    I had a wonderful experience today at The Joint Chiropractic in Palm Bay Fl. I’m from NC visiting family. One of my family members has been going here for a while now seeing Dr. Sara. She always raves about her experience and how good she feels afterwards. That being said my family member recommended me to go and see Dr. Sara due to the issues I have. I have to say it did not disappoint, she pin pointed every area I was hurting especially my neck and shoulders. I walked out of there feeling like a new person.     Very disappointing experience. When I signed up, I was clearly told that I could purchase a three-month package and that after the three months, if I didn’t come in to renew, my membership would automatically stop. Based on that explanation, I agreed to sign up and provided my card information. However, that is not what happened. After my three months ended, my card was still charged even though I had not returned to renew and had not even attended during the third month. No one reached out to check in on my progress or ask if I wanted to continue. Instead, my card was simply charged again. When I called about the charge, I was suddenly told that my contract requires me to come in person to cancel. This was NEVER explained to me when I signed up. If that had been clearly communicated, I would have handled things differently. It feels very misleading to tell customers one thing during sign-up and then point to a contract later that says something completely different. That kind of lack of transparency is extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund, even though my original three-month agreement had already ended and I am now seeking care elsewhere. Businesses should be transparent and honest with their customers. All staff should be trained to give the same, accurate information when people are signing up for services. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

    Danger, be aware, you will think you are buying a package of a certain number of adjustments for a period of time but the 6 pages of paperwork you that you sign obligates you to reoccurring monthly payments. They do not make that clear! at least not to me. I didn't even use all of the original adjustments because they expired, I decided not to buy any more because I didn't really like it, not saying the adjustments were good or bad, just saying it wasn't for me. Fast forward 8 months, I got careless, just found out they have been billing me $79 for 8 months since my original package I had purchased, that's $632. I was hoping they would be a little more understanding, it's obvious by the fact that I hadn't been there for 8 months that there was a misunderstanding. Nope, they got just what they aiming for, free money, they refuse to offer me any money back at all. That's why they do it this way. Now I'm force to file a credit card dispute. Some people will feel I got what I deserved but most people will see this type of business as a trick or gimmick to rip off people.

    Very disappointed. I had high hopes after reading the reviews. The adjustment was fine but it didn't give me any relief. I needed my shoulder adjusted. Now instead of just my fingers being numb, my whole arm is. Never been to a chiropractor where they don't do x-rays first to see what the issue is. Then I was advised before I even had my adjustment to drink water, which I do, that’s all I drink, and add synthetic electrolytes. I use nature's electrolytes, lemons. They have potassium, which he kept saying I need. Yes, I know they don't teach real health in medical school so I didn't hold that against him just let it go in one ear and out the other. Creator tells me what my body needs, not doctors.

    Love this place! Not only are prices reasonable, but the staff is always friendly and very welcoming. I found The Joint when simply breathing was causing too much back pain and sleeping was nearly non-existent since I couldn’t get comfortable and over the counter pain meds weren’t doing anything to help. After just about three months of weekly visits I was finally back to being able to walk normal at an average pace and not limp with every step. Now, nearly a year later my back has never felt better. Sciatic nerve pain is a lot more rare than it used to be and my scoliosis is a thing of the past. Huge thanks to Dr. Travis for being a good majority of the reason why I no longer live in constant pain.

    I have chronic issues with my joint and inflammation. While this wasn’t my first visit with a chiropractor, it was with this company. And OH MY how I have never felt this mobile in my entire life. I’m not having any pain yet from the adjustment as I’m sure my body will be sore. Dr Travis listened to my rambling with patience, and showed me he cleaned actively listened and understood what I was complaining of. He did a maneuver with my shoulders I’ve never had done in prior experiences and talk about constant complete pain relief. My breathing is at what feels like full capacity.     I was very happy at first and then I realized that they just told me what ever they thought I wanted to hear to sign this contract. I told them that I only wanted 4 visits and they told me that this care plan would be perfect and that I just needed to cancel before this date. Well I went for my fourth visit and they told me that I could not cancel until after the date of the next charge which then I would have payed for 8 visits and that I signed a contract and they could not do anything about the situation. The people at the front desk need to inform customers properly about what is being signed and how the care plan actually works. I am very unhappy with this whole situation and I will never be going back to the joint chiropractor ever again!

