I can’t say enough good things about Dr. John Klubenspies. I went in with a rib injury that was painful enough that even taking a deep breath hurt. I’ve been a chiropractor for almost 30 years, so I’ll admit I wasn’t quite sure what to expect going into The Joint. Dr. Klubenspies completely exceeded my expectations. He was personable, thorough, and did an excellent examination. He quickly pinpointed not only what was causing my current rib pain, but also identified a few older injuries and problem areas that were contributing. His adjustment was excellent. I felt the pain subside almost immediately, and for the first time since the injury, I was able to take a full, deep breath again without significant pain. Coming from another chiropractor, I don’t give that kind of praise lightly. Dr. Klubenspies is skilled, attentive, and clearly knows what he’s doing. I would absolutely recommend him.

I have always been deathly afraid of chiropractors but I also knew I wanted to feel better. Dr. John K was absolutely phenomenal. He was so good at making sure that he explained everything that he was going to do as well as helping to understand the reasoning behind it. Also for the females, he has the best stretch for cramps that made mine basically go away. I have endometriosis and PCOS so my cramps are debilitating. 10/10 recommend. I am already excited about coming to my next appointment! And you also cannot beat these prices. They are so much more affordable than any of the other ones I called. I’m so grateful that I found Dr. John K!

I absolutely loved that Alyssa and John K. took the time to explain everything to me in depth. From the moment I walked in, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Dr John K took plenty of time to actually listen to my concerns and he explained how the treatments could help, and gave me time to ask questions. Once he performs the adjustment, I was in awe of how much better I felt, just moments later. After being in chronic pain for several years with the pain limiting my activities, I came home and cleaned the whole house. Something that I have not been able to do in 2 years without doing it room by room with half a day break between them. I am more than pleased thus far and will be back in a couple of days to follow my treatment plan. Oh and this is SUPER affordable! Waaaay cheaper than any other chiropractor that I’ve looked into. Cheaper price does not equal cheap care!!!!!

Dr. Talia has been wonderful! She adjusted me at the end of my pregnancy and now after. She’s also been a huge help with my daughter. Starting at 8 weeks old i brought her in for some pretty severe reflux, gas pains, colic, and irregular bowel movements. after just four adjustments she is doing exceptionally better! Her reflux is manageable and she is finally able to lay flat in her bassinet without any choking or gagging throughout the night! She is also quite regular so the crying spells from gas pains have subsided as well. We are so thankful!

When I first walked in, I felt the ambience. The receptionist was wonderful. They made me feel welcome, just great people. When I went to the back and spoke with the doctor, he knew everything I was going through. He explained it in the scenarios. He has answered every question without me even asking, once he explained to me what he was doing to alleviate the pain. That experience was great. He made me feel very comfortable. I have a busy schedule from running my own business, coaching sports, and a father of three very active young boys. I don’t have time to slow down. After sustaining an injury from an IED blast back in 2014 while serving in Afghanistan. Because of that my back and hips have always gave me issues. I went in not being able to turn my head to the left. Dr. Riley was amazing! I left being able to turn my head again. A few more visits and I will be top notch. This was my first experience going to a chiropractor. My sciatica was bothering me extremely bad. I could tell a small difference after the first visit but after the fourth visit, I could tell we were turning a corner toward recovery. Going in for an adjustment and meeting Dr. GRECO. He was very skilled and started at my head, and worked my whole body over. He was thorough, and asked where I was hurting. I have been dealing with back pains for as long as I can remember. No matter what I did my back was always hurting. Spent thousands on shoes, insoles seat cushions, you name it I’ve tried it. I didn’t really expect a chiropractor to actually fix anything, but I figured it would probably at least give me some relief so why not try it? I think it’s been like two weeks now since the first visit with Dr. Reilly and I’m telling you I haven’t had the first back pain since I left her office on the first day. I’m not saying it fixes everybody’s issues but it definitely fixed mine.

I was having extreme pain and immobility in my lower back and went to The Joint for the first time after not being able to see my regular doctor. I was immediately seen by Dr. Riley at the Monroe, Ga location. Less than 24 hours later, I was almost back to normal and could continue with my normal day to day activities. I recently moved and drive about 30 minutes to still come to The Joint Chiropractic Monroe. The Joint closes to me does not do near as good as the Chiropractors in the Monroe location! Love them!!!

Dr. Gonzalez was AWESOME!! I normally don't do reviews but she is a blessing. I immediately felt a since a relief. Dr. Martin literally saved me from my back pain. I went to see him yesterday and he performed a more gentle adjustment due to how severely locked up my low back was. He recommended only using ice on my back….because he explained the heat feels good initially but with how severely locked up my back was that heat is only going to lead to more inflammation. He told me to get a back brace, which I did and now I’m wearing religiously, only use ice, and to avoid sugar as much as possible because it also adds to the inflammation. I have been struggling with this pain for over a month now, and recently it became almost debilitating. I have gained so much relief in 24 hours due to his care and recommendations. Thank you!!!!

Went in and seen a new adjuster. Explained my ongoing progress and issues with him. As we started he was only concerned about how fast he could get me off the table. I only got half my back adjusted because of the speed in his agenda,I never got a chance to relax and exhale. On a 1 to 5. I definitely gave this visit a 2. He was not concerned with a proper adjustment but more of a turn and burn. very inadequate for the money I paid. I do not recommend people to the joint.

