(Dr. Pamela) is a passionate and community-focused Doctor of Chiropractic dedicated to helping patients live pain-free, move better, and achieve their personal health and performance goals. Whether supporting families, athletes, pregnant moms, or active seniors, Dr. Pamela is committed to delivering individualized chiropractic care that enhances both function and quality of life.

Dr. Pamela earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in March 2023 after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at Florida Atlantic University. Her background in exercise science and athletics gives her a strong understanding of biomechanics, movement efficiency, and performance optimization—allowing her to care for “everyday athletes” of all ages.

As a former athlete who trained in MMA and played rugby for FAU (2017–2018), Dr. Pamela always knew she wanted to work in sports and performance. However, everything changed when she discovered chiropractic. During a visit to Life University in Marietta, Georgia, she witnessed firsthand the life-changing impact of chiropractic care. Hearing stories of transformation and seeing the passion within the profession solidified her calling to be part of a holistic, whole-body healing approach.

Dr. Pamela loves chiropractic because she sees the tangible difference it makes in everyday life. She has witnessed moms and dads return to playing with their toddlers without pain, older adults regain independence and mobility, pregnant women feel more comfortable and functional, and athletes improve performance through proper spinal alignment and nervous system balance. She believes healing occurs both physically and mentally—and seeing patients enjoy life again is the greatest reward.

One of her most meaningful experiences as a chiropractor was adjusting her own mother. Watching the positive transformation in her mom’s health and hearing her express gratitude for chiropractic care reaffirmed Dr. Pamela’s dedication to providing the same high level of care to every patient she serves.

Born in Costa Rica and raised in sunny South Florida from the age of seven, Dr. Pamela grew up surrounded by an active, outdoor lifestyle. That environment shaped her love of movement and inspired her mission to help everyday athletes live life to their fullest potential.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Pamela enjoys going to the gym, roller skating on outdoor trails, training MMA, and soaking up the Florida sunshine. She treasures time with her energetic three-year-old son—who loves Spider-Man, sports, and climbing anything he can find—and their five-year-old Shiba Inu, Tokyo, who greets guests with enthusiastic “offerings” and a wagging tail.
