Dr. Dulce E. Vazquez has been a chiropractor for 7 years now. She attended UIC and then completed her professional studies at the National University of Health Sciences.
She has worked various clinics and has helped patients of all ages feel their best.
Dr. Dulce currently lives in Bloomingdale, and has two adorable little girls.
When she is not at The Joint, she is at Triton College teaching Anatomy and Physiology.

After watching his mother go from debilitating migraines that severely affected her ability to care for her family to having them completely resolved due to chiropractic care, he found his calling. Born and raised in the Quad Cities, Dr. Jose Aguilar earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic after earning two degrees in Health Sciences and Liberal Studies from Black Hawk College. During his time at Palmer, he and 25 others spent 3 weeks on a missionary trip to Fiji providing chiropractic care to underserved communities. After graduating, Dr. Aguilar also earned his Certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and in MOTUS Therapeutic Taping. His passion is to provide everyone the opportunity to develop extraordinary health and wellness through Chiropractic care and to reach an underserved Spanish speaking population who otherwise would not be able to receive care.
Dr. Aguilar has also done various lectures with numerous organizations, speaking on various topics including Stress, Nutrition, Peak Performance, Proper Posture, Injury Prevention, Whiplash and more. He is available for speaking engagements. Dr. Aguilar frequently attends post-graduate seminars at some of the most prestigious venues such Harvard School of Medicine, Spine Research Institute of San Diego among others, to stay on top of a wide variety of topics and implements the most up-to date information available in order to help his patients succeed in optimizing and reaching their specific health goals. He was also recognized as a Top Recommended Professional as a Chiropractor and has been quoted on NBC, CBS, ABC and FOX.

Dr. Harry Patel grew up in Toronto Canada. He went to University of Waterloo Canada, where he received his bachelor’s degree in science in 1999. Dr. Harry Patel received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard in 1994.
Over the last 26 years he has treated professional NFL, collegiate, and high school athletes. Dr. Harry believes in empowering his patients to take control of their health, which in turn leads to a healthier lifestyle. This will ultimately help the patients live the life they choose. Dr. Harry has experience with treating patients with colic, asthma, ear infections, injuries related to sports activities, among other conditions. In addition, Dr. Harry has treated patients from 2 years of age up to 104 years of age. From 2002-2014, Dr. Patel was the league physician for Huntley Youth Football, Baseball, Soccer and Marengo Youth Wrestling.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. His activities consist of running, going to the movies and cooking for his family.
Dr. Ezequiel Maldonado born and raised in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. He was awarded his Bachelor’s in Biomedical Sciences from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, a Master Degree in Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology from the Ponce Health Sciences University of Puerto Rico and a Doctors of Chiropractic from Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Dr. Maldonado speaks Spanish, English and basic proficiency Italian.
When you ask Dr. Maldonado why he came to work at The Joint he says “I came to work in The Joint to help people of all ages and kids to reach their maximum potential and wellness through specialized chiropractic care.”
In his free time you can find Dr. Maldonado reading a good book, traveling, enjoying the outdoors, trying new international foods, spending time with his family, and learning about the different new chiropractic adjusting techniques and case management.
Dr. Sami Ebner received their undergraduate degree from the University of Hawaii Hilo with a BA in Natural Sciences and a minor in Biology. They then completed their Doctorate of Chiropractic at the University of Western States in Portland, OR. They are currently working towards a Doctorate in Naturopathy, which is what brought them to the area from the west coast. They currently serve on the Board of Director of a non-profit that increases healthcare for underserved populations and educates practitioners on supplying trauma informed care to these communities.
Dr. Sami enjoys roller skating, playing and coaching roller derby, volunteering, spending time with friends and family, and working out in their free time. They have two cats, Rebel Wilson and Ricky Bobby who are always ready for a meal and pets when they get home.
