Doctor Turman examined me and then refused to adjust me, saying he “didn’t want to step on another doctor’s toes” because I have a chiropractor in my home city that I see for maintenance adjustments. I travel for work and have been to Joint Chiropractics in many states and have never had a doctor refuse treatment because they won’t see me again or I’m under treatment elsewhere. My friend recommended this place and thank God it just happened to be in my town. Went in on their special offer to start but signed up for one of their packages. There was no pressure to do this but I felt that one time was not enough to get the full effect. Dr Turmon took me in and gave me a consultation. He said there's no questions that are stupid so go ahead and ask anything you want. Well I've never been asked that they usually just rush you out any business like okay thanks have a great day bye. No not this place they addressed me by my name I've been four times and it has definitely helped.Ayanna's worked with me one time she was so polite. It is a walk-in business I have never waited more than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this place to anybody who was having any type of back or neck issues. One of my appointments is going to be when I'm on vacation in Panama City Beach Florida and guess what they have one there. So go check them out

I live in Snellville and used to go to "The Joint" in Snellville on Hwy 124. Dr. Mendez was great, but the traffic on Hwy 124 I despise. So I google "The Joint" near me and it was "The Joint" in Tucker there I met Dr. Argo his adjustments were so rejuvenating I feel like I can run again. One day I go in to get my adjustment and ladies at check-in tells me that yesterday was Dr. Argo's last day. I was telling them I live in Snellville, but come to Tucker for Dr. Argo adjustments. I felt quite relieved when I came across a chiro listing that stated it took walk ins! I had called several and either they didn't accept or see Medicare patients or didn't have openings. I injured/misaligned my right SI joint to the extent I had excruciating pain radiating from my groin, across my thigh, that then wrapped around my knee, in addition to pain in the buttock area. I knew what it was because it had happened years ago to my left side. Back then I underwent extensive treatments for it and had been instructed how to swivel to help realign it, if not entirely, at least partially between visits. This time it happened while I was out and couldn't drive. I had a friend pick me up to to drive while I tried to find a less painful position in the back seat, as I filled out the digital check in forms on my phone. Upon arriving, I immediately presented my insurance & id card to the young lady at the front desk to check me in while I looked to find a chair to sit on. I could hardly tolerate standing. The chairs in the lobby all had armrests. I wanted one without armrests, so I could try a swivel to possibly get it to let up to I can be seen. There were some just off the lobby area, which turned out to be the treatment room/behind a 1/2 wall. As I sat down, I noticed someone off to the side, who had been eating. He asked what was going on, so I proceeded to tell him my situation as I was challenged to sit... clearly in pain. He asked 'so, you have a chiropractor?' I said yes. He asked why I didn't go to him, I said he's closed. He suggested I wait till the next day. I was dumbfounded. It was evident I was in pain and said as much to which he proceeded to state he couldn't treat me. I asked why. He said because he wanted to keep his license. That made absolutely no sense. I was baffled. I said I'd appreciate he do what was necessary to get me out of the pain I was in and he said something along the lines he'd appreciate I understand he couldn't/wouldn't. I couldn't get out of there fast enough to get back into the back seat of my friend's car, head first. He was clearly far removed from what initially led him to pursue his career, or one would hope so anyway... to help people. He didn't have an ounce of compassion. I have no idea what words I used to convey that as I left. Evidently he didn't think it likely hed succeed at selling whatever program/subscription the place offers after enticing prospects in with the low intro rate. It took my friend & I a while to call around to find other options. We found one nearby, CSS, that could see me at 3, but then found another who could take me as soon as we could get there. We went to Loving Care Chiropractic in Stone Mountain. Now THAT is a chiropractor with skills and presence! So much so she even offered to take my phone to help enter my year of birth without the need to scroll back thru years, cuz I couldn't figure it out I was in so much pain and frustrated. She realigned my SI, without risking her license, but I still had the inflammation to contend with. We proceeded to go to Complete Spine S . They too know the significance of presence & though i didn't sample their skills yet, I benefited greatly from the red light therapy they provided. As the owner of an EESystem Wellness center, Im appalled that that demeanor is being exhibited by a practitioner in the chiropractic community.

