Dr. Blake Squire joined The Joint Chiropractic in 2017 when he became part of the team at the St. Petersburg clinic, where he does the rewarding work of helping people as their local healthcare provider and serves as clinic director.

“The best thing is being a part of finding solutions for our patients,” he says. “Helping them realize that pain is, more often than not, a product of improper function in the body and empowering them to take control of that is a huge part of my job satisfaction. It’s a great feeling to have the knowledge and skill to provide wellness care to my family, friends, and community. I enjoy watching people walk away with a smile on their face as they go about their day

Originally from the Tampa Bay area, Dr. Blake, as his patients call him, remained in Florida for his education. “What shaped me into who I am today are the ones who raised me,” he says. “My mom and dad and grandparents gave me the confidence to pursue a higher education and find a field that was helpful to others.”

Dr. Blake and his wife, Corina, have one daughter. “She is the most wonderful, caring wife and mother to our beautiful baby girl,” he says. “She is very creative and is able to express herself through social media platforms and event planning. I’m blessed to have her by my side and would not be where I am today without her

They have an 80-pound goldendoodle named Theodore, who they call Teddy. “He is very sweet and thinks he is friends with everyone. He loves going on walks as much as he loves napping throughout the day.”

In his free time, Dr. Blake enjoys spending time with his family. “Corina is the planner, so we typically do whatever she has cooked up for us,” he says. “The beach, aquariums, and parks are our favorite things to do, but we also love (attempting) to play tennis when the weather is nice. We are also big fans of brunch.”

Dr. Blake went to the University of Central Florida where his favorite subjects were anatomy and physiology. He earned a bachelor’s degree in health science at UCF and a Doctorate at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange.

“With my anatomy and physiology focus I knew I wanted to do something within that tract,” he says. “I was never a fan of prescription medications as a solution for most ailments, although I do feel there is a time and place for it. Chiropractic’s approach to wellness care and whole body approach to health really just made the most sense to me.”

Some of Dr. Blake’s most significant work with patients involves removing interference from the nervous system through restoring proper joint mobility and/or alignment. “Patients have come to me in the middle of a three-day migraine and gained immediate relief following an adjustment,” he says. “One case that stands out involves a patient who experienced a positive change in blood pressure following an adjustment, according to our pre- and post-check. Sometimes pain is an indicator of much more ominous threats, and being able to identify what is and is not appropriate for chiropractic care is an important feature of every patient exam. I have helped a handful of patients identify life-threatening blood clots and get treated for it immediately, thanks to my training.”

Patient care at The Joint in St. Petersburg meets Dr. Blake’s standards in every way. “My wellness patients are a huge plus. It’s amazing having patients that understand and acknowledge the importance of their spinal health,” he says. “Our clinic would not be as successful as it is today without the support of the team surrounding me. I can’t recommend this location enough—especially Dr. Blake. When I first moved to St. Pete, I was seeing a pain management doctor regularly for chronic neck pain and relied on medication just to get through the day. Since starting care with Dr. Blake, everything has changed. He is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and truly listens to what your body needs. Thanks to his consistent care, I’m no longer on pain medication and I don’t have to see a pain management doctor anymore. That alone speaks volumes. Dr Blake at the joint is the best chiropractor I have ever been to. He is thorough, nice, and informational. I have been visiting him on a weekly maintenance schedule since 2018. Since I am in the gym every day and own a cleaning business, regular adjustments are a must have for me, and it took me a long time to find a chiropractor that I trusted, and was comfortable with. All of the staff that works there are genuinely nice and overall the environment is welcoming and clean. On days that Blake is not there, the other chiropractors do their best to follow in his footsteps and are also very nice and helpful. I would recommend going here versus anywhere else if you’re looking for an affordable, but also amazing group of chiropractors that genuinely care about getting you out of pain.

Literally a game changer! I’ve been struggling for over a year to find a chiropractor that didn’t rope me into some sort of treatment plan or charge over $100 per visit. Love that I can go four times a month so basically once a week and pay less than 100 for the whole month. Lots of variety of different doctors so you can kind of find the one that you like the best, but also super convenient that you can go pretty much anytime and walk in. Highly recommend.

