Dr. Jasbir Kocher was born and raised in Burr Ridge, IL. Dr. Kocher earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree and a Certification in Acupuncture from the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL in 2012.
Dr. Kocher has a genuine excitement and passion for helping others. At the age of 17, he began work as a Pharmacy Technician in his local community.
Following a car accident in 2002, Dr. Kocher began suffering from headaches, neck pain, back pain, muscle tension, and balance issues. It was then when he discovered chiropractic care. After his life-changing experience as a patient, he learned that there was an alternative approach to helping people. At this moment, Dr. Kocher decided to change his field of study from pharmacy to chiropractic.
Dr. Kocher has had the opportunity of serving numerous patients with almost ten years of experience, who have never seen a chiropractor before. He strongly believes in a comfortable, compassionate, and results-driven experience for every patient he encounters. Dr. Kocher has also helped infants less than one-year-old to adults well into their 90's.
He has experience in helping patients with neck pain, headaches, migraines, poor posture, low back pain, scoliosis, sinus issues, spinal fusions, disc injuries, sciatica, and extremity pain, to name a few. Dr. Kocher also attended many hours of post-graduate education in Activator Technique, Acupuncture, Clinical Nutrition, Graston Technique, McKenzie Protocol, Physical Rehabilitation, and Spinal Decompression.
xOf all his accomplishments, Dr. Kocher is most proud of being a father. He loves teaching his son new things such as walking, speaking, and playing with toy cars. When he is not working at The Joint Chiropractic, he enjoys family time, physical fitness, watching sports, and spirituality.
Dr. Larry D. Yun was born in South Korea and raised in Chicago, IL where he has been fulfilling the passion of volunteerism and leadership since his time as a Junior Chamber. Dr. Yun is a graduate of the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL where he obtained Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2001. Dr. Yun has been a practicing chiropractor for more than a decade, where he worked in private and multi-disciplinary clinics before joining The Joint Chiropractic in Mount Prospect, IL in the spring of 2020.
Dr. Larry D. Yun loves helping those in need of pain relief and has learned to serve a wide range of patients from disabilities to athletes with a range of cases, including headahce, sciatica pain, neck pain, and lower back pain through the use of chiropractic care. Dr. Yun has also attended many hours of postgraduate education in Chiropractic Technique, Sports Medicine, Applied Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology. His passion is educating his patients and Mount Prospect community about their health and wellness.
Of all his accomplishments, Dr. Yun is most proud of being a father with two sons. His family lives in locally. When he is not working at The Joint Chiropractic he is spending time with his family, watching PGA, NBA, NFL sports, or pursuing his other passion, golf fitness.
Dr. Collins has been in private chiropractic practice, serving the North Shore since 1982. In addition to his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, he has earned specialty certifications in Occupational Health and Safety, Exercise Rehabilitation, the treatment of Whiplash Injuries, Golf Swing Rehabilitation, TMJ injuries, Sports injuries, Acupuncture and Animal Chiropractic.
Dr. Collins has participated in chiropractic research studies, developed safety and training programs for the prevention of injuries and was a Teaching Clinician at the National University of Health Science.
He has helped thousands of residents throughout the North Shore find lasting relief from pain and improve their quality of life.