    The team at the joint are very professional and well versed in what they are doing. I've had no issues at the joint until today. I was waiting my turn while one of the doctors tended to my bf. While I was waiting I overheard doctor Travis speaking with another staff about how it's unfair that the patients can choose which doctor they wanna see.     I went in for a specific issue 'slipped rib". I have had this happen twice before 9-10 yrs ago. I went to the Wickham rd location told them what was wrong and it was adjusted both times, no problem. So yesterday at the Palm Bay location I asked to have my slipped rib adjusted. There were a lot of adjustments made and I was hurting worse after the visit. I was told to go home and ice it and if its still out to come back tomorrow and she will try again. So now tomorrow is today and I'm hurting worse than yesterday. So I go back to the Palm Bay location to try to get the correct adjustment to fix my slipped rib and yet again my back was adjusted and my rib was not addressed. I was charged another $55 and the issue I went in for is still the only issue I have. I would not be upset if the adjustment to address the problem was used and it didn't work. Neither chiropractor I saw at PB even addressed the slipped rib with the motion used to fix it at the Wickham location 9-10yrs ago. The motion used by the chiropractor on Wickham was an instant fix both times. I feel like the PB "The Joint' just wants the money and pushes you to sign up for packages but doesn't address the problem or they don't know how to adjust a slipped rib. Don't take my money if you can't do the adjustment. Always had a great opinion about "The Joint" ---Not this location. I feel like I was ripped off. Shady was to do business.

    Really poor business practices at this place. I pre-purchased 10 visits and TWO DAYS later this place starts a promo where you receive an extra 2 visits when you pre-purchase 10. I asked if I could have the two bonus visits added to my account since I literally purchased my 10 visits less than 48 hours before the promo began and they denied my request! No issues with the clinicians here but this is poor business practice and I won’t be purchasing any further packages in the future.

    Today I had my appointment with Tiffany. She was amazing! She made it very easy and normal. Especially since I was very nervous since I’ve seen those videos, but she took my worries away took the time to understand what my problem was and assisted me immediately. It’s been a couple of hours since my first treatment and I feel good so far and I will be coming back weekly. Prices are super reasonable, especially the first time you go there is about $30.     I love this place. So nice and friendly. I feel so much better after leaving. After being in a hospital for 7 months. Not Being able to move. They never gave me exercise for my legs in my arms.     4 stars only because I’ve had one single visit. You’re a little thrown off once you enter if it’s busy, but you’re given a tablet to fill out your personal information while waiting in a chair. They get you back quite quickly. Multiple doctors present for adjustments. It reminded me of like a shark tank approach to the chiropractor world the way it’s designed, but Dr Shannon was very thorough for the short amount of time we talked. Will be back multiple times this first week. Looking forward to the future. Theres different package deals you can buy up front to help minimize cost per visits. Like 6,10,or 20. More you buy the cheaper each visit is and they don’t expire and you can use them at anytime. Also there’s a monthly contract available if that suits you better or it’s 45 each visit. 29 the first initial visit. I like the walk in at anytime factor. It’s almost like walking into a gym and scanning your membership card or going to chipotle, except instead of getting a bowl of food you’re going to get an adjustment. They will ask you first available or do you want a specific Dr. Overall an efficient visit and a lot of people were in and out so it must be a good place of business on all aspects.

    By the time I got home from a 30 min. Drive. I was in tears of relief…!!! Never!! Would I have thought that a chiropractor could HELP!! With a hemorrhoids flare/up ???? My brother who had been dealing with like issues for 11 years even after a few Very painful lazer treatments found his relief through adjustments suggested I try it.. Thank God I did!!!! Great Team.     I was very happy with the service in general. It was fast and easy to get my first appointment, the check in was super smooth and the treatment plans are very affordable. Dr. Nate was patient and focused. He explained every aspect of the session as he moved through the techniques used for each area of my body and made the experience very productive.     My experience at here was always fantastic as far as how I was treated and chiropractic was good. However, my back continued to go out over and over so I kept searching for someone who knew how to help me. The Joint never told me to do anything except come in once a week. I finally found someone else who does chiropractic, soft tissue therapy, and who taught me at home exercises to do every day to heal. The joint got my spine moving and they do good adjustments, but taking my health back required a lot more. I thought I was doomed to be in pain all the time, but since I left The Joint and found the right help, I feel better than I have in many years!