Not helpful!! Have shoulder pain. Signed up for their plan (4 visits-month). Had 3, didn’t see any difference. Did the stretches they recommended. No progress. Pain is still there. The visits don’t carry over to the following billing cycle. Go to an independent chiropractor instead. Skip the membership. They just want to get your money. Do not care about your wellbeing.

I discovered The Joint at their very first location in Chandler, AZ, when I lived there breifly in 2017. When I moved to St. Pete in 2018, i immediately sought out their nearest location to me. It was only 15 minutes away from my house. Like the one in AZ, the quality of chiropractors at this location is second-to-none! I can always count on a thorough and quality adjustment without waiting a long time. And they're much more affordable than a typical private-practice chiropractic center. Highly recommended!!

I called and scheduled an appointment over an hour ago went through the questions and then when I arrive Trinity at the front desk tells me that they pulled up an old visit from four years ago from a different location. Yes, that was four years ago and so that changed the price so it’s very unprofessional and tactless for her not to call me when she realized that 40 minutes ago instead of having me waste my time and gas driving way over here to tell me that. She could have called me back & given me a choice because that makes a difference in the price if I can keep that appointment or not so that was very unprofessional and very rude and she showed absolutely no empathy. So next time you should do a thorough check or you can put my number in at the time of the appointment and let me know that as well because I am a new patient. I’m no longer there. I haven’t been there in over four years and I don’t like having my time or my gas wasting especially with somebody being rude and it takes just a moment to do a courtesy call to let me know about the change. I don’t appreciate that at all!

I have lupus and wasn't able to work all day today due to the pain. I'm in between rheumatologist as mine left the practice, I had taken all the medications I could possibly take today. I called the office at 1pm today. They got me in at 3pm... the same day!!! The front staff was amazing and so friendly! And Dr Tanner... I mean what more can I say???!! He was super friendly and caring. Listened to me and helped me come up with with a plan to prevent future flare ups/issues. I went into the office in pain, but definitely left feeling better than before! Thank you so much and I will definitely recommend you to others!!!!!

Never been to a chiropractor before and my first experience was phenomenal. The only reason this isn’t a one star review is because how helpful and understanding the front desk receptionist was. I think my visit today reflects some flaws in the business model. When I called beforehand and showed up, I made it very clear my visit was for sharp pain in my back that appeared this morning when I did a stretch too soon after waking up, and that I just wanted to alleviate the pain and I’ve never had something like this happen before. I think somewhere between me communicating that and then seeing the chiropractor, that was lost in translation. I saw the doctor for 15 minutes, less than 3 of those minutes was actual hands on adjustments, the remaining time was explaining the benefits of future visits, a long term game plan, diving into my profession and how being seated for a long time can have effects. Don’t get me wrong this was all helpful and the doctor was very kind and seemed knowledgeable, but I feel like such a majority of my visit was to convince me to become a returning customer. When I went to pay I was presented two options- to sign up for 11 visits of chiropractic care spanning 2 months for $140, or pay $55 for my single visit. I felt a bit manipulated that my intention was to come in to get relief for a one time pain point that had been bothering me for the last 5 hours, but the doctor focused on explaining and highlighting a long term game plan with the majority of the time I saw him, so in reality I’d be paying the $55 one time visit fee for less than 3 minutes of care? I feel that there needs to be some sort of differentiation in the business model and treatment of customers who are coming in for a one time visit versus those who are interested in long term chiropractic care.

On top of being charming and handsome, Dr. Blake is the reason I am not paralyzed from the waist down. I came to The Joint seeking relief from back pain that my other doctors weren't taking me seriously about. After treating me and seeing how my pain progressed, Dr. Blake encouraged me to self-pay for an MRI (he referred me to a local, affordable place) and when he saw the results, urged me to physically show the image to my pain doctor. I did just that and was referred to a surgeon immediately, and have since recovered completely. Dr. Blake will listen to you, and advise the best solution to your issue wither it involves chiropractic treatment or not - that makes him trustworthy to me. P.S. - Dr. Tanner is also great and shouldn't be left out. He has some incredible tattoos that are great to look at while he's cracking your bones.

