your number." There was no explanation that there was going to be a wait. I've never had to wait that long to be seen. There were 7 people in front of me with only one doctor working. He was nice and took his time to explain different things. He made me feel like I was the only patient he had. I'm sure every patient felt that way. But the front desk attendant was horrible. Not the experience I wanted to have on my birthday. This guy came in while she was on the phone. She didn't acknowledge his presence until after the call, which was long. Then she continued with her attitude even before she realized he was coming in with a problem. They started yelling at each other. The customer ended up de-escalating the situation and asked her to cancel his membership, which she did. I miss the young lady (Faith) that used to work there when I first started going to this location months ago. She was nice and called everyone sweetie although she looked very young herself. She made me feel like she had an old soul with a sweet disposition. Update: Shortly after posting this review (I mean less than 30 minutes later), I received a call from the manager. She assured me she would handle the situation and updated my account with a few free adjustments. I thanked her for her quick response and suggested she give the free adjustments to the man who canceled his account instead. Afterall, his experience was far worse than mine. But nonetheless, I'm impressed by how quickly she responded and appreciative of the fact that she cared enough to reach out.

    I’ve moved out of state and despite the fact that I sent them the form that they say is a “legal document” signed. They will only accept certified mail. I even offered to DocuSign to cancel which is legally binding but they refused. They make it absolutely impossible to cancel. I went three times and was charged for 3 months. I want a refund I’m very upset. This is a bait and switch. Sounds good upfront then they screw you after you sign up.

    I’m so happy to have found chiropractors who can help with ankles and hips … not just my back and neck. I had a subtle but visible rotation from years of golf, and I’m balanced now. I also do yoga where one side being more flexible can cause imbalance. I like knowing I can get the corrections I need.     Dr. Michelle is wonderful! I am so thankful for the magic she has been working to relieve my back, neck and hip pain. Degenerative arthritis causes my back to pop out in the wrong direction very easily and then once the muscles lock it is all over!     I love The Joint Chiropractor! It is the best. I was in pain for quite a while and a friend recommended this place. I already saw my doctor and she gave me a shot for my hip pain which did not work. My first day at The Joint the Chiropractor took good care of me and I walked out feeling 70% better.     Update 6/30/25: Never quitting this place! Had a serious health situation (or so it seemed) and tried getting adjusted at the Joint first and the doctor was very knowledgable and turned out I didn't need to get "other" medical attention and I've completely recovered. Update 4/20/25: STILL amazing. I had a need for some extra appointments due to something stupid I did, lol. ALL of the doctors who are here, are so kind and helpful. You'll find that your body may respond slightly better to one doctor or another and if so, you can wait for that doctor when he/she is on but I find that all of them are excellent and it mostly doesn't matter who I get. Update1/20/2024! We remain unspeakably grateful for every single person at The Joint! Getting on the buy 5 get 1 free month plan is a massive home run. Prior post: Still thrilled after years being a patient here. Now my wife has joined the buy 5 months, get one FREE plan and has gotten RID OF HER HEADACHES. Very pleased.     I was in a ton of pain and went to a different chiropractor who said they couldn’t help me and referred me to an orthopedic.     Chiropractor is decent but manager and staff are snakes.. deceptive Con artists. they get you in that contract and lie.. telling you they are giving you 6 free visits. COVID happened and they would not extend the 6 free past their one month time frame, called to ask and manager had an attitude and acted like COVID was not a concern due to they are a essential service! It took me a month to get them out of my Health savings account and Discover Card. 10/20/20 I just received my dispute back from Discover, thats why I waited to do this review. And You will not BULLY me to take my review down, its the truth. I did not ask for a math lesson. its called customer service... you might try it.

    They really are good! I got a complete adjustment head to toe and the gentleman chiropractor noticed my sinuses were swollen and with him putting pressure on certain points on my face and head, I now have a clear nose and can breathe easier and no pressure in my head.     If you're having neck and back pain while visiting the area, check this place out! I was in town from Chicago and thrilled to see this location less than a mile from where I was staying. I needed an adjustment due to pain from not having my own bed and pillow. Dr. Natalie was so pleasant and did a fantastic job. She even made sure to send me off with an ice pack since I didn't have one at our rental house. I love that I didn't have to wait until I got home to feel better! Highly recommend this place!

    Worst place ever. They made me sign a form and explained to me everything just skimming through what was on it. I asked if there was any additional things I should know and they said no. I signed and they started charging me $70 a month and I haven’t even had time to go. I called them and asked if they could refund me the money and I asked me why it was a subscription and they said sorry but we can’t refund anything and you won’t cancel anything because you signed the paper so too bad. She had an attitude and kept on repeating that she was taking my money monthly whether I liked it or not. She had a terrible attitude. I left the place with the same pain I walked in with. I begged and begged to end my subscription and they kept denying until I called the bank and they blocked payment. WORST PLACE EVER!!! They just want your money and to trap you with a contract

    Drs. are hit and miss... some good (Dr. Natalie/Ashley), some not (2 of them openly arguing over who has to take the wheelchair lady). Front desk girls are GREAT! Management is terrible - when I brought the disability discrimination to the owner's attention he was indifferent and has terrible problem solving/customer skills [or, worse yet, condones this behavior?]. I've gone to 6 different Joint facilities in other towns/states who are all excellent -- these owners [same ones as Ft. Myers] are by FAR the worst.

    The chiropractors were fantastic. That being said, I was trying to cancel my wellness plan during the pandemic. I was told I had to come in person or scan and return the form. This was not an option for me, so I was told to send it in the mail. Two weeks later, I was charged a monthly fee. I was then told it had to be sent certified mail, which they never originally told me. I was then told to take a picture of the form and send it, no problem, but they kept my money for a month I wouldn't use. Called corporate and never received a call back. Great chiropractors, bad customer service.

    It took a while, but we finally found a practice very similar to what we enjoyed up north. The place is very clean and comfortable, the front staff is friendly, and each of the chiropractors have been fantastic. I love that it's all walk-in, no appointments. Super convenient because we can just pop in when we're on that side of town. We also signed up for the monthly membership because it is SO worth it. Your cars need regular alignments, why wouldn't you do the same for your body?! I highly recommend checking this place out!

    I had never been to a chiropractor before and in my line of work it causes a lot of back pain, so I decided to give it a try after barely being able to move today. When I walked in a young woman greeted me and got me set up. It was a very relaxing environment. It was clean, the music was soothing and the decor was nice. I had Dr. Natalie Hydock and she was amazing. She talked with me about what was going on and educated me. She gave me an adjustment and gave me some "homework" on a technique I should do at home to help with the pain. She was very kind and attentive. I was pretty nervous, but felt very relaxed when she started talking to me. Upon leaving I signed up for a membership to come in and have this issue fixed. The young lady at the front was very helpful and friendly. I didn't quite get her name though. I wish I had. She deserves the recognition! Two thumbs up from me! I can't wait for my adjustment on Saturday!

    Everything was good for 1st ever chiropractic visit. It will be interesting to see what happens from multiple visits. Even though I don’t suffer from back pain, my joints have been stiffer with age. We will see how the treatments help. Wife also liked. Said very professional and thorough.
