His leadership directly supported the Global War on Terrorism and specialized missions in Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD).

Earlier, as a Detachment Sergeant (E7) with the 1st Special Forces Group, he led teams in Site Exploitation, force protection, and NATO operations, advising senior commanders in Spain and Iraq and training host-nation forces during Operation New Dawn. I am writing this review to warn others about the extreme lack of consistency in care at The Joint Chiropractic in Pace. * Rushed Care: The doctor saw five patients at once and rushed through our session without taking the time to deliver proper care. * Sales over Service: Instead of listening to our active pain complaints, she stubbornly focused on upselling additional packages. * Disregarded Treatment Plans: The care provided completely contradicted the appropriate treatment plan recommended by another doctor at this location just a day prior. * Poor Adjustments: The physical adjustment was trash compared to previous visits—rushed, ineffective, and careless. * It is night and day compared to the positive experiences we've had here before. We left in pain and completely wasted our money.

This isn't a real Chiropractic office. They don't have anything there, not even an X ray machine. No tens units or other gadgets. They just do some mild adjustments here. If your shoulder is out of socket don't waste your time coming here. A big nothing burger. Not the best first impression. Staff allowed someone who came in as a walk-in to be on a video call in not only the waiting room but also back in the care center. My husband went first for our back to back appointments. You’re in a big room with people sitting in chairs watching or as mentioned on a video/voice call. It’s intrusive and distracting as you’re giving your health history within earshot of strangers waiting their turn. When I mentioned that I didn’t want to sit next to the woman on her video call to the staff member at the desk she defended the woman on the phone. My husband was asked to pay for his session and had to ask the total to find that they were selling him a package. He said he wasnt interested and I said I no longer wanted my appointment time slot due to the way we were spoken to. The staff member sarcastically told me to have a blessed day and we left. Start to finish not a good experience. More focused on their packages they sell than the actual experience .

Check-in was wasteful. Your website should specifically state no medicare. Your Q&A was intrusive and had no bearing on the services requested or that you provide. Raised by a Chiropractor I found your facility to be impersonal and stark. Three tables with no privacy, why not set up in an airport hallway or Walmart . I identified a specific pain and that is all I was treated for. Not a full spinal adjustment. I am still in pain so that wasn't it. Your facility possessed none of the tools of the trade that might have positively impacted my condition such as ultrasound or sine-wave machines. I'd get better results in a massage parlor. Won't be back and certainly won't recommend

When I first went I made an appointment online but they seemed clueless that I had one. I got adjusted and chose to sign up. I went back a few days later and the receptionist never processed my paperwork so I had to do it all again but didn’t know this until they tried to charge me for the visit. Everything was fairly smooth until today… I go in and I’m in a time crunch so I’m the first to check in and they are like you need to fill out a yearly checklist or some form that I know I filled out about two weeks ago… again the employee did not do their job correctly so they refused to adjust me because they mishandled and lost my paperwork. How about you take care of the customers I don’t care about some stupid six question form that obviously isn’t that important if you lost it!!

I wiitness a woman about 2 weeks ago, come in for care and state she was going to google review you, and she was threatened, harrassed by the receptionist claiming to be a manager where this woman was refused treatment after she was told to go back to be adjusted and was on the table when she was followed back by your staff; I will not be joining becuase of how I saw you treat her. If this woman sees this I own a law firm and you may have a case if you want to pursue and if you already have an attorney i will be glad to be your witness.

Do not listen to Ashley. I happened to be there when she threw her hissy fit tirade in that office and her behavior was reprehensible. Regardless of whatever condition one may have, NOBODY deserves to be treated the way she spoke to the manager. She made demand after demand all of which were unreasonable, and then when the manager was firm and professional in her attempts to help Ashley, she figuratively flipped the table and stormed out threatening to sue. She had no intention of getting results or being effective; rather she had already decided to be mean and nasty and spiteful to people who are just trying to do their jobs. My service received there was very professional and they did their job quickly and efficiently with care as it relates to my condition. I plan on returning for a follow up as my pain has been alleviated somewhat thanks to their insight. The manager and chiropractor on site handled themselves with grace and dignity throughout that entire ordeal.

They were amazing! Courtney has been extremely helpful and informative. It took me two weeks to be able to come in due to illness on my part. She took the time to check on me the next week and see if I was feeling better. At no point did I feel pressured about rescheduling. My experience with seeing a chiropractor is limited as this was my first ever visit. The office staff was pleasant, and she put me at ease right away. Dr. Cook at the Pace location was amazing, and took the time to not only listen to me, but was also very informative. I felt better leaving than I did walking in, and I mean that in the best way! I will definitely be back to The Joint in Pace, FL! Edited to add: the cost was extremely reasonable too! If I’d have known it was actually affordable, I’d have gone a LONGGGG time ago lol

Joint Chiropractic in Pace used to be a truly great place—especially when Dr. Dan and Dr. Sai were there. They brought real care, compassion, and professionalism to every visit. Honestly, Dr. Dan was the main reason we kept going. He took the time to listen, treated patients like individuals, and made you feel like your well-being actually mattered. Front desk ladies are awesome too. Unfortunately, since their departure, the place just isn’t the same. It now feels like just another corporate chain—focused more on volume than quality. The personal touch is gone, and appointments feel rushed from what I hear and seems like the goal is to push people in and out as quickly as possible rather than provide meaningful care.

