    I have been going to The Joint since moving back to south Florida and have loved the convenience of having a clinic I’m comfortable with located in most of the cities I frequently visit. I used to go to a different location closer to my house but have found myself a regular at this location because of the service and Dr. Pam. She is honestly the best, she makes sure she takes her time with each patient and that everyone is happily adjusted. I started taking my kids recently when we realized that she specializes in pediatrics as well.     I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company and feel completely misled. When I initially signed up, I was told I would pay $188 for 11 sessions. Based on that information, I agreed. They tried to persuade me into an extended subscription, which I made very clear I did not want to continue beyond those visits until I can analyze the results. What was never properly communicated to me was that I was being enrolled in a recurring monthly subscription. I did not knowingly agree to ongoing charges, and had this been clearly explained, I would never have signed up. After discovering the issue, I called and explained the situation. I was told over the phone by the District Manager that the charges would be refunded by the end of the day. Instead, the next day I received an email stating not only that I would not be refunded, but that they also intend to continue charging me $80 per month for the next 90 days, despite me explicitly stating from the beginning that I did not want a subscription. This feels incredibly deceptive and predatory. Patients should be able to trust that pricing and financial commitments are explained clearly and honestly. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all.

    I used to go to snap crack but i jumped ship to joint for a variety of reasons. Today Richard helped me out & his customer service went above & beyond. I’m traveling so i had to temporarily cancel my membership, & i was so worried the joint would make it super complicated to do on purpose (that’s what snap crack did). But no, Richard stayed on the phone, patient & accommodating & helped me do the form in under a minute & i was able to easily cancel. I’ll rejoin probably in a few months again when im near a location, but today reminded me that the joint’s flexibility for every lifestyle is what keeps me coming back.     Each time there a good chiro, that person will soon be gone because this place is about selling membership not healing. Management does not understand that there is relationship that takes place between the Dr and the patient. The business model only focuses on the number of memberships the doctor on site can sell. I used to go the sawgrass location and in a short amount of time, the place has gone through 5 different Chiros. Then I started going to plantation, and found Dr. Jackson that was really good, he is now gone too and his replacement (sorry to say) is not good at all. That person will soon be gone too. The joint does not care about your well being and your progress, the joint cares about getting you to sign that membership and good reviews.

I wasn’t expecting for them to be able to get rid of it right away- but just looking for some relief and then to continue going back for long term effect. I should’ve never came here. The woman who cracked me really messed up my leg and it still hurts. She was doing the crack on me where they twist, to crack your spine. Well I wasn’t even fully situated before she went ahead and pushed her knee on my leg and twisted me. All she did was pull the whole side of my leg and didn’t twist my spine- I’m still having issues from it. On top of that, when I was laying down for her to crack my mid back, she barely put pressure on me at all, just the table adjusted. The only good adjustment I had here was my neck. I will never be coming back

    I arrived 10 minutes earlier for my appointment as a new patient, and after waiting for 15 minutes the doctor mentioned she preferred to take the other patient she had and that she wasn’t sure she wanted to treat me at all.     Came last minute for new patient appointment due to nerve pain. Aniyah was very helpful over the phone which made me feel comfortable coming in.     This place is awesome. Mylee at the front desk is very nice and helpful. Dr. Lorenzo is fantastic, I came in with a lot of pain throughout my back and a lot of stiffness.     Strong arm membership that you can’t cancel unless you go in to the center. I can purchase a car online to be delivered to my house, yet they are unable to email a form for me to cancel? Escalated to supervisor who never called back. Emailed corporate who never answered back. Not one doctor in here can tell me why I came to begin with. This is a boiler room. Scam Addition and response to your reply: disagree firmly. I asked the individual on the phone and explained I wasn’t able to make it in. She absolutely denied the ability to cancel without coming in. I asked for a supervisor and was told I had to put in a request for that. Supervisor requested, told I would receive a call within 24 hrs, still have not received a call. Sent multiple emails to corporate at this time…to this day have not received a response. The response you gave me was the first contact I have had from your company which is a shame as now that it’s public, it is worthy of a response. Your response, at best, is wildly inaccurate, and borderline a complete lie. Do better. If you would like the emails and phone calls as proof of my concern, I would be happy to post them here as well. I did the right thing and contacted you directly for resolution. Hard fact to stomach knowing your media is more important to respond to than your paying customers.

