Her journey into chiropractic began at a young age when she experienced severe migraine headaches. After starting routine chiropractic care, her migraines disappeared for more than three years. That life-changing experience inspired her to dedicate her career to helping others experience the same natural relief and renewed health.

Dr. Holly earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. She also holds a Licensed Massage Therapy degree from Illinois Central College and a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University, where she studied Massage Therapy, Anatomy and Physiology, and Acupuncture. This broad foundation gives her a holistic approach to patient care. Over the years, she has treated patients of all ages—from newborns to centenarians—proving that chiropractic care can benefit every stage of life.

Dr. Thomas B. Fulcher, DC, CCST, FABS, known to patients as Dr. Tom, is a licensed chiropractor at The Joint Chiropractic in East Peoria, Illinois. He first joined The Joint in Glen Carbon in 2019 and began caring for patients in East Peoria in September 2024.

Dr. Tom earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, graduating in 1980. He also holds a Chiropractic Certification in Spinal Trauma from Life Chiropractic College and is a Fellow of the American Back Society. With more than 40 years of experience in cities across Illinois—including Quincy, Springfield, Decatur, Shiloh, Champaign, and Glen Carbon—Dr. Tom has helped thousands of patients regain and maintain their health through chiropractic care.

Originally from New York and raised in communities across Pennsylvania and Illinois, Dr. Tom has deep Midwest roots. He chose chiropractic after witnessing how it helped his father recover from a serious back injury, and he has dedicated his life to providing that same relief and healing to others.

Today was the second day in a row that I showed up at 8:57AM for a 9AM appointment and NO ONE was there. Locked building. At 9:07AM, an employee was walking up to unlock the doors as I was driving away, and I informed her that this was the second day in a row that no one was here at 9AM, and if they can't make it to work BEFORE appointment times, maybe they should do something about that. She had an attitude and blamed traffic, but regardless she should have been there BEFORE 9AM to get herself situated, clocked-in and the store prepared to receive patients. I understand something happening occasionally, but literally two days in a row? No thanks. Unprofessional. I won't be rescheduling here, I'll just go to a REAL chiropractor instead of a strip-mall franchise charlatan.

I got better care from your team at the East Peoria “The Joint” than I did from two local separate prompt care locations. I have been in dire pain for over two weeks. I did go to an urgent care facility in southern Illinois when my injury occurred. They took care of me for the time allowed. Two prompt cares here. Nope. Couldn’t do a thing for me. Got an appointment for an orthopedic doctor for 14 days later. Pain was too severe to wait any longer. Saw Dr John today. He listened, looked, felt, adjusted and explained. Within minutes, relief. Not total and Dr John stated he wouldn’t be able to fix me in one visit. I can now move my head and not cringe in pain. So yes, your team does great things. I see Dr Holly tomorrow and I’m quite sure I’ll be even better.

I really don’t like leaving negative reviews but I also know I appreciate reading reviews. The Joint is good for a walk in spot to get a quick, and I mean quick, adjustment for some quick relief for pain. I’ve gone in quite a few times bc I couldn’t sleep for several nights due to neck and other pains. The staff is always very nice, but the adjustments every single time were very lackluster. I got two back adjustments, a couple neck adjustments and one time that was going to be it so I asked if they could please do my elbows and hands bc those are an issue and she did my shoulder bc she could feel it catching when doing my elbow. Another time it was a couple neck, back, and hip. It’s just never enough. And I know this is suppose to be like an express… but it’s still healthcare and I felt like I needed to ask for certain adjustments and that’s not me, so I’d leave feeling better certainly in the intense areas. But for a day or so and most areas still hurt. Also, the first time I went, I signed up for a package bc I was told it was cheaper and I’m a sucker lol well after the YEAR ended, yes I’m a sucker.. they were still charging me. I had to go in to get it cancelled and that’s not what was supposed to happen. However it definitely can help in a pinch?. And the staff were very friendly.