Today was a very upsetting experience at The Joint Chiropractic. Let me say first and foremost I loved The Joint Chiropractic and was enrolled in the monthly maintenance plan for 4 visits a month. I am a disabled Vet with a left leg amputation and have a service dog. My service dog has been in numerous Joint Chiropractic from Arizona, Tennessee and here in Pace and Pensacola locations. Today was the very first time that we were asked to leave by an employee named Dakota Sharp because we had my service dog with me, the Lady stated that Joint Chiropractic has a policy no dogs are to be allowed in there facility. I tried to explain my service dog has been to this facility every month since April 2024 plus all of the other locations visited. This was an error on her behalf not realizing that I had a service dog. Service dogs are in fact allowed in all Joint Chiropractic facilities. Then I was given a hard time trying to cancel my maintenance contract because she wanted to explain herself which of course I was not wanting her explain herself other than cancelling my contract. I was so disappointed because of this one person, again named Dakota Sharp that I felt I needed to cancel a great service. After thought this situation has been resolved in a timely manner and I shall continue enjoying the services provided by maintenance plan

Beware of Billing Scam! First, I’ll say yes they are very friendly but their work is cookie cutter assembly line using same technique on everyone no matter where your pain is this way thy can get in and out gas. Most of the chiropractors seem like they’re new to the profession. I purchased a $79 plan for seven visits to come back, they continuously keep billing me after I stop going. I went there in person to officially cancel the reoccurring charge because th told me I had to do it in person. They had me sign a cancellation and had an exit interview. But thy still kee charging my card. Pleas stay away from these people. It’s a scam. They’ll keep charging you forever.

First the staff are great. Good doctors and great receptionists! However the corporate business model needs works! They never have more than one chiropractor, which creates extreme wait times. New customers require extra time which creates a huge backlog of regular customers. Then the other day the ONE chiropractor on duty didn't come in. The receptionist was there to greet everyone saying "sorry no doctor today!" Really that's how you run a health care facility? But The Joint chiropractic doesn't care because they make you sign a contact for a monthly fee. If you don't go or walk out due to wait times they get paid anyway. So if you have chiropractic needs and have a lot of time to wait, The Joint might be for you. But if your time is valuable I'd look elsewhere until The Joint can start having TWO chiropractors on duty at the same time!

The Staff is AMAZING and always makes me feel welcome and always listens well and does a great job with the adjustments! Services are somewhat quicker than I would have expected compared to my previous chiropractors..but with work sometimes that's preferred. Love that there are locations everywhere and you can go to any location and you sure can't beat their plans. I Would rate The Joint a 9.5 out of 10 if I could!

Dr.Dan and Sydney are very professional but personable and easy to interact with. My first visit, consultation and adjustment was was efficient and not taxing. And I'm not a patient, patient. I think the most impressive part of my visit was the consultation. Dr.Dans knowledge/understanding of the preexisting conditions I walked in with and his ability to address them while explaining to me what we were going to do about them gave me confidence in him and chiropractics. I could immediately feel the release of a preload on my lower back that I've walked around with for a long time. They have a good business model with a very good price plan. It's very affordable and I don't have to deal with insurance company's. Can't put a price on that.

I have seen Doctor Dan now 3 times. He took the time to talk to me figure out what was causing my pain. He also explained everything perfectly to me. Before seeing him I was in the ER twice because I couldn't walk. Now not only am I walking but I can also pickup my toddler again. And that was just after my first visit!. Sad, but I had an appointment scheduled there. Confirmed the day before by the receptionist. Day of the doctor wasn’t even there. I drove an hour for this appointment.. the least the could have been done is give me a courtesy call. Hate to give them a poor rating but honestly it was an awful experience.

If you’re having back problems or skeptic about chiropractors… COME SEE DR TONY! I was a skeptic for a while and would muscle through pain, but after having my son I couldn’t bare it and needed help. I have had 2 adjustments here. My estimated time total for both visits has been about seven minutes. Patients are mere numbers that have to be pushed through as quickly as possible. It's a pure corporate game. Pressure sales at the counter to get you to sign up to monthly contracts. And based on what I have been researching. Cancelling seems to be an issue. Suppose I'll see how that goes shortly. If you are looking for personalized care. Look elsewhere.

That was good. It was a good adjustment. I like the way they get right down to business. Walk in. Talk to the doc and get on the table and get it done in 10 minutes or less. He cracked my back and neck better than it's been done in 5 years. I'm surprised that I am having significantly less low back pain tonight than I was earlier today. I hope it stays that way. I'll be back in a couple days

Matt got straight to the root of my problem and started to get to work on correcting it immediately. I have several follow up appointments which will be no problem for me to get to because their hours are perfect for those working during the day. After flying into GA, to drive 5 hours to Pensacola FL my neck and back were Shot and needed an adjustment. I was having major neck issues. I thought it was strep throat. I WENT TO urgent care first to see what was wrong the doctor look in my ears throat and was all clear. The doctor said it might be muscle in neck. So i called sydney to see who was in office i been member a few months best investment i have made for my health. Sydey said doctor matt was in so i went there in 2 treatments from doctor matt it was gone neck back to normal i never though a tight neck out of sync could feel like strepp throat. Very painful but not now. Thank sydney and dr matt at joint ill be back next week.

