This location is my favorite! Dr. Andy Niak's unique approach and techniques are amazing! I always walk out feeling a thousands times better than I started. A JOKE AND WASTE OF TIME .. I called and spoke to the front desk she told me to come in and I’ll be seen right away. As I’m sitting two people walked in after me went right to the back and 30 minutes passed and I’m still waiting.. I visited The Joint at Camp Creek Marketplace for the first time and was seen by Dr. B. While she had a friendly and personable demeanor, and was very knowledgeable, her adjustment left me feeling worse than when I arrived. I’ve been receiving chiropractic care since 2019 and have never experienced the level of tension and pain that followed this visit. Her technique seemed unpracticed, especially in handling the neck. Since the adjustment, I’ve been dealing with a throbbing right temple and discomfort in areas that were not problematic before, my visit. Unfortunately, this was not a helpful or healing experience. I will not be visiting this location again.

No they are beyond scammers. They put me on a table. Pop pop. They did not focus on my upper back and when he went to crack my neck he ya led to hard and I’ve had on going neck issue. Ok if that isn’t bad enough they charged my card for additional visits I did not attend. I called them which was documented and told them in April I didn’t want to continue service and explained I had told personal. I was informed that they would refund me but I had to come in person I let them know I was out of town. By the time I got back I had two more charges. My wife had already called to the previous month and told and could not cancel for me. I instantly went in when I got back, signed the cancellation and I requested all 3 months charges to be refunded immediately and had them pull up my phone record and conversation. They told me they’ll let cooperate know. Seeing the office person has no authority to refund herself I asked to get her bosses contact to follow up. I was refused. I e gotten the run around and after constantly pushing I finally got 1 refund not the 3. I notified them. I did not use their service afterwards. And it’s wrong to charge me and then not refund. Beware I’ve heard of this happening to others too

The staff here is awesome. My only recommendation is that they add staff to eliminate long wait times on days that seem to have high traffic. An hour or more wait times seem to be a norm on busy days.

People that work here are great. But god forbid you sign up for a membership and aren’t able to make it every week, you’ll have to go back to cancel your membership in person. Absurd policy and attempt to hold members hostage for their $80/month.

As professional Chef, I walked into the Camp Creek location slowly, stiff, and with aching joints. Today was my first visit and I came to them in PAIN!! Dr. A was quick yet effective. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. If I could give a zero, I would. I signed up for treatment. On the third or so visit I told the receptionist I would not be coming back because it was not working. She told me I had another visit. I did not take the visit. She let me walk out. I see on my bank statement they charged me twice. I didn’t catch the first charge because I was sick. I went to office receptionist said I had to fill out form to cancel which first receptionist did not offer. Second receptionist offered a refund for the second charge only. I went to office today because I have not been refunded. Receptionist said the owner said I denied the refund. Huh, why would I request a refund and deny it. Dr. Stafford, owner of this franchise, is dishonest. She never called me. Be careful with these plans they have. Service is poor too!

I was referred to this clinic by a family member with very high recommendations for a specific Doctor. Although, that particular doctor was not available that day, I was still very willing to be seen by whoever was available. In registering for the evaluation appointment, I thoroughly read the “consent “ documents before signing them. It quickly became apparent that the consent that I was expected to authorize in several clauses found in these documents, was also focused on consent to share or sell my personal information for marketing or to marketing data companies. I refused to sign those particular consent lines. I went to the clinic specifically for treatment for pain and NOT to give away my personal data for The Joint to sell for their profit or other marketing. The receptionist attempted to persuade me by saying that without my signature on all of the designated lines, I could not be treated in their clinic as I would not be giving written consent for treatment. I clearly illustrated the clauses in the “consent” contract that stated nothing about treatment consent and were specific to consenting to the the use and sale of my personal data. It seems that most clients do not read what they are giving consent to. I noted during my time in the clinic that tables were not cleaned between patients. Only the paper covering the face cradle was changed. I noted this as the person before me left and after my session was finished. The clinician who saw me was very personable and spent a total of 15 minutes to “evaluate” and treat me with a basic manipulation routine. I was then expected to sign up for a package of visits. As a healthcare professional, I find this generic treatment model simply profit driven and not patient centered. Certainly, a percentage of the patient population will get benefit and results from this type of treatment, however, I prefer a more comprehensive treatment approach. I will say that my family member’s treatment experience was quite different, as they received a very comprehensive evaluation and treatment. It seems that I my phone is now inundated with random marketing calls. Although, I did not give consent for this, with the timing, I somehow doubt that this is a coincidence…