I come here because there aren't many places that will just do sn adjustment. They all want ypu to buy into a package. Here they want the same and I get it. But the package only saves like a total of 60$. I bought one in the very beginning. I stopped coming necause of doctors attitude. I heard it was under new management so I took a chance got adjusted and feel better. This was my first and only time going to a chiropractor. They knew it was my first time from the forms I filled out prior to being seen. The Lu proceed to make adjustments. They asked if it really hurt or if I was just scared because no one really is ever that loud. I told them it did in fact hurt and I’ve have been very tender for a few weeks. Then when they were done they said I’d feel better after they see me tomorrow. I said I can’t just come in tomorrow. He said well then you’re not going to get any better. Then said I needed to come at least FOUR TIMES A WEEK for a while and asked if I was going to. I said honestly no I can’t make that kind of a commitment. He said it was up to me. I said well it’s up to my full time job and seven kids really and then he said I just wasted both our time and I need to go to a medical Dr and just get pain meds.

Came in was unable to adjust me. Said I needed to be getting adjusted everyday for now. They told me $79 for 4 adjustments. Very misleading. Came back in to pay for 4 adjustments to get started on correcting my issue. Was told that’s for a month. And there was a minimum of 2 months. So $79 turned into $158 real fast. It was my first experience with a chiropractor, and I loved it, they have an affordable monthly subscription. The doctor walked me through everything there was to know about it, made it easy to understand, and I left feeling much better and sooo relaxed. I could t afford the subscription the day I was there but I'm going to get a few months as soon as I get paid!! If you haven't been cracked before I recommend giving it a try, it's only $29 for your first time and if your like me with chronic back or joint pain, you to will want to come back every week.

My partner and I have been treated by Dr. Mike Massengale many dozens of times. We drove to his location every couple of weeks, and in so doing would always intentionally pass by another Joint Chiropractic that is much closer to our home. That's how good Dr. Mike is. I've been treated by 40 or 50 chiropractors in my life including by all of those at the three Joint locations in our area. Dr. Mike outshines all of them. He puts in the physical effort, yet does so with finesse and a sensitive touch. My partner and I are both energy healers, and sense in Mike his own energy healing ability. We got our Joint membership when travelling extensively across the U.S. It's great for that because you don't have to pay for a new "exam" at every new doctor. Once we stopped travelling and discovered Dr. Mike, we had insurance coverage that included free chiropractic. Instead we've kept our Joint membership, out of our pocket, just so we could be treated Dr. Mike. Today I've written two reviews for services. The last time I did was about 8 years ago. I am very selective with whom I recommend. This one is an easy choice.

Dr. Mike is an incredibly talented chiropractor and has been taking care of me for years! I have what is called a “challenging neck to adjust” (based on what dozens of other chiropractors have told me) and Dr Mike gets each adjustment perfect. The first time I came to see him I royally put myself out of alignment attempting to move a very large heavy boudoir on my own. He assessed my entire body to find exactly where I needed to be adjusted and performed with such precision I felt relief immediately! By the next day I was practically back to normal! Tom, the older chiropractor, is not very nice or caring. If you want a friendly, caring chiropractor, go to the younger chiropractor there. He is much more gentle and works with you to make it as painless as he can. This is just my experience, but I have heard other complaints about Tom as well.

When I can get in they are great - everyone from receptionists to doctors. It's just frustrating to make the time to go only to find there is no doctor available that day. I am hoping that resolves soon. I have sent so many people there and lately they just haven't been as reliable as I would like.

Dr Tom is awsome fixes the issue every time things popped I didn't know could pop also even if it doesn't feel like it popped every area he works on no longer hurts I delt with pain in my neck and back for atleast 15years finally got to the point I couldn't stand more than 5 minutes with out getting dizzy or sick with in first four sessions I was able to get back to work feeling revived so I thought I was good skipped a month and found out that was a bad idea the work I do im always lifting bending and stooping and I started hurting accross my shoulders and neck but again 2 sessions all is good now I go every chance I get at least 2-4 times a month and pain stays away definitely recommend dr tom at the joint in ep

All of the staff have been friendly and listen to my concerns, however due to lack of staffing between july and september I often couldn’t get in when i needed to which led to me not getting adjusted for 3 months, fortunately this past week I believe it was doctor Keith did an excellent adjustment and my pain has reduced by more than 50%

