I was told to stop getting adjusted by someone at the joint due to a shoulder injury. I didn’t mention the injury they could tell as the adjusted me. Per their order I asked them to pause my membership... I was in the prepaid 6 months and 24 adjustments. So over 12 left. So I stopped getting adjusted per their Doc’s orders. Only later found no one paused it and they are now charging me a monthly fee. I tried over and over to get in touch with Dina. After 2 months of trying and someone at the front desk, saying that they would make sure that she calls me back right away because it has been a consistent follow up, reach reaching out for her. I never did hear from Dina directly that same front desk person called me back and said that Dina was able to help me with a doctors note. I explained I don’t have one. That order to discontinue adjustments was an employee at The Joint. What I do have is my MRI which still isn’t necessary. The Dr who asked to avoid further damage to the area was an employee at The Joint. Tried contacting Dina for months. Ultimately just disputed 3 months worth of $79 charges. Now I could ignore their calls. I won’t. If they reach out over the charge backs I will communicate. At the end of the day I can dispute my last 3 months of monthly charges. What I actually want is my unused visits too. They weren’t free and they weren’t used PER THE JOINT’S instructions. I had more than half of them left. I don’t know how to emphasize that enough. THE JOINT said to not come any longer. I needed surgery for the shoulder. They did not want to risk the manual manipulation causing even more damage to the area.

Dr Sara Weyer, D.C., treated me last Friday , I must say she was more than thorough, I came in with excruciating pain in my upper back radiating to my neck - after the adjustment I felt immediate relief! She did adjustments I never even knew were possible, I highly recommend her and even though I live hours from this location I may have to do the drive again just to get her trained adjustment again. Super grateful for the entire Joint Chiropractor community as I have utilized there services across the state of Florida and other states. My only 2 regrets 1) I didn’t find your service sooner 2) You don’t have an office in Cancun, Mexico ( We go to the all inclusive resorts and would love to get a treatment while on vacation)

I had such a bad sciatica case and called and spoke to Dani who was so helpful and got me in right away to Dr. Frank who alleviated my pain so I could go back to work. I bought a maintenance plan that basically is 9 visits including my first one for 129.00 which is the lowest I have ever paid for chiropractic visits ever!!!

just grateful that you get a REALLY good adjustment ( Dr Frank is AMAZING ) and it's not an arm and a leg... most chiropractors want about three times as much as much as the joint... I get it there are people in Naples with money to burn but I am not one of them and for the longest time chiropractic care was not affordable or accessible for people like me.... thank God that there's still some sanity in the world.

Hey, they could have thrown me a bone. I went to the clinic over a year ago. I paid $79 for the month. I didn't realize it was a recurring payment. My fault. It was necessary for me to go the medical route for my issue. I was surprised to see 79 dollars was being taken out. A friend was monitoring my expenses while I was ill. I hope they might give me a little refund. I did receive a curt voicemail from Dina that unfortunately I would receive nothing. Don't know the skill set at the clinic, but the client relations set is lacking. Kudos to the very pleasant receptionist. Management should take a page from her playbook.

I was a member at The Joint Chiropractic in Naples for about three months. Although I couldn’t always make it to all my sessions, I kept paying. Two weeks ago, I went in and canceled my membership. The person who helped me told me I still had three sessions left, and that my last day to use them was June 3. Today, June 3, I showed up for what I believed was my final session — only to be told that my sessions had expired yesterday, June 2. The woman at the front desk was cold and dismissive. I explained what I had been told, and she simply said, “The person who told you that no longer works here.” No apology, no solution, no consideration for the fact that I was misinformed by their own staff. The manager then told me I had to pay $55 if I wanted to be seen. So not only did I lose paid sessions, I also wasted my time and gas driving there, and was treated with complete indifference. The customer service was appalling. No one took responsibility, and they just shrugged it off like it wasn’t their problem. I paid for a full month and only got one session. This is not how you treat paying customers. If your employees make mistakes, the business should own them, not punish the client. Would absolutely not recommend.

Dr. Sara at The Joint Chiropractic is amazing. She’s gentle, attentive, and knows exactly how to relieve my back and neck pain without triggering my psoriatic arthritis. I always leave her care feeling better and truly listened to. Unfortunately, my experience with the other two chiropractors hasn’t been the same. Even after explaining my condition, they were too rough, and after my last visit (when Dr. Sara wasn’t available), I left in more pain than I came in with. I’m now in one of the worst flare-ups I’ve ever had. If you have chronic pain or psoriatic arthritis, I highly recommend only seeing Dr. Sara. She’s the reason I keep coming back.