I enjoy the pricing, convenience, and hours. I’m sad however that you can pay for 4 adjustments a month and if you don’t use them in 30 days they go to waste. There’s also not a convenient way to check how many visits you have left a month, when it renews, etc.

Walked in to inquire about a new patient appointment at 5:45pm, they close at 7. Lobby is empty. No patients undergoing treatment. Was told, rudely, that they won’t see any new patients without appointment. Ok, can I please have new patient paperwork. Was asked if I could get patient there before 5. I can’t. High school and sports limit us to evening appointments. I get that our schedules may not align, but no need to be rude.

To be honest I 50% love them and 50% about to cancel my member ship one of the reasons I signed up was the ability to go over work I work in destin got to their office just barely after 6 today 8/22 and closed up locked and gone. So far half the chiropractors are good some just when it's busy they in out and done they done decent job but could have been better. Haven't seen the same chiropractor twice thankfully they ticket system and documents are good for notes but some really do adjust better than others. Receptionists is amazing sweet everytime we come in. So for now I don't know if they are having staffing problem but right now I'm not the happiest Update: So as everyone can see they said they would be open 8/24 they weren't got a message saying they were closed 8/24. so the Joint as a company is fine I am Sure just the Milton Location if your looking for consistence's in being open. Be warned.

This place is the worst chiropractic practice I have ever dealt with.I left in more pain than when I came in. The following day I was in the worst pain I've ever had in my life. I went back in and they refused to treat me and said they canceled my treatments. They don't care about you or your pain. All they want is for you to sign a monthly contract because to them the money is more important than the wellbeing of their customers.

I’m not in need of a new shirt, so I’m going to make this honest. I’m not sure how I feel about this place. Sure, the visits are cheaper than any non-corporate run chiropractor, but it doesn’t mean you are getting quality care. No x-rays are taken, and the chiropractor we saw wasn’t very thorough with our “exam” and treatment. He acted like we were his first patients, and that made me extremely uneasy. The way he just went at my elbow and back.... not a fan. I used to work for an integrated chiropractic office, and I’ve been utilizing chiropractic treatments for a good 20 years. I’m not a stranger to the treatments, but I certainly expected a higher level of care than what we got.

I was looking for an affordable option to take my family to get the care they need. The Joint chiropractic has been a good option for us in this season. I am grateful for Dr. Alun for helping me with some acute midback and neck pain so I could finally sleep after three days of broken sleep! This is by far the best chiropractic place I’ve ever been to. They have the best chiropractors. I used to have chronic back and neck pain, but ALAS... no more! I can just walk in anytime and usually there is no wait or very little. The front offices employees are always friendly and so are the doctors. It’s clean, and I love the atmosphere. My daughter goes with me too, and she’s feels much better all the time also. Thank you Joint Chiropractic and Drs. Christina and Alun for helping us to feel amazing all the time!!!

This place is amazing with my health insurance it is 55 a visit at any other chiropractor for a few dollars more I get 4 visits a month. Their hours are very good for my work schedule and staff is great.

The staff has been great and the treatments wonderful. After 12 treatments I was told that I needed different care, that I was not responding properly. I started in Asea Redox Molecules and within days my inflammation was less. The drs continued to adjust me with greater success. This past week I doubled my doseage to 8ozs per day and today was my best adjustment ever. My back moved/popped more than it has in 15 years! Thank you!

I want to start by saying the doctors at this clinic are very attentive, knowledgeable, and intent on getting results. I’ve never had such targeted adjustments for my pain that were this effective and immediate. Also, the rest of the staff is friendly and helpful and create a welcoming atmosphere. The plan and pricing is also very reasonable especially compared with the single visit high cost of all the others in the area. If I could rate the clinic just on those two things it’d be a 10/5 However, I would have to add that there are two negative things specific to this franchise of The Joint I can’t get past. First is the open room setup they have... it’s one big room with 3 tables for everyone to share. As interesting it is to see others get adjusted and the doctors’ approach to their specific issues, there’s something personal about opening up to a doctor about your issues/history/pain and to me, this is no different than having doctor/patient confidentiality at a hospital. It’s uncomfortable and embarrassing to show a crooked back to one professional, much less 3 complete strangers. The second problem i have is while the manual adjustments are excellent, the franchise offers nothing else. No other techniques, stretching, icing, electrode therapy, massage chairs, etc. that I have seen at other clinics that not only help patients but add a little more “bang for your buck”. I can’t help feel guilty paying much money for 5 minutes of time

Very knowledgeable. Help get rid of my neck pain in the first visit. Keep in mind, one visit does not fix everything, it takes time to adjust your body and get it back to normal. The doctors also working with me to put the curve back into my spine where it has straightened over time. I'm feeling great 2 days after my first visit.
