After a long day at work, I needed a really good adjustment and since I could not make it to my regular location, I was able to get here just in time before they closed. Lily did and fantastic job Communicating to the doctor and coordinating my arrival. I got there five minutes before they close and they welcomed me with open arms with a smile ?! Dr Zaprowski went above and beyond and did a thorough adjustment on my entire body. I left there feeling like 10 hours of working in Dentistry was lifted off my shoulders. I would highly recommend this location and I will be back soon for another adjust! ?

I first came to this Joint Chiropractor location after I got injured from bumping into something, and I’m really glad I found this place.
Dr. Dang is amazing. His technique is very effective, and what I really appreciate is that he takes the time to relax my muscles before doing any adjustments, which makes the whole experience much more comfortable.
He also communicates really well—he explains what’s going on instead of just having me lie there and doing the treatment. That made me feel much more confident and involved in the process.
Since then, I’ve been consistently coming back to see Dr. Dang. Highly recommend!

Wow, I feel so much better after visiting The Joint Chiropractic. I went in with lower back pain and neck aches (a little “text neck,” as they call it). I knew I was overdue for an adjustment, but I had no idea just how overdue I really was.
After my initial visit, Dr. Long recommended a few weeks of consistent adjustments along with icing at home, assuring me things would improve. He wasn’t wrong—my back actually flared up after the first visit, I even received a followed up with a phone call the next day to check on me. When I told him how intense the pain felt, he urgently encouraged me to come back in.
For about a week, I was getting adjusted almost every other day. My partner and I even canceled our Thanksgiving travel plans because we were worried my back might flare up again. But by the following Tuesday, I felt close to normal—moving around comfortably with only minor hip and back soreness.
Now, here we are at the end of the week, and I feel great. My movement and flexibility are back. I even kicked my left leg up and was shocked at how easy and painless it felt. It’s only been two weeks since my first appointment, and although I still have a few sessions left, the progress has been amazing.
If you’re skeptical about chiropractic care, I genuinely encourage you to try The Joint Chiropractic at least once. Just like working out or taking a self-care day, caring for our joints matters—our bones and alignment are a major part of our overall health. You will see and feel a difference with them.

I have been seeing Dr Thalia on Mondays and she is great! She starts each session by asking how I'm feeling and if anything is bothering. She takes good care of me and always ends the session with suggestions of what I need to do/not do between sessions. The front desk staff have always been so sweet and kind. They always remind me how many visits I have left when I check in, which I love. I have also seen Dr Long at this location and he is also great as well. You can't go wrong with either chiropractor. I recommend this location.

Dr Long is a very friendly and attentive Chiropractor and has a staff that have made me feel very welcome at their 3630 Peachtree Parkway office in Suwanee. Front staff is so much better trained and professional than the Joint locations I used in the past. They actually remember who you are! The other franchisees I went to previously had rude and poorly trained staff and chiropractors that really didn’t care about you as person. It was all about money and numbers and I found after a time they did not care that I got a good adjustment.
Dr Long is a caring and a thoroughly knowledgeable and very experienced Chiropractor. He listens to my concerns and always does an excellent job of adjusting me. I am so lucky to have found a Joint location that is just great! I couldn’t be happier or feel better! Everyone here is just great. Thanks.?

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They made me sign up for a plan that was not necessary at all. I came in for back pain and the doctor didn’t even fix it. The first visit I wasn’t comfortable with him touching my neck but he kept insisting. I think his name was doctor long. I had to keep coming in cuz he ruined my neck. When I wanted to stop they wouldn’t let me cancel even after that experience. I kept demanding a refund I had to keep insisting to finally get it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. please go to real chiropractor these people are just after your money.