I’ve been to many different chiropractors over the course of a decade. Not all chiropractors are created equal, especially those that offer monthly plans or have franchise locations. The Joint is not like the rest! You get the feeling of customized care (because it is) without the inconsistencies of a smaller clinic. Did I mention there’s little to no wait? Love this place :)

Muy mala experiencia, he tenido la oportunidad de visitar un par de veces otro quiropractico y generalmente las consultas eran de 1 hora donde hacía tratamiento con "tens" ajuste y si entrabas con el dolor que fuera salías sonriendo de alivio, hoy el doctor michael en su consulta fue máximo 15 minutos y tuvo una actitud muy déspota y fue muy obvio en sus recomendaciones diciendo que lo mio era mental , que yo debia corregir mis posturas y asi me recuperaria,eso esta bien pero yo he ido antes a quiropracticos y primera vez que no me tocan ni me examinan la zona donde esta el dolor... entre con un dolor y salí peor, pero según el doctor esta bien tener dolor... me atenderia con cualquier otro menos con el ya que nunca nos hizo sentir cómodos con su actitud para atender. Aaa y me dijeron que lo más barato que podía pagar era una membresía por 6 sesiones con un valor de 229 dólares, no me dieron otra opción solo por esta consulta así que tuve que pagar ya que estaba ahí con el dolor. Otro día de trabajo más perdido??

This review is September 8, 2025. I've now been using this busness for over a year. I'm absolutely happy with the service they provide. The availability of being able to go to any location on the east coast is priceless for a truck driver. So my review today is for Dr. Riley imat the Monroe location. Best adjustment I have had. I've been adjusted by many. She is by far my favorite. I'll remember her work days from today forward. I was stressed and in pain. She adjusted me without my assistance. That is huge. Thank you Dr Riley! See you Thursday. This review is for first time visit, 2-17-2024. I'm in a lot of pain. I hurt my back yesterday sitting still. I was having lunch with my daughter. A lightening bolt hit me from my left side to my right side of my back. I haven't been able to move since. I'm actually walking like the hunchback of Notre Dame and almost my right leg dragging. The first intake visit was horrible. The amount of iPad paperwork was annoying and extremely painful for me. I couldn't sit. I couldn't stand. I couldn't focus. All I wanted to do was lay down and cry. I did that. Once I got back to the table. I hurt so bad. The adjustment was horrific. He was gentle, kind, caring and aware of my pain. I've never been in such a horrible state. My condition is chronic. But it has never been this bad. Idk how it happened. And I hope to goodness I never does again. I'm not better. Anyone that thinks that going to a Chiro is an instant fix. It isn't! Usually with me it takes consistent treatment for a week. This is going to be a challenge. He has gotten me off to a good start. My adjustment yesterday was good. Today was better. He suggested I go to a Sonday open location. I'm glad I have that option. I'm suppose to leave for Michigan tonight. I'm a truck driver. I can't leave. That's adding more stress to my well being. I plan to be back. I would recommend. Oh the girl at the front desk. She was so nice and patience with my issue with filling out the iPad info. She was so nice when I called on the phone . Her customer service skills are welcoming. Good pick for the front office. As for the adjustment room being open to others. I'm glad I was alone and no one there. I would have been embarrassed for crying in public like that. I m not sure he would have taken the extra time with me like he did had there he other people waiting. I appreciate the privacy. I need that emotional release and the gentleness he gave me. Go meet and experience what I just did. I don't plan to go back to my other Adjuster. I purchased the monthly plan. I spend that with only two visit with my original Adjuster. Thanks for listening.

My experience was really nice starting with the warm welcome from the front desk staff to meeting Dr. Mike. He explained in detail exactly why I could be experiencing the pain I was dealing with and what he could do to help me. The people at the Monroe, Ga location are very helpful. The receptionist explained how everything works and the chiropractors( I've seen all 3) are good and always have sent me stretching exercises to do between visits. The only thing I didn't care for was the minimum 2-month sign up and auto renewal each month after that. Hopefully it won't be a hassle if I want to cancel after the 2 months.

First of all the young woman at front desk was just delightful...you could tell she cared and was just natural people person. Dr John (he's also so kind) made a big difference very quickly...I'm on ice now and much relived... thank goodness for the stranger in a store for recommending the Joint. It's a good business to get you in for help so quickly.

Received a warm welcome as a new patient. Office is very neat and clean. The only problem is that they booked me for a 6pm appointment, and I have never felt more rushed through a doctor's visit in my life. The doctor even made the comment that he should have already been on the way home. I did not feel like I was listened to at all. It almost seemed like they were just trying to rush to get me out of there. Assembly line care. If I decide to go again, I will try to book an earlier appointment.

Very impressed with the staff. Christina at the front desk was very knowledgeable about all the treatments and super friendly. Dr Gonzalez was the Dr on staff I saw today. I was in so much pain and she was so helpful really cared about my pain. She took her time with me and was so careful not to hurt me. By the time I got home I was already feeling relief.

Deceptive Practices. They offered me 4 free visits if i sign up for the wellness plan, They tell you you must sign up the day of your free visit to receive them. I declined and then they harass you calling asking why you didnt want to proceed with them. I told them i did not like that they try to pressure you and its my health and money and if they are going to offer free visits i shouldnt be forced to sign up the day of my FREE visit. they then tried to sweeten the deal and offer more free visits. which I agreed to. What they don't tell you is it is a mandatory 2 month subscription which is absurd. i was not satisfied with the care i received. it is mid tier at best depending on the chiropractor they have that day. The marietta location is better . They kept trying to charge me and i have a road trip planed and i am low on gas money and dont need a $80 charge right now. So i called and told them i am unauthorizing them to charge my card. The Kristina gave me attitude and refused to stop charging my card and said they will keep trying every day. Even if i unknowingly agreed to a 2 month term, you always have the right to void authorization to charge any payment method. I had to cancel my card out of fear i will get stranded driving my kids 1000 miles because they refused to stop trying to charge my card. I Have contacted a lawyer.