I appreciate the convenience of the joint and it’s doctors but this particular location always closes its doors earlier than the 7 o’clock it says on the door and on Google. If you stop service patients at a time, that should be the time stated. With no set up or breakdown required and visits that always lasts no longer than five minutes (most times, wait included), I don’t understand the logic of closing doors earlier than advertised. Sitting in Atlanta traffic just to realize you wasted your time, is a complete let down.

I am very satisfied with the work and experience of the actual chiropractor. He was extremely professional and personable. However, I'm very disappointed with the front desk staffing. In that the particular staff member working that day was not capable of printing off service receipts for my insurance purposes. I was informed that my receipt request would be emailed the next day. It has been four days now and I have not received the documentation via email. I certainly would have given an overall 5 star rating for the chiropractor services alone.

A complete waste of time and money. My first initial visit was a good experience, they give you the total treatment, which can last up to 15 minutes minus recommendations & consultations. The older Caucasian man was excellent, and made me fell comfortable. I was offered two free visits if I signed up for 4 visits. And was assured that my treatments will be the same for each visit. On my First visit after my initial consultation visit, the clerk told me I have three visits left, I reminded her that on my consultation visit I signed up for 4 sessions and was offered two for free. She then said “ oh I see it, it’s still here’s” ? It was a Sunday, this time I had a female Tech, I don’t think these people are Doctors, definitely not those two ladies I had, she gave me two cracks in my back and two on the neck, she seemed nervous, rushed and clueless, it honestly made me uncomfortable, she was racially ambiguous, with streaks of blonde hair. My entire visit form entering to exist was no more than 5 minutes. How is this not a scam ? I would rather they charge more and give a proper care. My second visit, again with the pregnant receptionist she reminded me that I had two visits left, I didn’t even bother reminding her about the two I got for free, I was so over it. My tech was an African American heavy set lady, same routine a crack on each side of my neck and one on the back, and she was done, I couldn’t even talk, it was that short, less than 3 minutes, I swear on my life, again a scam. Please charge more, customers always pay for quality, don’t flush your company down the toilet for gimmicks, the prices didn’t motivate me at all, the location did, I live in the marketplace, so convenience brought me to you not this nonsense. I would like a refund for you all wasting my time, because this ridiculous. I have two more visits left and want my money back. I plan on doing extensive reviews on other platforms to get the word out, because y’all can’t be serious about your service. They don’t care about your pain.

I arrived at The Joint at 6:50pm at the Camp creek location and the doors were locked. However, time on the door stated closing time was 7pm. The young lady open door said we lock our doors at 6:50 but we close at 7pm. How is that possible? There were no patients waiting. If you visit The Joint and have member status we know an appointment is 5 minutes or less. I will never visit this location again. I will continue to patronize the north side of Atlanta.

Absolutely amazing service. I was in a lot of pain and my neighbor referred me here......I'm so glad he did. I'm still in a little pain but nowhere near the pain I was in with lower back pain over the last several months. The staff is absolutely special and they act as if they've known you forever. I had a great experience!! I noticed the posting where the person mentioned the fact that he had to wear a mask, I appreciate people who come in are required to wear masks, because people are still getting COVID. My experience was great from the time I walked in, the lady behind the desk was very polite and friendly. The doctor who saw me, Dr. Johnson, was very nice and easy to talk to. I look forward to going back next week. My neck is already feeling better. My cousin who lives in Maryland found this place near me in East Point, Ga.

Place used to be great period. Dr. Ridley, dr. O, and Doctor Ann if we took care of you and would you only concern and didn't just go through the motions and actually give you great Chiropractic Care which is why I came all the way from Decatur to come here. During this time all the good doctors that generally are the best have all left and we don't know what reason the only people that seem to last or the people that just go through the motions and don't really care about the patients here I'm going to have to start looking for some place closer or somewhere else because it makes no sense to have great Chiropractic doctors and fire them are either not want to pay them I don't know what the situation is but all the good ones have left. I'm a veteran and I'm fed up having to talk to new people and try to explain and get them to actually do the job that they're supposed to be trained to do...

