This place claimed to help with Sciatica. When I signed up, they got me for a contract at $90 a month that has a minimum 2 month length. After going there for a month and a half, the older female chiropractor admitted that what they do doesn't help with sciatica, that i need some special technique ((Starts with a G, can't remember the name)) and that what they do couldn't help me. They charged me for a second month. I called to cancel before the third month would be charged and was told No, the Minimum 2 months doesn't count the first month and they refuse to cancel it until they charge me again. In the end I had to call my bank and put a stop on that card so they couldn't charge it and file a credit card fraud complaint. Not only did they not help, they milked a limited income disabled vet for as much as they could and then wouldn't even honor their own contract and let me cancel. Avoid at all costs.

Great place! I have a monthly membership and it’s so worth it. I’m actually from west palm beach just visiting for vacation and you can use your membership at any location. Loved this place and the doc that cracked me ???? I will say it’s neither of the people shown on the website that was there at the time I visited so I cannot attest to How they are. But I had a great experience nevertheless.

I just love the joint. I love the convenience of walk ins. I have found excellent care in many offices in many states. I have a great relationship with Dr. Linda. She now practices Estero so I do not always drive to that office. My new Dr. is Dr Dina in the Fort Myers office. I have crawl in with alot of pain and with in a few minutes in her talented hands I walk off with relief. Dr. Margaret Newton adjusted me for the first time today and I’m so glad to have visited. I’ve been in serious pain for the last week and Dr. Newton took her time to assess me before adjusting my hips and spine. She also showed this old old dog a new trick with stretching my piriformis, thank you Doctor! I already have relief and I’m looking to being totally pain free. My wife and I have been patients here for 2 years and will continue with the Joint indefinitely. Dr. were great but the front office and predatory and sneaky terns are worse than a used car sales lot. I have spoken and emailed numerous times about cancelling my membership since I moved out of town and am no longer available at the Ft Myers, Fl location. I was told to mail the cancellation form or stop by another store and have them upload it and they will send it to the Ft Myers store so they can cancel my membership. I stopped by the Orlando location on Chickasaw Trail Rd. and was helped and the lady at the front desk in which she uploaded and emailed my cancellation form. I called to follow up on my cancellation and was met with the most unprofessional customer service of your employee Jocelyn at the Ft Myers location. She was rude and condescending by continuing to over talk me and kept trying to tell me my only option is to come into the store. She refused to help me by even checking to see if she got the email but was able to tell me that I have moved. Hmmm It is what is on my cancellation form reason for cancellation. Her demeaning tone and lack of helping me cancel my membership needs to be addressed. This behavior reflects poorly not only at this location in Ft Myers but your company as a whole. I demand that my membership be cancelled.

So if your goal is to be transparent and explain your terms and conditions why would the front desk person not have offered the $29 initial consult deal to me? If you really have my best interests in mind why would I have paid $108 at my very first visit instead of the $29 deal? Here’s why, because I told him I did not want the membership that came with the promo deal and this was the price quoted. I guess having 20 years experience in the medical field and 10 years law enforcement I should know better than to trust a “medical facility” such as yours and read your paperwork THOROUGHLY. I don’t expect you to make this right because in your eyes you did nothing wrong… but please explain why I turned down the $29 exam and still signed up for a membership?? which were the terms to get the $29 price?? Why did your employee not give me the deal if he was looking out for my best interest? I’m not finished with this and I will not have anything good to say about your facility

I had specifically told the person that signed me in I did not want any type of membership, I paid $108 instead of the $29 first visit “deal” just for that reason. My HSA has had $79 deducted unbeknownst to me for months now, I only get a statement from this account quarterly so I was unaware. Beware of all the paperwork because verbally telling someone that you DONT want a membership does not mean a thing to them. I asked the person who answered the phone today if this happen a lot and he said no…..I call BS, shame on you. This is how they stay in business because the service I recieved was a waste of time it did not help at all hence why I did not go back.

I love love the Fort Myers location on Dani drive. Dr. Linda and Dr. Taryn are my go to gals! Always a great adjustment with little or no wait. Very personal and professional and of course can't leave out Joe at the front desk is great too! I'm stiil in search of and hoping to find as good of Dr's as you both in Michigan for the summer months.

Wish I could give this place a 0/5 stars. I scheduled the free promo session, excited to try a chiropractor for the first time. When I called to confirm my session, the person on the phone denied the promo and was not courteous to my situation at all. Horrible customer service. I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

Two young doctors seemed qualified and conscientious, HOWEVER, I went in for the $29 special snd agent did NOT listen to me— signed me up for multiple visits after I left and charged my credit card and would not give me a receipt. Went there a second time and attempted to pay for my visit in cash / per visit as prearranged… said I was charged $228 for a package I did not agree to as I live out of state, not $29 as I asked for !!! When I approached the agent he lied to my face and said I accepted a package plan… I did NOT… this is total fraud and I highly recommend no one goes for this $29 special !! I will pursue their actions with my credit card company and BBB. Same agent said he had not the authority to refund c/c snd that someone from the company will call me to argue the situation !! This boy should not be interacting with customers. His behavior was disgraceful… he snuggly asked me why I would sign a blank form, and threw the form at me that he filled out after I left !!!! It is a damn shame these great young chiropractors are subjected to this environment… I hope they can start their own practices soon !

Dr Carlos has done great things with my back. With only a few adjustments he has almost all my pain gone. When he starts the adjustment I can feel the bones when they start lining up and it feels so much better. I would recommend Dr Carlos for any chiropractic needs you may have

Dr. Linda is great, I give her five stars, but as far as getting a problem resolved by the office manger is so not good doesn't take care of the problem and doesn't make sure it is resolved very very poor customer service on the office manger part and she doesn't call back and can't get in touch with corporate

I had done some research for local chiropractic offices to get worked on because I had started having issues and came across The Joint. I saw good reviews, price point is fair, and was close to where I live/work. MY back got to the point where I was crooked when I walked and came to The Joint on my lunch break. Staff was very friendly and both Doctors were welcoming and talked to me about my issues. Within a week, I was walking straight again and getting my full range of motion and mobility back. I'm now down to once a week to get adjusted and the best my back has felt in years. Highly recommend becoming a customer at The Joint.