    From the time we stepped into the office the staff at the front desk were smiling, warm, and welcoming. They were very informative and made getting established smooth and simple.     Bad initial customer service at the West Melbourne location. Refused to type in my phone number, was very dismissive, and only allowed me to see the chiropractor if I scanned my key card. Only down two stars as the chiropractor was good. I am considering cancelling my membership and will sleep on over the next few days. Update 4/16/24: She was well aware of my name and stated she was having a bad day. Furthermore I offered my key card after a few minutes and she walked away. I fully understand her issue and offered a compromise, yet she still chose to walk away even though I had my key card in hand and showed her, so please spare me your "after further review" bull. For the record, no one has contacted me, by phone, email, or text to let me know of the outcome. I had to find out about this from Google reviews. A simple apology or "hey there was miscommunication between both of us, let us both find a solution", was not even offered to provide an amicable solution. This uncommunicativness further warrants a removal or a star from three stars to two stars. Update 6/17/2024 I walked into this office and informed the front desk of not receiving a call from the manager after a few days and requested a call from the manager today. I received a call from Dan the owner within ten minutes. We spoke in depth on the matter and Dan advised that my personality and being male was the reason she did not contact me, as she had advised I had a strong personality and the fact I was male and it was discussed not to contact as it was unknown what the reaction would be. I advised Dan that the reason this review was posted was due to the non communication and further non apology. Dan acknowledged the miscommunication and I acknowledged the personality. I informed Dan I would tone down my personality and apologized for the miscommunication, and advised this was unaware to myself as there had been no communication. Dan apologized for the non-communication. We are all human and I thanked Dan for taking the time to call myself and discussing the miscommunication. Dan thanked me for being able to take the time to go through this unfortunate situation. I thanked Dan again and advised that the joint chiropractic does good work at all of the locations. Dan thanked myself and stated it would be my choice if I would like to return to the joint chiropractic. I advised Dan I would in the future. I asked Dan on the Google review and Dan stated that is my choice on what to do. I decided to post the update here. We are all human and are to be treated with respect and communication. A simple miscommunication can spiral, as this long post goes to show. Thank you to all that read. Thank you to the joint chiropractic and thank you to Dan again for taking the time.

    Don't go there. These guys will cheat you. Initially they will give you an offer like you will get 3-4 extra class if you sign the membership. Before signing the membership I told them can i cancel it with in a month without any extra charge and panelty? Girls who sit at desk told us that yes you can cancel it any time. No contract period. And after one month when i asked them to cancel the membership they said that you have to pay for 2 months. Can not cancel in one month. Since Oct I have been calling and requesting to refund my one month money they are not refunding at all. Every week when i call them they said higher mgmt will call you in 3-5 days. Never got a call for a refrun Since October. It's been one and a half month. I would say never trust these guys..?

    Finally, after many years of being treated by numerous Chiropractors, I have found "The Joint Chiropractic" center to be the most helpful and effective. The staff was wonderful. They were courteous and helpful to me as a walk-in patient. My paperwork was processed, and I was able to be seen by a Chiropractor in a short amount of time. The Chiropractor was able to assist me with the treatment as I was in terrible pain. That night, I got the best night of sleep I have had in weeks. I woke up the next morning feeling much better.     The service was excellent from the receptionists to the consult. Dr. Brian was thorough. I have had issues since I was in a car accident in 2015 and have been hesitant to sit with a new chiropractor. Not only did he adjust my hips so that I felt aligned for the first time in ages, but he took the time to let me know what to expect in the short and long term. He was positive, kind, knowledgeable, and I feel that continued visits with the schedule he laid out will be beneficial for my long-term health goals. Great staff and experience so far.

    Let me say that I only come here because of Dr Tiffany. She is hands down the best one there. Unfortunately she has her own practice that's over an hour away in Palm City and she only practices at this location on the weekends. So when my back started giving me issues over the weekend, I knew I could go to her to get a good adjustment. Here's where the issue starts. I arrived at 3:33pm and gave my number to check-in. The receptionist tells me I have one visit left but it's been a while since I've visited so I had to update my info with them. She then told me because I arrived within 30mins of them closing that I would not be able to be seen that day because it would take too long for them to update my account with the exact same info they already have. In pain and frustrated with this info, I left not having an adjustment done and not being able to see Dr Tiffany for at least another week. I would totally understand this if I was a brand new client, but as a returning client, they should have all of my info already and would just need me to sign off on the current info. I shouldn't have been turned away during business hours. Completely unacceptable to not accept money from a returning client.