    When I began going there in Sept (20th - this is relevant) for some bad back issues I would sing their praises to everyone. It was convenient and the doctor there was someone I felt comfortable to work with and trust to help. I signed up for their monthly plan of $79 that offered UP TO 4 visits per month. With my issues, I absolutely took advantage of the entire 4 a month. At the beginning of 2024 they offered another promo that gave 6 months of visits (which would equate to 24 total) for a really good price that would work out to less than $17 a visit so I jumped on it - but was also advised, when I asked about my (already) monthly plan being the charged on the 20th of each month, that the NEW 6 month plan begins on Jan 20th. Again, an awesome deal. Unfortunately, beginning around mid-Feb or so, they began with "musical doctors", meaning the one I was used to was no longer there and apparently no one was big on taking over permanently so I'd wonder WHO was cracking my back each week because you never knew for sure. The last straw was at the end of May or so when I wanted to check how many of the 24 visits(as I was PROMISED, sadly, verbally) it would still be, I'd used and I was advised my promo ended at the end of June..in SPITE of the fact that 6 months from Jan 20th would be July 29th. I walked in last week and cancelled. Obviously they don't keep their doctors or their word and I want nothing more to do with them!!!

    So this was a very hard review to write as I very much so love this location. But just recently, my favorite doctor was taken away from this location. Dr. Indya Denson. My original location was in Fort Lauderdale, and once she touched me for the first time, I never went back to Fort Lauderdale. I have major back issues and I haven’t even hit my 30s yet. I feel everybody else does touch me too scared to crack my bones due to how tiny I am. I do feel that everybody there is very well trained and is very nice, but unfortunately no one tops Dr. Denson. I hope that you can either figure a way to bring her back, or find a doctor that is somewhat equal to as good as she is. I have not had a good crack since she has not been There. And I’m not too sure how much longer I will keep my membership If I can’t leave as satisfied as I was before. I went back today and I left very satisfied. Thank you. The doctors that were all good no longer work at this location anymore. And the last time I went. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve probably ever had. 7/1/24 Thank you for bringing in a great new doctor ! 7/9/24 I am absolutely beside myself with this location at this point. I came in today to get my normal weekly crack to find out once again The Joint has removed another amazing doctor. Just to be left unsatisfied once again. At this point i am about to find a new location and inform everyone I had coming to this location to stop IMMEDIATELY! And please don’t respond saying my doctor found a new place.     I am 34 weeks pregnant and was happy to find a lady chiropractor, most of them are male. I wanted someone who’s a little gentle on me. She was the opposite, she was rough. Normally they would ask you to breathe in and out then they press or adjust. She didn’t. She just did what she wanted, at some point I said “ouch”. It was the first red flag ? she didn’t respond with empathy. I came in for some chronic pain wasn’t regard to my pregnancy and mild low back pain cause of my pregnancy. I was open to coming back regularly cause I really wanted to like her, and trust a female doctor. Even though she was rough on me, I ignored it. Once she was finished she said as I checking out “oh by the way, people I adjusted tend to go on to labor” I responded in panicked “please don’t say that! I’m only 34 weeks my baby still need some development to do” she continued, shrugged her shoulders “I’m just telling you” I could sense some proudness in that comments. I confirmed “I’m not ready” she responded “well are you sure you are 34 weeks? Cause most due date are just estimates” and then took off to go to her lunch. I was terrified. I was told to buy 6 packages because that will give me enough session before my due date. But after that, I was terrified so I paid my due for the day. I came home paranoid and try not to think about what just happened. I’m upset and sad at the lack of empathy and belittling doctors continues to treat pregnant women in way they do. Like as if pregnancy wasn’t hard enough, then to meet doctor like you is a total nightmare. They did not hand me or tell me any disclaimer that I would or might be go to labor after adjustment, or I wouldn’t have done that. How stupid I felt as a first time mother. I really want to trust and like your establishment and I question myself to why I’m writing this bad review. The truth is, I want other pregnant women to read this and learned something I went through. Today is the day after my adjustment with her, but I’m paranoid for the next couple days. SAVE YOURSELF. If anything happens to me or my baby I’m suing.