My experience started with a very easy online booking for my 1st appointment. That feeling of ease gave way quickly upon arrival when I was told my appointment slot was somehow double booked and asked if I didn’t mind waiting. I expressed that I was on a tight schedule but didn’t know how long it would be so I gave myself a little more time for the visit. I did have some intake paperwork to fill out and in that time, perhaps 5 minutes, 3 other people walked in and scanned so now not only was I bumped on the double booking I was bumped 3 more times to accommodate those patients as well. Naturally I was very displeased by this. After that I was brought back and seen and given an experience that seemed a little chop shop and lacked any evidence of individuality. The info given came off very wrote and as if it was repeated 100 times already that day. All that being said what came after was a very effective adjustment and genuinely relieved the thoracic discomfort I was experiencing. Despite the rough start, ultimately I decided to sign on for the monthly package and give the office another chance.

Nice staff they make you feel like family there and my back is better also thank to the wonderful team of people that really care about you I recommend this to any one who struggles with this. I have worked on a stone crab boat and was bent over the boat catching traps that weigh about 60 lbs dry and 80 lbs wet and then after hauling the crab pots in . We stack them on the boat bout 600 traps on the boat and them all weigh 80lbs a piece. Needless to say only 4 visits now and I feel like a brand new man. Sorry so long but I just wanted to give you a visual on how bad my pain was. Thank you joint chiropractic can't wait to come back asap. Absolutely THE WORST customer service! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!!! They charged me for MONTHS after I canceled and will not refund me even though they are at fault for not processing the cancelation. It took THREE phone calls before a manager would finally call me back. FOUR phone calls before I could get a cancelation confirmation. When they finally did follow up they are only refunding me half of what I'm disputing and the manager made the EMPLOYEE call me back. What kind of business are you running????

I’m from out of town so I tried the Naples office while visiting. Ashley at the front desk was so helpful my first visit and always smiling and sweet on every visit. I primarily saw Dr Jeff and he’s been so helpful. Listening to understand my aches each visit. I suffer from a childhood accident and lots of bumps and bruises throughout life so each visit could be different. I really like the concept of the joint without appointments and availability on weekends. However they really tried to get you on a monthly thing that doesn't fit everyones lifestyle. They wanted 80 for a month for 4 sessions however I asked if they could stretch the 4 sessions across 2 months and they told me since its billed monthly that they cant. If they offered a bit more flexibility in scheduling/ billing i think it could be a lot more business for them

The person that worked on me and I can’t remember her name I’m horrible with names she was amazing I was an astronomical pain when I went in after one session and much better and I know I have to go back but I would highly recommend going there because they are compassionate and they do know what they’re doing.

Dropped in for an adjustment. Did not go well and had to go to my regular guy at my summer place to get corrected. Made the mistake of pre-purchasing a six visit package of which I had used none. I called to ask for a refund and they refused. Bad service and customer service. UPDATE: After the response from The Joint, I want to clarify that my major reason for the bad review was their poor customer service. I have always been unimpressed with their service and was ready to make a change but had purchased a $200 6-pack of visits, NONE OF WHICH HAD BEEN USED. I requested a refund and they refused. No reason for them to use this type of hook to insure revenue.

I had bad experience at the joint, i went with my mother on August 26 2024, the receptionist was very nice, but when the doctor came out the first thing he said after introducing himself was “ you speak really good English” after my consultation my mother was next, and he immediately assumed that she didn’t speak any English, I overheard his conversation with hi colleague, without giving my mom a chance he just didn’t see her. My mom does speak English a broken English but she understands enough, and I happen to be a medical interpreter, but we were not even given a chance, a few hours later he send me a text and apologized saying that he wears a hearing aid, but I think that’s irrelevant. If English is not your first language you should take your business elsewhere.