My first time at this location.... THIS IS THE ONLY LOCATION REQUIRING MASKS......hmmm ???.... Everything was great up until the girl behind the desk asked me if I had a mask and I said no and her attitude completely changed. I said I'm triple vaccinated, she said we require a mask here. She sent me next door to ask for a free mask??? She sent me back because they didn't have mask to the place around the corner that did not have masks. If you're going to require masks you have to offer a mask plain and simple. Then proceeded to tell me bye bye with an attitude. You would think more professional behavior from a doctor's office or medical facility. You can look at my records I've been to a lot of the joint chiropractic locations never once ever have I ever experienced such hostility and rude behavior. It's a shame you have people like this working for you. On the bright side and on a better note I was heading down south, I left there and went to Tyrone Georgia to the joint chiropractic there and had the best adjustment, had the absolute best adjustment (no mask required). I've been getting chiropractic adjustments for over 20 years so I know a good adjustment when I get it so it actually all worked out. Believe me I'm not mad I just feel sorry for the location owner at camp Creek.

My experience has been as expected, so far. The regular person I see wasn’t in yesterday, someone else was there. That person scared me just a little. She was kind and good natured but after assessing ( since she wasn’t familiar with me) mentioned an MRI. I can’t afford that, and she seemed to imply that it was something I needed. I’ll check with the regular person that deals with my case. Other wise I’d give all 5 stars. Thank you for inquiring.

Although the chiropractor service was good, the billing situation is TERRIBLE. I was told I could sign up for one month of service. However, my card was charged 3 months additional. I called every month and was told my service was canceled but keep getting charged. I was told by the front desk person Ashley that she had to talk to the owners about a refund and cancellation and she would call me back. She never called back. I had to address it with my bank. But they keep charging me. DO NOT GIVE THESE PPL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

I really enjoy going to get an adjustment each week. When I first started I had sharp shooting pain in my hip area that traveled down my leg. Dr. Ann really took the time to listen to me and my body. After a few short weeks of going to her my pain was gone! Dr.Ann maybe young but she is dynamically Amazing at what she does. She will listen to your body and take her time with you. The people were nice but it was not a good experience. Yes, the first visit is only $30 but it was also only 10 minutes long. The first five just talking about buying some supplements and the next were a VERY SLIGHT adjustment that was not private. I was really uncomfortable with that part of it, it's a small and very open area where people sitting in the front of the building as well as whoever is getting adjusted next to you can see and hear everything. If you want something thorough or you prefer this experience to be private then I would steer clear.

Staff is wonderful and they are very well trained, and thorough. Very Positive experience. Although I have been to many other places, and this place doesn’t give x rays, use TENS units or ice you on the spot. The Joint actually surpasses them in professionalism, ability to quickly diagnose and analyze. They give you your own ice pack and give an affordable plan options. I highly recommend.

This was my first visit with sciatica pain and Dr. CHONG was really good. She explained what she was doing and was very patient with me being in pain. It did n'ot stop my pain but it eased up a lot. She explained that it would take more than one visit. She told me stretches to do, to drank more water and to use ice packs. I committed to a monthly plan to come back.

In May, 2021, my husband purchased me a Joint Chiropractor gift certificate for Mother’s Day (cost approximately $100-$150). Since that time, they (Joint - Camp Creek) have not honored the gift certificate purchase and claim they cannot find any proof of the sale. Today (12/2/2022), in an effort to support local businesses and give this establishment another try, I visited the location for an adjustment. Prior to service, I was told by the receptionist that I owed a balance of $39 and could not receive services until it was paid. Totally perplexed, I inquired how could I have a balance? Seeming very nervous, the receptionist said, “Oh, I need to call the “doctor” for her to explain.” During the conversation with the “doctor”, I was advised I had a balance because during a prior visit, I left the establishment without paying (though every time I’ve visited, payments were made prior to service). The conversation with the doctor was very upsetting to me and I let her know that I felt my reputation was being damaged by her hideous insinuations. How ridiculous to be so accusatory when payments are made prior to service! I am totally infuriated on various levels. I am a well respected individual in the community who would NEVER take anything from ANYONE. So to insinuate that I walk out without paying is extremely hurtful and damaging to my character, especially since there were other customers who witnessed the episode. I WILL NEVER visit this establishment nor any other JOINT Chiropractor. They are dishonest and obviously desperate for business and funds. I can’t tell you what to do, or how to spend your money, but there are great chiropractors on every corner, so if you value your self-esteem, and respect yourself, I suggest you going elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE!