    This is for my preliminary visit. The staff are very nice. My doctor did a good job listening, aligning and making various health related recommendations. It is a bit different from other chiropractic I've gone to in that they don't do electro or heat massage, strictly alignments. I did feel better when I left and I am returning.     Not recommended for out of town visitors. While the adjustment was ok, the front desk was pushy about us signing additional paperwork because we had never visited them before, saying we couldn’t see the practitioner until we signed new paperwork. This was highly unusual for us, as we travel often and use the joint membership around the country and have never had this happen. The paperwork was time consuming and we left feeling uncomfortable.

    First when I walked in I felt like I was in a salon. Second everyone was professional in a sales buisness way. While I was filling out paper I seen people come and go seemed like every 5 min. I felt like I was in a line in basic training her do this then see Dr for 2 min then lays me down on a majic table meaning it makes a lot of noise but does nothing. Then cracked my neck then cracked my back and says I need to come in blank number of days. Less than 3 min I was done. Then they wanted me to buy a membership. It was so un personal. I watched the other Dr's do the same movements as mine. I do not see how this place is a 4.9. Let's see if they keep it up. Later that night I ended up with a massive headache after. Just very un person al. When I went to other Dr's I was there a lot longer.

    First off, I want to give a thank you to Joint Chiropractic as a whole at this location for their services offered. I now have a chiropractor that I can visit when staying in Florida. Secondly, I want to share that I have had a load of stress put onto my body from service work over the past 5 years. I’d also like to say I had a traumatic car accident, where my body didn’t feel the same after. After years of trying to find a chiropractor that I TRUST and understands my NEEDS, I have hit my chiropractic clinic! Lastly, I would like to give a special word for Dr. Rick. He was kind and courteous from the start. He made me feel welcomed and safe with the procedures done. He spent the time to get to know a bit about me and what was going on fully. He did his 100% to access every need I had, while also being patient for me to come around and open up about the different areas of pain I had been experiencing.     Huge fan!!! I have been going to this location for over a year (I have their monthly membership, which super pays for itself!!!) and I am beyond happy with all of my experiences there! They have helped me with my ongoing back issues, helped me get through being in a boot for a broken foot, and most recently a tendon or adductor muscle strain!     I've been a patient of chiropractic care most of my life. I have hypermobility in my joints so I tend to need frequent ongoing care. I have experienced many chiropractors and styles of chiropractic in my time. The concept of The Joint being such a large multi-location practice really did have me concerned at first but I'm on a road riding in a car thats bit good for my hips and sleeping on random beds throwing my back off constantly, and decided to cave and give it a shot. I have been exceptionally impressed at the depth and accuracy of care given by the two providers I've seen at two different locations so far. I had my worries about seeing a care provider that I didn't not have time to build trust and a relationship with. I'm not a fan of the one size fits all adjustment and have been seeing a specialized chiropractor for years to avoid such things. I was worried, going into a situation like this, that I would he given adjustments that didn't actually suite my finite needs and I have 100% been put to ease by my care so far. I saw Dr. Travis just now at this location just now. I told him my areas of concern and he got right to it. The fluidity and ease of his adjustment process is that only seen in people who are more intuned with human energy. Swift but gentle, effective, and worthwhile. It's very apparent that The Joint 6 (at least the ones in the area I've been traveling through her in central/south FL) have a goal to secure care providers that are passionate about the medicine they are delivering but also calming and gentle with their patients. I happily signed up for the flex care program as I know I will continue to have a heightened need for chiropractic care through the duration of my three week road trip and it presented ab easily affordable option to keeping me functioning at top performance.     I’m a pretty active guy and I don’t take care of my body. I made the mistake of only going to the joint once a year it seems. I woke up this morning at 1am in excruciating pain and I wasn’t able to move let alone sleep. I knew it was time to go into the joint for a tune up. I usually see Dr. Tom because he knows my neck like the back of his hand but he wasn’t in today so I saw Dr. Devin. That man is a god send just like doctor Tom. He adjusted my neck and back and I was able to walk out of there a completely new man (I think I’m an inch taller too!) thank you to the beyond friendly team at The Joint in Palm Bay!     I’ll start by saying that I’ve been to a few different Chiropractors in the Palm Bay/Melbourne area since working for one as a receptionist and in billing. First impression is extremely important to me and includes aspects of the atmosphere including cleanliness, music, and friendliness of the welcome...especially to new people. I’m an upbeat and welcoming, smiley person, and I get that not everyone is that way, but I expect receptionists to be since they are the first impression of the business. My first impression here was not great. The lobby is clean and comfortable, music was playing, signage was clean, and everything is modern. However, the reception was less than ideal. She wasn’t friendly over the phone when I called to get information a few days before going in for the first time, and she didn’t smile when I came in and said I was coming in for the first time. She warmed up a smidge by the time I paid, and I keep calling her “she” because she neither told me her name nor had a name plate at the desk or a name tag on her shirt. The forms were thorough, they asked thorough questions, and they create a casual environment with open adjustment tables in a large room behind the reception desk wall. Dr. Tiffany was sweet, she was the first smile I received and was also the one who treated me. She listened, understood and acknowledged my concerns as well as the health information I was sharing that brought me in to see them. The adjustment was pretty standard, but I did appreciate that Dr. Tiffany talked me through what she was doing and how and why as she went. She filled out a sheet before we started the adjustment that explained how often she recommended coming in for the first few weeks, it looked like a prescription pad. She asked how I felt after and reassured me that they would work with me to get my many issues resolved. She walked me to the front and gave my info to the receptionist who continues to be straight faced for the most part. I told her I would like to do the monthly membership (4 adjustments per month for $69) and she told me that because I’m doing that on the day of my first visit that I would receive 2 more visits free for my first month. Additional visits would be $10 each. If I paid for 10 months all at once, I could receive 2 free months. My first visit was about $98 with the $29 new patient visit plus the membership. Their convenient location to my home as well as to the shopping plaza where I go regularly is an added bonus. I left feeling a bit of relief, but I know that my many chronic issues will take some time to time and later by later my body can find relief. I’m 38 and have been healthy, thus far, but with a few injuries and illnesses that have left my body with chronic pains. I’m hopeful about the treatments and excited to get started and see what can happen. Later that same day... I took my 8 year old daughter in with paperwork pre-filled out. We got right in. And surprisingly, the receptionist was in a more welcoming mood. Sometimes people just have off moments, so we’ll say that was what was happening earlier. Dr. Tiffany was so sweet with my daughter and made sure she felt comfortable and knew what was happening as she adjusted her. My daughter is familiar with chiropractic care, but has had pain with neck adjustments in the past so Dr. Tiffany used her adjusting tool to adjust her as a more gentle method. That helped! I truly appreciate Dr. Tiffany’s attentiveness and kindness.

