Absolutely incredible staff. September was so sweet and helpful. Really just a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The chiropractor was great. He was very patient and didnt rush anything, and is very skilled. I'm a dental assistant, so being sore and stiff has become a normal part of life. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Dr. Troup at The Joint! I had just made a long road trip all the way from Los Angeles to Florida, and after spending that many hours driving, my body was definitely feeling it. What I appreciated most was how Dr. Troup actually took the time to listen and understand what I had just put my body through. He didn’t rush through the visit or make me feel like I was just another patient. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. He went above and beyond my expectations, and it’s not often you come across someone who takes that much pride in what they do. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people, and that makes all the difference. Being from out of town, I really didn’t know what to expect, but I’m so glad I came in. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling like I was in great hands. The T-Pain playlist was a bonus. One of the best adjustments I’ve ever received from Dr. Jamie at the pompano beach location! Backstory: I was already seeing a chiropractor but they switched doctors and the new doctor was fresh out of chiropractic school, unfortunately he was unable to really get me adjusted and to the point of feeling better. I stopped going altogether and my neck started locking up after 2 months. I was in so much pain I couldn’t even turn my neck for almost a week. I was referred to the joint by a friend but was a little skeptical without them wanting to take X-rays on me since I had worked in chiropractic for so long and know the importance of one. However, I decided since I was so used to being adjusted for 20+ years to decide to give it a try. I am so happy I did because she was able to get me back in alignment and have been doing great since then! Highly recommend her if you’re looking for healing or just maintenance. This place isn’t normally the location I go to, but since it a closer to my new home thought I would give it a try. I tried calling all day, checked the app and Google Maps for the hours. I left work early, turns out they changed their hours. Is it so hard to update Google Maps with your new hours or to place in your automated messages the new hours of operations, so that your customers do not have to waste their time.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company and feel completely misled. When I initially signed up, I was told I would pay $188 for 11 sessions. Based on that information, I agreed. They tried to persuade me into an extended subscription, which I made very clear I did not want to continue beyond those visits until I can analyze the results. What was never properly communicated to me was that I was being enrolled in a recurring monthly subscription. I did not knowingly agree to ongoing charges, and had this been clearly explained, I would never have signed up. After discovering the issue, I called and explained the situation. I was told over the phone by the District Manager that the charges would be refunded by the end of the day. Instead, the next day I received an email stating not only that I would not be refunded, but that they also intend to continue charging me $80 per month for the next 90 days, despite me explicitly stating from the beginning that I did not want a subscription. This feels incredibly deceptive and predatory. Patients should be able to trust that pricing and financial commitments are explained clearly and honestly. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all.

I officially canceled my membership today after 6 years of loyalty. I’ve reached my limit with the constant "revolving door" of chiropractors and corporate policies that clearly do not favor the customer. The breaking point was being denied an adjustment today because my membership technically reactivates tomorrow. To make matters worse, adjustments do not carry over from month to month, so not only was I turned away, but I have also lost paid adjustments in the past due to this "use it or lose it" policy. After over half a decade, the total lack of flexibility for a long-term member is unacceptable. The overall experience has steadily declined: Long Wait Times: The waits have become consistently long. Impersonal Environment: The lobby feels "robotic" and lacks any personal touch. Poor Maintenance: Even basic amenities are neglected; for example, the water dispenser has been broken for over a month. If you value consistency or want a membership that actually respects your tenure and your money, I’d suggest looking for a private practice instead.