This is an Incredible practice in St Pete. Dr Shook and her team are very knowledgeable and friendly and I always enjoy going in for treatments. Admittedly, I was nervous about going to a 'walk-in' Chiropractor after a 18 months of visits to a private Chiro practice. However, those private visits became cost prohibitive and I needed a solution. A friend recommened The Joint. My initial assessment was comprehensive. I felt comfortable allowing treatment, and I can get my Atlas adjusted 4x a month vs 1x with my previous Chiro for less money. PLUS - No more waiting for adjustments to relieve my headaches. I can pop in as I wish, and I take full advantage of that. I have had adjustments from Dr. Blake Squire and Dr. Tanner over the past 6 weeks. Both make me feel comfortable, provide me with instant relief, and send me off with a smile. I dont write reviews, ever. In this case, I know there are others out there who feel skeptical about this type of service since I was. My super skeptical friend reccommeded The Joint to me, and now equally skeptical me is reccommending The Joint to you. Affordable, fast, pain relief - on your own schedule. YAY!

I have been a monthly member of the Joint Chiropractic for over 12 years. I love the convenience of just walking in and getting consistent service, in any state. I have had consistent monthly adjustments in California and Texas, when I lived there, and now Florida and I am always happy. I am a hairstylist, so that job in itself comes with its own challenges, so a chiropractor is a weekly necessity. The joint serves that need and I recommend them to all my peers in the industry. Easy, convenient, consistent and affordable ( if you opt for the monthly membership ). All that said, this is specifically about Dr.Tanner in St.Pete. Dr. Tanner is absolutely the best chiropractor I have ever had in all my 12 years as a member. He is kind, always friendly and welcoming, and seemingly with ease, gives me great adjustments. Today I spoke with him about a shoulder blade issue I have been having for weeks. Over the last month I have had steroid shots, massage and adjustments with various Drs, including 1 with Dr. Tanner. None seemed to get this one specific spot under my shoulder blade. So today’s I spoke with him about my concern and Dr. Tanner said “Ok, I’m always up for a challenge.” He went out of his way to give me this one specific adjustment, and voila it’s fixed! I cannot recommend Dr.Tanner enough. He is simply the best Dr. I have had in all these years! 5 STARS!

I was in severe pain with my neck and lower back. I mean a number 10 pain. After I saw the chiropractor it wasn't from a 10 to a 4 and which is excellent for only one one time. Because I have back issues. So that was excellent and he was nice and kind and I highly would recommend him to anybody. His front desk clerk was also very sweet and kind. That's What I call A+ service. And I do not give that A+ service too many people. If you need a chiropractor he is the one to go see. Thank you so much doctor.

This was my first time ever going to a chiropractor and I am happy I made that choice. I lift weights competitively and train 5 days a week. I've been dealing with mid to lower back pain throughout my 20s and now, being 31, it got to the point where it was really interfering with my training and everyday life. The office has a really chill vibe and the staff was very friendly. Dr. Tanner ran me through some basic information on the spine and how it can get wonky throughout time and what he would do to get that bad boy back on track. He also told me some things about the shoulders, as I was having some minor problems with my right one. The alignment procedure took less than 15 minutes from start to finish and I was surprised how much better I felt immediately afterwards. He went over the aftercare I needed to do on my end as well as planned out my return visits. My back is feeling fantastic after just one visit. It's a liberating feeling not having that pain constantly around and I can't wait for the benefits to carry over to the weight room. My only regret is that I didn't get professional help for my back sooner. Ross P