I was having back trouble... so a friend suggested a chiropractor. Came across Joint so called and made an appointment. Front desk staff was very welcoming. I did the treatment and afterwards, my back pain eased up for a moment. During the treatment Dr. Argo was doing the normal routine but my shoulder was really hurting afterwards.. So I was really hesitant about going back.. Now I signed up for the 4 visits, thinking I can cancel at anytime, so I am already saying I will take that loss being that my back still hurts and it has caused me to be in pain with my shoulder again. (I have a partial tear) So my friend convinces me to go back since I paid for 4 visits and just tell them not to touch your shoulders. I go in and before we start I tell Dr. Argo, I have a partial tear and the treatment caused it to start hurting again. He said ok he wouldn't do it... I start getting treatment and before it's over he did it again!!! I yell out in pain, he says aww man, I forgot... I'm sorry. I leave and my mind is made up, I am not going back for treatment, they can have the $80!! So I read on my contract "changes can be made".. so I am thinking I can cancel. I go in to just cancel, I don't even want my other 2 services I paid for I just want out of the contract. I speak to the front desk and tell them my experience... the pain I am in and how I won't be coming back. Dr. Argo was sitting in the front also and he explains how you have to continue the service for things to get better. Now not only does my back still hurt but now my shoulder hurts.. ??‍♂️??‍♂️ I can't continue to do these services. They then tell me it's nothing they can do. I signed for 3 months services so I have to continue to pay $80 each month... I even asked is there a penalty I can pay to get out of it and they told me "no"! I am not even saying it is a bad place, the service they offered just wasn't working for me. I just feel like it could have definitely been handled in a better way, especially with the services rendered making me feel worse then I started. Now I am paying for services, I have no desire to receive. Word to all... Be careful!! 2/8/26 I had to come back and let it be known, the owner Mr. Joe Burum responded to my review and contacted me personally today. Thank you sir for understanding and making it right. Like I said, it's not a bad place, the services didn't fit my needs or help me. Mr. Burum wasted no time in contacting me. He apologized to me, refunded, and cancelled my contract. Thank you sir.

My parents experienced clear discrimination, disrespect, and unprofessional behavior at the hands of Dr. Argo. My mother visited this clinic for severe back pain and waited over two hours before even being seen. From the moment they entered, they were treated poorly. The front desk did not attend to them for 45 minutes, and when Dr. Argo finally appeared, he handed my father a clipboard with multiple pages without explaining what the forms were for or which pages needed to be completed - something that is standard practice at any medical office especially for new patients. When my father returned the clipboard after completing only the first page, Dr. Argo responded with a condescending and rude attitude, asking, “Do you understand or not?” This comment was unnecessary and demeaning, especially considering there was a slight language barrier. My father calmly acknowledged the misunderstanding and completed the remaining forms. When my mother was finally called in, she had a runny nose, which is caused by her asthma and nasal polyps, as well as seasonal allergies. She did not have a fever, cough, flu symptoms, or red/irritated eyes, and she was not sick or contagious in any way. Despite this, Dr. Argo immediately accused her of having the flu and refused to believe her explanation. Dr. Argo then refused to treat her altogether, stating that “other patients would mind” if he treated her, despite there being only two other patients in the waiting room at the time. My father even offered that my mother would wear a mask if necessary, but Dr. Argo still refused to provide care and asked her to leave, after she had waited for hours in pain. The lack of compassion, professionalism, and basic bedside manners was shocking. My parents felt demeaned, judged, and discriminated against, particularly due to the language barrier and the way they were spoken to throughout the visit. No patient should be treated this way, especially when they are seeking help for genuine pain. I would strongly caution others against visiting this clinic, especially those who expect respectful, unbiased, and professional medical care.

