Made a new patient appointment online, arrived for my appointment and was greeted by a very hostile, antagonistic receptionist. As soon as my husband and I walked in she began barking, “before you scan in there’s an hour wait, because I have a confirmed new patient appointment and there were already several walk-in’s ahead of you. “ No hello, glad you’re here, how can I help you. … after I told her I was a confirmed new appointment, she told me I couldn’t be, I had to call the office after making my appointment online. She proceeded to speak very loudly and angrily to me about how I was to call prior to showing up, they’re a walk-in clinic and I have to call to confirm as directed on their website. I showed her my email and a screenshot of my appointment, neither directing me to call to confirm my appointment.
While I was waiting and filling out the new patient information, another patient walked in and was treated just as hateful. She left, came back in and discontinued her account with them.
Have no clue if their chiropractors are good. Left prior to my appointment, due to her hostility. Highly recommend finding a more friendly personality to greet your patients, she’s the face of this business.

Dr Dan is amazing! By far the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to! He listens to my concerns and adjusts me accordingly! My body actually has much better range of motion after being adjusted by him and lasts days longer than anyone else I’ve ever seen!

This company is a complete disgrace to society! You will not garnish the wadges of one of your Doctors for past child support. Tony Barger owes $8,500 in child support and by Florida law he is supposed to have all license suspended at $2,500. You may have him as a Dr now but if you continue to allow him to run from the law and not garnish his wadges he will be in jail for back child support. Thanks for supporting deadbeat fathers!

When we first started everything was amazing. Now pace office seems it is closed more than it is open. Dr. Alex is not worth a flip. He does not adjust well. Most of the amazing doctors have left or are at different offices. Dr. Alun and cameron were the dream team. Both are amazing at what they do.

As far as I know, with the exception of one of the above doctors none of them are still with the Joint. I have seen every one of them and they left the practice long ago. Why are they still on this site?? When I ask to see them I have been told they are no longer with the Joint?????? Every time I get with a doctor I like and trust they are gone.

I started receiving treatment at The Joint early December 2021. I have been adjusted by three different chiropractors. Each one of them have their own technique. I have absolutely enjoyed each adjustment that I have done. Getting in is super easy and fast. Dr Cameron fixed me in 2 visits that my normal chiropractor would fix in several visits and use up almost all of my visits with my insurance to fix my alignment and pain management!!!!! I was hardly able to get out of bed and pick my kids up and now I feel great!!!!!! I also got a membership to the joint as a result of the great work I had on my two visits, to stay aligned Weekley. I went in for my regular visit this past week and it was awesome. Dr. Alun gave me a great adjustment! He has been giving me some stretches to do that have really helped to keep the tightness down. I have been doing them everyday and they have really helped. My daughter and wife have also started to go in and have been adjusted by Drs. Alun, Christina and Dan. I was having horrible shoulder pain. Thought it was my rotator's cuff. The doctor was gentle and checked my range of motion. Turns out my shoulder was out of place causing the muscle and nerves to be inflamed. She moved it back in place and now the pain is gone. I have even started working out again! I then researched The Joint and learned I could get weekly visits for just a little more per month. I really enjoy the payment plan, no appointment needed and hours of operation that include up to 7PM weekdays and open on weekends. I initially sought chiropractic care as a last resort. After a recent hospital stay for migraines, I was still having head pain constantly for 3 straight months. I went to a chiropractor as a child for injuries related to gymnastics. Then I stopped at 18 when I moved away for college. I was at the gym next door when I saw the sign for The Joint and I walked over. I had severe neck and right arm pain and numbness since my injury. Dr. Mark has helped me tremendously with alignment of my whole body. With repeated visits I have become able to be pain free and get the feeling back in my arm and hand. I have needed a chiropractor for many years due to whip lash and a L5-SI injury along with general care. I've had both machines and "hands on" care. I definitely prefer the "hands on" method. Dr. Watkins has a "hands on" approach. He told me to stand straight then proceeded to tell me where my issues were presenting at that time. He started working on me in a "hands on" way that was different than I've been accustomed to before. He adjusted my spine like I've not had in a loooong time as well as my right thumb. I fell "in love" with his expertise and manner in which he was able to adjust my body. Because of his professional care and work on me...I have to recommend his service. I know we are all different and have different needs and preferences, but I have to suggest a visit to Dr. Mark!

Old and new injury. Hips and lower back locked up and I could barely walk or work. Found The Joint Chiropractic on Saturday and was able to get in and be seen on that day. By the end of the first week, after a few visits, I was able to walk straight again and even work. Being on social security has now made it possible for me to get chiropractic care gain. I saw the sign for this new Chiropractic office, so I thought I would check them out - $29 for a first visit was a good deal! Even better - when I got there, there was a banner on the door to send a text and receive my first visit for free! From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was friendly and helpful. Hailey and Patrick were great! When I went back to see the doctor, he didn't rush me through the initial review of my problem areas. Dr. Mark was fantastic! I came into The Joint Chiropractic in Pace, FL today. I had a compressed spine and a dislocated rib. I was unable to sit for long and breathing was becoming difficult. They listened to my issues, didn't doubt me for one second, and quickly corrected it. Now I am back to enjoying the Mother's Day Weekend with my family. Pain free!