Dr. Shannon Hunt is phenomenal! Strong application of pressure in perfect direction and movement for the best spinal alignment I’ve experienced in a long time. First female I have trusted and she had better technique than most male practitioners. I was hesitant at first as I never get adjusted by women due to lack of strength, and she proved me wrong in the most efficient and healthiest way! Precision and perfection, couldn’t of asked for a more skillful chiropractic adjustment today. I haven't been to a regular chiropractor in a very long time. I went for my first appointment last week with Dr.Blake. It was incredible. He was able to correct my neck and back. There r several Doctors on hand & I am able to WALK-IN ( no appt ! ) , scan my card & then receive adjustment nearly immediately ! In & out within 15 minutes . My favorite part is that every doctor offers a unique approach to my adjustments . So , I let ALL of them work on me . Some people choose 1 Doctor to work with , which is great ... I , however , choose all of them b/c they r all qualified & they all take care of me together ... whoever is available , I go for it . I've never felt so good being taken care of . There is a schedule that is put out so we can know which providers are there on what day. I showed up expecting to see Dr. Blake (which is who I usually see). When I got there he was not there. Thats fine because I know things happen but when I questioned the receptionist (I was told her name was Trinity) about it she responded as if the schedule didn’t say that was his day to be there. She could have at least explained to me where the error was. I mean I did drive all the way from Wimauma. Her attitude was nasty and I didn’t appreciate it. Next time I’ll just call before I go.

My family and I have been going to the Joint for over a year now, and we love our maintenance adjustments. Our favorite location is here in Saint Pete in the Northeast Park Shopping Center on 37th. We go to the gym and straight to our adjustments all in the same plaza. Dr Tanner and Dr Blaike are ahhhmazing! They’re so attentive, kind and literally give you their undevided attention and focus when you are speaking to them about anything you have going on physically. Dr Tanner and Dr Blaike have remembered our names since our very 1st visit and that always makes us feel pretty special. Would not recommend, they do not care about your overall wellness. This is more of a quick in and out practice that seems as if it’s just for economic gain. Also had reoccurring charges that the front desk troubled us, that they did fix. Open concept is also something I do not prefer. Update reply from response; I came in for two months straight and did not say anything about pain etc. Please take time to genuinely read reviews.

I absolutely love this place, and it is in my favorite shopping center. I have all I need here. Everyone here is friendly and service oriented. They are honest about the packages and don't force you into anything. Chiropractic services don't need to include all the frills. Dr. Blake was informative and thorough. Session is 3-5 mins long and wait time longer than that , which makes sense because of the price. But my issue that I emailed them and requested the cancellation of my membership ( 4-5 months I paid and been there only ONES ) , and I emailed them that I moved and I need cancel, than month later I got changed again. When I called, lady respond was “ you have to fill out the form” , and no I’m not filing out anything my call and email from address on file should be enough. Makes me feel like business just looking for a reasons too keep change people , be aware. Note : when I signed up lady said call or email we will cancel, no one every told me I need to sign the forms , it’s just an extra waste of the time … Will deal with my bank since now, didn’t find the solution with business.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. I am VERY UPSET!! This place is a SCAM!!! I first signed up in the month of January. When filling out paperwork, I reiterated to the gentleman helping me that I only wanted to sign up for that month, and did NOT want recurring payments coming out of my account. He assured me that there would be no payments coming out of my account. Today I noticed I have been charged 3 times for $69.00. When I called to ask about it, I was delivered with the WORST customer service by a nasty girl named Britney. She was so rude on the phone, talking over me with extreme attitude and even hung up on me when I pointed her attitude out. All because I asked for a refund. She stated that I should have read the contract. Well I didn’t even know I was signing a contract!! I feel that I was lied to in January and tricked into signing a contract. I called back and spoke to Shannon, whom was not very helpful to say the least, she however did not talk to me with attitude like her poor coworker Britney. I asked to speak to a manager, and was denied. Apparently they don’t have managers there. They took my name and number and have yet to call me back. If you like your money and time I highly suggest NOT going to the joint. Go anywhere else. I am furious with the joint. This could have been easily resolved, instead I was delivered customer service worse than a server swamped on a holiday. My worst customer service encounter I’ve ever experienced. BRITNEY YOU SHOULD WORK FROM HOME WHERE YOU DON’T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC.