If you are hesitant of going to joint then don't be. I went to joint over the weekend and I was astonished at how ethical Dr Miller was. I absolutely loved the service and the Dr I was seen by. However about a month ago, I was trying to cancel my membership as I’d be out of town for over a month traveling back and forth from Va to Ga. The young lady “know it all” jumped in when I was speaking to the other assistant at the keyboard. Asking where I was going, I told her and she advised me “oh no don’t cancel we have a site” in the area for you to use”. After she assured me 5 days before the next billing cycle that I’d be able to go to another site. I agreed to stay with the monthly plan because I was traveling out of town thinking I’d continue service while out of state. In addition I’d asked for a super bill showing dx and cpt codes for my FSA to reimburse for the charges. Needless to say, I should’ve cancelled that day and never listened to the “know it all” who fervently assured me there were sites near where I’d be staying and that I’d get the bill within 24hrs. Once in WV I found the nearest Joint to be 3hrs away, and didn’t receive the bill within 24hrs. So I had to call back on the billing day 10th of month and had to ask for the bill again, which didn’t have the dx or cpt code as required for reimbursement. Needless to say today, I’m finally back in Ga and haven’t used any services since the day I was in office. Requesting to cancel again, now I’m told no because there’s a past due balance, I refuse to pay for service, I was told incorrect information previously when I wanted to cancel and now the form wasn’t going to be accepted. Of course “know it all “ jumps up again to say “oh no I never knew where you were going and checked the system to find out what I already knew”. There weren’t any offices within an hour from me, it was 3hours away and I shared that the bill sent was late/didn’t have the appropriate information. She said well account can’t be cancelled because it’s past due, I advised her No I would not pay the bill because I asked to cancel previously, she gave out incorrect information and still hadn’t sent a correct copy of the bill. Needless to say I’m calling the corporate office and will share this information along with how they need to rethink how they support clients options to cancel. In addition giving some training on customer service and listening to understand vs giving a quick reply. Poorly treated, misunderstood, and definitely not serviced by the representative who should have been able to apologize for her actions and cancel the account as I advised I’m going back out of area (Military) for another 4-6weeks. I went to the joint just for an alignment. I could feel my lower back starting to get stiff when I stand after sitting for a while. Front desk staff was helpful and informative. I filled out my questionnaire made clear, what I wanted and what my issue was. I visited The joint in Decatur 2021 and have not had any issues until here recently. The Dr. was trying to sell me on coming for several other treatments before even examining me. I made it clear that I just needed an alinement.. He told me that if he just adjusted me once the vertebra was only going to move back in a few hours and I would be back to the same. Meaning I would be back in discomfort. I had to think about that. Clearly he was not intending to properly align my back with that statement. Why would I pay him for a service that are only going to last an hour like he said, and endure discomfort until the next visit and I guess after 7 visits at $79 some how it going to crack and stay in place. NOTE TO OWNER GIVE THE CLIENT WHAT THEY ASK FOR! I can tell a up sell scam when I see it and hear. So in the middle of his second attempt to up sell me I told him this my not be the right doctor for me if he can diagnose me without examining or touching me. I felt the lack of Interest in helping me and more Focus on billing. My experience at the other locations have been event free, educational, fulfilling and therapeutic

Everything felt quite rushed—they push you toward signing up for the wellness plan immediately after the initial consultation. The actual consultation with the chiropractor lasted maybe 10 minutes at most, and then they recommended coming back three times a week. They also weren’t very transparent about the fact that the wellness plan is a subscription or how the cancellation policy works. I understand that it’s a well-known and popular chain for some, and I’m not saying it’s a scam—but it seems their focus is more on speed and volume rather than personalized care, and that doesn’t sit well with me.

They need to be more clear when explaining there offers. Yes customers will agree to the month deal with 7 Visits for first time clients. But they never told me that they are saving my card info and charging a monthly charge. So be more clear instead of telling customer we should read the fine print. Clarity and honesty is the key to a successful Business. Just check out all there other locations reviews before choosing them. They know most people come to this company because of the price and convenience and some people come in with some pains and willing to pay whatever to take care of there issue, bad way to take advantage of clients... Also 3 min and 40 sec for adjustments is crazy to me and they say they don't rush us...

Walking in the door, I was greeted by a thousand watt smile behind the front desk. I believe her name was Ciara but she was friendly, efficient & welcoming. I frequent this location since it’s open on Sunday and by my church. I’m very pleased with the new Dr. Mathes (I think that’s the spelling ?) and they recently upgraded their person up front with Cierra. Warm greeting, very informed, polite and even a little humorous. Bad service recieved by Cierra at this tucker location on May 25, 2025, she REFUSED to see my husband after I told her we had an appointment scheduled online that was given for 430p.m and we arrived 15 min before appointment time like text msg requested. She stated that the Dr stops seeing new patients before 5pm and last patient they take in was at 415p.m and I told her it was exactly that time, and it's not even close to 5pm. Cierra contradicted herself b.c she stated we had to fill out forms that take time and will have to be done from our phone and they close at 5p. I believe she wasted alot of time when she could have done the opppsite. The worst part was that she asked for I.D and booked my husband under my son's account who referred us. Meaning she did not verify the name correctly on the ID b.c my husband is a new patient. I am very dissapointed and disatisfied with the way things were handled by CIERRA the joint chiropractor needs to hire individuals who are interested in working and are great with customer service and not there for a paycheck.