They are very personable and they Get The Kinks Out!! There's one final move that they do that literally sets everything from the chest up, back to normal. I call it the Money Maker. You gotta come to find out what/how they do it. You won't regret it. I came in with pain in my trapezius that I'd had for days and after I got off the table, I promise you, that pain was gone!! My first experience with the owner was great. All subsequent visitors were not good, especially my last one with Dr. Lewis. He offered 3 services and I selected two of the three. He proceeds to tell me we are not meshing with expectations. I said "what are you talking about? I chose two out of your three options". The man who was serviced before me was in there for a while. This doctor barely did anything and managed to touch my butt when the women never did that. I also tried to cancel twice and today's visit the receptionist kept trying to tell me I can't cancel. But she finally gave me the cancellation form. In conclusion, my only request was pressure point on my shoulders only, no other adjustment style other than that. No one other than the owners was willing to do that.

I'm usually there no more than 10 minutes which is awesome as I'm super busy everyday. The other day it caught me off guard when I had to wait more than an hour. The staff were all very helpful. I have one doctor I look for, Dr. Brooks, who I really like. I usually go to the Decatur location, and I had been trying to find Dr. Brooks again since he left that one. In fact, I drove 30 minutes to see him at this location. Took my money during quarantine/lockdown, and says they dont have a refund policy. 1) we cant even leave our houses, so it is very unethical to take my money for services i wont be going to. 2) I SPECIFICALLY asked the receptionist was it some kind of membership or extra services thing and i was told no, and i explained that i was not able to come once a week to keep up with the "4x a month". Now in quarantine they take my money, say they dont do refunds and then say i can cancel, but wont give me my money back and say i can still come and do the 4 services. I don't want the services, i want my money back during these uncertain times!

1st time in months I woke up and didn’t feel like I been hit by a Mack truck the night before. Was able to get out of bed without having to let my body warm up like an old car 1st. & to my surprise I jumped up with no pain or stiffness. Great Chiropractor care. I was nervous about going hearing all the stories about neck problems and stuff. The adjustment was great felt looser afterwards. Even though it was a light adjustment because of my myasthenia gravis it still felt great. I will continue to come back to get more adjustment.

For the general population, when going to this location, the services that you're provided with are overall beneficial. When having general tightness and limited ROM, the services that you're provided with will improve quality of life. However, when the patient/client has chronic issues that require more care, this location may not be best suited. When the health issues stem to various forms of therapeutic modalities, the form of treatment that is given will have a limited effect towards overall wellness. Now that being said, the business aspect as a whole is wonderful. The model is convenient to the consumer. However, on various visits to this location, I found dislike in the completion of various adjustment procedures. There was a timespan of two weeks where I voiced about the cuboid and metatarsal bone in my foot and how I needed my leg to be pulled because it contributed to the tightness that was developing in my hip. They are familiar with the anterior lumbar push, something that I need performed and has been every week since last summer, but never done at this location. Though I was accessed, minimal effort was given by one individual in particular for certain issues of major concern. In addition, the mixed communication of the membership cancellation where two workers there told me the exact opposite of the nature of the cancellation process. Even the customer service number went against the statements given by the one of the front desk workers. When it comes to someone's health and financial resources to improve health, truthfulness needs to be had. Overall, I did appreciate the facilities assistance with improving my health, but I'll be better off somewhere else.