When I came inI could barely walk quickly Dr .Sara said you need film (X-Ray) and then mri, (she was absolutely right 2 hip tears and much more) But she did her magic w her wonderful Hands and God giving gift. She’s super intelligent and very friendly, she’s an awesome person as well. She set my care plan and I continued coming, to Dr. Sara and Dr Hembree both and loe and behold I could lift my leg off the ground to actually walking and now standing longer and longer. If it wasn’t for her and her knowledge I wouldn’t be able to walk or even lift my foot off the ground. That I can say she was literally the only one besides Dr H that help me at all! The care payment plans are excellent and I feel I can speak to being in chiropractic for 33 years myself as a CT and X-Ray technician, office manger. I honestly have used several joints nationwide now but the best team is right in my home town of Naples and I’m blessed beyond for what Dr.Sara was able to do for me. After the return of hip pain I went to the joint only to be greater by Dr. Sara, which I was over the moon she was back! Dr Sara is a definite plus at the Joint Chiropractic she put my very painful hip back in place and gave me a well needed adjustment! I can’t tell you what Dr Sara means to me being back!! If you want to get scam go to the joint at Naples. My husband find a promotion in Facebook first time pt $29 when we went there we found a guy I don’t remember his name , he told us we need to pay for 2 months in other to be seen by the doctor. I ask him is it a subscription he swear to us no. After 2 months no money will be withdrawn to our debit card. That day we paid $108 in march and in April $79. My husband didn’t pay attention since march every month they withdraw $79 . I call Wednesday I talk to Dina asking for my refund the guy lies to us , she said she will call me back and never did , I call her again she said I will call yon back I’m busy still now no call. I call back Friday spoke to Ashley ask me to come to unsubscribe I told her I’m not coming because my husband didn’t sign any contract with them. Purchased a Groupon for this location and was met with the worst Customer Service in trying to use the same. I printed the page off of Groupon with the required bar code and reference number and the location Manager Dina was rude and confrontational. She said the Groupon was only good for new customers. Not true. She said the bar code on the page with the numbers for redemption was not good enough. When trying to pull up the purchase on Groupon the WI FI was lagging and unresponsive and all she could say was you’re gonna have to pay the $45. I drove 25 miles for this treatment and could not have been treated worse. The Chiropractor on duty was very good and the new girl being trained was very patient and helpful. The Manager should be fired. Talk about Customer No Service. This was my fourth visit in the last few months and it will definitely be my last.

I have seen all of the doctors at different visits and all have been a huge help in my progress. All are friendly and know what they are doing. I always walk out feeling better and after two months I am doing great. Can’t beat the price for the monthly plan. I recommend you go there before you spend thousands elsewhere. I have done that too so I am glad there is The Joint in Naples. I first saw one in North Carolina after seeing a chiropractor for over a year and The Joint did not disappoint in either location.

Dr. Frank is a seasoned Doctor and strong chiropractor. He has managed my chiropractic care extremely effectively. He’s the reason I go to this location. The joint in Naples has a lot to fix. Starting with the front desk. Ever since Freddie left, the front desk person has no customer service experience. At least he doesn’t show it . He is rude, unfriendly, and acts like he is in charge. I asked to speak to the operating manager and he said no need. I asked to be cancelled many times by phone due to illness and I could come in later date to sign. Still no! I asked for the flex to use my unused months when I’m well after my kidneys are better. Won’t stand to reason. Make sure you know what you’re signing. It’s all about the money. He was cancelling me without speaking with manager????

The joint is by far the best chiropractor team I have experienced. I have been regularly going to different chiropractors since I was in high school and my back has never felt better since I started seeing Dr. Sarah in January! I suggest her to everyone that complains of any back, neck, or hip issues. This place has seriously change my overall living with regular weekly appointments that is also not breaking the bank. I've gotta get something off my chest about my recent experience at Joint Chiropractic. Now, let me start by saying that for the past year, I've been a regular there, like clockwork. I even convinced my mom to give it a shot, and she's been treated there too. Doctor Sarah? Absolute legend. The reception staff? Always top-notch, super polite. But then there's today, and boy, did things take a nosedive. So, I rolled up to make sure my mom was removed from MY account, since she went back to Brazil and just wanted to make sure payment was canceled that I previously requested. Simple, right? Wrong. Enter the manager. I wish I caught her name, but honestly, I'd rather forget. I explain the situation, just need confirmation that my mom's payment was canceled, no more charges coming our way. Seems reasonable, yeah? Apparently not to Manager Magoo over here. She hits me with the "Sorry, we can't disclose patient info" spiel. Okay, fair enough, I get privacy laws. But then she drops the bomb that my mom has to be there in person to cancel. Cool, cool, except we already canceled in person, and now my mom's chilling in Brazil. And to top it off, she adds insult to injury, saying my mom could call herself to cancel. Brilliant idea, except she's not exactly fluent in English, I mean she speaks absolutely zero English. Cue the frustration. I end up having to play translator over the phone just so my mom can mutter the word "cancel" in English for them to budge an inch. Seriously? My account, my payments, I didn't need any additional “patient information”. Look, I get it, rules are rules, but there's a thing called common sense and customer service. A little empathy goes a long way. So, Joint Chiropractic, do yourselves a favor and maybe invest in a manager who understands basic human decency and can handle situations without making customers feel like they're pulling teeth. On top of that frustration, I asked to make a change to my account subscription, and she refuses to let me today because I need to “wait until a few days before my renewal”... hmmm sounds like she hopes I forget so it keeps charging under that plan. End of rant. Thanks for listening.