Buyer beware of the gimmick. Their “subscription” isn’t posted anywhere and front line staff is not clear on their being 3 month subscriptions. Just as most places that just want you to sign here and there, they highlight the areas for signing without going over their process. You think you’re only paying for one month of service to be told you will be auto drafted for 2 more months of service. Now, on to the chiro. She was really nice. She was, but obviously this is a company that is ran and operated on production. Production mind you not that probably should have 2 chiropractors present for so a touch more time can be with the patience instead of the wham, bam, thank you ma’am secessions. These types of secessions generally are not the best way to go. Not the chiropractor that’s working there fault either. This place is operated like a corporation and probably isn’t paying these chirps worth a day at the end of the day. To the lady that I dealt with there, get your experience and get out because they don’t have your best interest in mind. Now for the fun information. I am glad to inform you guys that by doing an online payment for the month that I’ve already paid for, the card number changes and only works once. So good luck with getting another dime out of me. Only other thing that I’ll throw in the pot is this for the chiro, I liked you as a person. Really do, nice lady, but you have a ways to go with chiropractic care. Only thing that sucks is now I have headaches I didn’t have before and guess I’m gonna have to go see another chiro to fix that. Won’t be back, don’t go, buyer beware

Extremely frustrating experience, I would give them 0 stars if I could. I was charged for three months of a membership I didn’t use a single time because I thought it had expired. When I realized I had still been getting billed, I reached out to the regional manager twice and was told I’d hear back—never did. Being charged for unused services is one thing, but completely ignoring a customer trying to resolve it is unacceptable. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service.

Unfortunately, there are no 'negative' stars to give this location in Pompano. The manager, Alicia, is completely unprofessional. After leaving three messages, there was no return call or any communication, even after calling more than seven times. This is a big scam. They aren't real chiropractors, providing a seven-minute 'adjustment' that's essentially nothing. Do not fall for this; they will rip you off with a contract. Be cautious of these people and this manager; they are not good business

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. The doctor seemed unsure of what he was doing and spent less than three minutes with me. I left feeling like my time was completely wasted. I highly recommend Delray instead—Dr. Tyler was extremely thorough, and I actually felt relief after my visit.

BEWARE. Do not use this company. They are a scam, and they will add you to a subscription that they make impossible to cancel. AVOID them - they are bad actors and their business model is built on exploiting people and charging them without them knowing. TERRIBLE in ever element. I was repeatedly assured when I was there that I was NOT signing up for a ongoing subscription, yet now they keep charging me. I called to cancel, and they said I could not over the phone and would need to come in, this even after speaking to a manager. One more corrupt company in the healthcare space.

I am so glad I found this place! I had a chiari malformation with syringomyelia which caused extreme scoliosis. I wore a brace for 2 years after the chiari decompression to correct the curvatures, but ended up still needing a spinal fusion from T2-L1 which had landed me with nearly constant back, neck, and hip pain. Dr. Diego is incredibly educated, informed, and experienced which made me feel safe for him to manually adjust me. I instantly felt some relief and bloodflow throughout my problem areas.

Today I waked into this clicic with no appointment and I was adjusted by Dr.Diego, he relieved 9+ months of terrible pain. If you need any type of chiropractic care, this is the place to go. I started with Dr Campbell who is now the COO but still does Adjustments and is amazing. I'm just in Florida for the winter. I noticed this place was open near where I shop. so glad I popped in ;-) (no pun intended) I've had adjustments from Dr Boecker, Dr. Diego, Dr Kastle and Dr Frank. I also met with Dr Campbell when I first signed up. the beautiful woman that works the front desk is named Shay. everybody that works here is so nice. They make you feel right at home. I feel so much better. I was worried about not finding a local chiropractor since I was going to be here for a few months. so glad I found this place. I feel like a million bucks, and it is so affordable!

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!!!! Avoid avoid avoid. The doctors here are all bad. The only one that was good was Kastle or whatever and he is not permanent. I had one doctor make my neck have a crick in it. Another doctor ONLY cracked my back and barely did that and didn’t do any other parts of my body. Even the reception lady told me “this doctor is lazy”. I mean it’s just terrible all around. A waste of money. Go to another location or better yet go to another chiropractor company. For the money. It’s not worth it. They’ll never see me again as a customer.

I previously rated this place a 1 star due to the long wait it took for this place to finally open. I stopped by this afternoon, which happened to be their opening day. I’d now like to change my one start to 5 as the staff were very friendly and welcoming and my adjustment was excellent. I wish this business well. Welcome to Pompano Beach ?