After barely being able to walk due to back pain I decided that I could not wait on a Tues opening to get a chiropractor appoitment. Although skeptical ? I went to The Joint Chiropractic on Sunday to try to get some pain relief. The doctor took his time and explained what he was doing and why. He also gave stretching exercises to do at home. I do have a journey to go to get back to feeling my best but, the pressure relief on my back was instant. Yes, I did sign up for a plan because I know I need it and it's actually a cost saver. All I can say is try it for yourself.

I'm updating this review 5/11/2026 from my previous review. I went in for an adjustment last week and it wasn't the best. Unfortunately, that Dr. was on the schedule for the next 4 days. I saw Dr. Habib was going to be there Sunday and waited til then. I'd love to see Dr. Habib on the schedule more and on a regular basis. He and Dr. Bigoms are the best at this location. They both listen and fix me right up!

I don’t like driving, especially in Atlanta traffic. I have a nice routine of going to the Decatur location very near my house, where I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Zarach occasionally. He’s no longer at the Decatur location, but his quality of service is so darn good I headed over to Tucker to see him. He’s a phenomenal chiropractor, and has a genuine, human warmth to his interactions with patients. While I wish he was still in Decatur, I’m now heading to Tucker to see him, even if the traffic is bad - his quality of care is more than worth the drive. Thanks Dr Zarach! -Patrick

I’ve been a member here for over a year. I was in really bad shape, but Dr Bre got me right. Unfortunately she’s no longer at this location, but I will be forever thankful for her getting me to where I am today. What I don’t like about the joint. Once you get use to a doctor, they get moved and that sucks! I see one doctor who used pressure points on my head and he was amazing. Unfortunately, I only got to see him once and I don’t know his name so I can’t find him. The current weekend doctor is Dr Dugas and he is amazing! I told him no matter where he goes. I will find him. He’s that good.

First time I come here, the lady said walk in paid $20. She give me iPad and tell me sign. I read everything but she never said anything else. I go about 3 times , 1 time paying $20, but it’s not help me. Now I just see my bank statement, they charge $20 every month. I come asked them. Another lady said I need to pay at least 6 months for it. I don’t understand why before I come they never told me about it. $20 not too much, but this business lied with witness. Now they printed paper work give me. But it’s too different the letters. When I sign papers, I never see $20 for 6 months, then they written down later and I never know if I don’t see my statement. They need to know how about the workers do it. I’m so madness with this business.

I have greatly benefited from the services of the Joint Chiropractic. The customer service is excellent. My favorite doctor is Dr. Zarach. I also enjoyed Dr. Hoats when he was there. Dr. Zarach applies the perfect amount of pressure for my adjustments. He always shares helpful tips to keep me on track. Plus he's funny too. I always leave with a smile. I don't know how I would survive without the Joint. Its excellent care at an affordable price.

I came in at 10am in excruciating pain. I could hardly walk. I was seen right away. The Dr was amazing!! He worked on me for a good amount of time! Gave me lots of advice and was very professional and personable. I left feeling so much better! And later that day, was hardly in any pain at all! It is the next day and I feel great! 1 update below I think I slipped a disk and had been in pain for a couple weeks. I was recommended this place by both coworkers and strangers. I went there for the initial visit and feel much better. Ashley and Dr. Rivera were both amazing. Super simple process and good pricing options Update: The doctor said in a low tone he thought it was my rib which i wasn't having issues with before. It felt a little weird after but i just thought it was nothing at first. It's caused increasingly and considerably more irritation/ pain and I'm worried more damage was caused from one turn he did on me that didn't feel good. Might try going back but am hesitant now