    I recently had a pinched nerve and found The Joint Plantation on Google. I was able to walk in and receive treatment with 20 minutes on arriving.     I have been a member of The Joint Chiropractic service now for a few months and have been to numerous locations. Being retired law enforcement and getting older I really needed the service.     Dr. Denson has been helpful so much in helping with my lower back pain. I went to her last week Friday barely able to touch my toes while bending forward. In just one week I was able to get closer to touching my toes and my lower back pain has decreased.     Walked in feeling like my lower back was nearly broken for a whole week, and walked out feeling at least 90% better. I could barely sit or walk well, and could not rotate my torso left to right. After my treatment I can easily do all of those things again. I will make sure to stay on top of regular visits so that way my back does not get that bad again, and maintain everything else.     I went as a walk in for the first time on a Sunday morning , Syma on the front desk was really nice and provided me with an appointment for the same day, I got lucky to be there filling the paperwork and they could got me in.     I had been suffering form acute upper back pain for about a week, had been going to one joint chiropractor and was seeing a bit of results but I end up going to the plantation location with Dr. Denson and assistant Lesly and was cure in the first visit! Dr. Denson experience and knowledge is beyond impressive this is my second time going this week and am already 80 present better ! In addition want to also mention assistant Lesly’s amazing customer service and accommodation I have never felt so at home and taken care of . Two weeks ago I woke up with my neck so stiff I couldn't turn it, and I had alot of pain in my neck and shoulders from daily remote computer work and exercising, despite the fact that I stretch daily and use cold packs. I drove by this place and decided to give it a try, I'm glad I did! After my 1st adjustment yesterday I had the best night sleep in two weeks last night, and today was my 2nd adjustment and now I can turn my neck fully in both directions.     I've been to many joint chiropractics around Florida because I travel a lot for my job. Dr. Indya Denson was confident and told me that this was going to the best adjustment I've had yet. I was thinking well most chiropractors are pretty good so it can't be that much different. She was not lying, I've never felt this much weight lifted from my upper back in my life.     This was my first time ever going to a Chiropractor and I was really nervous. Kristina at the front desk was kind, informative, high in energy, and offered her assistance many times. During my time in the lobby Dr Denson came out and introduced herself, so by the time it was my turn I felt I had already gotten to know her.     This was my first chiropractic visit and wow was it amazing!! Dr. Leslie at the front desk is so kind & welcoming. I've been experiencing chronic pain my whole life while battling cancer and I'm only 19! Dr. Denson was so amazing in explaining how chiropractic care will benefit me. My first adjustment was so relieving so much tension was taken away I can't wait for my next adjustment. I've been to multiple physical therapy's that didn't relieve any of my pain. I've been battling cancer for 5 years which has carried alot of stress through out my life and this is the first time in years that I have been able to truly say I feel good!     Unfortunately, this business operates on a very poor business model and does not take care of their employees. Dr. Denson was a gifted chiropractor, after losing her, it’s been a downhill slope. There’s been at least 6 different chiropractors in 6 months. Patients do not have the trust to create longevity when this happens and it’s frustrating! The front desk staff are kind and helpful, Chay is one of them along with Mylee. Dr. Jackson was the most recent chiropractor and he was fantastic. 5 stars to him and the front staff. As for The Joint, I have cancelled and moved on to a more steady and reliable practice. Review update after hearing from The Joint owner: I would like to state that I did give multiple chiropractors a chance for 6 months post Dr. Denison’s departure. Unfortunately, the care was mixed and it caused other more serious issues. Which was the purpose of my initial review- rotating chiropractor that do not properly support patient care. I trust with my name associated from the review, you all can easily find me in your database and I welcome you to contact me via phone number or email. As of yet, I have not heard from anyone at The Joint regarding a remedy to my concerns.