Had a lower back problem, and they gave me adjustments and sold me on a monthly plan. I wasn't feeling better, overall.. so I went to another chiropractor. The first thing he did was take an x-ray and saw that I had either herniation or protrusion, so he ordered an MRI. Turns out the joint was giving me adjustments that created more problem than help. So I stopped going. Then when I filled out the paperwork to discontinue service, they continued to charge me. I called, no response. I emailed 3 times, still no response. I had to call my bank to set up stop payment. I can't believe they wouldn't communicate with me about this.

So like any subscription service read the fine print. Agreed to the first 2 months, after zero reasults from about 5 visits stopped going, then was charged for another month. Went to the shop and they said it was in the contract and now I need to sign a cancelation form... The actual adjustments they give you take maybe 10 minutes, no xrays, no real attention to your specific needs. In short it's fast food Chiropractice. Don't get wrapped up in the $29.99. Go to a real Chiropractor.

I thought this was a medical Marijuana dispensary, cause you know... "Joint". I "occasionally" use that for pain relief. But ohhh my. They know what they are doing, and established a good wellness plan right away. I had a wierd creak, soreness , tightness in my neck and Dr. Blake found it and adjusted it...it feels so much better after ONE session. I almost have 360 degrees of rotation in my head and neck again..almost like the Exorcist!

I called ahead to see about an appointment, woman who answered said "no problem just get here by 5:30 and we can see you". I ask if I need to give my name for an appt and she says no. I left work early to be there on time. I walk in and say I'm here for and adjustment, I called earlier. Woman at the desk gives me an "uh oh" look and says she has to ask the doctor and that they "just get so busy around this time". Which is exactly why I called ahead to try to make an appointment, also would have been nice if she set the right expectation on the phone before I rushed over. Then, before she's checked with the doctor like she said she would need to, she tries to give me paperwork to start filling out, as if to say "Hey, you already wasted this much time, how about wasting more by filling out some fun forms on the off chance we can get around to you?" I was pretty turned off by the whole thing, said thanks but no thanks and left. Cherry on top of all this, and I may have misread her tone, but she sounded annoyed with me as I was leaving.

I have used Dr. Blake’s services in the past related to plantar fasciitis, which is a thing of the past for me now. I recently suffered an injury, from which I was in a great deal of pain and went to see my physician. My physician is fantastic and ordered all the usual diagnostics I would expect and also recommended that I go see my chiropractor who had helped me previously. Called on 1/13 to ask about hours and becoming a new patient, the receptionist explains they do not do appointments and tells me to come in at 10am on 1/14. I arrive on 10/14, fill out paperwork and wait 30 min only to be told the other new patient who walked in after me had an appointment and I’ll need to wait. What? When I asked the receptionist how that is possible since they don’t do appointments her response was “we try to accommodate everyone”. Clearly that didn’t include me since I called and tried to make an appointment the day before. They may be good chiropractors but I don’t need to waste my time with an office that is run that way.

My wife and I both decided to try The Joint on recommendation from a friend. We live in Florida and spend a lot of time in our hometown near St Louis Missouri. We’ve had several visits in Missouri and Florida and are impressed with how nice all that the offices are and how you can just key fob in to check in with no paperwork and with very little wait time. It’s a little odd sitting and watching patients being adjusted in front of us and seeing how similar all the adjustments are for everyone. We’re 5 weeks in and haven’t decided if we feel any different (no major ailments to start with). We haven’t decided if we’ll continue into our 3rd month yet. Definitely no complaints though.

Dr. Blake saved my LIFE!! Seriously he did! Going to Dr. Blake for some lower back pain to which he corrected with inside of just a few months. I developed a calf pain and thought i pulled a mussel, it got to a point where it was a consistent pain and only went a way while resting. One day as i was getting adjusted by Dr. Blake i complained about my calf pain, he said take off my shoe and lets take a look at it! In a very calm put stern voice he said there is a concern here and that I should seek medical advice ASAP. His concern was there was no blood going to my lower leg and a clot is very possible. I went that same day and was advised to seek a Vascular Dr. After testing it was confirmed that I have Peripheral artery disease (PAD) less than month later surgery was required. My Vascular Dr stated i was lucky I came in as I did, If I had waited the best outcome was loosing my leg, the alternative was not so desired. Dr Blake is my hero!! Thank you to him as it would be very possible i would not be able to tell this story.