I went to Joint Chiropractic to get an adjustment and the staff at the time was very nice. The chiropractor gave me almost instant relief after the first session but I felt worse after the 2nd adjustment. Most concerning however was the deceptive business practices that they exercise at this location. Right on the counter at check-in is a rackcard advertising pricing so I opted for the 4 adjustment package. I was told may need more than that after my first adjustment so I opted for an additional 4 visits for a nominal fee. BEWARE: READ OVER THE CONTRACT IN FULL. I was verbally told something different than the contract. THEY ALSO KEEP YOUR CARD ON FILE AND CHARGE YOU A RECURRING MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEE. This is in the lengthy contract you have to fill out after filling out a lengthy medical history. Additionally, you are not provided an email receipt for these charges despite them sending your contract via email so YOU MAY NOT NOTICE THESE CHARGES FOR MONTHS. I requested a refund for two months of recurring charges but was denied, despite no services being rendered, with Joint citing the contract. There is a clear disregard of the customer and the reputation of this franchise and exercise predatory tactics. Turn and burn.

I've been going to The Joint for over 4 years now and have visited multiple locations. I was lucky to have found one doctor that always made it worth the visit. However, he got promoted to the management team. Since then, which was over a year ago, I've not been able to find a location that made it worth my time and money. I was about to cancel my membership until I visited the John's Creek/Suwanee location. Dr. Thalia is amazing! She's very friendly with her patients and curtails my visits accordingly to what is needed to make me feel whole again. She even does adjustments I didn't know I needed! It's hard to find a location where you leave satisfied and feel it was worth the 5 minutes. I've visited multiple locations where I just felt OK. Even though it's a bit of a drive, I make sure to go on the days she's there.
So, thank you Dr. Thalia for giving your patients 100% all the time. This location is lucky to have you!

Beware of the switch and bait MO. I signed up for 1 month. Ended with a recurring charge. Still trying to get my money back. The receptionist is well trained to lure you into the 1 month 6 visits never informing you that it will be a recurring monthly fee afterwards. When disputed through my CC, the joint presented evidence that I signed for recurring monthly charges.
So sad that a practice like this takes advantage of their patients in need...still waiting for a call from one of the 3 managers. Receptionist declined to give names. I guess my 8 years as a Joint customer mean nothing. So sad.

You never know who you are getting which is not good. The older guy was the most professional and was there most days in March. My last visit my rib was cracked and I am still in severe pain two weeks later and can take over 6 weeks to recover. Not her fault I’ve injured my ribs from touching a window seal in my car window in the past twice. I have not received a refund yet cause they took money out the day before I cancelled. It will be two months before I will even consider going back. This is the worse my ribs have hurt ever because they crunched when she pressed on my upper back.

I went here looking for shoulder pain relief. The first visit lasted 5 mins with 4 to 5 presses that they called adjustments and the pain didn’t get any better. The second visit lasted 5 mins again with 3 adjustments, and the pain got a little better but came back the next day. The third visit lasted 3 mins but there has been no change in the pain level. I was told that shoulder pain will take time and so I bought a package of 6 visits for $199 after the first visit. I have 4 more prepaid sessions but still have no pain relief and not sure if those sessions are going to help. Am not happy but the staff members were friendly. $34 for 5 mins seems to like a very lucrative career option though!!

I use the Johns Creek location weekly and have for over 5 years! Today the receptionist refused my treatment until I updated a tremendous amount of private info on her tablet. I tried 3 times and showed her the tablet was malfunctioning and just asked to get my adjustment as I was in pain. She rudely refused and insisted I attempt a 4th time. I
Will take my pain to another location where the receptionist isn’t rude and completely unreasonable!

Usually I go to a different location and am totally satisfied. I had to be here - Johns Creek- a couple times and so surprised by the difference. It took about 1 minute to be in and out. Usually it took about at-least 10 minutes to be adjusted from the other locations.

I got adjusted because I was experiencing moderate lower back pain. First experience was great. I felt better. The doctor was attentive and made several suggestions for me. I gave one star because I signed up for one of their plans. However the office has been closed for weeks now without any notice to the patients. I showed up three times to get adjusted on different days and the office was closed. No explanation on the door. I called another location and to see what was going on. They informed me that that location was closed due to being short staffed.Long story short, I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and for the office not telling me before they took my money and signed me up for a plan that this location was short staffed and would be closed for weeks and months.

This location states it is open on Monday 6/13/22. I am outside of the building at 4:25pm, nocked on the door, waiting for some time, and the building is closed, the door is shut, no sign on the door of a possibility it is closed. This is unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. Waste of my time, gas, and money. I am canceling my subscription.