    Very great staff. But I tried to cancel due to my traveling assignment as a nurse and they asked I come in person . I can’t come in person the front desk lady said there were no other options available which is crazy . I should be able to print out papers and scan to them . I am going on month 2 or 3 that I am paying for services that I have no received very sad . They need to explore more cancellations ways for individuals like me needing help.

    Went without appointment for first visit. Was greeted cordially and filled out paperwork quickly. Drs were introduced and treatment took place after consult and evaluation. Treatment took precedence to program offerings which I personally found professional in approach. Was not pressured into purchasing a treatment program which was refreshing since actual cost per visit without a program participation was less than my insurance copay. They do not accept 3rd party payment but the rates are extremely competitive. I'm very satisfied with both the practice and the staff.

    I wake up every so often with a sharp pain in my neck where I cannot function because of the pain. I always have to see a chiropractor to relieve the pain whenever this happens. I have never cried tears of joy from any adjustment. I’ve been adjusted by 6 different chiropractors and none of them have ever gave me an experience similar to Dr.Ondina and Ashleigh. Not only are they quick, they are knowledgeable and know how to adjust you properly without an x ray. I also received a spinal decompression adjustment which I have never received prior even when seeing chiropractors through my insurance.

    I would highly recommend this place if you are in pain amd discomfort. I walked in with a massive neck pain that went down to my spine, and not only was the lady at the front wonderful, cheery, and helpful, but they were quick to take care of me and had me adjusted withing 5 minutes of being inside in the lobby area. It's been 3 days later since I went and got adjusted, and I feel brand new! Highly recommend if dealing with any sort of pain in your body.

    I woke up last week with a terrible pain in my back, I assumed it was from a few new pillows I purchased and that being my first night sleeping with them, I’m almost positive it was because I slept wrong with them. While getting ready that morning, I bent over and my back felt like it was locked up. Taking a deep breath in was impossible due to the pain, it was really bad. My first visit with Dr. Jan, which was the same day, completely changed the way I felt! Today was my 3rd day of my first month going to see the folks at The Joint Chiropractic. Dr. Jan, Kristina and Lexy are an amazing team! Super professional, extremely friendly and just a great pleasure to talk to. I’ve been to chiropractors in the past, but this is by far the absolute best experience I’ve ever had! Dr. Jan and his team has made this experience one of a kind!     Update 10/24/2020: I have seen both Dr Lily and Dr Lopez now at this location and both seem very knowledgeable, and caring about their patients. I personally prefer Dr Lily’s style of adjustment, but both Drs make a point of doing what’s best for their patients’ wellbeing. Update 10/5/2020: Dr Jan no longer works at the Joint. I haven’t been seen by any other doctors yet at this location, so a further update after I am treated by one of them will be forthcoming. As always, the office staff remain outstanding. Dr. Jan is the best. He knows exactly what to do to relieve all my aches and pains, and help with my overall wellness. The office staff are amazing as well, keeping everything super sanitized and clean, especially Kristina who is also a rockstar at explaining everything about the process at The Joint.

    The staff was really sweet and nice. The DR was great. He was super thorough with explaining everything to me and I felt in good hands. He took the time to listen to me and his energy felt genuine. He cracked my back like it’s never been cracked before lol. I feel really good now. I only went one time so far, but I will be seeing him frequently. I’ll leave an update on my improvements in a month or two.

    I’ve been to The Joint in San Diego and now I moved to Plantation FL continuing to receive great service, quick in and out treatment, welcoming staff and doctors and total expert relief.     Will not give this chiropractor a penny of my hard earned money. Spoke to a receptionist named Lexus I asked how much my initial co pay would be for first visit with adjustment and consultation. She informed me that the first visit was free and as long as I made it in before 5 the doctor would be able to see me. I arrived at 4:25 and the doctor called Lexus to the back and told her he couldn’t do my adjustment or even see me or my wife which was a complete waste of time. Save yourself the headache and find another place
