Dr. Tim Clarrey is a chiropractor at The Joint Chiropractic in Spring Hill, FL. He’s been helping patients feel their best since earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2010. He also holds a Master’s in Health and Wellness Promotion and has a background in fitness and personal training.
He found his passion for chiropractic after visiting one for allergy relief. That experience changed everything—he realized he could help people feel better naturally, without meds or surgery.
When he’s not in the office, Dr. Tim enjoys working out, reading, and walking trails or the beach. He’s also a proud dad of two boys. His fridge must-have? Chai tea to kickstart the day!

Dr. Joel Manion’s career has always centered on helping people live healthier, pain-free lives. He began his professional journey in the fitness industry, serving as an area director for several big-box health clubs. Driven by a desire to make a deeper impact in the healthcare space, he transitioned into medicine and chiropractic care—laying the foundation for a career defined by purpose, performance, and patient-centered care.

Dr. Manion earned his Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2008, where he specialized in holistic, non-invasive approaches to musculoskeletal health. He further expanded his clinical expertise by completing a Medical Doctor (M.D.) degree from Montserrat College of Medicine in 2015, giving him a wellrounded perspective that enhances both patient outcomes and clinical leadership.

Dr. Donna Weigle, D.C., is a dedicated chiropractor serving patients at The Joint Chiropractic in Spring Hill, Florida. She joined The Joint in 2025 with a mission to help people live healthier, more active lives through natural, hands-on care.
Her passion for chiropractic began as a teenager when shoulder pain from softball threatened to sideline her. After traditional treatments failed, a chiropractor’s care not only relieved her pain but also allowed her to keep playing the sport she loved through college. That experience inspired her career and fuels her commitment to helping others find lasting relief.
Dr. Weigle earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida. She has previously served patients in Gainesville, Dunnellon, and Inverness before bringing her expertise to Spring Hill.
Outside of work, Dr. Donna enjoys fishing, softball, bowling, golf, and spending time with her family, dogs, and 38 goats.