I would not have normally made a complaint about a service before, but this was not the right thing for them to do. I paid for the month of March with a deduct from my bank account and went in for an adjustment yesterday and was told that I had not paid for March on there computer. I showed them the withdrawal from my account and was told since it did not show on their computer that they would not provide a service. So where did the money go? It went to their account so I had to contact my bank to dispute the payment. They could have made this easier and found out where the money went, provide services or refunded my money.

Was a good practice - in the past - but will not let you purchase a single adjustment. I like the doctor - he's good. I clearly need an adjustment and am in pain. The guy with a beard and glasses in the front would not let me purchase an adjustment. What type of clinic refuses to help someone in pain without forcing a high pressure sales approach on me? This is a place that will not treat people who need help. Since it is Saturday I do not have other options. I will have to live with it until Monday when I'm working in Tampa? Do not go unless you like feeling like you are at a used car dealership. Beware of using Groupon. The Groupon page says you can buy up to 3 times, but the clinic will not accept past the first. I asked about getting a single adjustment more than once. It says $45 on the price chart but all I got was a high pressure sales pitch about a multi visit plan. I will not be back and will be telling all my friends and family about my experience today. Update to the reply: Why wasn't I allowed to buy a single visit then? I asked more than once and all I got was a high pressure sales pitch. I need an adjustment and I left after I asked twice and was given a slimy high pressure sales pitch. To be clear: I asked twice about paying $45 and it was not offered. What I got instead was a high pressure sales pitch.

I ordered a Groupon for one visit so I could force myself to get back into a routine of seeing a chiropractor. I figured it would be low risk since it is a good deal and a consult would help me see what I needed to do to get better. We don’t have a place like this in Philadelphia. Well. I couldn’t even get a consult let alone get past the front desk. I was told I had to buy a package before I even saw anyone. I paid for a visit didn’t I? I don’t see this caveat on your website or in groupon’s fine print. And how are you supposed to know if you like the place? I’m glad I didn’t accept because right away the front desk guy with the beard and glasses was unwelcoming. He didn’t even understand why I was there. (?) So much so that I felt super intimidated and definitely NOT welcomed. At least fake it. They try to make it seem easy here, but it’s a money grab. I guess this is my sign to go to a real practice.

I stopped here while on family vacation and would have rather saved my money and waited until returning home. The doctor is not very receptive to your complaints and is very dismissive about doing adjustments you ask for. My neck pain was met with “maybe you should drink more water”. Doctors like this are what lead me to lose faith in our medical system, as they’re only there to collect a check.

This place is a scheme and the “doctors” are creepy. They make it seem like you’re getting this great deal the first time you come and sign you up for a contract without any verbal explanation of the RECURRING PAYMENT contract they’re having you sign away. (read your stuff, lesson learned) had this not happened, I wouldn’t be going back anyhow because it felt like the doctor was hitting on me the entire time. It’s also just a big room with a bunch of chiropractic benches, so you get to have your back adjusted with everyone else! What a treat! This place is a joke.

I love The Joint business model- it’s great as a busy mom bc I don’t have to worry about making it keeping appointment, and the membership concept (which I usually hate) actually works and motivates me to make time for this important service… I always feel like I get my moneys worth even if I only get in a couple times a month. I just moved to the area from the west coast, and sought out a location to deal w some issues I’ve been having ever since my last baby. Dr. Sara Meyer in the Naples office drastically improved my pain in one session, and adjusted areas that previously had been untreated- and I had some immediate improvement in mobility AND pain. She is very knowledgeable but has a gentle touch for those who don’t love the super aggressive adjustments. She is VERY effective and I have some hope again for improvement in a chronic pain that I had kind of given up on improving.