Dr. Blake literally fixed my back, I haven’t been since 2020 because I haven’t had any reoccurring issues since then. We did my back adjustments for about a year, but definitely happy to be functioning again. Also, sidenote, I like that he does physical adjustments, I personally think they make a difference.

I’d just like to start off by saying Blake does wonders and his adjustments work great!! It’s the lady in the front lobby that kept me from giving 5 stars. Back in July I think it was I purchased 5 or 6 visits for one amount. I only used 3 because I got busy with work and the kids, last month I noticed I was charged and wasn’t sure why so I went in and talked to the short haired lady in the front and she told me I had 3 visits left and she wasn’t sure why so we stopped the reoccurring charge and I used 1 visit. I went back today and she told me I had 0 visits left and that I’d forfeited them and shouldn’t have even had them left anyway. I said ok I’ll buy more went to the truck and realized my wallet wasn’t there and I’d left it at home. So I told her I forgot my wallet but still didn’t understand why I couldn’t use the 2 visits I had left and I dont even remember what she said at this point because I was so frustrated with her so I just told her I’d go somewhere else and left. I live 2 minutes from that location and it just really stinks that I feel like I need to go somewhere else because she can’t get things straight. I would have gladly paid monthly or bought more once mine were up but how do I know they aren’t just going to disappear again? So now I’m just frustrated and stiff I really don’t like taking to the internet and complaining as I was in hospitality for years and know how frustrating it is but I don’t feel like I have any other choice

Very nice location, office, and front desk staff. Just completely wasted 45 minutes of my day to have a consolation about nothing. And an adjustment that didnt move anything. No e-stim. No decompression. No stretching. No adjustments.No relief. I do the same release and adjust by foam rolling and self myostatin release. This is my first experience with "corporate style" chiropractic care and I now see why so many do not belive in chiropractic care. I'll be making the treck to Sarasota weekly to go to my real chiropractor. Quantity over quantity here.

First I’ll say the adjustments did wonders for me. My issue is with the dishonest staff in the front lobby. I originally started service 04/29/2019. Signed up for a (4) visit deal. I went a few times and stopped. After checking my HSA balance on 07/19/2019 I called theJoint to see if I had any visits left. I was told sure you’re fine stop on in and scan your card. I find out later I was charged $69 that same day! I was then told you are on auto-bill. I did not recall agreeing to auto-bill on my HSA card. I asked if that’s so why wasn’t I billed before today, when I was last billed 04/19? I believe I was lied to and the guy charged my card the moment I called and pretended the auto bill was unsuccessful because no funds were in the account. I was told the area manager would reach out to me and I would definitely receive a refund.. still waiting on both!! #dishonest #scammers #commissions I will dispute charge with Cigna, then file a complaint with the BBB and FTC.

Please go see Dr. Shannon! She has changed my life entirely. Not only is she incredibly kind, professional, and has genuine care for everyone she treats, she even goes so far to extend other exercises and recommendations that have provided phenomenal positive results for me and my husband's health! We get cracked at least once a week and we make sure we do every Monday because she is there. She meets so many clients every day, but always greets, treats, and cares for us as if we are the only patients she sees. If you are in any pain, please, please go see her. My neck, back, and hips were in excruciating pain limiting me from exercises, activities, and especially my awful headaches truly served as a huge road block in my life. Anyone that has migraines can relate to how much it affects your life.. getting help and getting cracked from Dr. Shannon has made my headache appear from 5 times a day, to perhaps 2 a week!! Their plans are very affordable compared to most chiropractic clinics. Again, please go and feel relief. I prayed to God for me to find a good place to get help, Jesus delivered! Amen!

Have been to my fair share of chiroprators. After being hit by a drunk driver and the right hand for an oral surgeon. Seeing a chiropractor is as essential as brushing my teeth. I was skeptical about this kind of therapy at first. After almost two years of dealing with on and off sciatica pain I decided enough was enough. I walked in on a Monday evening and gave it a shot. I have been seeing Dr. Teresa Martin approximately once/week for the last six months, mostly for "preventative maintenance", but also for the occasional back spasm. I am very, very happy with Dr. Martin's care (she keeps me running week to week and also fixes me up when I have an acute episode). I do one of the monthly plans ($69/month, a six-month commitment, then you can quit if you don't like it). Highly recommended!!!