DR. KIBO is AMAZING!!!! I first came into “The Joint” camp creek experiencing severe sciatic pain, I had already tried yoga, hot and cold compressions, stretching and walking. I was able to be seen within 20min of me filling out the information packet, Dr. Kibo not only adjusted me but gave me a wellness plan that had me now feeling NO PAIN!!!!! I am a 25 yr old woman and I didn’t think a persons body could feel this much pain regarding pinched nerves and herniated disks, but she was able to assist me, she explained what I was experiencing so that I could have a better take on what was causing this terrible pain. I fully recommend going to “The Joint” I know they have a team of chiropractors that would definitely be able to help any pains or body aches you might be experiencing, also I recommend them for the great low costs, I called around to different chiropractors to get quotes, I was quoted in between 50-300$ for xrays, copays and services, it was unbelievable, so when I called “The Joint” I was surprised when the receptionist said the cost was going to be 29$ for the initial visit and I could be placed on a wellness plan that allows me more visits!!! Definitely a GREAT COMPANY!!

I have had 4 sessions and I must say that each one has been amazing. I suffer from Degenerative Disc Disease as well as arthritis and the relief I have now is unreal. I mentioned the practice to my Primary Care Physician, she said she’s going to try it out and start recommending her patients to start using the facility especially since most aren’t able to pay a copay multiple times a week and/or month based on my experience.

Dr Berta Kibo is the best! I love how professional she is and very detailed. Update had a hard time with staff. I only wanted to try out The joint chiropractor so I signed up for 1 month when I go in to cancel they saying there's a two month minimum and I can only cancel after the 2 months costing me $180 for 9 visits. ($29 for 1st visit, and $69 per month) They don't perform any real chiropractor examination such as x-rays, don't diagnose any problems they could see. They just make adjustments base on what you say bothers you and send you on your way. After using my visit that I paid for I won't be returning, recommending or renewing my membership with this

I have been receiving chiropractic care for over 20 years with various Chiropractic facilities over the Atlanta area. The Chiropractors at the Camp Creek location are "THE BEST". Prior to The Joint opening up at the Camp Creek, I visited several other locations in search of the best care for me and I am thankful for the doctors at Camp Creek!!! They are very thorough and take exceptional care of their patients, with excellent bedside manners. My teenage daughter was having some neck pain and she has received relief and loves the care that these doctors provide.

Dr. KIBO is amazing . I've been going for a month now an she is the sweetest kindest most genuine person ever plus she is the best chiropractor ever. I walk out feeling like a brand new woman every time. The staff is also amazing, Very welcoming an super friendly... I make sure I go at least twice a week now. I had hurt myself at work an got x rays done where I was told I have curvature of the spine so i was told to begin seeing the chiropractor. Since being with dr. Kibo every week im walking straight an im sure once I get x rays again my spine will be 1000% better. Today was amazing! This place is awesome. I had been suffering from lower back pain for a few years but when I left that office I felt incredible. The Drs are the absolute best. I came in about 6 months ago with chronic lower back pain. I am now virtually pain free and my mobility has improved tremendously. The Drs are knowledgeable, courteous and really do care about the patients overall health. Kudos to Dr. Brooks, Dr. Khibo, and Dr. Dolma and also to the front desk staff. Everyone is always nice and pleasant and each time I leave feeling more rejuvenated. They have definitely earned a long term patient.

I love the personalized treatment I receive at this location. I like the joint in general because there are plenty of locations where I travel, but this location takes all the time needed to make me walk out of there feeling better than I walked in. I love not feeling rushed. The doctors here are very knowledgeable and they recommend things you can do in between visits to help with pain or tightness. As much as I love this location not being busy I have to share the love and let anyone who reads these reviews that this location is the best Joint location I’ve been to.

I was so happy when this location opened! Travelling almost 20 miles to another chiropractor was becoming more chore than anything. I really like all the physicians here, as each one really takes time and has different approaches to alleviate your pain, discomforts, and to realign your body. Definitely love my Chiro days once again!

Phenomenal. I walked in frustrated with back and neck pain and I had a debilitating migraine. I could barely think. I couldn't even bend my neck to the left. After Dr. Kenya asked me a few questions he conducted a physical assessment. In less than ten minutes the neck pain was gone. Back pain gone. Migraine gone. If I didn't live in Colorado, I'd visit weekly. Many doctors have the knowledge, but it's rare when one also has a natural talent or gift, as Dr. Kenya does.

I am glad we have The Joint in South Fulton now. I have been thoroughly pleased each time I've visited. The staff are personable and very professional. The facility is clean and spacious. The doctors are very friendly and attentive. I feel better too. I highly recommend this location.