The chiropractic care in of itself is okay. I've had some good ones, I've had some bad ones. Some listen to what I want, some that don't. For example, I've asked for no drop table adjustments many times. After 3 consecutive adjustments where they did it anyway, I just stopped asking. I've also had some chiropractors tell me I need to be adjusted more often while others say I should come in less. It's very confusing and can't get a straight plan for my recovery. But I've also had some appointments that feel amazing and I'm rejuvenated from them The worst part is that it feels like they're never open anymore. 2 out of 7 days they're closed already, which ruined my consistency since they decided to close on Tuesdays which has been my typical adjustment day. I then came in this afternoon, still no chiropractor was there and they told me to come back later. I did eventually get seen but there's no consistency in which they're open vs closed. The Joint Chiropract has some decent locations and I like how I can get adjusted in most places in the country but this location has to be one of the worst.

Only been to a few chiropractors in my life. Been pleased with most of them. Notice the joint chiropractic was offering $29 visit consultation and adjustments. Thought I'd see what was all about. After talking to the doctor which has no bedside manners , very obnoxious and rude! When he realized that I just wanted to come in and get an adjustment or maybe do a maintenance program once a month was not good enough for him. I can bluntly see if you don't sign up with a program that you're in there weekly or twice a week that he doesn't want to take care of you. And boy do not ever mention, that you just want to get crack snap or whatever use the term alignment with him. Over ego and very rude. I go to a chiropractor I get an adjustment and I'm good for months I do not need daily weekly monthly treatments!

Thank you for the excellent customer service! Original review: My husband and I drove an hour and a half to get adjusted, only to find a sign on the door saying they were closed this weekend. I suppose we could have called to confirm that they were open… but we trusted Google Maps saying they were open and that it was confirmed a week ago. In the future, it would be really helpful to note closings on Google Maps for those of us who might have to travel significant distances to get adjusted.

I love the wellness plan, as it’s very affordable. The location and hours of operation are very convenient, and no appointment is required. This is a huge help for me - if I have pain or headache, I can just drop in and get relief without having to schedule an appointment. I also love that there are different chiropractors working there, because I have been able to benefit from the different techniques each of them uses. Great place! Would highly recommend ! The Dr's are fantastic!! My hips were out of place and they got me adjusted and out of most pain! My sciatica nerve got pinched in my right leg when my hip messed up I told Dr Olsen about it he used the activator thing on it and got me out of pain!!

I have a bad back. Other chiropractors wanted nearly 7 grand to straighten out my back. This guy sees me 2x a week and I think I pay $79 a month. Slowly getting my spine straightened out . Always a relief when I go in and get my back adjusted.

When I was in pain badly enough that I wasn’t sure if I could get out of bed and was afraid of getting treated (but knew it was my best chance for feeling better), I went to The Joint. I had only ever been to branches in Florida before, and this was my first visit in East Peoria. Dr. Matt did a great job both adjusting me and giving me what I needed psychologically (establishing trust, offering calm reassurance and confidence, keeping the conversation going to help me focus on something else and relax). The front office staff was also very friendly, competent, and helpful. Thanks to everyone else who left reviews, I easily found my way here when I was in need of help, and I’m glad I did. Very enjoyable experience. That is, until I made the decision to move on to a REAL chiropractic center due to The Joint chiros' inability to properly diagnose and treat my pain. Upon attempting to cancel service over the phone I was told that I would no longer be charged and everything was fine. Then, today I was charged another $80 and when I went in to dispute and claim a refund I was told that there was no signed "cancellation form" in my profile and that there was nothing they could do because "the system" is in charge of the cancellation and charging process. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else, lest your pain move from your back to your head and wallet.

Only disappointment I have is that my son was killed and I had to go to Florida where he lived and had to make funeral plans.. well I wasn’t up to going and getting my adjustments that I paid for under the circumstances .. I had 2 left and asked if I could carry them over since what all happened and was told no that you have the month to use them and there’s no exceptions :((( not very good customer service :(( Adjustments by dr Hanna and dr Keith we’re always great !!! Sorry for managements policy’s ..