    My lower back went out on a Saturday evening, Sunday afternoon at 2 pm I was getting my adjustment. I'm a bit of a professional when it comes to Chiropractic. I can't stand a place that makes you watch videos or provide a list of potential clients for them. I went in Sunday, Monday and Tuesday just before the 4th of July. I'm not 100 percent yet, but I will be by next week. Thanks to The Joint for the convenient hours you have and the no fuss office visits. I bought the wellness program for $69 that includes 4 visits. New customers get 2 additional visits included in the 1st month. 6 visits for $69 and the initial visit including adjustment for $29 is an absolute no brainer.     The Joint is absolutely amazing. My husband and I really found them on an act of desparation. We were visiting Savannah, Ga when my husband had a terrible flare up of hip bursitis. We looked online for a Chiropractor in the area, and came upon The Joint. Wow, we filled out a health history, went back to talk with the Dr, and we got a treatment.     Stopped by to see if I could get some help with neck pain and headaches. Dr. Barker did a thorough exam and some adjustments. I felt my concerns were listened to and Dr Barker was genuinely attentive. I’ve been one other time since my initial visit and I signed up for a 2 month service. I feel so great after I’ve been to The Joint! Looking forward to my next visit.

    I’m so glad this new location opened up! Very happy with my experience so far. I had to bring my toddler my first visit & she was very fussy and wanted me to hold her the whole time. Dr Shane was so accommodating & helpful. I wanted it to be a positive experience for her, and he went out of his way to make that happen!

    Can't beat the price and the quality. No need for tedious appointments and every time I go the service is just excellent. Feeling way much better after each adjustment. Highly recommended.

    I have been coming to The Joint now for 5 almost 5 years so when they opened up a location in palm bay it was wonderful news. Wearing 30lbs worth of gear for 12 hours takes a toll on the body and The Joint always gets my body feeling great again! Highly recommended.

    The Joint Chiropractic is the best chiropractic office I have found. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All the Doctors on the staff never seize to provide excellent treatment.