I have been coming to this location on and off since they opened. The value is affordable chiropractic care at locations all over the country. The downside is a rotating schedule of chiropractic providers. That is the business model. I wasn't a fan of a previous chiropractor (perhaps the one everyone's raving about). Nothing wrong...no complaints... I just wasn't jiving with that particular chiropractor. I stopped going but had credits left. I found myself in a pinch (see what I did there??) several months later and visited to get some immediate relief. My lower back/hips were jacked up enough that it was hard to get on the table. It was a different chiropractor I had never met and he provided excellent care. He was enthusiastic, really listened, and really got to the core of my hip issue. When I came in a week later (Drs orders!! ?) there was a different chiropractor. He clearly had read the notes from the previous provider and knew what to ask about and what had happened before. I have been back to see that chiropractor twice now. I think he's just got the shift I opt to go in on/at. He's doing an excellent job. Emailed me stretches to work on in between visits and speaks to me like he is "my" chiropractor. I've read some other reviews before writing mine and see that some people don't like the rotation of providers to other Joint locations. That's the nature of the business model. You don't get to choose your provider all the time. Offering a single star review because you want affordable chiropractic care, but want a single provider at your service each time...is a disservice to the business and to the care being provided to so many people. One star review to those entitled reviewers. If you want 1 chiropractor each time, then pull out your wallet and pay for it. I was taking my own advice and considering going to a chiropractor near my office with a private practice... but I'm currently VERY pleased with the care I'm getting at the Tucker location!! Both chiropractors I've seen in the last 3 visits have provided me excellent, focused and effective chiropractic care. I appreciate you!

The ONLY reason the Tucker location was thriving was because of Dr. Bre! I came in today to learn she is no longer at this location and is spread out all over the city. First they cut her days, which was hard to accommodate now she is no longer here. Dr. Bre is the only one who listened and corrected my problems weekly. I have been a member of the joint for almost 5 yrs and now sadly will be canceling my membership bc I don’t have to time luxury of driving all over the city to find where she is, when it appears she will not be at any location more then 2 days in a week. I hope they know how many ppl will be canceling solely because Dr. Bre is no longer at this location.

Love Dr. Bre and love this location, but management has decided to place Dr. Bre (who is suppose to be the main practicing Doctor at this location) on rotation at other clinics. I’ve held off on writing this review because my mother, who also comes in for weekly treatments, had called corporate and they told us to give the other Doctor a chance that he was really great. No doubt he is good, but the reason I signed up for a membership was to see Dr. Bre at the TUCKER location. I’m not able to get proper treatment by coming in twice a week like I used to. These are two different doctors with different techniques and coming in to see Dr. Bre and then seeing the other Doctor does not benefit me when he does not treat the same areas Dr. Bre does or treat with the same techniques. I don’t see the benefit in having Dr. Bre at other locations when she has already built very strong relationships with many patients at the Tucker clinic. There have been many patients complaining about this same issue and have commented on such matter; we visit this clinic a lot. I can assure you that the patients that are here to see Dr. Bre, that signed up for a membership because her treatment is THAT good, are not happy with her only being at this location 3 days out of the week. I can’t speak for Dr. Bre, but I can’t imagine Dr. Bre herself being happy with having to commute to a different location every week and the strain this must put on anyone in her position. The District Managers of this area must not really be involved with the day to day and not realize how stressful this can be for a good practicing doctor and potentially drive them to quit. As a patient, I can tell you that if Dr. Bre is not at this location more than 3 days a week, I cannot get proper treatment to alleviate my back pain as I’m used to. I can see this as being a strategy for her to bring more patients to other locations since she has built such a good client base at the Tucker location; but this is not going to help with maintaining them in the long run at any rate. Her name is even on the door, but you can only see her 3 days out of the week. Please make it make sense.

Let me start this review by saying, Dr. Bre is absolutely amazing! This review is not against her. I have been coming here for 1.5 years and Dr. Bre's original schedule has changed since I started. She used to be here Sunday-Thursday and for the last few months it has been Sunday-Tuesday. This inconvenience has caused me to have to adjust my schedule. I used to come on Wednesdays, but now I have to come on Monday or Tuesday. Dr. Bre gives the best adjustment! I will be canceling my membership soon. I will follow Dr. Bre anywhere she goes and I honestly would not cancel if her schedule gets changed back.

