    Plans here certainly aren’t subject to “thorough review.” As I arrived for my 1st ever visit, I was rushed through paperwork to fill out before being able to see Dr. Adams. None of the forms being thoroughly explained. Dr. Adams was a game-changer for sure, but you’re only as strong as your weakest link, and the front desk reception is critically challenged. This organization just saves that to protect themselves. When I arrived I was excited to get started with a program to fix some issues, however I was charged for sessions I couldn’t make, and when I reached out for them to stop charging me, instead of referring to any policy or paperwork signed, they simply said “understood, thank you.” And proceeded to attempt to charge me again lol this place is just flat-out deceiving.

    This will be my last visit here..they upped the price to 55 the chiropractors tone changed with me when I told them I wasn't really interested in their plans because of the price change and distance I feel I got kinda a half done adjustment and she was holding back on me and to top it off when their doors closed for the day I got an alert they tried to charge my card...for what I just paid for in cash never coming back here again.

    The team at the Joint in Jupiter Fl are fantastic. The reception is always warm and wellcoming and the Dr is one of the best in the system. I have been to facilities all around the country and I always look forward my treatment in Jupiter. The Joint is a great national brand providing excellent care around the country. I wish there were more locations in NYS because I spend a lot of time there. So when I get back in Florida one of the Joint location is always one of my 1st stops.
