I had sustained some nerve damage that impacted my right leg. When I first came to Dr. Kilpatrick I could not turn my neck to the left without pain. This made it hard to drive. I also had pain in the middle of my back. I was almost always in pain. After regular chiropractic care, I am able o be pain free. My range of motion is much better and it is no longer painful to drive. Dr. Kilpatrick is awesome and he keeps me moving.

I just got done getting an adjustment. This was my first time ever going to a chiropractor. I was very skeptical. And being the frugal person I am, I didn't think I needed to "waste my money", but oh was I wrong. This was the best 30 bucks I ever spent, and I was so relieved that I signed up for the monthly plan for just $59. Dr. Kilpatrick was very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. He even noticed and showed me how badly my body was out of alignment. I went in with soreness and pain and walked out already feeling relieved. I'm very impressed. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and most importantly, the tightness in my lower back and shoulders is gone. Im only 29, but working long hours in IT, sitting at a computer, and having a ton of energetic kids has put a toll on my whole body. I had been wanting to get chiropractic care for sometime and when I saw The Joint Chiropractic introductory offer of $29 for new Clients (consultation, exam & adjustment), I was ecstatic and decided to give them a try (it was also perfect that they are 5 mins away from me). Another bonus is that they are a walk in center so no need to make appointments. From the moment I walked in the door - I felt at home. I was greeted warmly , it was clean and beautiful inside, I was given forms to fill. I didn’t wait up to 10 minutes before the doctor called me in. I consulted with Dr. Kilpatrick - he was amazing, thorough and detailed in addressing my concerns. He even showed me the back bone and explained everything to me about the nerves and connections to the body etc (Because I had never gotten an adjustment). As he did all the adjustments he explained what he was doing. After the adjustment I was told how to take care of myself and what to expect (soreness). I was also told what and what needed to be adjusted , how long it will take and how to save money towards my future adjustments. Bottom line - I had a fabulous experience. This is my chiropractor - I wouldn’t go any where else. Another thing that got me sold is that I received a handwritten thank you card from my doctor ; thanking me for me visit and saying he looks forward to seeing me again. Let me tell you - a business that takes time to do that - is a business to spend your money and time with. I was in bad shape (lots of pain; hardly able to stand up straight) so I went to The Joint out of desperation. Dr. Kilpatrick inspired confidence so I let him have a go. I'm so glad I did!! He examined me, educated me a bit, executed his treatment plan, and I walked out upright with a lot less pain. I visited the Joint Chiropractic this past Wednesday after suffering from a migraine for a few days. I have been to a couple other chiropractors in past and thought I knew what to expect, the normal little crack here or there and send me on my way. To my surprise, that is not what happened, Dr. Kilpatrick cracked me in places I didn't know could be cracked... It hurt a good bad, and I felt amazing afterward... Especially when I was done and my vision was back to normal, that tells you how bad my head was. I am a BELIEVER. I have always been skeptical of Chiropractic Care. My 14 year old athlete was in severe pain and we decided to try it out. he best experience I have had with a chiropractor. Dr Kilpatrick is the definition of thorough, he will explain in great detail why you are feeling the way you do, what steps need to be done to improve your quality of life. Most chiropractors get you in and get you out with little to know real interaction with their patient. Dr. Kilpatrick will adjust his adjusting techniques to cater to his patients individual needs. He recommended an inversion table for me to get and use a few days out of the week to assist with decompressing of my spine. This was never mentioned by any other chiropractor that I had visited previously. My back and neck feel 10 times better. With my back and neck adjustments, I can honestly say I haven't felt better, still have some work to do but with the routine I was given by Dr. Kilpatrick and him adjusting me, I have no doubt I will be at a 100% in no time.

All I can say is Dr Kilpatrick is the real deal!! I've been to a few different chiropractors over the decades & none of them compare. During my initial visit Dr Kilpatrick identified a more than 1 inch deficit on the left side, which he was able to correct - allowing me to walk out completely even. I also have a spot that no one was quite able to get in the center of my back (kinda up under my shoulder blade) & Dr Kilpatrick was able to adjust the area with no problem. I highly recommend this Lawrenceville location of The Joint!!

This location was amazing! I had some upper back, shoulder blade, and neck pain from a bad deep tissue massage. I believed it was due to muscle problems from the massage so I neglected trying a chiropractor. I stopped into Joint and they listened to problems that were causing me pain! The professional staff said, "Don't worry, we will get you fixed up in no time!" I was thinking, "Okay, I have heard that before, but okay." (These have been pain problems for like six months now and I have tried multiple remedies!) After about fifteen minutes of talking and adjusting I felt 20 times better!!!!! It is the day after my adjustment and I am already feeling wonderful, not a hundred percent as that will take time, but really good so far!!!! Highly recommended for back pain!!!

Dr. Kilpatrick is the BEST -- we are so fortunate to have such an incredibly talented chiropractor here in Lawrenceville/Atlanta!!!! I used to suffer from migraines and insomnia, and my neck/back hurt constantly. I've seen sooooo many chiropractors over the years, and after several painful (and/or mediocre) experiences, I was beginning to lose hope. Thankfully, that's when I found Dr. Kilpatrick here in Lawrenceville! Dr. Kilpatrick is genuinely an all-around good person/family man. He's incredibly positive and encouraging, and his adjustments are subtle and GENTLE, but so effective (seriously, how does he do it?!?!)! The front desk staff is always friendly and efficient, the walk-in hours are so convenient (M-F 10AM-7PM; Sat 10AM-5PM; Sun 12PM-5PM), and there's always plenty of parking. Dr. Kilpatrick is fantastic, so don't be surprised if there's a few people already waiting to see him when you arrive. Trust me - it's worth the (short) wait, so check-in at the front desk and grab a seat. Oh! If you haven't checked it out yet, The Joint chiropractic membership (only $59/month) is seriously such a great value! The general idea is you get one adjustment per week, but if you need additional visits - they're only an additional $10 each! I was really happy to find a chiropractor that's practice is for prevention and wellness. Too often they focus on accident victims so I had not been to the chiropractor in many years.