I’m literally in awe of the service I received at the joint. I woke up with the worst pain in my neck and was going to go to my chiropractor, but they were closed. After extensive research, I found the joint in Tucker and I’ve officially became a member. Mya helped to alleviate the pain and gave me a medical plan to help the remaining pain to subside. The Joint is a great concept for chiropractic care. I have been very pleased with the level of care I've received. Having ready access to the many locations across the country enabled me to have an adjustment after traveling by air from Atlanta to Denver. It was a very cramped ride, but after a quick visit to The Joint I was able to both sleep well and enjoy my visit with family the rest of the week. I highly recommend The Joint, especially for frequent flyers.

I arrived at 4:45 to get an adjustment. The posted hours of operation are from 10 to 5. The front desk attendant, and the chiropractor were both very argumentative about me being able to get an adjustment. They were stating that we have to run a report at 5 PM. That there were a bunch of people that they had to see before 5 PM. When I went back, there was no one in the back to be seen except for myself at 4:50 PM. I was on the table for less than 4 minutes. During this time, the chiropractor stated that he had been there from 930 until almost 5, and it was the end of the day. If you’re going to be open till 5 PM you take patient until 5 .If you’re gonna stop taking patients you need to post something that says we will take our last patient so many minutes before close. Today was the worst visit I have ever had to a joint and it’s the first time I have ever had people be arguing with me about getting an adjustment during the posted hours of business. They also cut off the open sign and locked the door before 5 PM as well.

Honestly flabbergasted by what just happened. Went in to have someone check out my neck, see if an adjustment would help. I'm not in terrible pain or anything, but it has been tight and minor pain for a while. She felt around my neck for like 5 seconds, had me move it a little, and then told me I would have to go somewhere else to get it looked at. Like...was she a student? I just can't comprehend how someone being in minor pain upon going to chiropractic office would mean that they would just do nothing and tell me to go elsewhere. Like, doesn't that basically describe *everyone* who goes to a chiropractor? Forgot to mention, they also had me wait over half an hour, when I had an appointment...just to tell me to go away after 5 minutes...

Amiya (The Receptionist) and Dr.Bre were absolutely amazing, so kind and reassuring. This is my second day going and I’ll definitely be coming back frequently. From the moment I walked into The Joint Tucker, I knew it was going to be a great experience. Amyia at the front desk is so professional and sweet and makes me feel welcome every time I come. She always lets me know how many visits I have left and asks how everything is going with me. Doc Bre has been a God send. I first came in because of a nagging pain in my neck and shoulder. After the first adjustment I noticed a difference immediately. After about 7 adjustments the pain was completely gone and now I’m on maintenance. Today I came in with a severe case of vertigo. Doc Bre could tell something was wrong and I told her. She knew exactly what to do and after my adjustment my vertigo was about 80% gone. I was amazed at the difference. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants to improve their quality of life! I promise you won’t be disappointed!

She was friendly her customer service was nice & The problem was resolved. i am continuing going to joint at other locations. Thank you The establishment was Unprofessional. Dr bre is unprofessional & her attitude is nasty. I been going to joint 3 years. I was sent over from decatur. I watched Dr. bre lie to me as i waited saying she didnt have any availability while calling 2 new patients who left, to come back because they didn't want to wait 20 minutes. I just went to joint 3 days ago no issues with any forms. Even decatur location didn't understand why she was rude to me.

I give this “The Joint” location in Tucker, GA 1 star, I would give is zero stars if I could. I signed up for the new patient “special” online after experiencing some discomfort in my back. I received a call promptly, probably 15 minutes after I filled out the form online and the lady on the phone was nice. Took my info, set me up an appointment, great! Husband gets off work early so I can make it to my appointment. I scheduled the latest available appointment at 5 o’clock, I showed up early at 4:45 and the front desk receptionist asked me “what’s your name again?” I’m like “Emily Smith” I told her my birth date. She proceeded to tell me “I’m not seeing an Emily Smith in here, that’s really weird I have a Bailey Smith in here with the same birthdate for 5 o’clock. I can set you up an appointment for tomorrow.” Are you kidding me? I drove 30 minutes, made my husband get off work an hour early so he could watch our daughter so I could get adjusted for NOTHING. Really? I think the front desk lady had zero sympathy and offered no solution besides making me come back the next day, no thanks!!!!! After I left I thought about it, I think she could of called Bailey Smith to confirm her appointment because I know Bailey Smith was supposed to be Emily Smith. Due to this awful experience I will never go to this place ever again and I will never recommend this place to anybody. It’s a double thumbs down, zero stars for me.