Awful experience. I went in with an open mind looking to learn more about how I could improve the way I utilize my back throughout the day or ways I could help myself alleviate my situation, but the chiropractor was adamant on focusing solely on follow up appointments with her. She did not give me proper knowledge or feedback but instead wanted me to almost blindly trust her with an 8 monthly appointment subscription. Seemed more like a salesperson rather than someone who cares about your well-being. On top of that, the adjustment she made to my back did not help me and instead feels worse than before… I hope that it wasn’t a tactic to bring me back in because I absolutely will not be going back in. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Ever since I have seen Dr Emily my body has slowly started to get back into place after decades of discomfort. My hips are straighter and for 2 years I had a pressure in my head that has subsided. Do not waste your money at the johns creek location. She pretended to care during the first visit and maybe spent 10 minutes talking to me. After that one experience, it was a 2 minute max visit. She’d ask how I was doing. Then I laid down. She adjusted and it was over. It really wasn’t worth the 70 dollars per month. I’ve been to others that were much better. The person on Tuesday is a little better than the main chiropractor.

I went there to get adjusted and didn’t even feel like she adjusted anything. They usually at least twist your body to adjust lower spine and she didn’t even offer to do that even when she asked where the discomfort was. I’ll find another joint location to go to.

Everything was fine except that the doctor was not wearing a mask. This was a visit at the height of the stay-at-home period. While they clearly wiped down equipment after each use, with the doctor so physically close to his patients, I feel that the mask is a necessary precaution and sufficient to deduct a star when not done. I wore a mask, and if I had not been, I would not have been willing to be adjusted.

I cancelled my membership in August. In December I was charged $59 so I went in to get it taken off my charge card. I was told that I had put my membership in hold and that’s why I was charged in December. I asked for a refund and was told that they wouldn’t do that. The only option they gave me was to cancel my membership so I wouldn’t be charged for January. Now I am stuck with paying $59 for a membership I do not need. I was also told that the owner would give me a call but it’s been over a week and I haven’t heard from them. Do not go here! What a scam they are running!

I had a terrible experience recently with another chiropractor in Cumming and came looking for help with The Joint. I'm amazed with the great customer service provided by Brad and Jason! It was exactly what I was looking for to fix at a mild pain I was having in my shoulders due to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practice. In two sessions with Brad I feel much better. Wife and I both were seen the day I came in and she wholeheartedly believes in the joint. HOWEVER!!! We both left that location and felt worse than when we came and there was no recourse is what she was told when she went back to get a readjustment. She was told that she'd have to PAY FOR ANOTHER ADJUSTMENT to fix what the "Dr" had done to her. That is unsatisfactory, unresponsive and bad business for your brand. And for those reasons I will NEVER ever be seen by anyone else affiliated with any of your locations, nor will I suggest that anyone else be seen by any at your locations. I finally went to physical therapy to fix what YOUR "Dr" messed up because I damned well wasn't going to PAY a second time to fix what should have been done the first time.

I injured my neck and then tried everything from messages to needle therapy. Nothing worked. With much skepticism I gave chiropractic therapy a try. Right off the bat I knew Dr. Brad was the man for the job but I still did not know if this kind of therapy would work. I'm now a couple of months into it and although I have some ways to go, he is the only one whose work has made a difference not only in terms of pain reduction but also range of motion. Love this guy!

Went twice this week... Haven't been in awhile. Emily did a nice efficient quick effective adjustment. I returned today and it was someone else. And she wasn't as effective but the worst part was that she wanted to put me through some stretches afterwards that would be damaging to my lower back. She demonstrated by sitting on the side of the adjusting table, holding her arms, elbows bent in front of her and leaning forward and down with rounded back. Even if I could do that - I wouldn't. But I was in way too much pain to even try. When I asked what was the point of this stretch, what was it supposed to do - she didn't respond, but came over to "help"me. When I again asked what was the intended function of this exercise, she tersely asked me to leave. Her adjusting skills are way below anyone I've ever visited. No change in my lower back pain and now have a sore neck.
