Dr. Paul Majer grew up in Elk Grove Village where he continues to live with his wife and children. When not treating patients, he spends his free time in the summer working in his backyard herb and vegetable garden pulling weeds and harvesting food.
Dr. Paul earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from Southern Illinois University and enjoyed an 18 year career in the banking, lending and real estate industry.
He was introduced to Alternative Medicine as a patient. While doing yard work in his backyard, he herniated a disc in his low back. Having known several people who were relieved of the extreme pain associated with that type of injury, he sought out the help of a chiropractic physician. After that experience, Dr. Paul made the decision that he wanted to be able to help people in that way and started the long path to becoming a doctor.
Dr. Paul received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences. During his time at National, he attended various seminars learning advanced adjusting techniques, functional rehabilitation, and instrument assisted soft tissue work. Dr. Paul also received a Masters in Oriental Medicine from National University. Dr. Paul's knowledge of western and eastern medicine allows him to provide complete healthcare advice giving you the best option for achieving natural good health.