Second time I’ve come to this location, and had to wait and not be seen. First time I visited, the wait was 60 mins and I was not seen, because the Dr. wanted to go to lunch. Today, I waited 40 minutes throughout those 40 minutes 8 people walked in and were seen. I was also told it would be 5 more minutes several times by the chatty receptionist. No one stated new patients should make an appointment, no type of relief, or good business was given from this location. Stay away.

Wow. Friendly people, on-time appointments, thorough Doctors who make it easy to ask questions and consider all circumstances. That's virtually unheard of. DO NOT GO HERE! The Joint is a shame and waste of money. My first visit there, I had an “adjustment” by Dr. Bre, and I woke up the following morning in excruciating pain- there’s a crunching and grinding sounds when I turn my neck, I had numbness and pain shooting down both of my arm. I have been in more pain after than before. I immediately called The Joint and spoke to Dr. Bre. She advised me that there may be just “some soreness” since I was not used to being adjusted. This was NOT normal, I assured her, as I have experienced adjustments in the past. The pain was so extreme, I could hardly speak. This company is out for money, and honestly I believe is a HAZARD for anyone’s health and well-being, as they do not even have the proper equipment to take X-rays and properly examine their patients, etc. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

After I was rear-ended in a car accident, I was immediately referred to Optimum Health. The ENTIRE staff has worked diligently to insure that they are working on areas of concern and helping to manage my pain level. They are all so nice and they have made this process a lot less stressful for me. They make me feel like their number one priority is to insure that I get the care that I need as soon as possible. While I still have a road of recovery ahead of me, I am still so thankful and appreciative of this team and what they have done for me so far.

This place is a total HUSTLE! I believe these rating are a total fabrication! The Doctor tried several ways to update me. She suggested that I needed an X-ray, MRI a physical etc. All at their other facility. However, I told her SEVERAL times I had all of this done. Her words were maybe you need another. Help me ??‍♂️ The examination was total BS! After the hour long high pressure sales approve We never even got to the adjustment because I refused their upsale. The entire visit was a total joke!!!

Dr. Bre Griffin and her staff especially Danny have been the most amazing. From the first day Danny makes me feel so at home and she seems to know every one so personally. Her attention to detail when she speaks to you is above board. Dr. Bre has changed my life. I was in so much pain in the back and shoulder area. She continuously works with me and hears my issues. She takes care to listen and takes time with my treatment. Everything about this place is amazing and although I live across town I come back twice a week to see them. They are now my people.

I went to The Joint Chiropractic because of a pain in my lower back that caused me to have limited mobility after sitting for more than 10 minutes. The team there got me checked out and adjusted in about 20 mins and I feel much better after the first visit. I can get up now with better mobility and I dont feel that sharp pain as bad as it did before my visit. I would highly recommend The Joint and I believe they can get me back to feeling 100%. Cant wait to go back. Thanks.

The Joint only recently opened up on Hugh Howell in a newly built shopping plaza, and I was so excited my husband decided to join me and start chiropractic care. The best part is that it’s less than five minutes from my office and ten minutes from my house. ? Dr. Bree is amazing, and she adjusts joints I didn’t know could be adjusted! The price (essentially a subscription of sorts) is well worth the regular care! You won’t pay less anywhere else and still get quality care!

Their slogan should be THE JOINT IS ON POINT!! I had my first adjustment and my pain level went from a 10 being the worst to a 2. It was so amazing how the pain decreased. When I left I was able to walk upright instead of humped over trying to walk. Now when I sit down my posture is automatically where I am sitting straight up.. Dr. Bree is AWESOME!! THE JOINT is now my new favorite place. I will most definitely be visiting them again soon. You should give them a try.

Dr. Bri did an amazing job with my initial adjustment. It was my first time getting adjusted and Dr. Bri, Dani, Ambria, Rose and Ally made me feel so welcome and relaxed I will for sure be there for routine care!!! I had shoulder pain that radiated to my finger tip and made it numb, with just one adjustment I feel such a difference no numbness in my fingertip at all!!!