These facilities are franchises and have one purpose. They make money by geting as many people as possible to join and get you in and out ASAP. After catching an error where I was charged for 7 months after I cancelled my membership, and making at least 6 calls to the location, I was finally refunded for 3 months. I was told corporate would not approve anything additional. That is a lie. I was originally told the only way I could cancel my membership is by sending a certitfied letter. That is another lie. I finally spoke to corportate in Arizona and they made it very clear that they have no control over the franchisees and what Deana , the office manager, has been telling me is not true. I also was told Jeff, the owner ,would contact me and that never happened. He had Deana call me back with the same false story. Corprotate will not approive me getting a $560 refund that I am owed , cancelled correctly based on what the office in my home town said, and I never stepped foot in the door for 7 months. Corportate nope. Locations manager and owner, Yep. No one in the locations has any control over the business. This is an investment, not a chiropractic office. Reel them in, make is very difficult to cancel, and pray they don't use the service as often as you can. Run! Read through the reviews below.

I was in so much pain when I met Dr Sara Weyer. My first visit she listened intently and treated me so gently and got me to a place of pain relief. I had an okay experience with the doctor. But ended up having to go to another chiropractor to fix what was done in this office. What I am most upset about is the lack of communication and billing practices. I have been trying to contact the office for over two weeks with phone calls, voicemails, and apparently their “fastest” way of communicating via their text line and have gotten no response. I was told I needed to fulfill two months of my contract and have been trying to cancel. But was told nothing about the cancellation policy(I see in prior reviews there is some form that I was never told about) just that I needed to contact them when I wanted to cancel. Even so if someone would respond to a communication they could have told me about the form by now instead of trying to charge me for yet another month and still not responding to me. It seems to me all they want is the money in the door, and yet the customer service is horrible.

My experience was horrible. I was mislead after thinking I was signing up for a 1 month (4 visits) payment of $79.00 after being seen for a 29.00 initial evaluation and adjustment. I was rushed through the paperwork signing documents and where to sign. Your front desk person was EXTREMELY RUDE. I have been in the customer field for over 30 years and I have never come across a person that I was so insulted and treated so badly in my life. I will never recommend your facility to anyone after dealing with what I have had to deal with being miss lead on every avenue with your company. If I could post a negative rating on your company it would be a -10

DR Hembree and DR Joseph Pappacoda in Naples have helped me so much. I'm so thankful for their outstanding care. They have a gentle and caring nature. I have complex PTSD and live in pain without proper care. My atlas (upper neck) goes out of alignment every few days. When it does, it causes my entire nervous system to dysfunction. My first review was negative many months ago due to extra charges on my card. After a year, I visited them again. Doctor Hembree’s technic to adjust my bones is perfect. Nobody did better than him. The doctor was awesome who took care of my daughter and I. WATCH OUT for their billing practices!!! We did everything by the book, canceled the contract, and are still being billed as of January! What makes matters worse is that we visited the Naples location twice and was bounced around to a lady in Fort Myers who was supposed to fix the issue and never did. I am starting to think this place thrives on scamming people. Update 3/11- Finally received some of my money back after telling this place that I got the FL Attorney General involved. The Joint insinuated that I didnt follow procedure in cancelling this account, this is 100% untrue. I would still run away from this place, in my opinion they owe me extra for all the added aggravation that they caused us. From other posts this seems like a very common occurrence in this business. Completely unhappy with the sign up process. Was told by a gentleman at the front desk that in order to use their promotion I had to sign up for 2 months, which I did. Unbeknownst to me, the guy signed me up on a wellness plan that had no cancellation. Once I found out that money continued to be auto-deducted from my account after the two months(two additional payments) I contacted the store and they have continued to state they don’t know what to do, they have to call corporate, and repeatedly stated they would call me back. This has gone on for over a week, they NEVER contact me, I always have to call and ask for updates that are never available. They continue to just state they have no answer. Completely unprofessional. Your company lied to a customer and refuse to make it right. It’s a simple reimbursement.

The walk-in concept is great and the Doctor Who saw my husband was great, but the billing system is a bit suspect. There is a two month minimum, so plan on at least paying for that, but even when my husband signed the paper to cancel the contract a month in advance, he was still charged a third month. I was told their billing cycles run certain dates and it conflicted with when he signed the paper. ?

I wanted to try this out for the minimum two months @$69. So I paid $138 for the two months. The treatments were not what I expected so I wanted to let the two months run out and then cancel. But what they did was to charge another $69 after ONE month even though I pre paid for two months. The called this "first and last" so now I'm paying for three months. What a rip off!!!

Terrible experience. I canceled my membership in august 2021 and As of February 2022 I am still getting charged. I have spoken to their DM multiple times and STILL no issue has been resolved. They are thieves!