After a 1.5 yrs with on and off lower back pain (thought it was kidney stones)I decided to see a chiropractor. After adjustment I feel like a whole new person. I can stand without pain. This place I pretty legit. First off their gimmick here is they give a free joint with every realignment, cuz its called the "Joint" or whatevs. Being lit af while getting your neck popped is enlightening. Also on most days this ripped Brazilian dude Jordan that works the desk or secretary or maybe custodian, not really sure what his real title is. Either way, he will come in at the end of your appointment for a small fee and flog you or fart in a bowel of yogurt in front of you or whatever you're into. Its a nice touch.

I was a walk in client on a Saturday morning in pain. They took me right in they did a thorough assessment of my back my hips and my neck. She asked a lot of good questions recommended a lot of solutions for my problem and then did the most wonderful adjustment I've ever had. It's a little more expensive than the chiropractor I regularly use, but for the convenience and the hours that they offer it's definitely worth it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of Chiropractic Services especially on a Saturday morning when you have to go to work and you are in terrible pain.

I am a dentist and have occasional neck and back pain. After my flight to Tampa from Maryland I had a very stiff neck and sore back. A friend of mine suggested The Joint and I went for the first time new patient offer. The place was very clean open and modern. I walked in and within a few minutes Dr. Blake got me in the back and completed my adjustment despite me being in a time constraint. He was very thorough and professional and following my visit my neck was 90% better. I bought the 6 adjustment package and went 2 days later on Dr Blake's suggestion. After that adjustment I feel 99% better. Its too bad there is no Joint in Maryland yet. I would highly recommend Dr Blake. I'll be back next month for a monthly preventative adjustment. Thanks again!

These people are a bunch of crooks. My wife and I had our accounts on hold because we were moving out of the area and unsure if there would be another location by us. When we froze our account, We were never told that the freeze would end after four months and they would resume billing us. After she got billed, I called Dan to have him send me the cancellation form. He emailed it two days later, I printed signed, scanned the form back in same day. Turns out I got charged because the form was processed a day late. There is no joint location by where we live now and they refuse to refund the money. Good business model!

In January of 2018 I signed up for the $69/month plan. In February I had my bank account hacked & my debit card was closed. I went into The Joint's St. Pete office & spoke to the girl working the front desk, who advised me that she took care of freezing my account with them & when I asked if I would be able to keep my remaining visits that were already paid for, I was told yes. No payment went through in March but payments went through for April & May even though my account with themhad been frozen, I had NOT given them my new debit card number & had NOT authorized ANY additional payments to them! I immediately called The Joint & spoke to Dan who stated he couldn't find the cancellation form but would put the info into the computer so I wouldn't be charged again. I confirmed for a 2nd time that I could still use the remaining visits that were already paid for & was again reassured that I wouldn't lose them & could use them up! I came in for an adjustment in June & made sure to confirm that the cancellation info was in place & asked for the 3rd time if I could continue to use any remaining visits that I had paid for & again was told that my visits didn't expire & could be used anytime. I was adjusted that day without ANY issue. So I came in today (8/8/18) & was told that I couldn't be seen for an adjustment as I hadn't made a payment since May. I told Eric at the front desk what the situation was & that I had been told repeatedly that my visits didn't expire & I could continue to use them because they were paid for. He was even able to see that I had used one of those visits in June. He wasn't entirely sure what to do & gave me the card for the manager. Knowing I was upset, he also stated that he would contact the manager as well to try to figure out what was going on. After a few minutes, I got a call from the manager & while I was clearly given the wrong info about visits carrying over, he figured out a way to fix the situation so that I could still be compensated for the visits that I had previously paid for. He even encouraged me to call his cell if I ever have any other issues. I'm extremely grateful for how quickly & professionally my issue was resolved. I'm so glad that I found this office & Dr. Blake!
